Dear Sir,
I have taken loan from Your ICICI Bank,Bangalore of rs.75,000 by reducing balance catogory and I am paying the amount of Rs.2,385/= regularly with in 25th of every month from July 07 to till date. Last balance you are showing to me is 70,679 but I received the message still I have to pay around 6,000 due from myside. I don't know how it is. No pending from my side till now. And I don't know whcih i account they are debiting. My Loan a/c card no. is.[protected]. Sir I want all the details and if you want I will produce the Cheque nos. and it came to my statement and in pass book. Please see this immideatly and reply to me or please tell me to whom I have to meet personnally near Koramangala,Bangalore. Awating for your reply

    I am Saurabh Tamrakar, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 8th of December at Shahshant lok brach - Gurgaon, Form/Receipt No - [protected], Mr. sudish - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI) has taken my all documents and one check of Rs 750 - ICICIBank. But this is around 1 month and 13 days and all the time on icicidirect.com > customer service the account status is coming.

    May I know the exact status of my account ?

    As I am planning to invest in my company's IPO, the only reason to open a demat account which is open for 24-28 Jan 08.

    This is the first time in my experience ICICIbank services are harassing me.

    Should I apply at another bank Demat account as other financial traders open a demat account within 4-5 Days.

    I have applied for icici demat account from Agartala Tripura but till now i have not got the status of application my icicibank account No. at Agartala, tripura is[protected]

    After reading all of your experiences I notice that its not only me who is having the trouble with this Bank. They make false promises and on top of that they are scared to logde a compliant in the Customer Service cell. I tried to open a Demat Account with this stupid Bank since October-2007 and every time they reject the form stating that one of my signature is not matching I have send the form not less that 5 times even spending money form my pocket for the DHL courier but seems they dont like my Name and Signature the response is the Same. More over on top of that they never have the courtesy to explain to their customer that what we have to do in such case. I happen to call their Mumbai Office and the Representative told me that the validity of the Form expires after 3 months.. ITS A NEWS FOR ME ATLEAST... HAHAHA.. I asked them then why it is njot informed to me earlier???? He dont have any answer for that.. I think we all Indians should join together and Ban this bank from our country atleast so that poor customers dont get in the Grip of these no reliable substances.

    Exactly similar is my case .After reading the experiences for opening of Demat account on the net I am quite relaxed and assured that my other fellow brothers are also suffering from the simillar infection caused by ICICI virus which seem to be only treated by avoiding the virus ICICI to keep yourself mentally healthy.I was told to open the savings account despite of the fact that i had already one in the same bank but in another branch for the linking of Demat account for which the representative was curious for not taking the cheque of his own bank but from another bank preferebly from S.B.I. in order to make me a valuable customer.Any way savings account was opened and Demat was applied in th vasant vihar branch of ICICI and the officer Mr. Aswini checked all doccuments thoroughly took cheque for 750 from the newly opened S.B.account in the presence of Mr.Rakesh ICICI officer who was the instrumental for S.B.A.C. and introducing with Demat officer aswini.All papers were signed and given in the presence of all these officers in the premises ofbank at vasant vihar delhi.All assured very well.After one week I was asked to produce the proof of permanant residence of my native place as i am residing in government allotted quarter which is a only the adress of communication my logic of voter I.D.card,Driving licence .Ration card e.t.c. did not convience Mr.Aswini I was also told by him that if I could have opened the S.B.account through him these all requirements would have been waved.However Highschool marksheet and certificate bearing my parental adress was given and he was satisfied and promissed to send.After two weeks of enquiry he said that the enquiry has been sent to my permanant adress and after confirmation only the account can be made final.My parantal home is in remote village where no ICICI have presence but he insisted that the bank people will take care of that i must wait however i informed my illiterate parents so that they may not worry/sacared.After the expiry of 3months i did not get any reply or enquiry or information of status at the direct.com I started ringing Mr.Aswini but he was not responding at all.one day i made a visit to the branch and catch hold him personally.He promissed me to get the account opened within 3 days.After 10 days i again contacted him he said your account has been opened and I shall be getting the papers in one week.After one week when i tried to confirm through ICICI direct.com I was astonished to note that my account was rejacted on the same ground 1. APPLICANTS COMMUNICATION ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH WITH PROOFS.
    I lost my temper but what can be done there is none to listen you.27/11/2007 to 8/3/2008 has come and the fellow is not attending my call.When i talk with S.B.A.C.agent he says i am not concerned with demat.
    I think now that i am not alone in the boat but there are many like me after reading the complaints on this site of similar nature.
    ICICI cheaters need to be made aware to the common man of india who will be trying to avail the services of thease senseless creditless looter cheater agents appointed by the bank to harass the indian public from there ignorance inefficiency and inability.

    Its quite satisfying to see that I am not the only unsatisfied, frustrated customer of ICICI DEMAT services.

    My story started a few months back when my husband and I thought that we should expand the usage of our ICICI direct account and apply for share trading online instead of only buying mutual funds online.

    We never anticipated the agony we would have to go through. LIke any customer I visited the Vasant vihar, DEMAT branch in Delhi and met with Anubha on saturday. I informed her about my decision to apply for share trading account. Since i was not carrying a cheque she asked me to come the next day ie Sunday. I came back the next day and submitted all the requisite documents along with a request that since ICICI ALWAYS has a problem with my signatures, she should get my signatures attested by the Branch Manager and send it for verification to their Mumbai branch. Like always, I was told that the needful would be done. She also asked me for a Rs 750 cheque wwhich according to me shouldnt have been given as I already have a DEMAT account.

    Nevertheless I had my doubts that my application would not see the light of the day at one go coz it almost took me 3 months and 7 visits to another ICICI branch to get my communication address changed.

    Anyways, after two weeks someone came to my house for verification whereas earlier I was informed that it would merely take 15 days to activate share trading in my current ICICI direct acocunt as I was an existing user. I cooperated thinking that its still fine coz atleast my requirement is being fulfilled.

    For another two weeks there was no communication. When i called the customer service I was informed that my application had been rejected on the grounds of SIGNATURE MISMATCH. Well like always, I put in a request and the customer executive told me that I would be updated in 4 days. Well its definitely been more than that. Additionally i again called up the branch and got the same answer"We will get back to you immediately". However till date I have had no response.

    I honestly wonder who awards ICICI with great customer experience etc coz I have spoken with people across sectors and they have similar experiences to share.
    Worst ever banking service
    I have applied for closure of demat account becoz of they are charging 800 Rs. every three months even if you don't use your account

    This ICICI bank seems total Fraud to me becoz in Nov.2007 I have to visit 15 times to bank to get my application processed after which I received a letter stating that the acount is closed

    And now before 2 days again when I checked my account status its showing 800Rs. due on account of charges for Jan-Mar'08.

    Not only this since last 1 month I am getting phone calls from bank which has increased my doubt of fraudulent activities of the bank. I have applied for personal loan and got message that Rs.5000 will be charges for Rs.2Lac Loan. I have applied for homeloan and got message that I'll have to give Rs3000/- cheque as processing charges !?!?!?!?!!?

    I have decided not to do any further banking with ICICI...
    ICICI Bank has increased its fraudulent activities and it seems that to coverup their expenses they are trying to cheat the poor customers and eat their money...

    If it continues same way, the day is not far when we'll hear that bank has wrapped up its activities and ran away with the money of the investors...

    ICICI has the worst Customer Care Services in India .

