Home Loan HSBC Hyderabad Branch — corruption in submission of documents

i am robert here, from banglore. i have come to know a person applied for a home loan in hsbc bank, hyderabad punjagutta branch. andrapradesh india in 2005 with the name, mr.a.rammohan s/o a.rajalingam teja residency g2 nizampet road kukatpally hyderabad -500072. the loan is up to 7 lacs pls consider and check the documents of his submission when he applied for loan and take necessary changes on his account .pls keep it secret.

I applied ONLINE for HSBC credit card and further submit the documents thru the DSA, but there is no update after that neither did i get and ref number nor i have the rejection letter.

I have received the credit card statement letter for the period 24.10.2008 to 23.01.2009 received by me on 10.02.2009 at my previous old and incorrect address and would like to inform you that I have neither received the credit card ( NO. = [protected] ) and have never activated or used the same till date, hence it is requested please correct your record accordingly and reverese any charges ( if any ) against the subject credit card under intimation to me.

Further if any charges is debited from my HSBC savings account ( no. =[protected] aginst the same card please arrange to reverse the same immediately under confirmation to me, I was holding HSBC credit card earler, which after expiry I have neither opted for renewal of the same nor I have received any renewed card from your end.

HSBC Credit Card — HSBC Credit card payment not reflecting

I am having a HSBC credit card for the past few year vide No.:-
[protected]. I am making minimum payment for the last few months
regularly. However my last payment made on 12/11/2008 is still not
reflecting in the HSBC system because of negligence on their part however
they are harassing me everyday to give payment now for both November and
december. I have the bill details with me as follows:-

I have complaint to HSBC for number fo times but they have paid no
attention towards the complaint, recently also i made a complaint vide
complaint number:- [protected]. After this I have also made a payment for the December month for the amount of Rs 1700/- and was promised that the November month issue will be solved soon but all in Vain.

The agents are talking in a rude and unpolite way
everytime giving me threats to make both the months payment together to
avoid legal and physical damages. some manager guy of HSBC basavangudi
branch has talked in a rowdy manner to me to take out the payment, their

I want strict action against these people so they are not able to harass
people like this for their own faults.

I was forced by your agent in getting the card. I never had the intention o[censored]sing your card from the day I received. I called up your bank [[protected]] thrice. The first time I was informed that it was a membership fee and I denied using your card and demanded a proper explanation. They had asked me to contact within 5 working days. Inspite of calling your bank using the above mentioned number I never got a proper response. I had given a call today (17th Feb 2009) regarding the status and was informed that my card has been closed and I should pay an amount after contacting some department in Chennai. The guy who answered the phone gave me a number to contact [[protected]]. I tried calling thrice but there has been no response. It is very unethical in the way you treat people. Do not play such fraudulent games. Do respond immediately to avert unnecessary legal issues.

I have surrendered the card more than 3 yrs back. When I knew that the service card i have taken has service charges i immediately surrendered the card the very next month. i have also not used the card even once. Occasionally the statement comes home, and everytime i contact the customer care, they inform that they will revert immediately. Till now the credit card dept did not care to contact me. Now i am getting calls for not paying the service charges. I dont have the card nor the confirmation from HSBC.
Request to pls arrange to stop contacting me and unduly harrasing me. I also inform that i am priority account holder in few of the banks and servicing my credit cards for the last 5 yrs without a single payment problem. The very fact that the card has been missold to me and the customer care not giving me the proper information is an outright deficiency of service.

This is to bring to your notice that we still not received the zero statement letter as requested.

As per the letter No. 2 (Attached), we have made payment on 30th December ’08 in cash which was received by you . But even after receiving the payment the deficit amount has not been written off and not received Credit Card Account reflecting Zero dues outstanding.(Refer Para No. 3 )

We have not received any acknowledgement till date even though the Card was Cancelled on February 2008. ( 1 year back) - as it was lost.

Even the persons assisting have stopped taking calls - Mr. Tarun Mathur and Mr. Anurag from the Noida collections branch, the emails are bouncing back .

They have charged me penalty even though their systems were down and were not able to give any information.

P.S—would request to take appropriate action since we have been following this for long time.

I refer to your bill for the period of 21 Jan2009- 20Fef2009 for Rs 5347.55

In this regard I may draw your reference to the offer of settlement of Rs 2000.00 made during the month of Feb 2009. However, the letter of offer had not specifically mentioned about the nature of amount due therein as types of dues varies from Credit purchases, ATM withdrawals to late fee and financial charges.

As it may be noticed that I have not held back any amount due as a result of credit purchase. The dispute is with regard to a few days of delay in the payment that too on account of late collection of cheque dropped in the collection box and for which you have been charging Late fee and and other financial charges which over the period has swelled to Rs 5347.55 . This amount consists of only the above charges and does not include any credit purchases.

The narration of settlement of dues may give an impression that the card holder might have made default in repaying the dues on account of his credit purchase/ATM cash withdrawal and due to certain prudent reasons the bank wants to write off the dues or accept a lower amount through a compromise settlement. Non specifying the actual nature of dues in a compromise settlement would effect the future financial transactions with any banks.

Further, I am happy to note that for the first time you have dropped late fee of Rs 400.00 in the captioned statement, being continuously charged on my card till the previous bill. I am unable to note the genesis of charging this late fee all along and now being dropped which I have been asking for.

I therefore request you to verify my accounts for the dues payable and issue me a fresh statement of account for the financial charges only without the late fee amount, which I would be willing to pay although all these charges are notional in nature.
