HP Presario notebook CQ40-144TU — PROMOTIONAL FREE GIFT NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS

I purchased my notebook from dealer M/S Keypoint Computers, Namdev Chowk, Jalandhar, Punjab (India) Model: Presario CQ40-144TU, Date of purchase: 05-Nov-08, SN:(S)CND83642K3, PRODUCT:(1P)FZ736PA, SKU:FZ736PA#ACJ.

I registered my notebook for claiming free gift (Kodak Digital Camera 9 MP - Commited by dealer on behalf of HP) and received claim confirmation mail from HP REDEMPTION TEAM. Redemption code is AA3Y21KUPN. I sent all documents including DD of Rs.1299/- as handling/shipment charges to M/s Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi but same was returned/rejected mentioned that "FREE GIFT OFFER NOT APPLICABLE ON THE PURCHASE DATE". on dated 02-Feb-09. Nor Hp dealer inform me about the last date and neither it is mentioned on Bill given to me or on any user manual/ packing etc.

I have purchased the hp dc top, under the scheme of providing all in one printer and ups, then they said that i have to send Rs.999/- worth dd, along with required documents, initially they said that it would take 2 to 3 months but almost all it has crossed 5 months but no response in any sense,
dont test the patience of customers, HP is famous for, genue things, once it is having started these types of practices it has to go to dumpyard only

i purchased a desk top under the offer now or never .in the month of feb 09. i had send a bank draft of rs 999/ as per the scheme . i also got a file no 97272 showing under processing but against that detail i have got only UPS and the said printer not recieved ;tillnow i am waiting the offer item i.e printer it appears the service is very very very slow.

i had bought a HP pavillion desktop on 28 dec 2008 in gorakhpur and had not received any of the assured gift till now...

I have purchased a Compaq Presario notebook(CQ40-327TU) in June 2009, For the purchase of the model between 12th May 2009 to 30th June 2009 there was a Free Promotional Offer of a Motorola Moto Q Smart Mobile on sending the claim documents Eventhough I have send all the required documents and a DD of 3999 within the given time, but no gift has been sent to me yet niether any confirmation has been sent.

I purchased HP Laptop DV4-1242tx on 28th Feb 2009 and by that time there was an offer of getting either a Home Theater system or a Camera and i opted for the camera.I had sent them the required DD of 1299 with the bar coded sticker on 3rd March 09.It has been around 6 months i didnt got any reply or phone call from them not even stating thet they have received the DD or not and now when i have called them they came back saying that my case has been rejected bcos the docs that i have sent are wrong.I want to say here is that from last 6 months they were sleeping and now they are saying that the case has been rejected, i have tried calling them many times left messages wrote mails but no response...These guys are really useless no ethics at all...So i request all of you to go for Dell or any other company but never go for HP...These guys really suck