    Quite long back I decided to get myself a Demat
    account and just picked up ICICI Direct services for
    it. But even after almost 5 months ICICI Direct has
    still failed to provide me an account .
    Initially I filled up an application form [protected]
    was rejected on the account that my signatures did not
    match with the corresponding ICICI Savings account.So,
    I got my signature rectified for my ICICI Savings
    account and filled the new application number
    [protected]. The status of this application on ICICI
    Direct still shows In progress even after 4 months.
    When contacted through the customer care I was told
    that my application is not traceable with no valid
    justification. If it is lost I wonder how negligent
    can people be in ICICI. In addition the sales
    executive who received my application does not answer
    my call any more and the customer care executives
    always give me a new Service request number on some
    insignificant grounds.
    I wonder how ICICI can proclaim itself to be the
    number one private sector bank in India.

    Everyone is too correct. The icici demat account opening is kind of hell. I applied 3 months back at one of Secunderabad, Sindhi colony ICICI Direct branch. Almost 5 times I personally visited there to get the status or whatever. Till now no call nothing from any one.

    When I visited back yday. The status was that my photograph is too old. How some one can conclude without seeing me its a old photograph?

    I think ICICI either recruiting dumb people or itself dont want business any more.

    ICICI Bank — 1.5 months and Loan never came still waiting

    Ill start with a time line

    Loan Applied : 15th May 2010
    Document Provided: 20th May 2010
    Approval of Eligibility of loan : 28th May 2010
    Loan Agreement Document Signed : 5th June 2010
    Still Waiting : 22nd June 2010

    This is the just a time line which looks harmless when you see it as just a delayed loan disbursement, but when you go deeper its has been 40 days of mental tourture to me. With me running and calling the bank each day to understand where the process is stuck. All this with no avail. What should have been a simple process of 10 days from application to disbursement is now almost 40 Days old and on top of that the Bank is not even willing to let me know the status. To top it all, my friend who applied in HDFC bank got his loan approved and cleared and disbursed in 10 days flat.

    I am at such a state now that i dont think i will ever bank with ICICI now. The worst part is that The bank is not even willing to close my application for the loan also as they are not sure what is the state of the loan process currently. I have not been provided with any application/reference number and on asking they are not even giving me any information.

    I am not sure what to do now. Is there a way to end this mental torture? can i file a complaint against the bank for this mental harassment?? Please advice what can i do for now.

    For the rest of my life i would advice people not to take any loans from ICICI as they only make life hell.

    I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch
    Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct) has taken my all documents
    and one check of Rs 900 - ICICIBank. But this is going to be around 5 months. I called up
    Mr. Azgarali many times but he is not responding properly. Finally i got his manager's contact
    number Mr. XXX [protected]) but unfortunately this fellow also did same thing.
    Pls tell me one solution to get out from this.

    Could you tell me how many days it will take to create a D- mat account?

    If it is rejected then dont you have minimum courtesy to retun back my check and documents?

    Dont you have commen sence to call me and let me know the status?

    Could you tell me what should i do next ? I cant wait more than 5 months for Dmat account open !!!

      This is Regarding the payment of credit card bill. I paid my bill to the Collecting Agent via Post Dated Checques. But the amount for my PD's were not drawn from the concern bank, due to which my credit card bill has mounted. I approached to the bank executive for the same. He replied me that they dont have any kind of communication between the bank branch office and collecting offfice, they neglect the issue, no proper response, no clarification.

      These guys are asking the proof regarding my PD's which i had given to the Collecting agent. This is a real fraud from both sides.

      Guys beaware of collecting agents and not to pay the bill to the agents, pay it to the bank directly.

        Dear Sir,

        With ref. to the captioned I had applied for opening of my Demat account through Tilak Road, Pune Branch. For application and documents an executive by name of Ms. Pooja met me and collected all forms and documents
        i.e. A) Copy of passport and B) Copy of my PAN card on the 13th Jan, 08.
        I had asked if the account can be opened urgently to which she said it can be done and she will inform the status in a day's time.

        However, i am grieved by the following:

        a.) She did not inform me that my application was rejected due to some spelling mistake that she made in filling form
        b) She did not update me as to no. of days this will take to process
        c.) On calling her and the branch office i got vague replies and false promises of calling back with update
        d.) Finally on 18th Jan, 08 i got to spk. to the lady concerned and she informed me that if I do not want the account she will get my documents back by Monday i.e. 20th.
        e.) When i called today i.e. 21st Jan, 08 (tuesday) asking what is the status on my application, again a list of vague answers and they are not ready to give phone no. head office at Mumbai.
        e.) Till date i have no idea where my form is or how much time it will take to open the account.
        Do customers submit documents for fun? If your executives do not know how to fill forms or reply to the queries, why recruit such people?
        Do look into the matter to save further irritation to other customers due to such employees.

        ICICI Direct-- Opening a Demat Account. — Regarding Opening a Demat Account.

        I wanted to open a online trading account in my spouse name. Since i have had a pretty good experience with ICICI Bank for almost 4 years, i chose ICICI Direct for opening the online account.

        However, it has been 45 days since I first registered with ICICI Direct, Mulund (East) branch. My spouse account is still not opened. Despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get a proper explanation.

        Lastly, i called up Mulund(East) branch, and spoke to Mr Dodamani (Manager), who gave me the assurance that he will look into the matter personally and will sort out the issue in 3 days time, unfortunately this is the second week and I am still waiting for his answer.

        Really, this the pathetic customer service provided by the branch, and the manger needs to be held accountable.

MR.JITENDER RAWAL is not submitted our form for next process. Presseries from A.K.SINHA to MR.JITENDRA RAWAL then after two days submitted our form no [protected] on dated 29/8/08 and form is rejected on dated 1/9/08. I contact MR.JATINDER RAWAL(CUSTOMER DEVLOP MANAGER) and Mr.Jitinder Rawal is new form no. [protected] issued to me ON dated 4/9/08 and fillup/submitted same day to MR.JITENDER RAWAL .
        our second form no [protected] is not submitted for process this complaint is daily repitted to [protected]@icicidirect but no any responce from your side.
        i want action against CUSTOMER DEVLOPMENT MANAGER MR.JITENDER RAWAL . You give punisment MR.JITENDER RAWAL for poor servive and inform us.

          Dear Sir, I have a demat account and saving account with ICICI Bank Ltd. My saving account no. and demat a/c nos are[protected] & 31237044 respectively. My nearest ICICI Branch is at Kanpur which is 130 KM from my works. From last six month or so my demat account is kept suspended by ICICI Bank due to loss of some documents by ICICI Bank itself during Mumbai Flood. They communicated me in this regard and said to send its representative to me to reconstruct documents which never done by bank. However, I, myself, went to bank ( contrary to this these people always come to open new accounts, to slap credit cards etc at door and claim a long list of customer services and banking convenience) and submitted all documents whatever they said. But long wait and communications are resulted in responses like," this or that document is missing, and we will send our executive to you", which actually never happen. Last time I submitted documents on 30th of November, which's receipt is with me, but story is again the same. In between I loosed many investment opportunities and suffered with mental unrest. Today eventually I encountered with this site of CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS so I decided to take a chance here too.

          I hope some fruitful result from you, Madam and at least some message to this so-called Indian bank.

