The ATM in Santhome high road ( Near Meenakshi Bhavan 0 Is not working properly for the six month. The display is always rolling and it is not possible to read any fig. Most of the time the security sending us away saying the M/C is not working which is true also. Why not ICICI bank repair the M/C. Alternatively the ATM ( This branch) may be closed also.

Reference to my previous letter on 24.05.2009 ( Sunday) In was going to use my ATM Card at Tezpur (Assam) ATM Counter, I put withdraw amount of Rs. 3000/= (Rupess Three thousand only) the proccess being start and money have came from ATM, but as soon as money taken back to machine I could not collect my money, but now balance have shown after deducted of Rs. 3000/=.
I cound not understand what should I do, when I visited at your bank at Tezpur (ASSAM) Top of the same ATC counter, they give me one Customer Care no, [protected], but I cound connected the same and donot understand how to put complaint for the same.

I had a a/c with HDFC bank, Bhagat Singh Cirle Branch, Alwar, had had been for a official tour to Gandhidham, i had used my HDFC debit card to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from ATM but the transaction declined and my a/c being debited by the amount. My a/c No. is [protected].
After declining of the above aforesaid transaction i had called up call centers numbers but sorry to say no facility available for round the clock, i again tried another transaction of Rs.3000/- then my money came out but my earlier transaction of Rs. 5000/- stand debited.
Please credit the above amount in my a/c and oblige.

hellow sir I, Somnath Sharma, have a saving A/C in Panjab National Bank (PNB) & also have a ATM of PNB and i try to withdraw the money (Rs. 3000/-) from P.N.B., ICICI bank, SBI ATM on 19/10/09 but i did not receive cash and when i check my A/C the same amt. had deducted. ICICI ATM — ATM does not print receipts
The ICICI bank ATM at Kalina (Mumbai) does not print receipts. This is happening for the third time. The watchman simply says that the paper got over. This is very irresponsible of ICICI bank to not give a receipt of the transaction.Please look into the matter.
