Sub: - Request you to please resolve the issue related to my Passport with the File Ref No HYD Z[protected]

Respected Sir,

This is in regards with the Passport application (File Ref No HYD Z[protected] with invalid status as “FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME.” For this status I already Sent a Letter with all the necessary documents to the Regional Passport Officer, Secunderabad By Regd.Post with Ack Due and furnished the explanation in that letter as mentioned below

Explanation for the material information about the previous passport (File Ref No HYD A[protected]:-

I Mr. Chaitanya Vinnakota applied the passport for the first time dated 01-FEB-08 with the File Ref No HYD A[protected]. For this application, my passport was rejected in the police verification. The reason was, actually I am an M.C.A. Post Graduate from Chennai. I completed my M.C.A. in April 2007. At the time of applying the passport (File Ref No HYD A[protected], I didn’t receive my Mark lists, Course Completion Certificate, Provisional Certificate and the Original Degree of M.C.A. from my college and from the university. Due to this delay of mark lists and all other certificates from college and from the university, So Instead of M.C.A. I applied the Previous Passport (File Ref No HYD A[protected] on B.Sc., Computers as my basic qualification. During the period Dec 2006- Apr 2007, I had an academic project work of M.C.A in Chennai. So that I was going to Chennai sometimes for the review of my project. But in the police verification on1-03-08, he found that I completed my M.C.A. and due to insufficient period of 2 months at the present address(D.No. 8-6-30/4c, 5th Line Nehru Nagar,Guntur-522001) mentioned in the Passport application(HYD A[protected], he reported as “YOU ARE NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION.” For this application I received (04-DEC-08) one reminder letter from Teh Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad dated 18-NOV-08 with the same (File Ref No HYD A[protected] mentioning that the same above status as “YOU ARE NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION AS PER POLICE PLS FURNISH EXPLANATION.” In this regard I could not able to furnish proper explanation for the reminder letter on that time. Till that time also I didn’t received my Provisional Certificate and Original Degree of M.C.A. But they didn’t respond me on that time.

After almost one year I received (04-NOV-09) one more reminder letter from The Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad dated 21-OCT-09 with the same (File Ref No HYD A[protected] mentioning that the same above status as “YOU ARE NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE APPLICATION AS PER POLICE PLS FURNISH EXPLANATION.” For this I checked the online status of the passport application (File Ref No HYD A[protected]. The status shown as “Application has been closed. Kindly reapply by quoting earlier File No (or) Contact PRO.” For this immediately I went to the Passport Cell, Guntur and I shown both the reminder letter and the online status of the Passport application (File Ref No HYD A[protected] in the office. As per the status, they advised me to apply for a fresh Passport application as the file has been closed.

So, I applied for a fresh Passport application with the File Ref No HYD Z[protected] on 27-NOV-2009 by quoted previous passport (File Ref No HYD A[protected] in column no 11 of the fresh Passport application and I also furnished the explanation in the column no 17(d) of the Fresh Passport Application as “YES I WAS NOT RESIDING CONTINUOUSLY FOR 1 YEAR AT THE MENTIONED ADDRESS IN THE APPLICATION DUE TO THE PROJECT WORK OF M.C.A. IN CHENNAI". Now, this time I got police enquiry as “clear” and the online status of the Passport application (File Ref No HYD Z[protected] showing that “Police Report is clear and the Passport is to be dispatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order.” But unfortunately, I received (28-JAN-10) a letter from the Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad dated 04-JAN-10 with the File Ref No HYD Z[protected] mentioning that
“FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME.” with reference to the applcation sub.cited request you to furnish desired information/documents with in 15 days failing which your case will be trated as closed

Furnish Reply along with this letter.

I was shocked by seeing this status. I haven’t got any Passport in my life. Please save me out in this regards. Please take necessary action in this regards. For any further information, in this regards iam always available. It will be helpful to me. From my side iam having all the relevant documents as proof. I already sent all the necessary documents to The Regional Passport Officer, Ministry of External Affairs, Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad By Regd. Post with Ack.Due on 02-02-10 along with the original letter received by me on 28-JAN-10. And I also received the Acknowledgement card from The Regional Passport Office, Secunderabad on 06-FEB-10. But there is no response from tne Passport Office and they are still maintaining the online status as same. So, once again I request you to please take necessary and Immediate action in this regards and kindly grant me the Passport with (File Ref No HYD Z[protected] as early as possible.

Delay in passport issue

Respected Sir,

I have applied for my passport on[protected]. Police inquiry has been completed by first week of Decemeber but I haven't received my passport yet. I am not able to uinderstand anything from status thru online. It says "OTHERS" and the status has been since last 4 weeks. Could you please look into this issue and do needful.

My Emergency Certificate was sent via Speed Post from Bangalore Airport Immigration office on 25-10-09. The reference number from the speed post is EK[protected]IN.