            ICICI bank Car Loan a/c no-- .LAMUM[protected]
            • The loan started in May 2005 and the first EMI was on 01 June07. Which got cleared, which I was told that will be debited on 7th of every month.
            • As My salary was on 7th of every month the second and the third EMI got
            un cleared on time
            • In August 2005 I was transferred from Mumbai to Varanasi.
            • Before moving from Mumbai I have made payment on 26 August 2005 for Rs 7504 for EMI 2nd
            • Initial set up, luggage transfer, child admission in school and personal expenses led to financial crunch for about three months
            • Still I managed to pay another EMI on 03 Sept-05
            • Another EMI was paid on 4th Oct-07
            • Another payment was done on 18 Nov-05
            • After that there was a big financial; issue due to a major CAR Accident.
            • This accident had fully shaken me financially and I had to pay rs 65000 for its repair from my own resources
            • The Insurance claim got settled for only rs 25000 and that too after 6 months
            • Still I managed to pay the EMI in march & June to ensure that the account is on
            • In between when ever I had a little of funds I managed to deposit in the account
            • Then I decided to change my job and Go away from the family to Guwahati to be in a position to afford the EMI
            • Soon after going there I started making the payments and have paid about 70000 in just 3 months time by arranging from various resources
            • I was doubt ful about the pending EMI/amount told to me by call center so I asked for a statement.
            • When I checked the statement the payment of rs 15008 shown on 30 april-07, done in Guwahati as cash payment in loan branch was shown as cheque payment. Which raised an alarm regarding the authenticity of their statement and data
            • Then Once the ICICI bank saw that I am keen to pay the EMI they started depositing the security cheques in the account without any information/ concern ( in favor of ICICI Bank Limited) taken from me in advance without any dates on them. These were bounced intentionally as I had no idea about the banking of these cheques.
            • I got my new address updated in the banks records
            • The I again asked for an statement till 31 march-07 which showed a pending amount of only 17542
            • This statement till 31 march 07 was given to me in November-07
            • The I calculated the amount paid after march 07 and calculated that the new pending amount told to me was doubt ful
            • I started calling the call centre , but they asked me to visit the loan branch.
            • When I visited loan branch they asked me to call the call center.
            • This again enhanced my doubts against the Bank policies and treatment.
            • Then I started interacting via mail again & again but there was no sicere reply and all that I got as reply was the list of branches where I could make the payment
            • In spite of this entire still in Dec-07 again I have made a lump sum payment of 22512.
            • Till date I have already paid RS 198968 as per yourr own statement till 18 jan-08
            • The ICICI bank has forgotten that I had a personal loan account with the bank with Loan a./c number LPMUM[protected] which I have already fore closed voluntarily in Dec-07
            • After all these understanding, good behavior and keen to pay all I got is a letter from ICICI bank asking me to pay Rs 253000 in 7 days else the car will be taken in their custody and I will have to face legal consequences.

            On the above grounds I Request you to please help me to continue the loan

              i am a credit card holder of your bank since 2004. last year in the month of may 2007 i received new credit card due to expiry of the previous one on my new address.since then i didnot receive the pin number of the new card or any monthly statement of the card.i am working in remote area of northeast and i dont have any phone number becoz no landline or mobile network is available here thats why i have given you the mobile number (earlie it was-[protected] now it is-[protected]) of my brother named Bhanu Kumar who is working with HAL Lukhnow.you are requested to look into the matter and expedite it.

              sir, i am 2yrs running creditcard still i didnt received the last month statement. month after month the same problem is creating. the payment date for last month is 3april 2008. still today i have not received the statement means how can i pay. the fault is in ur side but u r penalizing ourside. how can i accept. pls give me the reply. if i want to ask in local nobody is answering properly in ur icici branches.

                I am ICICI credit card holder. I have been using the credit card more than three years. I checked my credit card mini statement through ATM on 16th Jan 2008. I found a transaction worth Rs. 1000 on 11th jan 2008. I called the bank immediately to complain about the transaction since i haven't made any transaction on the day. The call centre executive said the merchant hasn't claimed the money, asked me to wait for 2 or 3 more days. I told him, the transaction is illegal since i haven't made any purchases. I asked them divulge the details of the merchant and address so that i can get some clue about the transaction but they declined to divulge the merchant details. They couldn't stop the payment, if i have to go for a dispute i may have to go only when the settlement happens. The bank is not helping to stop the criminal activity. I see the bank is getting away from the responsibility of helping a genuine customer. If i have bought something online that is supposed to be delivered at my address and the delivery proof will be with the merchant. I dont know how to handle this.

                      as iam using ICICI bank credit card for more than one year, i have been purchased products using icici credit card. The total outstanding will be of Rs.23,000/-, they asked to pay minimum due of Rs.6450/- on 21stof december 2007,but i paid Rs.6500/- on 28th of december,for that they have charged me Rs1700/-as late payment as well assent a letter to pay all the dues immediately.suppose if i tried to call the customer care also,they are not responding well and they are providing the details what i asked .if i asked them to come for the settlement also , they are not accepting, so i have been firmly planned to surrender the card ,but donohow to do it.I[censored] provide with enough detaits to solve my problem will be really helpful.

                      I am akash agrawal from Gwalior new user of credit card. I dont know how to use it and after using what is the procedure of repayment. My card received to me on september 2007. Just checking the card i withdraw the cash from the card Rs. 100/- . Having receive the card , i have not receiced any letter or statement regarding payment. Your executive give not full instruction regarding credit card how it is possible for a layman to a proper use of credit card. Yesterday i went ICICI office at gwalior for credit card information, they told me about my due payment. My due payment is so high. It is not possibe for me to submit that amount, it is all happened due to lack of information and misguidance of your executive. I think this is not a facility it is just a headec , without any information how can i know that what is my due amount and what is my due date. So i have been firmly planned to surrender the card ,but donohow to do it.I[censored] provide with enough detaits to solve my problem will be really helpful.

                      I received a call from ICICI Lombard regarding Insuranace Policy unfortunately I bought this for Rs 10,000, Later on I enquired about return benifit, & I came to know that there in none of return benifit facility, so I decided to cancel & but in credit card bill I received cancellation charges of RS. 2117

                      At the time of cancellation I had told do not apply cancellation charges to my bill, & no one has informed me at the time of buying that there should be cancellation charges.

                      So request you allow me waiver of this bill amount, else disable my Gold credit card & also my Saving a/c in your bank.

                      I agree with all of you and for more clarity, I wanted a reset of PIN for my ATM cards as I had lost my diary which had all the details. I called three banks; ICICI, ABN AMRO and HDFC all one after the other. ABN AMRO was the best and the quickest have done my job on the call. HDFC was second best taking a bit more time on the hold up part but nevertheless they are angels as compared to ICICI bank. ICICI bank was a hell on earth, they verified me and to my utter disbelief they said that I even after al this I will have to go to their bank branch and get myself verified. Which was so pathetic, I spend more than an hour on the phone wasting much time and money and then like a govt. bank, they ask me to come over for just a reset of a PIN. Even in the case of a Govt. bank I would have known so I would have saved money on the phone as we all know that we need to go there and have the work done. But this was the worst of both the worlds, its disguise an international bank using tele banking which is practically useless as after that one needs to go to them to pay your respects. I have decided that once my vehicle EMIis are over, I will ASAP close my account with ICICI as there many banks exceeding quantumly in terms of quality compared to this one.

                        they told plz contact Customer Care we cant do any thing for one mistake by the
                        company why I am playing like Table tennis Ball no body Is taking responsibility
                        to solve the issuee. Plz solve this issue immigately other wise I am giving my
                        complaint to reserve Bank and also take you to the court if required

                        With reference to the acceptance of my application for Credit Card from ICICI, i was informed from the automated VRS that my application was approved on January 22, 2008 and I would recieve the card within 10 days.

                        I received the PIN number via ordinary post at the address on February 1, 2008 and have still not recieved the credit card yet.

