without intimation taking annual fee. in the time of giving card your people didnot told and now suddenly your bank had charged 1050/- it is not fair, so kindly remove the annual fee.other wise i will cancel all my cards and accounts will yours bank.

As i am using the HSBC credit card for the past 5.5 years before 1 year i have lost my job so right now there is no source of money for me to make the payment kindly i am about to settlement for the cards before three days i have called the customer care and informed about the settlement but they have not given the proper solution for that so for i have made the prompt payment for the following cards

I am not having the source to repay the total amount but to some extent i can arrange the payment and close these credit card amounts

HSBC Credit Card — Faulty statement about late payments & other charges amounting to Rs 1000/

My credit Card No.[protected]. I am sorry,eventhough I am regular customer for the last four years,I am always being troubled from your end by seding statements where falty & illegal charges are levied. Recently I did make cash payment in full against your intimation received recently just after lapse of two days only. As my father passed away & I had to rush to my village I had made a request to your customer care center to permit me to do the payment with in two to three days aftr the dead line,for which I got the assurance. After my return promptly made the payment as promised.But surprisingly I found the late payment charges & shocked.I tried to contact customer care center,but I could not get them on line in spite of my best efforts.Now I request you to rectify the statement by withdrawing the late payment chages & oblige.

Hsbc / Creditcard — I am unable to access my card

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to access my card on the customer care phone banking. My card no. is [protected]. I have been trying this morning for atleast 10 times, every time I get the message that it is not right.
Also I want to know why the credit limit of my card has been reduced from Rs. 142,000 to 24,000.
I also want to redeem the reward points accrued on my card. If it is possible, the item codes are:

I m in need o[censored]r financial help regarding my credit card.

The matter is that I m an user of HSBC bank gold credit card, which I m using for 2-3 year.

But, in recent past the dispute have been came out with me & HSBC bank in regards misinterpretation of an offer. Actually, the matter is that I had used my card upto the max. limit 49500/- out of my total card limit 50000/-, then they called me for an term insurance policy of TATA AIG, which covered 2.0 Lacs in normal & 4.0 Lacs in accidental case & also the insurer will reverse my all the outstanding in my card which I had used at that time with a premium of just 450/- per month. Due to that I had not make my card payment upto the due date of my card, then after my due date I had received a call from the banker regarding my payment, then I reveal the matter & also informed through mail before too that I m not going to pay ur last month outstanding balance as per the condition with policy offered through phone & when I received my offer document then again I reconfirmed them also.

But, after all I had made my all the outstanding balance payment b/w the time of due date & billing date, what amount I had purchased genuinely, But, also they are showing outstanding balance in my card a/c upto 3000/- around with a bonus point credit in my card around 1500/.That was actually their charges & interest, which I do not want to pay bcoz of the delay occurred due to them, which I told earlier them too. After making of my all the payment I had requested to them Plz close my card & discontinue the service & damaged my card with intimation to their customer care. But not received a positive response from their side.

Now I have receive their call on today after 25-30 days regarding the outstanding payment which they have made upto 4270/- after final settlement, when I ask them they are saying that u had taken an EMI on ur card which was not completed, but that EMI amount I had paid in single amount in the month of august, but bcoz the dispute happen with them, now they have included that remaining EMI balance in my final settlement, when I ask to them regarding the matter & also told them with exact date then they r telling that we had received ur payment but u had to inform us to close that EMI on that time, that,s why we have charged to u.

Actually, as per me there is nothing remaining in my card a/c to pay off, these all the amount which they are showing is just their charges which I do not want to repay.

Then, Plz guide me in this matter that for this 4270/-, how can they damage me?

Can they forward my name to defaulter list of CIBIL for this?

Plz guide me they have cheated me & I do not want to continue with them.

HSBC Credit Card — I don't have HSBC credit card, But I get Bill.

Hi,

I am Mamidipally Chakradhar.
I had applied for HSBC credit card some 3 years back.
I did not receive any credit card from HSBC.
After 2 years, HSBC people sent me a bill for which I don't have a card.
In that bill, they added some 3000 rs and substracted again. So total amt to be paid was 0.
When HSBC people called me I told them clearly, that I dont hold any credit card, and asked them to cancel if any card is issued on my name.

