I HAVE PAID ANNUAL DUES FOR THE CONNECTION.BUT, SINCE LAST TEN MONTHS I AM NOT AVAILING THE SERVICES.NO LINK IS PROVIDED TO ME IN SPITE OF REPEATED & LONG STANDING COMPLAINTS. HENCE, I DESIRE DO WITHDRAW FROM SERVICES FROM BSNL. PLEASE LOOK TO MY CASE SINCERELY OR SUGGEST ME FOR THE STEPS I SHOULD TAKE.

My telephone[protected] is out of order since 20/11/2012. I had booked a complaint on 21/11/2012, which was registered with complaint no:[protected]. As I am writting this, on 28/11/2012, the phone is still out of order. But, to my surprise, BSNL had sent me an SMS that the complaint has been closed.
This is unprofessional, absolute irresponsibility by the BSNL. It is a pity that BSNL still needs to improve in their customer service.
