My daughter-in-law applied for passport on[protected] at Jublee post office Pathargatti Hyderabad,but police enquiry has not been done so far i.e[protected] nearly 4 months have been passed away.on enquiry it shows that police enquiry is not recieved.I contact circle inspector south zone(special branch) Mr.S.M.Jaweed. He told me that your daughter-in-law's file papers are not recieved by the passport office.Therefore again I submitted P.P.F (personal perticulars form) on[protected] at passport office, but still police enquiry has not done.
therefore I request you to please look in to the matter personally and arrange to deliver the passport at the earliest.
your reply in this regard is highly appriciated.

I have applied for my infant son's passport in tatkal on 8th APRIL 2010 and I am told that it will be sent in 7 working days. But till date I didnt get the passport. Today the status says "Passport was ready on[protected]". What this status means? If it is ready, please despatch. I have to travel to US and keeping postponed because of delay in my son's passport. I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter urgently and send the passport. I still have lot of other formalities like US visa and all.

sir i have applied for ECNR for my passport no H - 7690463 ISSUED on[protected], hence i applied for the renewal of passport enclosing my SSC certificate for which the passport authorities have to give the passport with the stamp of Em migration Check Not Required but to my surprise it was issued with the stamp of Immigration check required and then i have applied for ECNR on[protected] vide file no M017204 dt[protected]. but now it is not been issued i have job offer from Qatar but i think due to this i may miss this offer. so please i request the authorities to issue me E C N R at the earliest.

Initially we applied the passport in Oct 2009 then it came to us IN Feb 2010 with wrong name in passport hence we applied for correction in the same month but still it is doesn’t came to us….Can you please help us to get the passport at the earliest…

Sir,

I am Vijayakumar Dhanapal, I applied for reissue of my passport on 11th February 2010. My file number HYD F005080 10. My police verification was done on 3rd March 2010 and I could see the report was sent to Passport Office on 10th March 2010 ( I have a copy of the report taken from cyberabadpolice.gov.in website) but the passport office claims that they have received it only on 18th March 2010. When I verified the status on 20th March 2010 in passport.nic.in, it is given that my passport is expected to be despatched on 8th April 2010. Based on this date, I booked my tickets to San Francisco, USA for team meeting which starts on 1st May 2010. I did not receive my passport till 15th April 2010. I visited the passport office on 15th April 2010, stood in the queue from 10.30 to 2.10 got my status that it was not despatched and asked to contact the Deputy Passport Office, I could meet the DPO only at 4.15, gave my request to him to despatch it at the earliest, he assured me that he will despatch it within a week. Today it is 23rd April 2010, so far I have not received my passport. I visited the passport today (23rd April 2010) at 8.00AM in the morning and got the status at 11.00 AM that it is still not despatched and asked to contact the DPO again. I have again given another request letter to him to despatch it at the earliest and he did not even bother to look at my request and said the same response that he will despatch it within a week ( I guess this is standard response they give for each individual who goes there, and do not take any action on this, if this is the case, what is the point in having an enquiry counter, making people to stand there for almost a day and giving the same response without doing anything). But I insisted him that I came here on 15th and got the same response, but I have a travel plan on 30th. Then he said he will mark it as Most Important and will despatch it on 26th April. I am still not confident that I will get my passport before the travel date. I tried to get the status in SMS, Online, Phone nothing works, everything useless. The only difference between these modes and the person sitting in the enquiry counter is he speaks others wont. I know, I am little bit harsh here but dont know how to express my concern. One last thing to say, I think we should ask all our passport employees to treat the applicants as human beings not like ..............

Dear Sir,

This is Uma. I have applied passport on december 3rd 2009.After roaming around the passport office for 3 times, in march police enquiry has been done.Then again i went for knowing the status.They status tells that it is expected to be dispatched by 8th aprill,But till date i did not receive.

Sir, i have got an opportunity to go abroad from my company.but i dont have the passport.If i dont receive it by 25 th aprill ,then others will take over.

Sir, instead of roaming around , their isno correct information. The govt employees who sit in the enquiry section respond to us very carelessly. I would like to know y u people are so neglecting the things.Even they take lot of bribes , they dont do work immediately.then what is the need of you people taking over such responsibility.

Sir, i kindly request you to dispatch my passport immediately. Please do the needful.

I have applied for my Daugther's Passport in Hyderabad ,Passport Office on 06-Jan-2010,Police report clear in Feb'10.But still i haven't received passport .If i check status in internet ,it is showing as "passport will be dispatched in week's time" from long back,but status is not changing from long back.

I called the numbers provided by passport office for enquiry,but no answer,it is keep ringing.I went to office personally and waited for 3 hours(it's too horrible at enquiry counter,no proper air,facilties,it is located underground,fuly crowded) and when i eneuired abt passport at enquiry counter,they said there is no problem,it will be dispatched soon.i'm wainting from last 5 weeks,but still i haven't received passport.

Then i approached one Passport Agent,and he has informed me as passport is ready,but they wantedly not releasing passports,they want some money to release passport.

This is REALLY..REALLY..VERY sad to know that for money they are troubling peeple like this.I'm sure this wil not happen in ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN WORLD.TO GET OUR IDENTITY IN OUR OWN COUNTRY,WE ARE FACING THESE MANY PROBLEMS.THIS IS REALLY REDICULOUS.

Please Help me on this and get release passport early and track why all these passports dispatch is delaying like this from long time.

My wife applied passport for my infant child on 1-3-2010 under tatal scheme..The pasport has to be despached within a week's time according to the norms but for my surprise after 3 weeks the status reads '''' due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to despatch the passport and will be despatched now in a weeks time" Un fortunatlely even after 3 weeks the status hasnt been changed.we have not recieved the pasport.

I have applied for a new passport on 08/11/09 at RPO,Hyderabad vide file.no.H01203409. The police enquiry at the present address has finished long back in the month of december itself. I have gone for regional passport office and inquired about the status they have informed that it will be despatched in two weeks. After that online status for the same file no. is showing, that my passport will be despatched in week's time. That status has been there for the past two months and I haven't received my passport yet. Please kindly help me & suggest me in getting my passport as quickly as possible.