Useless passport office employees
I am hussain one of the applicant of passport having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "passport office employees". in Hyderabad passport office
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people how much Useless passport management are having in hyderabad passport office, no one is sincere here in working.
I went to Hyderabad passport office , Hyderabad , India on[protected] at 7.00am to Meet to Regional passport officer to tell that i was expected my passport by[protected] however i received a article from passport office by my name on the cover lebel and surprise to see the passport of another person passport inside it and without any delay i return that passport with same speedpost to passport office hyderabad. I was expecting after they reveived this return undelivered article they will send my original named passport back to me but I was wrong no such information till[protected]. I want about 5 times to passport office at enquiry section empoyees will not tell whom should complain about this. After standing for 6 hours every day in the queue from equiry One lady named suryakumari attended me and asked my problems. I explain the same with her and to redirect me to the concert person she says you give me your application and we will forward that to Regional passport officer. since today[protected] no such response from passport office
.
1) I want to know the purpose of enquiry section at Hyderabad passport office kept. Is it to fool the applicants and to collect revenue for the Indian minister of external affairs only?
2) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.
3) just imagine if you are expected to fly and you dont have your passport in your hand then what is your condition.

I have applied for passport on Sep 1 2009. I had to travel aboard for office work on 16 January 2010. For more than 3 weeks the status is same: “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time”. As per 3 visits to inquiry office my new Passport number is allotted and it is: H7047257.I have already submitted proof o[censored]rgency from my employer Infosys Technologies Ltd.Please help and dispatch passport at the earliest. Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport(Neela Anjaneyulu- File No.HYD-A009478 dated[protected], complied with all the formalities. Further, the police verification has also been completed and I also received confirmed from the police department that the verification reports have been forwarded to Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad. However, I have not received my passport and all my efforts to contact the office to expedite the issue were in vain. The status enquiry on the web states that Due to unavoidable Circumstances Dispatch of Passport is Delayed. As Iam in urgent need of my passport, I shall be glad if the same are issued at the earliest/immediately.

I thank you for this portal for giving me an opportunity to ventilate my grievance and I am certain that my grievance will be redressed and I would be receiving my passport shortly.

I applied for "addition of spouse name on my existing passport" on 12th May 2009 (File Ref. No-M[protected]. Police enquiry completed in July 2009.

Passport is not yet issued from Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad since July 2009. I have sent email regarding the status enquiry to Regional Passport Office on 2nd October 2009. Till date, I have not received any response.

I request the passport authorities to issue my passport as I would like to initiate the VISA application.

I applied for my PCC on 30-Nov-09 and as on date I did not receive it. The
file number is HYDM[protected]. After waiting for a month, I went to the
passport office to find out the status and they asked me to file a
personal particulars form again. I submitted the personal particular form
on the same day and still I did not receive the PCC.

My application in Australia is pending because of the PCC and they have
given me a deadline of 16-Jan-10. If I dont submit the PCC by then, my
application will be rejected.

Please find the mail trail with respect to passport issuance for my son who is aged 6 months.We have applied passport for my son on nov 18th 2009 under tatkal scheme.As per the receipt we were supposed to get the passport by 2009 Nov 25th.
We have personally provided a application to the grievence officer , RPO hyderabad on 28th of December.Still there is no proper response from the Passport office.Request your interference and also please provide us justice on the same.

I am Rayshree Gyan Ranjan Nayak with passport file number H008829, I have applied for my passport on 29-Aug-2009 and the police enquiry is also over. Actually when I first went to Internet to check my passport status it is given that "your police verification is over and your passport will be dispatched on 22-Oct-2009".Since then every time I checked the status of my passport it is showing that "we regret to say this that due to un avoidable reasons the dispatch of your passport is delayed and will be dispatched in a week's time", even today also i found the same message there. I applied passport so that I can join one of the reputed Organisation but now I became helpless. So, I request you to kindly help me in this and I hope that I can recieve my passport in next 7 days with your kindness. Its urgent.

I have applied for my passport in September 2009 and done with verification on 2nd of October. Later some days i have noticed that the police report is clear and it could be delivered by 27th Oct. From 27th of October i have been enquirying with local post officials about my pasport delivery which even they didn't received yet. Till date i'm not received my passport.

I have tried to contact with the passport office concerned persons through emails and phones. I have sent an emails to 'rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in' and ended up without any reply. Even i tried to contact through telephone for the numbers 27704646, 27704747, 27704689 and 27708888. I have tried for hell number of times but nobody picked the call. I am ashamed of the services provided by the governmemt sectors and the short of commitment and lake of responsibility of Govt. employees.

Please give valuable suggestions and guidance to solve my problem.

I have been checking the status of my mother's passport application since the date of submission. Police verification was done within 15days and I was expecting the passport within 11/2 months. However, the online status was updated to 'Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order.' and it remains the same from the past 1 month.

I am trying to contact the PassportOffice on numbers '[protected]', '[protected]' and '[protected]' to get additional information on the status but I get a constant busy tone or no one never answers my call. Please help me out with this issue.

