My pancard ad been dispatched from Mumbai on 14th May 2009. This was addressed to

The courier no is : airway bill no. ZB0896820,
however the status in your website shows that the courier has been delviered on 15th May 2009 by Mr. Rajendra. I have not received the courier till date and I am not aware of any Mr Rajendra.
This is to intimate you that the courier has not reached the correct person. kindly take corrective action and deliver the same as soon as possible.

HSBC Credit Card — Credit card details

After several requests via telephone they are not giving me the details of purchase for which they are charging me on the Hsbc credit card which i am unaware neither i have the card nor i have used it.please lookup on this issue and why are they sending me the bills

HSBC Credit Card — Late Payment Charges 250%

My credit card No is [protected] .The total amount of credit due on my card in the month of
Jan 09 was Approx 650/- I am currently based out of India and could not call on regular basis to the customer care for the outstanding amount, moreever in month of Jan, I called customer sericves and asked to block the card for the same reason .After this telephone call, I was not able to open the online statement (which otherwise I was able to open with the assigned password ).I missed the track of payment and assmued that I have paid the amount in full, when I called customer care in the month of May 09 I am told my outstanding amount is Rs 2000/- Plus .Now Bank has levied a late payment fees of 400 plus every month(Feb, Apr, May) on the amount of 600/- .
Please take a request to revert the late payment fees of and other charges of approx 1400/- on the initial amount of Rs 600/-

i pardeep kumar card no.= [protected], last time i was in harsh telecom, uttam nagar.As i prchased mobile as i do payment through your bank's credit card but the transaction was failed at that time n shop keeper said that transction r failing i am sorry for your inconviniance but as your bank added its amount on my bill i dont even do sign on any transaction slip i requset to bank that the amount of that transaction should be removed from my bill as soon as possible.i'll hope u'll reply in my favour

HSBC Credit Card — Unnecessary charges for Insurance

Dear sir,
HSBC is one of the worst credit card company i have ever dealt with
To Start with:
1. Non delivery of the statements in the starting months
2. Subject to that they keep on charging late repayment and so many other charges
3. Nilesh(HSBC) is the worst customer care person i have talked to who doesnt care for customer concerns by just telling to cancel your credit card if you have any problem
4. Unecessary charges of Insurance given by TATA AIG and they even clain that I have signed it
5. Loss of some Rs 500 for continuos 10 months which they claim are non refundable
6. I have cancelled my credit card immediately to avoid my future loss of many

Kindly take some action to protect many customers like me who unknowing get these unecessary items in their credit card bill

HSBC Credit Card — HSBC Credit Card charges Rs.400 Late Payment Charges for Ps. 0.69

Dear All,

I have a very bad experience with the HSBC after a long time relationship. I have a bill amount of 0.69 Paise and I have not paid the amount thinking that it would be added to next bill. But surprisingly I have received Rs. 400 Late Payment Charges. When I spoke to the customer care, they said you have to pay 400 rupees.

Why does HSBC charges such a huge amount, while other banks are not charging the same way?

I ajay k sharma haveing a hsbc credit card policy no [protected], hsbc advisor have called me and advised me to take TATA AIG mediclaim through HSBC credit card and pay by installment our ONE time then i have taken the policy and from bussiness bank account i have paid 1246 by cheque bharat co bank.when renewal time had come nearly then HSBC advisor is saying that you have not paid the amount and from DELHI unauthorised call are comeing to my phone and after 10 to 11 month they are given a bill to my billing adress and seeing that you have to pay 5007/-then i have called to hsbc customer care and told about my policy and complained it then the advisor is teeling that you have to pay the amount which we have given to you then she is teeling that you call to mumbai no 66667070 and talk to them. we can"t help you. then i called to bombay office.then mumbai office advisor is telling that you have to call to DELHI office.once again i call to mumbai branch then they help me and given delhi branch officer TARUN MAHATUR.then i called to TARUN mahatur he said that you have to pay 2000/-mumbai branch is telling 1046/-to pay the amount which i have paid is 1246/-now, which amount i have to pay to HSBC. pls.now, i am fadeff tell me pls

