Late presentment of credit card transaction after 11 Months

Hi,
I've a credit card from HSBC bank. I've made a purchase for an Item worth 4590 on this card in the month of April 2007. This transaction was not presented to me in the following month as required. This transaction was reflected in my card statement of Mar'08 after 11 Months. Unfair practices of HSBC

I had taken HSBC credit card which I had to cancel after they charged unfair interest charges and late payment charges inspite of paying the amount in full on time.
Now after I have cancelled the card, they have been sending me bills with late payments charges and interest charges. Now I have been complaining to the customer care, collection department and via emails and complain sections but to no avail.

Non-Receipt of Card

I had applied for HSBC credit thru corporate scheme 3 months back. I had received a call from HSBC also on the despatch of the card. But till date, i have not received the card. Even i told some customer care calls received from HSBC to cancel the credit. I want to know the status of the same.

I got a HSBC gold card in the year 2004 Oct with no first year annual maintainense fee . In the year 2005 Oct HSBC sent me a statement for Rs 2250 as annual fee. I registered for Do Not Call services during March - April - 08 since I was bombarded with sales calls from vendors trying to sell something. Non receipt of statement

Hi,

This is regarding the statement for my credit card.
I've called up the customer care umpteen times for the statement.

Each time I am told that the request would be processed within 24 hrs(in case of emails) or 4 working days(in case of couriers).
However till date I've never received any of these so called e-mails/couriers.

Bank did not send me Statement and charged me with finance charges

i hold one visa gold credit card provided to me by HSBC Bank. I used that card for one bulk booking in the month of January and then whenever i had buffer i paid them. suddenly from the month of March i was not provided with my bank statement either on e-mail or by courier.
to which i repeatedly request them and updated my email id and courier address as well.

No clarity on charges and very high interest and charges

I am holding an HSBC Credit card for few years now. Despite making very high payments, i find that bulk of the payment is going as interest and very little amount going towards principle. When you call up the call center, little or no help is offered. They are not sure as to how the credit statement and charges are done. I went to the bank, met a credit card representative, who was not sure much about the charges. Washed his hands off...

Closed card with EMI payment

Dear Sirs / Madam

My wife is having HSBC Crdit card for last one year. One time she is withdrawal and purchase around of Rs.15000 to 20000. We are paid monthly outstanding and we request you to bank for pl help for closed the card by EMI payment three or four emi but bank could not help.

Not happy with HSBC Services

I have an account in HSBC bank from last 1 year. But this time they fined me 853 Rs without even conveying me. When I called to their customer care they told that your amount in bank is not sufficient. They told that your account is Power Vantage account in which u need to quaterly maintain 1, 00000 Rs.
