Undelivery of HP 600 VA UPS
Dear Sir,

As per the below mail received from HP Company, they have dispatched HP ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER 4288 + HP 600VA UPS thro. OVERNITE EXPRESS with docket number[protected] on 4th march, 2009.But today we have received only Printer and not received UPS.

I request you to take necessary actions to send HP 600VA UPS to the address mentioned in bill at the time of purchase.

    Hi,
    I bought a new laptop HP CQ 40 144 TU. While loading operating system, hard disc was not being located by the system. i went to This authorised customer service of HP and its been 8 days since I have not got my product back. My business is suffering a lot due to this. They told me to give it back to me next very day after submission. But its almost 8 days and no result. Everyday I call and get a reply" call tomorrow please". This is simply ridiculous.

    Please take care of it.

      sir,
      I have purchased hp pavilion dv 6767tx. After buying it, i have claimed for redemption gift by sending 500.Rs DD to them.
      I registered my product to claim HP Wi-Music Device 5.1 Dolby Digital Wireless Headset on 06/26/2008. and my redemption code is (JVWV1VU67N). And I got confirmation mail from [protected]@solutions-intg.com saying that delivery of the gift will take 6-8 weeks on 07/25/08.
      But i ve not received any gift with in due date. so i tried calling them, but usually no one attended the call many times (normally it goes to voice mail and i was charged for that many times). rarely they attended calls and used to ask for 6-8 weeks extention.
      At last(after calling many times) they have sended me parcel through post on 16/01/09. and reached local post office on 22/01/09. but the parcel was tampered, so i have not accepted the parcel from the post office. and later when i was calling them they are telling that its my responsibility (they clearly mentioned not to accept the parcel if it is tampered). so what can I do ?

          Hi,
          I bought this laptop
          (dv 2519) with very high expectations in august 2007. I had a sony with a little less config with the same dealer but I wanted to try HP. I am a globe traveller. I left for germany in september 2007. I found that the laptop battery was draining unexpectedly and the laptop was getting terribly heated up just after 2 months of purchase. I called up the retailer and he asked me to call the hp. So, I did. Hp guys asked me to bring when I return. I took the laptop to them and also told them that I am returning in 2 weeks time in late july 2008. They checked the laptop and said the battery is a problem and they will replace it. I asked them to check about the heating problem they did and said they will get the heat sync replaced. They asked me to bring the laptop when they call. They never called. I kept calling all their people from Mr. Karthik, Jayanth, Naresh, Prasad, Sharath and local hp service center and also the retailer. But there was no response from anyone. All they will do is give another number ans ask me to call up. I told them I had to leave for US on 19th August and the warranty expires on 14th August. But they didnt care. On the last day the hp service center guy calls and says that too many things cannot be covered under the warranty. I still dont get what you mean by too many things? the heat sync and battery? Why do you give a warranty on the laptop then? He tells me that my warranty is expired and he cant do anything. I am completely feeling cheated with this kinda service. I am a management graduate in US. I have never seen such a dirty service staff and sick characters in my whole life. One guy even told me that I forgot to thank him for that he answered my call. Fantastic!! I buy your laptop and I face all this abuse and trouble. I have returned from US and want to know why this has happened and what action you are going to take about these useless service staff. That laptop is a lemon, I cannot work even for 30mins, it switches itself off. HP !! You have cheated me!! One thing is for sure, I will never buy another HP product again. I have seen my classmates in US using HP, they also find hp products failing off in less than a year.
          Its been such an annoying experience with so much money lost for a lemon.

            A brand new hp mini laptop was purchased in October 2008.

            This stopped working in January 2009, ( the screen went blank). The laptop was under warranty and therefore submitted to the authorised hp service center in Okhla on my behalf by Ace cpmputers as per details below:

            Date of submission – 05-01-09

            On name of – Ace Computers – S416 (Sf) GK-1, New Delhi

            Repeated calls have been made to the customer care numbers in the entire month of Feb and the explanation given by them in this entire period for the delay are as follows:

            1. Part is not available
            2. Part is comming from Mumbai
            3. Motherboard of the laptop has been sent for from Singapore and is yet to arrive, if you are in a hurry you can take your laptop back.