                        On quering the customer care, they told me that the consigment was sent through Elbee Courier ([protected]) on 25/01/2008 with the consignment number[protected]. They also provided me with the contact number of Elbee as [protected]. I also found out a local Bangalore number of Elbee which is 65645992/3.

                        But unfortunately these numbers are not responding. Neither am I able to connect to custmer care of ICICI any further because of traffic.

                        I would like to pin point the irresponsibility of ICICI dispatch services and Elbee Courier. Please try to reply me with the status of my consignment and if/when I am to receive it.

                        I would also like to mention, that till now I haven't receive the card and would not be responsible for anything related to it, whatsoever.
                        I completely agree with you. Even I was told the same, that my credit card has been dispatched. But, after some time , they say teh card returned undelivered. I've resceived the pin, but did not receive the card. The Courier service of ICICI bank is pathetic. It is one of the worst I've seen.

                        I just want to add what had been written already there I came to know that I am not the first one who is going through this experience of having the pin without the credit card .
                        I have been provided with the way bill number, when I check with that at Elbee site it shows that delivery returned . it says that they have put a note on my door as well, which is impossible as I stay in an apartment and no-one is allowed there without my approval as the guard checks everybody. Its very unprofessional of Elbee to mention that comment and at the same time they have my phone number even if they were not able to find me which is not the case , they still could have called me and checked with me if I am available or not but that was not the case and they happily put the comment that I was not there and they have put a sticky I would like to ask who had gone there and where exactly he had put sticky. This is absolutely rubbish and a big white lie .
                        Icici should immediately remvoe them as there official courier.

                        My experience about Elbee Courier is also worst.I have not received my credit card.They are useless and ICICI Bank should immediately remove them from sensitive job of credit cards.I donot know whether ICICI Bank has incorporated penalty clause in their agreement for such mischiefs on the part of Elbee.Elbee just does not bother to take note of complaints.Looking at the number of complaints I feel that some ICICI Bank staff is happy shielding Elbee Courier.

                        ICICI / Credit card — arranged cheating ICICI Credit Card Dep. with ICICI Lombard

                        Dear sir

                        my name is pramod and am working in Sitaram Auto Sales & Services, Thrissur baught a car through ICICI loan. I had applied for a credit card on appox. Dec - 2007. After some days one excutive of ICICI called me and compelled to take a insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. I reufused it and he told one senior officer will call you and you only to say "Yes" otherwise it will aftect his job, its for his personal benifits. He also mentioned that it can be withdraw within days so that i said "Yes", after somany request. Now another ICICI executive called me and told that my Credit Card account is over due and make payment immedly. On detailed enquiry i had know that the amount withdrawn is ICICI Lombard with out my permission. Still i have not received any credit card and am not intersted in this policy.
                        so please make arrangements to clear this problem otherwise am moving for leagal action.

                        ICICI / Credit Card — Credit Card bill reminder for not owned card

                        Hello,

                        I have been receiving reminder mails from ICICI stating that amount of approx Rs 75K has been pending against my wife Mrs Vandana Gupta against her credit card (5177 XXXX XXXX 4004).
                        Strangely, the residential address mentioned in this card is mine.

                        To my surprise,
                        * She is not holding any credit card. Credit card issued in her name long back is already locked with 0 outstanding
                        * Working address is mentioned for the "disputed" card holder - while my wife is non-working
                        * DOB in the disputed card is different from my wife DOB.

                        I have given repeated calls to ICICI customer care and registered the complaint via SR[protected]th Dec'08) and SR[protected]th Dec '08).
                        I was given verbal confirmation on 12th Feb 2009 that is there is no such card (with outsanding amount) issued (matching my wife personnel details) to her.

                        Even despite this, an ICICI executive (probably recovery agent) visited my home on 12th Feb 2009 and also i got the call on 13th Feb 2009.
                        I'm being feeling harassed mentally.

                        Sub: Full and final settlement of my credit card No: [protected]

                        Ref: My Punjab National Bank Cheque No: 570544 dated 19/12/2009 for

                        Rs. 34,800.00


                        I was shocked to see my credit Card statement in mail showing with the outstanding after paying full and final settlement for my card.

                        With reference to the above your executive Mr.Rajan came to my place and asked for Rs.2000/- as card payment and when I was about to give cheque for Rs.2000/- he told me by showing statement of my account and informed me that if I pay Rs.34,800-00 as full and final settlement ICICI bank will close my card. He has discussed with his manager and got approval and collected my cheque for Rs.34,800/=. He also informed me over phone on the next day that he got approval from ICICI, Bombay office also approved Rs.34,800/- amount for closing my card and I will be getting the full and final settlement letter from your end with in two days.

                        But Instead of getting the full and final settlement letter I was shocked to see the credit statement which shows the outstanding is still there. In present condition don’t expect any payment from my side and send my full and final settlement letter immediately.

He told me that pay the minimum amount of rs2900 insides of Rs 5040.I issue a check in the month of Feb09 amount of 2900 dated 2nd Feb. 09. The total amount will be reflected in the next statement and the late fee charges also reversal. But there is no changes regarding my papal. In the month of feb I talk your customer care people regarding this names are mr Ballege, Sudhier, Hama and mr. varaprasad in on line phone in the month of Feb. They told me that fax the bank statement of my account to fax no[protected]SUDHIER ), &[protected]HAMA).But no response from your end. At that time my out standing balance is 59749 as per your statement Jan 09.after I make payments regularly after consulting of your people. they told that the amount was deducted in your account in the next statement. But there is no response from your end, and impose late fee charges and interest charges. It leads to 566851rupees.Even those I make payments every month It is not reducing. But it is increasing every month. So far I paid total amount of 30, 000 APROXMATELY to this account last one year but still now the out standing is 69, 000, Hence I request you to check my records at once and reduce to the late fee charges and extra interest charges and send frees statement. so that it is easy to make payment to me.(59,[protected]=29000).

                          It’s hardly over a month I am in line with for my personal loans. But there were not any of responds till now. I have been calling them since Monday but I was told he was busy in meeting agree, I left the message for him that need to know the status. Unfortunately, it’s almost 5 days I have not even received single call from his end.
                          Since four days I am constantly touch with Ms. Priya in ICICI bank – noida branch & said that Deepak was busy in meeting.

                          Literally, it is time to pull out the socks up I also agreed, 15days back that Deepak called me & said your loan got approval & you are in need of 6 cheque leafs with sign, i had completed all the formalities as require. I already lodged compliant in ICICI but its of no use..

                          Moreover, I made a call daily mini of 10-15 times but I do not know why Deepak was not picking my phone. As I already told you I am losing my patience with such authenticated banks. It’s really absurd that people are not communicating the factual account. This is the main prob with you. If I was not eligible for the limited loans that is being offered by any of the bank it should be intimated to me with in a limited time period.

                            I had called helpline of icici around 90 times till date and visited branch 30 times for getting compensation and apology but they are teasing me and saying u will not get even single rupee from us and neither apology letter

                            Culprit: mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai branch manager borivli east branch

                            Mr kiran rane coustomer care manger toll free chennai who is hiding from me from last 2 months to escape me.

                            Police fir lodged against above branch dated:19/12/07 at 11 pm ist

                            Severe misbehavoiur with gold-titanuim debit card holder of icici bank, thane west, sb/a/c[protected] and having gold amex card no

                            Insult of gold account holder mr vishal kewal jain who is having gold saving account, gold debit card and gold credit card account given by icici bank, thane west

                            • she told titanium debit /plat debit card not exist at all which is wrong info while while hni a/c require 1 laksh for opening which all is wrong

                            1.) I inform u that I have Joined on 3rd July but my First month salary credited on another a/c by the mistake of the company & still I don't receive any money.

