HSBC Credit Card — ILLEGAL Transaction from my Credit Card

Dear Sir,

I had HSBC Credit card, That I received in JULY 2006. I never used my credit card to make any transaction. In March 2007, I received a mail from HSBC team that there were Transaction of 43, 000 from my credit card. I immediately replied to the mail and called the HSBC customer care, told them that I have not done any transaction from my credit card. The Customer Care Executive told me that it might be possible that there is duplicate credit card issued and asked me to logged a complain to HSBC.

I logged the complained and came on overseas project, after some 3 months they informed me that they have done their investigation and according to them the transactions are done by me only and asked me to pay the dues.

I replied to that mail and had few conversation of mails with some of their employee, after that they told me that they would again investigate the issue... again after 2-3 months they came back stating the transaction are legal and done by me... and asked me to pay.

I don't know, what shall I do now... I am very much stressed, as every month they sent me credit card statement with some addition to it...

Please suggest!

HSBC Credit Card — HSBC yearly charges.

I'm holding HSBC Credit card, Issued from Pune Branch, But I did not used it for last 2.5 yrs, as I was moved to oniste(US). While applying the credit card HSBC bank representative showed me Life Time Free credit Card Plan and I chose the same. But After 1 yr I got the outstanding balance statement for Yearly charges.

I called customer care/collection department and informed about the same they cleared from theire end as WRITTEN OFF. Now my Imy Home loan got rejected due to WRITTEN OFF of CBIL caluse, Outstanding amount is zero.

Please help me in this regard otherwise I will never be able to get home loan in future.

I have not receibed monthly bill, I like to know what is the status of my credit card posision, please inform the detail to my rediffmail account so that the payment can be made in timely.

PERSONAL LOAN 030262273872 — INABILITY TO MAKE HUGE PAYMENTS AS I AM UNDERGOING FINANCIAL CRISIS

I HAD REQUESTED FOR A SETTLEMENT OF MY LOAN ACCOUNT DUE TO FINANCIAL TROUBLES.THE SETTLEMENT CAME THROUGH AND I WAS ASKED TO PAY Rs 25000 CASH before the SETTLEMENT LETTER WAS HANDED OVER TO ME.NOW THE SETTLEMENT HAS COME THROUGH FOR Rs 100000/ Accordingly the amount should be deducted from the Rs 100000/ so the amount left would be 75000/
I request you to lower the payment amount as I cannot pay the whole amount in 2 instalments.
I would like to clear the entire amount by DECEMBER 2009 but the payment should be of a lower amount for a start because I paid up the 25000 with great difficulty
Please reply soon as the agents are PRESSURISING AND HARASSING ME AND I MIGHT GO CRAZY

HSBC is a fraud credit card company.I received credit card last year and dint even use it once. I was told
that i will not be charged any extra fee apart from what i spend.I don't know how such fraud companies

HSBC Credit Card — Herussment for payments!!

Dear Sir,

Few years before I have registered with HSBC credit card. Everything was going perfect. During six month I was unable to pay the amount and my credit limit got over. due to some personal problem, I could not able to do that and same has been informed to HSBC executives.

I requested for settlement later, as right now I dont have money and my personal condition is not good. also I was hospitalized for one month and still getting recovered.

Please help me to resolve my issue. Will be grateful if it can be done.

i paid pending amount fully on 18th of aug.2009 by confirmation from customer care..but suddenly hsbc people made sms to mobile as rs 14881/- pending. then called to customer care and asked for any misused and blocking of card. but i want to solve this problem asking help to file a case.i want information first about pending statements. call me hyderabad [protected]

HSBC Credit Card — HARASSMENT FOR PAYMENT OF UNSPENT AMOUNT ALONGWITH PENALTY AND INTEREST

I had taken Credit card no. [protected] in June 2004.

I used it very sparingly upto Feb 2007.

Statement for Feb received asking for payment of Rs, 17390 by 26.3.07. Payment made in full on 7.3.07., 19 days before the due date.

Statement for Mar was not received, After calling thrice, the statement was received on 25.4.07 (one day before the due date ) with the due date of 26.4.07. Full payment of Rs.25616.87 made on 26.04.07.(due date)

No statement was Received for next 4 months. I called Customer Care and was informed that the transaction during the period was made for Rs. 1120/- by me.

