Purchased HP Compaq presario cq45 laptop on 23rd December and required sent to delhi address for redeeming the gift which was offered by the company. But till date I have not received the offered gift Home theatre. All required documents along with a cheque for required amount sent to them and received by them, which confirmed over mail. Inspite of many mails and telephone calls I have not received the gift. Kindly arrange to comply the same at the earliest.

    i am feeling very disappointed by saying that i didn't get my free prize "the 8.2 mp kodak digicam" which was free with hp pavilion notebook pc's.

    i purchased a hp pavilion dv-4 1131tx laptop dated 31st october 2008.A kodak digicam was free with it .It almost completed about 4 months and i still didn't get it.I don't want further more delay in delivering the free prize from your side.

    i think i will get a positive feedback from your side and i am sure that i will get digicam in next 10 days. please do hurry.

      I Purchased Pavillion Notebook on Jan 27 and sent the DD for Rs 1499 along with all Detils and I could See it Registered on site. Now the site says It Has dispatched the Gift on May 14 2009, With AWB No[protected] With Courier (Overnite Courier) When Check the Status is Dispatched from delhi on 16 May 2009, Till date its the same. When contacted the Local Office for the Shipment The Worst company does not Pick Up the Phones. when Repetely Contacted by Dilinag they response is that its still in Delhi On Insisting they Gave the local delivery office number they say that they do not have people who can deliver it to us if you need come and pick up or wait
      Its a shame with HP that there service and service providers are the same late service and irresponsible about customers.

        There's a lot to write so i will write just the facts
        -- I had problem with three usb ports
        -- Reported the problem to HP on Dec 26th, 2009 (Case No. [protected])
        -- I was told that the problem is with motherboard and it needs to be replaced.
        -- There was no reply from them for a month even after calling them many times. Only reply was that they are waiting for the part to arrive.
        -- Mother Board was replaced Still two usb ports were not working. I was told that according to norms they first need to check with the new motherboard and then if some other part is found bad they need to order it later.
        -- I took the machine back with me on Feb 16th, 2009 for use (two usb ports were working)
        -- Kept on calling them there was no response today march 14th, 2009 they say that there was some critical issue because the motherboard was replaced and they had just logged in a fresh complaint.

        For all this i had to go to there center 6 times even though according to warranty they need to pickup and deliver the laptop

        HP Compaq 6710b — Replacement

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I brought Hp product (Hp Compaq 6710b), S/n CNU74625SH, P/n KF066PA#ACJ on 14th march 2008 from B.B.Professionals Jaipur Rajasthan, India Invoice no. 10833 Dated 14-03-08.
        Since i brought it, 3 times Hard disk of this system has been changed due to hardware failure under warranty from B.B.professionals and these persons are very co-operative and helpful.
        The power adaptor has also been replaced for once from Jodhpur service centre.
        Apart from hardware failure 6-7 times the pc has recovered due to failure of system during which only blank screen with one cursor blinking on left upper corner was displayed, also the battery backup of note book is not more than 1.5 hrs in power saving mode, the Disk driver is not working properly as it cannot read the disk but the same disk runs easily in other system. The case id's and dates of receipt of replaced hardware is as below:
        Case ID [protected], Dated 27-03-08, Case ID [protected], Dated 03-12-08, Case ID [protected], Dated 04-02-09.
        The first HDD was changed with in 15 days from purchase of pc, since day i am requesting to replace the pc, as system had hardware compatibility problem due to which system fails to work again & again, but i couldn’t get any solution till date.

        Kindly look into the matter and help me to replace my system as soon as possible.

          I have purchased a laptop from an shopping mall called Croma which is in Bangalore & i have got a problem with your laptop i.e it is not working for an hour correctly.When i want to see any movies on it it will plays about 1.30 hours 7 will turn of automatically by showing a blue screen.So I can;t see the movies also...I have given it to croma shop but they have told that it is notr the computer problem..As i have kept it there about 1 week but the problem didnot solved...So please kindly refer me any service centers near to mangalore which is able to solve my problem...thank you I can't able to give you the full infornmation ...

            DEAR SIR,

            ON 17/2/2009 I SUBMITTED MY LAPTOP FOR REPAIR OF MY LAPTOP.THEY TOLD ME THAT IT MAY TAKE 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS AND WE WILL SEND YOUR LAPTOP BY COURIER TO YOUR ADDRESS. BUT NOW IT IS GOING TO BE ONE MONTH AND WHEN I CALL THERE, THEY ARE STILL SAYING "GIVE US TIME" AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO GIVE THE CALL TO YOUR SENIOR THEN THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE CALL. I AM REALLY PISSED OF ALL THIS .
            On July 1st Around 1 to 4 pm My laptop has been stolen by some one as we went to work and came back in the evening my lap was missing including room mates canon camera.
            Place:Coimbatore, Saravanampatti. We gave a police complain at near by station.
            Laptop details:Hp pavilion dv6, 3127tx has been purchased during 2010.
            Please find my laptop and i have all other details regarding laptop with me.