Yesterday, I again received a message on my mobile, saying that I have to pay 1043 rupees and mimimum amt due is 100, and last date for payment is 29th jan 2010.

That means I have a bill for which I don't even have a credit card.

I request concerned authorities of HSBC to take a note of this issue, and take care that this doesnot happen again.

Other wise I will file a case in consumer court.

I request to all the Indian user, avoid HSBC Bank.

HSBC Credit Card — Not Made EMI of Purchase

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i made a transaction of Rs. 17000 and given a requrest to your executive to convert in Life Time EMI.

The executive confirmed me the same and told me that I have to pay minimum 850/- per month & interest.

But when i received the statement they demand full amount. Against that i register the complaint and now i would like to know the status Complaint # [protected].

i have been levied a huge sum towards finance charges, which you are telling as charges towards late receipt in the January & Feb'2010 statements. My card no. is [protected]. I requested the customer service to reverse the same as i feel ashamed of taxing such charges. I request you to do the needful at the earliest to reverse the amount. my name is Venkatraman, Iam holding a HSBC credit card In 2007 i got a call from hsbc credit card section for issance of hsbc lifetime free card, representitive told me that its a lifetime free credit card there is no joing fee and annual fee, and no other hidden charges after that i confirm with hsbc customer care they also told me its life time free card.Three years used this month they sended one statement and they put Rs 700 for annual fee + Service Tax Rs. 72.10, i called their customer care ask for this fee, at that time they tell the amount is not reversed.now this month ( Jan'2010) they put Rs 700 without proper communicationas primary card membership fee, again i called custmer care at that time they told me that hsbc is not yet given life time free card so you should pay this amount, he shouted me for paying amount, what can i do.one of the lady from chennai hsbc credit card section.banks are cheting normal people .i am a normal man, i am facing finacial tight.in this time what can i do, to whom i will contact to solve the problem. they told me verbaly i cant record so please take a action. and also put the amount of Financial Charges for the Last Statement -2001-1 Rs.123.48 + Service Tax Rs.12.71, Financial Charges for the Last Statement -2001-1 Rs.182.68 + Service Tax Rs.18.81.

Total Excess Amount debit in my account of Rs.1109.78
(700+72.1+123.48+12.71+182.68+18.81) = Rs.1109.78

The above said amount of Rs.1109.78 i am not ready to pay. this is for your information

I did not receive any statement of a/c for my creit card for Oct., Nov 2009 so I sent an e-mail to HSBC to ascertain the dues. In response I got statement of a/c for 3 months showing so many charges-late payment fee/finance charges/card annual renewal fee etc. In fact at the time of issuance of card to me I was told that this is free for life and I have been using the card for a number of years, as far as I recall, no annual charges were levied to my card till now so I made a complaint on-line. I exchanged a no. of e-mails and the annual membership fee was eventually waived ans some late payment and finance charges have been refunded. Pending settlement, I made a payment of Rs.5, 000/- in Jan. 2010 1st week and made another request to advise me the final dues after refunds and all but no clarification was received. after waiting for some time I again deposited a ch. for Rs.2, 500/- in a drop box on 1st feb. 2010.
My complaint now is that today I have received 3 statements from Oct. 2009 to 8th Jan. 2010 that indicate further late payment charges of Rs.473.68 levied on 31st Dec. 2009 & Sr. Tax of Rs.48.78 and finance cherges also. When the matter is not settled and dues not crystallised, why late payment and finance charges should be levied? Kindly reverse these immediately.

Dear Team,

With reference to the above mentioned credit card nos, I would like to inform that both the cards had paid as per you issued settlement letters.
HSBC collection team has confirmed me that when I will paid the amount, HSBC bank will issue me a ZERO balance statement and same will also update to Credit rating agency CiBil.
But, till date I have not received any “ ZERO BALANCE “ Statement and also yet my name is not removed from Cibil.

So, I am requesting you to please help me to resolve this issue asap.
