[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Is Very Dishonest Bank — HSBC enlisted my name in CIBIL for their fault

HSBC bank is very dishonest bank and charges illegally huge amount of finance
charges for their fault.
One HSBC agent forcefully provides me a credit card no ([protected])
in 2007.
I have paid the due amount Rs. 1200.00 against Sept 2007 statement in before
due date but it's not reflected in very next months statement and they
illegally charge all the finance charges against that. But amount was
debited from my bank account. I repeatedly remind to their customer care
executive to resolve the issue but it does not work. At last that payment
was reflected on next January's statement against that same cheque and
amount but they were not waved of the charges.
I asked their representative to close the card and collect the amount which
I have spent by using that card in very next month. I have paid the settled
amount on 13th September 2008 by cash against the settlement letter sent by
them dated 8th September 2008.
I need a loan for my father's operation at the end of last year but the loan
was rejected due to my name was reflecting on CIBIL site.
I was contacted to HSBC people but they have not solved my issue till now. I
am feeling very frustrating and it makes my life miserable. I used other
bank's credit cards more than 5 years but I did not face any problem with
them till now.
Please help me out how to tackle the situation. May I take any step against
HSBC or go in to consumer forum for removing my name from CIBIL.
