HSBC Credit Card — REQUISITION FOR REMOVE MY NAME IN CIBIL BLOCKING LIST

Hellow sir,

My name is prakash DOB:23/07/1980.i was used HSBC credit card 3 months back....Also i have some outstanding in the card.now i have paid all the amounts.Now my outstanding is zero.But still my name is showing in cibil....If i go for personal loans....my loans get rejected.....Kindly do the needful.

HSBC WESTSIDE CLASSIC CREDIT CARD — HSBC WESTSIDE CLASSIC CREDIT CARD

Respected Sir,

It was regarding my HSBC Westdie Classic Credit Card No. [protected]. When i entered on Westside Show room in there the HSBC People are asking every person that they are interested in Credit Card. One Executive ask me on Fe’ 2010 – March’ 2010 i am not aware about the actual date for which date i had applied. When he came down and also ask me that sir westside and hsbc are combination so you need credit that i told him that i am already have one credit HSBC Gold but he told me that it is you can take one more credit & also inform me that it was free Card they are no charges for HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. I ask him twice it free he told me free. On that i also inform him that i dont have any proof. He ask me about my driving licence. So i had gave him driving licence and took the xerox copy and he told me to sign the form even i told him i dont have time to field the form he told me sir that he will filed the form just do sign that time my girlfriend with he also told me not get the one more card. He told me it was free card there are no charges. I received the bill and now they charged Membership Fee. 700. I am ready to pay but why the HSBC Sales Executive telling lie with customer. Please clear my doubt and also reverse my amount Block my HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. I hope you will help me out regarding for my charged which was done by HSBC Westside Classic Credit Card. My Complaint Number in HSBC is [protected].

HSBC Bank Card — HDFC credit card

Please note that presently self was rejected car loan from SBI on the ground that I have some pending credit card payment as revealed from RBI list based on CBIL report in the year 09-10. The credit card companies are HDFC and HSBC.

HDFC card no [protected] has been completely settled last month. Though the bank is refusing to issue the letter mentioning that I owe them no amount. This way they leave a road open to start harassing us for some payment or the other.

HSBC bank card no [protected] is a bizzare circumstances. HSBC card was settled completely in either 1997 or 98-with a check for Rs. 25,000.00 We had a letter stating the same. In 2009 we started getting statements for some interest. we ignored it thinking that it must be a mistake. Once or twice called their helpline too.

Then towards November of 2010 it became a harassment-the company's agents calling on our land line and refusing to hang up. Our mobiles being jammed by their calls saying we owe them interest.

This started affecting mysister's health. So we agreed for settlement of interest-they settled at Rs. 2000.00 which we did not actually owe them. this was on November 15, 2010.

In these circumstances I would request to kindly advise what steps has to be taken to clear all dues & get my name removed from this RBI list.

I think most of our friends here should be more worried about this. I hope they are and that's why they are trying find the out come of their application. Its true, even Im worried, when my application with self attested documents have been submitted and I do not hear anything from the bank for a good 15 working days (no acknowledgment /no SMS).There are chances that there will be some delay in processing, but acknowledgment thru SMS or mail is must (authenticity of phone call to verify details cannot be verified by customer hence this cannot be considered as acknowledgment ?).

Approval or rejection is a different thing altogether, Bank reserves the right to do so.

If rejected or approved, the bank has a moral responsibility to communicate the same in writing because customer has signed and submitted an application.I think most of the banks which has a proper processing system do that.

While im in touch with bank to know my application status... You guys read the article, be cautious and be responsible for your action.

HSBC — credit card wrong bill

Iam a HSBC credit card holder no. [protected]. but idid not use this card for one year. Befoe six months I got a statement of Rs 670. I informed the customercare executive this matter. But I did not any result.They are sending me the bill every month. This month I got a bill of 957.78 rupees. The representive of HSBC told me that there is no monthly or yearly charges for this card.then I did not understand what type of charges is this. This is totally wrong and hidden charge.
So I kindly request you to take action to stop sending the statement in future.
who answering for all your questions???

HSBC Credit Card - India — Billing Information even i didn't get card

Hi, my name is Pramod Singh Panwar having a credit card of HSBC which was issued in the month of January 2008 and got expired on January 2011. this is to inform you that from last one year i don't use HSBC card.

in contineution on this i would like to inform you that some day back i got a call from HSBC that since my card has been expired hence HSBC has issued me new card which is supposed to be dispatched to HSBC Punjabi Bagh branch. as confirmed by me as well, but till date i am not going to collect the card and no one is comming to me to deliever the card. but surprisingly today (7/2/2011) i got a massage thru SMS alert HSBC that statement of my credit card has been generated and i will have to pay Rs. 3309.00 and the due date is 26th Feb'11.

i want to bring into your notice that neither i have used this card for such payment and nor i recieved new card hence i am liable to pay this amount.

you are requested to pls investigate the mis-using of the card and stop the same for further transaction.

HSBC Credit Card — Bills are coming despite of not a single scratch(i.e first use) not done yet

Dear Sir,
I had applied Credit card of HSBC 4 years back after few days i received the credit card , but i have not use it for 1st time , few days later i received a call from HSBC for add on card i had denied for that eventhough they had depatch it at my home , so i am angry on that and decided not to use it and talk to bank official on phone at that time.

but even though bill are coming with annual fees, add on card fees and finance charges . now when i go for vehicle loan i found that my name is on CIBIL website . so guide me on this issue what to do whether to settle the dues or anything else.

HSBC Credit Card — HSBC listed my name in CIBIL under Defaulters

I was having credit card of HSBC for around 2 years. It was offered to me free for life time with an assurance that no renewals charges / annual fee etc would be charged.

Last transaction was made by me on this credit card is on May 2007.I have cleared all outstanding dues in June 2007. Since then I have not used this credit card.As per the commitment made by HSBC representative there was no annual / renewal charges on this card. To my surprise the annual fee was levied on this credit card in November 2007. I had sent is repeated email to HSBC customer care to reverse these charges but no action taken.

Recently when I applied for Car Loan I realized my name is there in CBIL defaulter list because of aforesaid incidence.

Since there was no communication from HSBC, annual charge has inflated to Rs. 22,000 (with interest) from original Rs 2000(apprx).


I want these charges to be reversed and my credit card cancelled with NOC issue to me with no dues update the same in CBIL.

I called HSBC and they are asking me Rs.15,000 (apprx) as a settlement amount.

I feel this is a sheer harassment from a reputed bank. Can I request somebody to intervene in the matter?