                            2.) I have resined from ICICI Bank because of my Mental Harshment. Actually I
                            was on Medical Leave because of My Major Operation on 23Nov. I already inform about my operation to my SM Mr. Nitin Agarwal. Doctor advise me to take rest of 20 days but my SM forcefully tell to join me on 3rd Dec & start torture me, use abuse word & threat me that I will terminate u. That's why I resign from your company.

                            3.) I worked from 1/11/2007 to 20/11/2007 but I receive only Rs.4000 & my Salary is 12500 pm.Plz provide me 10 days salary also.

                            4.) I want my Mediclaim Reimbursement also of Rs 5000/ I have all the proof of Operation.

                            In the month of feb, i have applied for platinum pre approved card which was lying in my account number. but when i applied icici executive told me as per your salary structure you would get limit of minimum of rs 1 lakh, but when i got card its not platinum card, its icici american express card which i have not applied for. also when i checked limit of american express card its only thirty thousand. i have marked number of mails to icici bank, but every time custome care executive give different execuses. i am really fed with the service provided by the icici bank. even if i have a icici salary account from last 4 years. Now i am trying to transfer my salary account to some other bank and will not keep any Customer relation with icici bank.

                            ICICI Lombard — Lacking Transparency

                            Hi All,

                            A week ago I registered for Health Advantage Plus Policy with ICICI Lombard. Due to some personal reason I had asked them to cancel it on the very next day. But what they said is they wil deduct 3000 from my credit card as it was through credit card only. My credit card belongs to ICICI only. And they deducted 3000, cost of just saying yes for the policy on phone. While communicating on phone I never been informed about the cancellation carges. Clearly what there lacking is transparency. I am not sure if I can claim the ammount because as of now I haven't signed even single document since it was through credit card. Even I havent received any documents from them. Please guide me if i can take some action on them.

                            There are so many people who has become the victim of the same issue. Your suggestion will also encourage them to take some action on such a firm.

                            i received titanium card today, for online booking there was offer like RS 250 off on first purchase. now from customer care it has been told that there is no such offer. this is lie and fraud, i am very unhappy to start with credit card buisness of ICICI

                            i have an current account in ambala cantt icici bank and had deposited 2 cheques worth rs 85000.00 for almost 2 weeks but no clearance has been made by them and on asking them them have no answer to it. moreover i have a prepaid account in which no collection charges are charged regarding clearance of cheques not they have deducted unreasonable collection charges from my account and they say that you can close your a/c if you are not satisfied.

                            ICICI Bank is loosing grounds in India because employees including the higher authorities of this bank are most unprofessional. This bank opened the account of M/S Carma Online Pvt. Ltd. in Sep. 2006 and promised the payment gateway for their online shopping portal www.carmaworld.com against the fixed deposit of INR 50, 000.00, and which was given to them vide F.D no.51892123 dated 6th Nov. 2008. After a few months a mail was sent to Carma saying that we have taken off the payment gateway and your account balance (more then 4lac) is on hold for 6 months. After 6 months Carma had to make many calls to the bank’s branches in Janak Puri, New Delhi and Head office in Mumbai including the M.D’s office, Finally, Carma received the money in their account but Fixed Deposit amount of INR 50, 000.00 is still pending with the bank despite innumerable reminders. When ever we call, we get a standardised answer saying that the person vis-à-vis SHEEL SHARMA, who can give the release order of this F.D has left the bank so we can’t do any thing.                             I have applied for ICICI home loan shield policy for 20 years. It amounts to 42, 900 at the rate of 2.86% of the loan amount of 15 lakhs( As indicated in the ICICI LOMBARD Pamphlet for 20 years policy).A cheque(cheque no: 685527 dated in the month of september 2005) with amount Rs 42, 900 has been paid to ICICI Lombard in September 2005 through ICICI BANK . I have taken 15 lakh loan from ICICI bank for 20 years. As per the original statement told by ICICI Lombard executive at the time of home loan release it will be attached with ICICI home loan account. When I contacted ICICI Lombard relating policy last month, I felt astonished to find out the fact, policy is not created till now. ICICI Lombard executives( Siva Kumar, Sardma) confirmed orally this fact to me also they did not get the policy details in computer. I immediately asked to repayment the Rs 42, 900 rupees because the details of the policy number have not been communicated to me until today (around Four years). Even ICICI Bank also not been intimated any on this account policy so far. When I ask about this with ICICI Lombard officials asked for 11 working days period to get back to me.

                            After 11 working days suddenly one SMS has come to me, they are going to return 8, 151 cheque. As there is no policy created, I wrote a mail to ICICI Lombard officials how they are going to return 8, 151 to me. I have contacted customer care (Sardma)and explained. They understood me and told that they represent same to their higher officials and comeback to me in another 11 working days, that time, they will come back with full details. I have represented the same in e-mail also. After 11 days, they come up with some policy and told me policy is already created, it is a five year policy. Your request it was already cancelled and the cheque balance amount is RS 8100. This is an absurd.


                            Following questions are to be cleared in this regard.

                            1) ICICI Lombard took 42, 900 in the year September 2005 for a 20 Years policy
                            Till now they have not communicated any thing relating to policy. This lapse created doubt whether there may be misappropriation.

                            2) I have paid around of Rs 16, 000 interest to ICICI bank against RS 42, 900 principal amount. The lapse in the part of ICICI Lombard is the cause o[censored]nnecessary loss to me.

                            3) Will ICICI Lombard takes the amount and did not care about its customers?
                            If no, why did not communicate the policy details till now. If ICICI Lombard takes care of customer interests, it should communicate the policy details by that time.


                            5) When I raised a request to ICICI Lombard, Lombard officials agreed for checking the details from computer, Two officials(Shiva Kumar, Sardma) confirmed to me orally that no policy has been created so far .


                            6)After some time Mr Sridhar j & team (Customer care Executive) have communicated to me, they have created a policy of 5 years span.

                            7)How they can create 20 years policy as 5 years policy having received a premium amount of 42, 900 applicable to 20 years period, without intimating any written communication and obtaining my acceptance( in writing).

                            8) If 5 year policy is created earlier why they did not send the same to my address at that time. This appears they have created some policy with anti date and cancelled the policy also without informing and obtaining written communication. When I requested for repayment of 42, 900, because of the lapse on the part of the Company, they have cancelled the policy.

                            9)ICICI Lombard received the amount for 20 years from customer How executives created 5 years policy and on what basis?

                            10)On what basis they have created 5 years policy? On what basis its amount is 42, 900? As per the ICICI Lombard if it is 5 years policy, its amount is different. How they blindly did the 5 year policy? If yes also, why did not communicate the policy at the time and return the remaining amount to customer and based on customer acceptance.

                            This appears that ICICI Lombard officials cheated the customer directly.

                            I request you to kindly interfere and arrange amount of 42, 900 to me at the earliest and do the justice to me (I have already lost 16, 000 interest)

                            i am having an ICCI savings account with your bank and using its services like credit card since last 2 years during which i have never been listed as default customer.
                            Last year i had taken ICICI Lombard policy for my mother.
                            The policy number is 4034-FPP[protected] for which again pay my premium dues regularly.
                            Recently after angiogarphy of my mother i had submitted claim for the same intially i got the response that documents were not sufficient for which i personally made it a point to collect all the documents from hospital and consulting physician who conducted angiography procedures after which i went ahead and submitted all those documents to ICICI Lombard office in andheri with written sign off from them that the documents are all in place and they gave me the assurance that the claim would be processed within 21 working days .this acitivity was done on april 27th 2009.
                            till date i.e. June 23 rd 2009 whenver i call on the helpline numbers i get the same response from all the executives that claim has been gone to expert panel for review, you will know the status of the claim till this weekend wonder when that weekend will come.