                  I had purchased hp compaque desktop computer on 27/2/2009.company offered hp all in one printer 428+ups. As per the direction of the company i have taken a DD for Rs999/-(DD no 879848 of state bank of india dated 7/3/2009)for the above offer.I am very regret to say that till date the offer not get.In the e-mail we searched, there we saw "gift claimed" "awaiting despatch".This mail is seeing for the last seven months.:Your company(hp) is wellknown one.So why my claim is postponing.I humbly request that do the necessary action as early as possible.My redumption code is HBUPOOACDK AND MMY E-MAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com.(MY PRESENT EMAIL ID IS RANCYGILL @GMAIL.COM.

                  ia m purchaes a printer at 27 may 2013, but now its scanner is not working, and when i contact with custmer care,they says that this product is out of warrenty.

                    Hi,
                    I bought a new laptop HP CQ 40 144 TU. While loading operating system, hard disc was not being located by the system. i went to This authorised customer service of HP and its been 8 days since I have not got my product back. My business is suffering a lot due to this. They told me to give it back to me next very day after submission. But its almost 8 days and no result. Everyday I call and get a reply" call tomorrow please". This is simply ridiculous.

                      sir,
                      I have purchased hp pavilion dv 6767tx. After buying it, i have claimed for redemption gift by sending 500.Rs DD to them.
                      I registered my product to claim HP Wi-Music Device 5.1 Dolby Digital Wireless Headset on 06/26/2008. and my redemption code is (JVWV1VU67N). And I got confirmation mail from [protected]@solutions-intg.com saying that delivery of the gift will take 6-8 weeks on 07/25/08.
                      But i ve not received any gift with in due date. so i tried calling them, but usually no one attended the call many times (normally it goes to voice mail and i was charged for that many times). rarely they attended calls and used to ask for 6-8 weeks extention.
                      At last(after calling many times) they have sended me parcel through post on 16/01/09. and reached local post office on 22/01/09. but the parcel was tampered, so i have not accepted the parcel from the post office. and later when i was calling them they are telling that its my responsibility (they clearly mentioned not to accept the parcel if it is tampered). so what can I do ?

                          Hi,
                          I bought this laptop
                          (dv 2519) with very high expectations in august 2007. I had a sony with a little less config with the same dealer but I wanted to try HP. I am a globe traveller. I left for germany in september 2007. I found that the laptop battery was draining unexpectedly and the laptop was getting terribly heated up just after 2 months of purchase. I called up the retailer and he asked me to call the hp. So, I did. Hp guys asked me to bring when I return. I took the laptop to them and also told them that I am returning in 2 weeks time in late july 2008. They checked the laptop and said the battery is a problem and they will replace it. I asked them to check about the heating problem they did and said they will get the heat sync replaced. They asked me to bring the laptop when they call. They never called. I kept calling all their people from Mr. Karthik, Jayanth, Naresh, Prasad, Sharath and local hp service center and also the retailer. But there was no response from anyone. All they will do is give another number ans ask me to call up. I told them I had to leave for US on 19th August and the warranty expires on 14th August. But they didnt care. On the last day the hp service center guy calls and says that too many things cannot be covered under the warranty. I still dont get what you mean by too many things? the heat sync and battery? Why do you give a warranty on the laptop then? He tells me that my warranty is expired and he cant do anything. I am completely feeling cheated with this kinda service. I am a management graduate in US. I have never seen such a dirty service staff and sick characters in my whole life. One guy even told me that I forgot to thank him for that he answered my call. Fantastic!! I buy your laptop and I face all this abuse and trouble. I have returned from US and want to know why this has happened and what action you are going to take about these useless service staff. That laptop is a lemon, I cannot work even for 30mins, it switches itself off. HP !! You have cheated me!! One thing is for sure, I will never buy another HP product again. I have seen my classmates in US using HP, they also find hp products failing off in less than a year.
                          Its been such an annoying experience with so much money lost for a lemon.

                            A brand new hp mini laptop was purchased in October 2008.

                            This stopped working in January 2009, ( the screen went blank). The laptop was under warranty and therefore submitted to the authorised hp service center in Okhla on my behalf by Ace cpmputers as per details below:

                            Date of submission – 05-01-09

                            Ref. No. -[protected]

                            Hp Contact = [protected]

                            On name of – Ace Computers – S416 (Sf) GK-1, New Delhi

                            Repeated calls have been made to the customer care numbers in the entire month of Feb and the explanation given by them in this entire period for the delay are as follows:

                            1. Part is not available
                            2. Part is comming from Mumbai
                            3. Motherboard of the laptop has been sent for from Singapore and is yet to arrive, if you are in a hurry you can take your laptop back.