As I went to the Regional Passport office, Secunderabad, after getting the online date for issuing of Passport (Renewal) in Tatkal scheme on 04.12.2009, as per the verification i waited up to 2 hours in a Q. They verified my documents and they told me that the address proof of gass bill is not sufficient, you have to bring another address proof. But the gas agent issued correct bill, and I cleared address proof with my Election Voter ID card and I went to the passport office again on 07.12.2009. After waiting 4 hours they again rejected my passport due to marriage certificate, This issue was not raised in the first condition. I wasted my total working time on 04.12.2009 and also 07.12.2209. They sugested me that u have to online registration for another date. but in online there are not dates available. So there is a keen negligency in the passport authorities, especially Mr. Shravan, who is the regional passport officer of Secunderabad. The passport authorities are not showing any interest to discharging their duties which was allotted, and they are corrupted with the passport brokers and showing very negligency to guide the public also. Take this matter seriouly and issue notice to the people of Passport Authority, due to their negligence on public.

I had applied for my passport(File No HYD A039792) on 24/08/09 .Yet after nearly three months my police verification has been pending.I have tried calling the passport office but I always get a message "number busy".I stay in Sullurpeta around 800kms from hyd making it difficult to physically visit the passport office.Kindly look into the matter and please let me know why the delay has happened.

I have a date of birth correction needed in my passport. Original DOB in SSC memo is correct where as wrongly put in Passport. (passport applied in 2001).

we approched passport office to learn that this needs a first class megistrate court order.
when we checked with public procecutor at Anantapur civil court, they said, they are not competent athority to issue the court order in this matter. and adviced to approach High Court for the same.

we have appiled the same in High court and hearing went on for more than 8 months. and finally Court order has been issued.

We have again approached Passport office with high court order. THEY SIMPLY REJECTED, SAYING THEY CANNOT ACCEPT HIGH COURT ORDER AS PER THIER POLICY.

I cannot take this case back to civil court,(Though they still not accepting) as the case is in high court.

Kindly HELP ME with what are the options available for me, and how to go about this issue.

My name is Jananth Ponnukuttan and I had applied for the passport renewal on August 14, 2009, but till now the renewed passport is not delivered. It is supposed to be despatched by October 12, 2009 from the Regional Passport Office Hyderabad. When I check the application status in the web site, I can see only the status message as : "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since last four weeks.The office authorities never pick up the call / always busy when I tried to contact them. I will be grateful to you if you look into this matter resolve the issue as soon as possible. My details are mentioned below.

This is Suresh Kumar Ch V, applied for passport on 7th May, 2008 with File Ref No: HYDA30287208
My native is Tenali, Guntur Distrisct. I studied in Andhra University Engg College,Vishakhpatnam for 4 yrs for Engg degree in ECE from Sep,2004 to April, 2008.
I applied for passport after finishing my Engineering in Vijayawada passport recieving office, and there I asked about the last 1 yr residing address which is left blank. He told me that nothing to worry about that and took my application in hurry. Here, started my troubles.
During Police Verification in August, 2008 they found that that "Last 1 year address is blank" and reported to be adverse.
From then, I submitted PP forms for 2 times by going to Secunderabad Passport Office where the response is worst. I had also met Regional Passport Officer, Secunderabad for one time(after waiting for 3 hrs in Q, and told to come back on next day and again waiting for 2 hours in Q) to say my problem and I felt that its better to see our passport status in Net, rather meeting him, who just reads our passport status by typing our file no in his system and nothing more than that.
After 2 months, in Nov,2008 Police again came for verification and this time everything is clear and they sent report by Vide CNo 120/SB-PP/Dis/2008 dated[protected]

But verification is still pending with Vishakapatnam passport office and again I submitted PP forms for that also. And the verification is done in August,2009 which is clear and sent back that to Secunderabad Passport Office in the same month only.

But, still it is showing to submit 3 PP forms again and the report is adverse, which is first verification report. I requested them that second verification is also over in which it is clear and please update that. They are simply saying to submit PP forms again.

And recently, I got a letter from Secunderabad Passport Office to submit 3 PP forms by 15th,Nov 2009 failing which my passport case will be closed. It's their mistake for not updating my details and still saying the same old words. Now, I have to go to Secunderabad Passport Office to submit those again.

I am supposed to write GRE and go for higher studies, but without a passport I am unable to write GRE and I have been waiting for my passport for these 18 months and I am confused to whom I have ot express my sadness

I did online registration for fresh passport and obtained the Web file No. HYDI10448509 and the date of appointment was given as 26th Oct 2009. When I reached there, there were so many touts hanging around the gate trying to mislead the visitors and the security staff were simply looking on. I was not allowed inside. I repeatedly called the contact phone numbers to inform them about my appointment but phones were either continuously busy or not working. Even the mail I sent to the Regional Passport officer did not help.

When I try to do the online registration again, the web page shows that the website is not secure for registration and the security certification is not valid. What a lousy job by NIC in maintaining the website.

I am sure there must be a bunch of inefficient officers handling the passport application process. Summing up, I am still waiting trying to figure out how I could get my passport in Hyderabad