                            Now because of all this i am really in state where i have to decide whether to continue with the policy and continue with the bank any further.

                            Please do the needful thats the request.

                            ICICI Bank — request denied by customer care

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I am very much disappointed with ICICI bank helpline whose statement contradicted with the two service officers. One of the cheque issued to me from Income tax dept. which was my returned amount was not accepted because of the Typo error by the Income tax dept. ("Gauraung" instead of "Gurung" was written on the Cheque). I have see the status and know that its lying at ICICI bank Naraina Branch, New Delhi. But when I called up ICICI bank helpline (Officer I spoke with was Ananth Reddy from Hyderabad office) denied to take my request saying that there's no information about my cheque. I provide him the account no., cheque no., amount, date of deposit, branch where i had made my deposit, date of dispatch. But Ananth Reddy said that he'll not be able to help me resolve this issue because there's no details. I am astonished to see that two officers giving me two different statement. Few days back only i spoke to one of the customer care officer and he gave me the actual status about my cheque and also recommended me to call after few days to put up a request for delivery. And now the other officer is flatly denying that there's no information about my deposit which means that my cheque has either been lost or they are just not ready to help me out. The amount isn't much (Rs. 5050), I can't take the follow up everyday when the customer care is only a phone call away and if they flatly deny us to help then where would we go for seeking help.

So after visiting to our vashi branch they told me that they have stop giving personal loan but how this can be happen after Ms. Pavitra Janga told me that you go and talk with concern person but at that time your conern person was busy with his mobile phone talking with some one and he told to his collegaue or someone else to handle my problem.

                            So sir you can just see that how much gap is there between staff's /customer care officer/ customer care executive and branch manager of Nerul (E).

                            Sorry to say once again sir that this why the corporate sector get job cutting /salary cutting why because of regular staff's you handling in your branches.

                            That is why I am thinking to closed my ICICI bank and shifted to some nationalised or corporative bank they give me better service then you corporate bank people. They are ready to give me loan upto Rs. 50, 000/- without any reference and no further any documents.

                            Till date no one has contact to me I am still waiting to here from you a positive reply, because every day I have to pay 4% Interest and collect the cash and pay the relative Doctors bill its comes around Rs.50, 000/- so that is why I am asking from ICICI bank a personal loan around Rs.50, 000/- and what ever EMI per month will be there for 3 years I will pay but I can also pay the full amount after 9 month whatever balance will be there after deducting 9month installment, because I am doing part time personal marketing research with Market Research Companies and I am the Team Head of Navi Mumbai area and this the company do the market research for different product say taking Bank's interview, taking Liquor company interview etc and so on.                             i don't want the emi to be debited this time from my account any more for policy 03389300.

                            i had not authorized to debit my bank account to this policy and i am not intrested in this policy at all. this is what i am complaining from the past 2 years
                            and asking to refund my amount i don't want any add ons. the add ons should be communicated to me orally and not thru post the only insurance that bank told me is regarding the insurance for house and that is one time payment and i had agreed for it and no one from you company has told me that i had given an add on as a complimantary. complimantories are ment to make the customer happy but not screw him.

                            i have been calling your customer care when first time my bank account has got debited for this policy till that time no one has communicated to me and i don;t trust letters as i haven't even got the original documents of my home loan from the icici bank. so i damn trust letters

                            i want my funds( 2 yrs emi) to be reverted back to my account and intrest on that amount and my phone bills for calling your customercare

                            last time when i lodged a complaint one of your manager prem( Secunderabad branch near sangeeth theatre ) called me asked me to come down to the branch and when i called him that i am coming to branch he said he will not be available and will send an executive to my office and he told me that he will explain the product and other products so that i can change to any other product if i want and he also told that if i am not willing to any of those products he will try his best to revert my money and when i called him today he says i havent given u any option other than closing and keeo quite. even he promised me that he can take care of my home loan intrest rate

                            i want this to be sorted ASAP

                            i am not intrested in this policy at all none of you guys explained me before giving it to me as add on neither told me that you are giving me an add on


                            Don't take granted that customer is willing to take the policy if he has not reverted back in 15 days after delivery date. if the bank is conjuice enough to call him and get the confirmation how can you expect a normal person to call uncessarly to all the insurance companies and tell them that boss i am not intrested and where is the proff that he has agreed. if there are any add on please do inform the customer over fone or personally and not thru letters. and i strongly say that icici policies are such a way that customer feels happy when he is coming to your products and feels very bad once he has taken ypur products as the polices never take care of retaing the customer they only try for getting more customer base.

                            As per my request I was receiving regular message alerts whenever there has been transactions of Rs. 5000/- and more. It is most unfortunate and disappointing to say that since 03 Sep 2009, in spite of repeatedly speaking and explaining the problem of non receipt of message alerts after 01 Sep 2009, the ICICI bank has completely failed to redress the problem. This problem is such that it can be resolved immediately on initiating the required action. I am having my account in the bank since 2002. Such a problem though never came in the past, but this time, no one seems to be attending to the problem. I cannot imagine if the staff of this bank which is one of the leading banks could be having such an inefficient staff. I am rather most disappointed by this act of ICICI authorities; in effect do not find appropriate words to express my anguish. I want to request the appropriate authorities to inform me if the problem cannot be resolved because of their inefficiency to enable me to change my banker please.
                            I hope the head office is informed to take action in the matter please or let me know if I am required to approach ombudsman in the matter. Some one must talk to me to listen to my problem in person please.

                            I have taken a Car Loan from ICICI Bank Loan Account No. for loan LALUC[protected]. Recently received a SMS message from ICICI Bank instead of asking thru' letter or by telephone "PLEASE GIVE YOUR UPDATED BANK ACCOUNT NO. FOR LOAN LALUC[protected] BY VISITING THE NEAREST ICICI LOAN SERVICING BRANC, SO THAT ECS DEBIT FROM JAN 2010 DOES NOT FAIL." I do not know that why the debit will fail if I am having sufficient amount in my account. What is reason for doing the above SMS? Wether any installment missed or failed? If so, please tell us instead of doing SMS to confuse the consumer unnecessarily.

                            This is with reference to the withdrawal made in Bangalore as per details below. For the withdrawal of Rs.5000/- only Rs. 4100/- came out of the machine. 24/03/2010 ATM/CASH WDL/24-03-10/15:22:38/0 DR INR 5, 000.00

                            It is shocking that a Bank of such stature is running a staff with so much laid back attitude. To begin with the 100 rupee denominations coming in between the 500 rupee bunch seemed malicious & mischievous. Secondly the withdrawal was done after my wife had met with a scooter accident. Repeated response to call up the helpline number elicited poor response.
                            Next day personally went to the ICICI Bank at Bangalore & lodged a complaint. The staff here was extremely helpful. I was promised action within 7 days. I did get a SMS on the 29th March that the mistake is accepted & the money will be credited to my account. Today is 6th April. So far nothing has moved. If an SMS could be sent, should it take so long to rectify the mistake. When no refund was deposited to the account till 8th of April sent in a mail for which I get a very funny & contradictry reply.
                            Dear Mr. Cetlur,

                            We at atm recon end verified the transaction with atm logs and found it to be a successful withdrawal and also there was no excess cash found in the ATM for the said period. Hence, the amount of Rs.900 cannot be reversed.
                            However during bulk closure, the closure comment in SR was wrongly updated as "ATM TRANSACTION AMOUNTING TO RS.- HAS BEEN REVERSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON 29/03/2010., , -"
                            With apology on wrong closure comments, we confirm that the transaction is successful as per atm logs and we shall be unable to reverse the same.