            * How can I take it back as it is not in working condition?
            * A brand new laptop stops working in 3 months should be replaced by the company as it seems to be a defective piece.

            No one in Hp seems interested in doing anything about it.

            The last explanation given this morning by Mr.Girish was part is not available in India. I spoke to him again this afternoon, he said my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and he will know only by the evening.

            There has been no attempt to provide a solution by any member of the hp customer services department.

            I have requested a number of times to speak to the Manager of the service center Mr.Kapil Chawla, but he has been unavailable to speak to me.

            I hope something can be done about large companies who get away with doing nothing !!!
            my hp mini Bluetooth is not working i have contacted many services centre they do not take any tension and said complaint against hp. we can not do anything.

              I hav submitted my laptop in hp center in okhla due to problem in DVD player on 20th dec 2008.
              I hav spent lot of money in visiting the center, to call them, but till yet i hav not recieved my laptop.
              They are just making fun of me, treating me in a careless way.
              My complaint no. is [protected]. During the period another cases regarding DVD problem are solved but not my.I am on the edge of my patience level.

                This is in reference of Care Pack Issue. We have purchased one care pack for hp 3030 from rahul
                commerce - kolkata, we are the resellers. We given the serial no to
                ms piyali biswas, as per our records. but when the care pack comes its
                having some different no. & we inform Ms Piyali biswas about this
                matter immidiately. She told she is out of office, matter will be
                resolved by 2 -3 days. today is 3 months over & now they are telling they
                have nothing to do about this matter. I paid charges for carepack &
                which is debited to them already. Now as per warranty issue we are not
                getting any warranty because of this serial no mistake. We already
                told her that we want to return back all the papers to you which u
                given as proof for this care pack. I think then its not a issue of
                duplication of care pack.
                please do the needful as early as possible.

                We never give her this serial no which is not belongs to us. I think
                its entirely a mistake because the product no. & product code is same
                only the serial no is different.

                    It is very difficult to get a drive card of HP . I am waiting for last two months, still harassing by the HP personnel. Our company is a Large Industry with good number of vehicle & deposited the required amount, but still harassed from the HP personnel, named Mr. Debabrata(phone no-[protected]) & Mr.Mrutyunjay phone no-[protected]) & not got a Drive card.
                    I am interested to know why such harassment from the HP to get a Drive Smart card. Could you please take a step to return the deposit amount for Drive card, otherwise we will be forced to go to the shelter of Court.

                        purchased laptop from techno guide andheri (e) may 2007 within 6months got DVD reader writer replaced ie.october2007 after another month the motherboard went dead and was replaced. again after 3monts the piece went dead again. the system has major heating up problems, the design/technology used turion64seems to be the problem this information was given to us from the service center. even heard the company had pulled back pieces from dealer stocks because of this complaint, negotiated with the company service center several times on email but never got a favorable reply, now the subject laptop is a case of mental torture and agony. saw your programme pehredar on CNBC18 awaaz. was impressed which has given me the idea to approach you. desperately need help as big money is wasted for a machine which gave frustration than any help or work.kindly contact me as soon as possible. my mobile no.                         I have puchased the laptop Compaq Presario V3225AU in June 2007. Within first 1 year I replaced 2 times its display panel, 1 time its DVD drive and 1 time its mother board due to the heating problem. In the 2nd year I replaced the mother board 3 times due to the same problem. Now they have rejected in giving me the extended warranty for 1yr. So I am forced to put the same to dustbin with great pain.

                            Dear Sir, I went to Chroma Store at Phoenix Mill, Mumbai to purchase HP wireless Printer Adopter on 03022009. I have HP CM1312 NFI Coler Laser printer with all Wi-Fi Capabilities. I asked one of the chroma representative. The Conversation is as follows.

                            Myself: Where are HP Wireless Printer Adopter kept?
                            Manager: Sir, here it is, a range of HP Wireless Printer Adopters Q6259A.
                            MySelf: I have a HP Printer, can i take this HP Wireless Printer Adopter for my HP printer?
                            Manager: Surely, This is HP Wireless Printer Adopter. This will work on HP Printer.
                            Myself: What is the price, Any discount?
                            Manager: The fixed price is Rs3119. No discount at present.

