HP Redemption Cell informed me on 7/2/2009 that they need 6 weeks from the date of 'hardcopy of documents receipt' for processing of my claim. Though I sent hardcopy of documents on 1.1.2009 by speedpost nothing reached me from their end till date.

HP redemption gift not redeemed
I had purchased HP laptop in the month of jan 2009 which inturn i got a HP redemption gift...it was said to me tat in 6 weeks the gift will be delivered 2 me... but i has been nearly 2 and half months but havent recieved my gift... when ever i mail or call they said dont have stock take 2 -3 more weeks
Dont trust these ppl i.e solutions-intg.com

Provide the method to handle this...

i had bought a hp pavilion special edition laptop serial no 2CE8130SY5 from USA a year ago. recently i faced hardware problems in my laptop. the customer care said that my laptop wasn't covered under international warranty i would have to buy that. So i bought a international warranty from the hp website n got my laptop registered for international warranty after paying 190$. now the customer care says that they do not support my laptop...

This is to complain regarding Services Denied by your Authorized Service Center at Kota (Raj.). And we are forced to accept that, NO services are available on HP Printers from company, after Expiry of warranty, in Kota (Rajasthan).
HP Official service center at KOTA M/s. Computer Troubleshooters, Kotri Circle, Kota has refused to give any Services.

The dealer not only sold me the local cheap substitute but also gave me only half part of it. plug to adaptor cable was missing and the product was lying loose. on beng asked he said thats how they come from the company. on top of it...

On 18-Mar-09, I had been to HP's service center "ELITE BUSINESS MACHINE (P) LTD to get my laptop repaired. They booked my service call with Token Number - A - 223 ( A- 409 written above that also) and case ID Number - [protected]. They told that I will be getting resolution within 2-3 days.

On 28-Mar-09, I again visited their Service Center to check the status as they did not give any further communication...

I have bought this laptop compaq presario CQ60-209TU 16" and was promised for an assured gift of KODAK 9.2 MAGA PIXEL CAMERA. I fell for it. and It's been month since I've sent the 1300/- Rs DD, along with bill, redemption code etc to the Redemption cell in delhi.

Last month I bought a set of HP headphones from the Reliance digital store. I felt completed cheated after purchasing the item. Even before purchasing it the sales person was not supportive. after that i got email from hp red cell side...that they said in :- ur claim is accepted and u will got gift in 6 weeks
Now more than 3 month gone and
15 days back i got sms from red cell that u will be got ur gift in nine days
But still i not getting my gift...

your service center RT/QF/HPSC/03 on 2nd Feb'09. First of all there
was a delay in shipment of the part required, and when it reached here
finally... it was found to have a fault. Is this how HP works? It

I m rakesh kumar.I had bought hp laptop, model no. 1104tu from elegant shop, cochin, kerala on date 28 february.
There was a offer on that laptop that i[censored] buy it upto 28 february then u will get a cam or home theatre by paying 1299 or 1499.
I opted for home theatre and send my draft and all paper regarding that on 4th march to the address hp redemption cell, okhla