                            We regret for the inconvenience caused.

                            I am least bothered about the logs as a customer. I do not like to be cheated. I have already explained that the 100 rupee notes were hidden in between 5oo rupee notes. Surely the machine cannot differentiate between the denominations. It is a man made mischief & unacceptable. Even if the amount is trivial 900/- I am firm that it should be refunded. You will leave me very less choice but to expose this whole eposide in the newspapers & seek alternate route of solutions.
                            The guard at the ATM was informed immediately by my wife who was given the helpline number. As she had had an accident & required the money to pay for the CT Scan, she counted & found the deficit.
                            This incident happened on the 23rd March. 29th March I get the SMS promising reversal. & today you tell me this. Sorry totally unacceptable.
                            Kindly give me the mail ID of Mrs. Kochar So I can report this incident.

                            I WENT TO ROHTAK BRANCH OF ICICI BANK ON 03/04/2010 AT 10.15 AM. TO FORE-CLOSE MY LOAN ACCOUNT NO.NHROH[protected].THE BANK GAVE ME A SLIP AND ASKED ME TO DEPOSIT RS.643617 DOWNSTAIRS AT THE CASH COUNTER.
                            WHILE COMING DOWNSTAIRS A YOUNG BOY OF 18-20 YEARS OF AGE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS BEEN SENT BY ONE PUNEET TO HELP ME, (PUNEET IS KNOWN TO ME AND IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SAME BANK)THE BOY TOOK ME TO THE BRANCH MANAGER'S OFFICE, WHERE THE MANAGER ASKED FOR MY PAN CARD.THE MANAGER SENT US TO ANOTHER OFFICIAL AND THE SAME OFFICIAL SENT US TO THE CASH COUNTER, WHERE HE TALKED TO THE CASHIERS AS IF HE WERE THEIR COLLEAGUE.I WAS ASKED AT THE CASH COUNTER TO AFFIX PINK SLIPS ON THE COMPLETE PACKETS.AS I ALREADY HAD FILLED UP THE PAY- IN -SLIP. I PUT UP THE MONEY ON THE CASH COUNTER. HE FIRST GAVE RS.270000 (ALL 1000/- NOTES) TO THE CASHIER AT COUNTER NO.2 AND THEN TOOK MY PAN CARD TO GET IT PHOTOSTATED. WHEN THE BOY DID NOT TURN UP AFTER FIVE MINUTES, I ASKED FROM THE CASHIER ABOUT MY MONEY, THE CASHIER REPLIED THAT THE BOY DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE MANAGER, WHO, INSTEAD OF CO-OPERTING ME, STARTED ACCUSING ME.HE EVEN DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CALL THE POLICE.I, THEN CALLED THE POLICE FROM MY MOBILE PHONE.WHEN POLICE ASKED THE MANAGER TO SHOW THE RECORDINGS OF THE VIDEO FOOTAGE, HE COULD NOT DO SO IMMEDITELY, OTHERWISE POLICE WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE BOY.
                            THE MANAGER CALLED THE CCTV EXPERTS FROM NARNAUL, WHO REACHED THE BANK ONLY AFTER 5PM.THE EXPERTS INFORMED THE POLICE THAT CCTV HAS NOT BEEN RECORDING SINCE 30/03/2010.WITH THIS ALL MY HOPES TO RECOVER MY HARDEARNED MONEY SHATTERED.
                            IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ARISE.
                            1. WHO WAS THE BOY, HOW HE WAS WELL VERSED WITH THE BANKING PROCEDURES.(MUST BE SOME COLLECTION AGENT/CASUAL/ADHOC EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK)
                            2. WHY THE OFFICIALS WERE BEHAVING FRIENDLY WITH HIM.
                            3. HOW HE WAS AWARE OF THE FACT THAT CCTV HAS NOT BEEN RECORDING.THAT IS WHY HE WAS BEHAVING SO BOLDLY BEFORE THE CASH COUNTER, WHERE CCTV CAMERAS WERE INSTALLED.THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE CONNIVANCE OF THE BANK.
                            4. HOW HE COULD KNOW THAT PINK SLIPS WERE PLACED BEHIND THE CASH COUNTER.
                            5. WHY THERE WAS SO MUCH MISMANAGEMENT AT THE CASH COUNTER, BESIDES THE FACT THAT THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO GET TOKENS FROM A MACHINE.WHY SOME ONE OF THE BANK OFFICIALS WAS NOT THERE TO MANAGE THE RUSH.
                            6.HAS THE BANK ANY REPLY FOR NON-FUNCIIONING OF CCTV RECORDINGS.IF THE SAME BRANCH WOULD HAVE BEEN LOOTED, THEN WHAT WOULD HAVE THE BANK DONE OR CCTVS WERE SWITCHED OFF DELIBERATELY TO HELP THE CHEATS.
                            7. HAS THE BANK NO RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTCT THE CUSTOMERS IN THEIR OWN PREMISES
                            8. WHY A CUSTOMER WITH HUGE CASH IS HARRASED TO MOVE FROM ONE COUNTER TO ANOTHER COUNTER.
                            9.WHY THE BANK MANAGER DID NOT ALLOW THE CASH TO BE COUNTED AT COUNTER NO.2 FOR MY SATISFACTION.
                            10. WHY THE BRANCH MANAGER DID NOT CALL THE POLICE .WHY HE WILLINGLY DELAYED THE INVETIGATION PROCESS
                            11.THE BANK HAS NOT EVEN SHOWN ANY SYMPATHY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR HIS LOSS.MANY MANY THANKS TO THE ASIA’S LARGEST PVT. BANK.

Dedhia having credit card of icici bank card no.is-[protected].i had used it in march 2009,my credit limit was Rs.10000/- and i had used Rs.14000/-.next month i recieved bill with over limit charges+penalty of Rs.14551/-.I paid this ammout by cheque no.818892 drawn on Canara Bank,Mulund West Branch.After that Next month again Bank send me bill of Rs.551/-of over limit charges.I called many time in their costmer care centre but there was no satisfactory reply from them.Now after 18 months they made bill of Rs.9264.23/-with intrest and on 10th Aug.2010 they debited this ammout from my personal account of icici bank Mulund West Branch.For this matter i went pesonaly at icici credit card department Andheri East.Mumbai with written complaint but nobody was ready to recieve that complaint,Now I want RS.9264.23/- back in my account.do needful in this matter.

                            Now my issue is that why the rest of the amount has not been paid till date and also no one has inquired or told about this.Has the bank cleared this at his own without notifying me.

                            and also i want to fully settle the loan, someone responsible should come to talk.I am not interested in continuing my relationship with your bank.otherwise i will go to courts for selllement

                            I am also a victim of ICICI bank, where my account has been hacked and the entire savings wiped off due to ICICI's insecure online security system.
                            Despite numerous calls and visits to the bank (Vikhroli branch); pullling up various managers and registering an FIR, the bank continues displaying its utterly shoddy and shockingly apathetic response to a customer's serious grivance. I hold accounts with other banks too(have unblemished bank records) and this has so far been the worst customer handling I've dealt with. Instead of being responsible for the security of money that customers trust it with, ICICI continues to run scot free, putting the entire responsibility for the same on me!Shockingly, the policemen who registered my case said that many such complaints keep coming up against ICICI, and that they wouldn't be surprised if insiders are involved.Shame on ICICI! It's high time Chanda Kochhar takes a serious view of the daily proceedings of the highly irresponsible and incompetant bank she heads.