                            * How can I take it back as it is not in working condition?
                            * A brand new laptop stops working in 3 months should be replaced by the company as it seems to be a defective piece.

                            No one in Hp seems interested in doing anything about it.

                            The last explanation given this morning by Mr.Girish was part is not available in India. I spoke to him again this afternoon, he said my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and he will know only by the evening.

                            There has been no attempt to provide a solution by any member of the hp customer services department.

                            I have requested a number of times to speak to the Manager of the service center Mr.Kapil Chawla, but he has been unavailable to speak to me.

                            I hope something can be done about large companies who get away with doing nothing !!!
                            my hp mini Bluetooth is not working i have contacted many services centre they do not take any tension and said complaint against hp. we can not do anything.

                              I hav submitted my laptop in hp center in okhla due to problem in DVD player on 20th dec 2008.
                              I hav spent lot of money in visiting the center, to call them, but till yet i hav not recieved my laptop.
                              They are just making fun of me, treating me in a careless way.
                              My complaint no. is [protected]. During the period another cases regarding DVD problem are solved but not my.I am on the edge of my patience level.

                              Kindly suggest me the needful way.

                                This is in reference of Care Pack Issue. We have purchased one care pack for hp 3030 from rahul
                                commerce - kolkata, we are the resellers. We given the serial no to
                                ms piyali biswas, as per our records. but when the care pack comes its
                                having some different no. & we inform Ms Piyali biswas about this
                                matter immidiately. She told she is out of office, matter will be
                                resolved by 2 -3 days. today is 3 months over & now they are telling they
                                have nothing to do about this matter. I paid charges for carepack &
                                which is debited to them already. Now as per warranty issue we are not
                                getting any warranty because of this serial no mistake. We already
                                told her that we want to return back all the papers to you which u
                                given as proof for this care pack. I think then its not a issue of
                                duplication of care pack.
                                please do the needful as early as possible.

                                We never give her this serial no which is not belongs to us. I think
                                its entirely a mistake because the product no. & product code is same
                                only the serial no is different.

                                    It is very difficult to get a drive card of HP . I am waiting for last two months, still harassing by the HP personnel. Our company is a Large Industry with good number of vehicle & deposited the required amount, but still harassed from the HP personnel, named Mr. Debabrata(phone no-[protected]) & Mr.Mrutyunjay phone no-[protected]) & not got a Drive card.
                                    I am interested to know why such harassment from the HP to get a Drive Smart card. Could you please take a step to return the deposit amount for Drive card, otherwise we will be forced to go to the shelter of Court.

                                      This is to inform you that i have submitted my hp pressario laptop sr. no. 2CE8080CH8 to 'DEGITECH' near RAMA ROAD NEW DELHI on 25th Dec.2008 & have not yet recived.Whenever i make a call to them they always give the assurance for next weak saying that the part is not yet recieved.Since i am in bhusawal(maharastra) it is not possible for me to visit regularly, but any how i manage & visited two times.

                                        purchased laptop from techno guide andheri (e) may 2007 within 6months got DVD reader writer replaced ie.october2007 after another month the motherboard went dead and was replaced. again after 3monts the piece went dead again. the system has major heating up problems, the design/technology used turion64seems to be the problem this information was given to us from the service center. even heard the company had pulled back pieces from dealer stocks because of this complaint, negotiated with the company service center several times on email but never got a favorable reply, now the subject laptop is a case of mental torture and agony. saw your programme pehredar on CNBC18 awaaz. was impressed which has given me the idea to approach you. desperately need help as big money is wasted for a machine which gave frustration than any help or work.kindly contact me as soon as possible. my mobile no.                                         Hey, M having compaq v3029au laptop from sep 2006 nd u know, company has changed d motherboard 9 times n processor 2 times till now !! But still prob of display n heating is going on !! Nd nw they r nt even responding or nt even they r replying my calls or mails !!!

                                        Nw m going 2 d consumer court, so any1 is having same prob ? plz help me 2 make compaq company feel guilty 4 it !!!
                                        I have puchased the laptop Compaq Presario V3225AU in June 2007. Within first 1 year I replaced 2 times its display panel, 1 time its DVD drive and 1 time its mother board due to the heating problem. In the 2nd year I replaced the mother board 3 times due to the same problem. Now they have rejected in giving me the extended warranty for 1yr. So I am forced to put the same to dustbin with great pain.