But there was another internet transaction of Rs. 450 which I did not made.

I lodged my protest with Customer Care and also sent a written complaint on 22.6.07 to The Manager, Credit Card Services, Chennai disputing the internet transaction of Rs. 450/-.

When till August 07 no outcome was received to my complaint, on 21.8.07, I deposited the card with a request for cancellation at South Extn. Branch, New Delhi alongwith balance payment of Rs. 1120/-.

The Card was Cancelled after 8 months in April, 2008.

I have been asking HSBC to provide me evidence of following:

1.Monthly statements sent to me from Mar 2007 onwards.
2. Evidence of spending Rs.450/- by me.

The bank could not provide me either and delaying the matter.

In this process the disputed amount of Rs. 450/- has been multiplied to Rs. 11, 426.41.

After exhausting all channels I have addressed the issue to Mr. Rajnish Bahl, Country Head, who have also been passing the mails to his subordinates without giving replies.

Till date there are 463 complaints against this co.

Pl advise what to do...

HSBC Credit Card — Misbehaviour and severe lack of courtesy

This is regarding my conversation with HSBC's Customer Service Executive - Pranav (Female) on Aug 26th 2009.

I was charged Late payment fees and interest charges over Rs 550. I wanted to explain the rep that its not my fault because I dropped the cheque (current) in the drop box on 7th Aug '09 and the due date was 14th Aug 09. I called HSBC helpline on 11th Aug 09 to inquire about the status. The cheque was not cleared till then. I waited till the due date and in the meanwhile I kept on receiving reminders from HSBC. Then on 17th (Monday) I put a stop payment on the cheque and deposited the amount in Cash at the bank.

Then I got my August Statement on August 26th '09, I saw late payment charge and I called HSBC customer service immediately. After the verification was done I tried to explain her the situation but she didnt let me speak and kept on cutting me off. She called me a liar and said I called on 11th but I didnt ask for any status. I asked "Why is she interrupting me ?", but she kept on speaking. I asked her to transfer call to her supervisor, she put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and then she hung up.

I dont understand what kind of people HSBC hires or whct level of traing is goin on. There is no sign of any courtesy or so called "Customer Service".
Please let me know the status on credit card complaint.Resend the renewed statement on the same by mail.

HSBC Credit Card — Card Blocked without reason

Hi,

My credit card no is [protected] named Jitender Kumar, from past two year i am using the cc of hsbc, there is not even a single complaint /issue between bank and me, no payment due no outstanding amount due, timely i have been paid all the payments.

Now all of sudden my card has been blocked, where my July - Aug cc statement outstanding is Rs 10.71 only and available balance Rs 00, after enquire so many time to bank no[protected] i got to know that my card has been blocked and being handedover to collection department, when asked why, due to recovery of Rs 100 bank has handedover my card to the collection department without intimating to me, also which money (RS 100) is already deposited to the bank by me timely according to monthly statement.

No satisfactory answer i have received collection department, nom which i received from bank[protected] for collection department, when asked the reason, replayed bank has handedover to us reason bank can brief to you better.again no satisfactory answer.

Please look in to matter ASAP and solve this reactivate my cc

HSBC Credit Card No. — 4476 9212 0153 3704

I have cancelled above credit card in the month of January 2009 with nil outstanding balance, as confirmed my Senior Manager of HSBC. However, since then my saving account has been debited monthly basis. I have not received any credit card statement or any other document from bank since last six months, but my saving account has been debited monthly basis.

I have send several emails & mail to different officers of HSBC including Nodal office, i have not received any response.

I want them to stop debiting my saving and refund all the money which they have debited wrongly.
Pls let me inform the status of my credit card. i have applied one month before. I Would like to request you to know my appliation satus.

i deposited a chequeno.547333 of rs 20336/- on 1 july 2009 in the hsbc cheque drop box and on 7th july a sales executive from hsbc came to us and said that your cheque is misplaced somewhere and you have to give one more chequeno. 038978 of same amount, AS BOTH THE CHEQUES WAS CREDITED IN CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND IN THE STATEMENT I GOT FINE OF RS.508/- FOR LATE PAYMENT CHARGE, SO PLEASE CANCEL THE AMOUNT OF LATE PAYMENT CHARGE.