I have filed case in the consumer court against bank. Your recovery agents are using abusive language and calling day or night violating basic code of RBI. They give thraet for taking illegal action and defame also. They are calling in my office, residence and on mobile at any time and in my absencse using harsh language with any one who receive the call.Even when I said to send your ID that u r calling on behalf of HSBC, they said u should sit before a temple for begging. Is this attitude is according to your culture.

Sir, Please look in the matter as I am from very beginning saying that your outstanding not relate to any geuineness but no one is respoding and whatever balance lying is on account of accumulation of charges and penalty arises on a/c of non-genuine charge.

I am ready to pay if any genuine outstanding is there but please prove the genuineness of the same.

Look in the matter urgent and please reply. I am waiting for your reply. In absense of that I am going to file criminal case. This is my last request to HSBC.

HSBC Credit Card — Non adjustment of payment released

I was using credit card ref. No. [protected] issued by HSBC bank. The due payment was released to them on time through ICICI bank cheque Ref. No. 102760 in Feb'05 and the cheque got cleared on time. Still after four years, the outstanding payment is not cleared and every month I am getting credit card statement.

I have escalated no. of times through emails / phone calls to HSBC credit card Noida branch I was asked to provide the account statement from ICICI bank and the same was mailed to HSBC wherein it is clearly shown that the said cheque is cleared and amount is credited to HSBC. But further there is no action from HSBC on the same. The account statement is enclosed for your reference.

HSBC , Mumbai — Closing the account

I was as employee for one month i.e Jan 2008 to feb 2008. I have left HSBC in Feb 2008. I have not been using HSBC Account since then. I hereby please request you to close or inactive the account. I had received a letter few days back saying that the account has been closed. However again there is a demand for money. I am a jobless person. Please look into the matter & do the needful.

HSBC Credit Card — Mis leading Information & Mentally Haresment

I am a HSBC credit card holder, one time i Used HSBC card for some payment but later no expense statement was provided me by the bank but soon after a threatening call sfor dues payments from the bank staff/ collection agents i received during that time i put my views about the payment matter but they said u have opted e- statement mode for receiving the statement but i never get any such type of E-statement from the bank side nd i made the random payment that time to solve that issue soon after 6 months again i received some threatening calls from the recovery agents nd i am in a mood not to pay any amount to the recovery agents but they requested me to pay the final amount of the credit card and my card will be closed i made the payment again without any statement .
Again after two month i received a SMS in phone from HSBC to pay the Due amount.
HSBC provided me the misleading Information & give me the mentally haresment related to the payment so i want some necessay action against the bank against the Right of Information ACT

HSBC & City Banks — Not paying us the money and are increasing due amt also after death

My uncle who had expired on 22 Oct 2005 were having bank accounts in HSBC as well as CITY Bank. Now after his death when we tried to ask them for money by giving his death certificates, they are telling their parents who are so aged that father cannot even see (75-80 years). They are telling them to go to Chennai and take the amount. Also they are sending us bills and calling them (their parents of age 75 years) and telling them to pay the amount or else they will not clear any amount which they have in their bank of my uncle (who had expired).

I will be highly obliged to you and his parents will give you blessings as they are in need of money being their only child (BOY) expired who was the only source of earnings n their house. Please help them.

I am very fed up of your bank service.every times i follup with your customer care or collectons deprtament last two months but they are no provide me the best solutions for settelmet the card.

exactly similar way HSBC behaved my cousin, who is in USA now a days. HSBC charged the annual fee without any written/verbal consent. They are adding now late payment fee each month, and sending the statement. I find it very illogical, great cheating and fraudulent. HSBC bank must come out with clear policy that they should not renew any card without prior permission of the customer.