                            I went to payment counter and purchased.Now when i took that HP Wireless Printer Adopter and installed the CD in my laptop and fixed the adopter in printer, it was not working. I talked to HP customer care and they found out that this product Q6259A is made for eurpoe only...It is written on their HP Part Surfer page. They said that you go to chroma store and tell them to exchange as it is not applicable in india. I went to chroma store the next Day, and said that it is not working. They said, products once sold are not taken back. You should have enquirred before purchase. I said that you are here to assist us. You have only one category of HP adopters and u people have convinced me that this will work in my HP Printer...You should have told me that there are only certain categories on which this model works.

                            I am a beginner in IT. Now what should I do with this product for which I incurred an expenditure of RS 3119. The Personnel Manager Mr. Saravana Chakraborty at Chroma Store said that you sell it others for which it is compatible or throw it outside. I cannot help in this matter. U should know IT else don’t come in chroma.

                            I request HP or Chroma (Their channel Partner) to replace this product with my compatible HP wireless adopter or give me my money back. As they have cheated me and not following the fair practice with Customer.

Have not received the gift kodak digital camera yet despite numerous emails & reassuarancesredemp.code.( 6UQBWURAKT ). this is the last mail i wrote them:-you had promised to deliver the digicam by 6 weeks on 8th of december. now that works out to latest by the end of january.now you are asking me to wait a further 15 days which is a full 6 weeks late. does hp make computers or bullock carts.i have had enough of you!.i pledge not to ever buy an hp product & dissuade all who intend to buy it to shop around with more honest companies.in the era of the internet i think hp is the most ridiculous company.you are bound to go the satyam way.may you roast in your own hell.
                              hp is the worst company at least in india.

                                  1. I have purchased a Laptop of your Compy Model CQ 60104TU on 22 Oct 08 from JL Technovision, Jaipur Cantt. But I checking after one month ie Nov 2008 DVD of Laptop faulity. DVD not run VCD and some DATA CD.

                                  2. I have complaint to RT OUT Sourcing, your Service Centre Japur on 02 Dec 2008. On the direction of RT Outsourcing that DVD to be replaced and who have the part ordered by their case ID No [protected] from your Company.

                                  3. After three months a lot of compalint to your office DVD send your office on 14 Feb 2009 to RT Outsourcing, Jaipur but not intimate me for replacement of DVD and after 07 days DVD returned to your office.

                                  4. I have again complaint to your office through RT outsourcing, Service Centre Jaipur vide their Cash ID No [protected] dated 19 Feb 2009. You are requested to send againt DVD of Laptop Model No CQ 60104 TU with any delay and confirm my mobile No [protected] that DVD send to RT OUT Sourcing, Japur.

                                    I purchased HP pavilion series laptop in the month of december and then within 15 days, i sent Rs1500/- DD and original stickers for the free gift. You mentioned it will take 6 weeks to deliver but i have still not recieved it.

                                      the service center in agra( opp sur sadan, sanjay palace).
                                      Its been almost a month and the service center employees are postponing the=
                                      delivery day by day.
                                      My laptop is well in the warranty period and the warranty is going to expir=
                                      e on 18 january 2010.

                                        i have a laptop of compaq, model no.--presario v300, s/n--2ce7130z5s.and it is under warranty period.but from few days its not atall working properly.infact it has problem with its audio even.it is very slow.it blinks sometimes...and has got many problems.i called up at service center but no one came from there...i m having my exams and because of no laptop i m facing a lot of problem..so pls repair it as soon as possible.i really will be obliged to u.my add. is ...international institute of information technology, p-14, rajiv gandhi infotech park, hinjewadi, pune.

                                        I am a victim... There hardware have serious performance issues. I hardly used a compaque presario laptop 18 months... Its video chip damaged and is attached to motherboard. To replace a mother board, Rs. 20000 required.

                                        Consult with one or two hardware techniciens before buying a HP/ Compaque PC's
