Card Cancelled but bills and late payment

Hi
I had taken HSBC credit card which I had to cancel after they charged unfair interest charges and late payment charges inspite of paying the amount in full on time.
Now after I have cancelled the card, they have been sending me bills with late payments charges and interest charges.Now i have been complaining to the customer care, collection department and via emails and complain sections but to no avail.

Bad Experience with HSBC

I hold HSBC Gold credit card (in fact two of them) and I had
set up an ECS to pay the total amount due directly from my bank
account on the payment due date. I find that recently in the case
of a rather large payment (about 1 lakh) they requisitioned ECS

I received tons of calls for someone who had my number befor me. I told them all that I had a new number and that person was not here and likely had never lived here. Getting SMSes for non existent Card

I had applied for an HSBC credit card almost a year back and they tried to deliver the credit card on two occasions to my office address. But since I was not available at my office it was returned. This was informed to me by a Tele banking representative. After that they never got in touch with me and I also have forgot about the entire episode. I have a HSBC account in mumbai and on 14 march 2008, I have deposited a DD issued from Deutsche Bank PUne branch in my HSBC Mumbai account at Chembur Branch. I was shocked to see in my bank statement that the cheque was send to IDBI bank for clerance.

ATM cash which did not get dispensed at other bank ATMs is reflected in HSBC account as withdrawn.

I have used my HSBC ATM card at Indian Overseas bank ATM at HRBR layout, banaswadi main road, Bangalore.
