[Resolved]  Hyderabad Passport Office — wrong display of date of birth in passport status

PASSPORT OFFICE — Delay and Display Wrong Status

i have applied for the passport on 09.09.08, i have not received the passport as of now, my passport number is JPRz005390, when i checked the status a week ago it said it will be dispatched. and now when i checked the status it said that "AS PER THIS OFFICE RECORDS, YOU HAD APPLIED FOR AND/ OR OBTAINED PASSPORT EARLIER PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT INYOUR PRESENTPASSPORT APPLICATION AND FURNISH DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION AND THE PASSPORT OBTAINED. ALSO SURRENDER THE OLD PASSPORT IMMEDIATELY" i have never applied for the passport earlier and this is the first time i have applied for the passport, please give me some update on this

Delay and wrong display of status
i have applied for passport on[protected] File Reference Number DLH-A[protected]. police verifacation was also done. in july status on the net was Pls. send your proof of stay away from JandK for last 5 years in Sworn Affidavit of Rs. 10/- attested by Notary/Magistrate and Documentary proof. i submitted all the documents in july with affidavit . but still it is showing the same . in sepetember i again submitted all the documents with affidavit but till now they have not update the status. please help me in this.

i have checked my status of passport and i have found that my date of birth is wrong.it should be[protected] but it was like[protected].so i request you to change my date of birth beofore the despatch date.