                            It's a cry of frustration not only on account of the loss I have suffered but more because I feel cheated and abused as a customer.                             On 24th Aug-10 I received an SMS from ICICI Bank saying that ur account balance is Rs 1072.94/= at around 22:36pm.When I checked my ICICI account in ATM at Next Day I found that the balance was Rs72.94/= only.
                            I was surprised to see that, about 5 transaction was been made on 24th for Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, respectively for a total amount of Rs5000/= (Five Thousand ) without my knowledge. I haven’t made any bill payment from my side and disclosed my ID or password to any of them. This is purely a internet fraud which has happened in my salary account.
                            Then I went to ICICI Bank (Govind Nagar Branch) and registered a complaint for the theft happened in my account with SR no SR[protected] There I didn’t got a proper response from the Branch, from there I raised a complaint to ICICI customer care and the nearby area Police station inspector didn’t received the complaint and said that this case has to be registered by ICICI bank saying that my customer has lost his amount through internet banking.

                            Myself Devender Singh using ICICI credit card more then 10
                            years. I pay my all bill payments on time. But this time when I pay Manipal
                            University fee in March of Rs.60157/= with choosing the 12 EMI option. It was
                            paid without showing any problem. Before this payment I had also paid for
                            mobile purchases and other purchases with choosing the same EMI option and it
                            was converted without any problems. But in this 60157/= payment it was not
                            converted in to EMI.

                            I talk many times to customer care to resolve the issue to
                            converting it in 12 EMI and take the interest and service charges back. Now one
                            customer care executive told that it cannot be resolved and I have to pay it at
                            once.

                            I request you to please look in to the matter to resolve the
                            issue. You please check my previous payment records. Also please check option
                            of 12 EMI for Manipal University fee. It passed almost one and half month I'm
                            talking your customer care for the same issue.

                            Dear Mam,

                            I, Binay Barman, a loan account holder having Personal Loan no.-LPCAL[protected], would like to inform you that before taking the loan, I had already spoken with Sumita Chakraborty Mam (Mob:-[protected]) that I would repay the loan within 6-7 months. But I wont pay the additional 5% charges as pre-payment penalty. And I would take the loan from you only on confirmation from your end regarding the matter unless which I am going to take the loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. She then confirmed me that she would arrange for payment of 2% below as pre-payment penalty. But the Branch Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank warned me that they give these type of verbal assurance at ease, but hardly do the work. But when I rang up Sumita Mam, she turned 180 degree and told me to request them to lessen the penalty rate. When I informed her that they are not ready to lessen the amount to 2% below, then she told me to allow her atleast 2 days time to do the work for me . Then the officer at your Salt Lake Branch and me tried several times to ring her but she didn't show the minimum level of decency to receive our call. But several days have passed (now 3 months over also she block my mobile no), yet she did not give any feedback to make the necessary adjustment in my loan account. Under the circumstances, having no other option I decided to pray before you with expectation that you would tell Sumita Chakraborty Mam to keep her promise. Tragedy is that, on the other hand, my company"s branch is going under tough times, and under the circumstances, if my job is at stake, I wont be able to repay the residual loan amount. Please do not blame me for the same at that time.

But problem is that they call me that your offer letter is ready come and take . When i went Jhandewalan(Delhi) they said there is one problem that you work with the ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE we need confirmation from them that all dues were clear or not i am also saying that i have releving letter but they still saying we need confirmation from HR of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE .But RM of I PROCESS(PERSONAL LOAN DEPARTMENT) said that i will send the mail to ASK HR about your dues is clear or not .But know they are not pick up my phone RM AND HR OF I PROCESS .My cell no [protected].Kindly Solve my problem as soon as possible .My email id [protected]@gmail.com

                            Today i open an RD through imobile app but did not receive any confirmation mail and massage from your side and not even receive RD number. The amount of 6000 is debited from my account and on statement it ia showing "Dr tran for funding A/c" why? Let me know soon because the amount has deducted and did not get anything.
                            Is this the kind of fraud happen on your own app? Service is already down under seriously fed up with your service.

                              I am Ritesh Jain, I am Customer & shareholder of ICICI Bank Ltd, I am customer of ICICI Bank Ltd since year 2002, I have savings account as well credit card from ICICI Bank Ltd.

                              I never faced any service issues with ICICI in last 6 years.
                              Recently I called up ICICI Bank Ltd to check my outstanding balance on my credit card as I have seen there were regular transactions from Savings account on behalf of my credit card as I have set up direct debit from my savings account.
                              I never made any other transactions instead of only one transaction in Dec 07 for Poweryourtrade subscription which was of INR 1499.00
                              When I rang ICICI Ltd customer service to check the outstanding amount I got to know its somewhere around INR 24000 (Approx), I was surprised & enquire about the transactions.
                              I got to know about the internet transaction on behalf of mobileocate ltd. of INR 14709.23 for $176.19.
                              I haven’t made any such transaction, I suspect misuse of my credit card, and I requested ICICI to block my card. Please see the details of the Deductions from my account on behalf of ICICI Bank Ltd; the amount deducted from account[protected] is more than the transactions I have made.

                              ICICI Credit Card — amount blocked by ICICI

                              This is very strange to hear, the icici bank is such fraud bank after knowing the reality of the things faced by me.I had settled the credit amount 40000 on 14th june 2008 and they have given settlement letter mentioning the closure.Even after that they are sending everymonth statements to me and reported the same to bank but no action taken.They had blocked my account with sum of rs 40000 without intimating the customer which iam in need to money during that time.Is bank going to help me?I had raised request#SR88073955 with bank for solution.After one week they have unblocked the my account and released the amount.But again they blocked in the month of december14th 2008 without any intimation and i went to the bank for solution.They had started uploading data and said it will be cleared in day or 3.i need to pay loan amounts in this month and will get bounced if this is not cleared.who will be responsible for check bounce?one more thing, when they block the amount in my account and it is should be recored in transactions but it is not showing any transactions showing in account on such lean.it will show only for few days.Without intimating to the customer how the bank can block the amount?Is RBI is approved?

                              ICICI Credit Card — Illegal Payment to Bharti Cellular

                              I am from tamilnadu. I have an ICICI credit card. On 20/6/2009 i received a SMS saying that you have made transaction for Rs 25000. I was shocked because i was sleeping at home and had not made any transactions in the last one week. I immediately called customer care and informed about the this. I came to know that this amount was transacted for Bharti Cellular at lucknow.

                              During this conversation another transaction for Rs 25000 was made. My card was blocked. I sent a complaint letter by courier, mail and fax. Till know nothing is communicated to me. Meanwhile the amount is debited from my credit card.

                              Im waiting for the response from ICICI. I am planning to approach consumer court if this is not properly settled by the bank authorities.

                              My advice to all o[censored] is that avoid using any credit card. It is totally unsafe in our country. Our people are yet to develop solutions for tackling cyber crimes. Until we are assured of safety o[censored]sing credit cards, please dont' have any crdit card(surrender immediately if you already have one). You might not have faced any problem for many years, but it can happen any time.

                              If anybody have suggestions in handling this issue, please share with me.

                              I don't know it is approved by RBI.I am also facing the same problem with this bank. And made many calls to customer care, the answer is different from each other. Because of ICICI bank puting lean on the account with out informing customer is to horrible, And also I am making more than 1.0laks rupees transaction every month through this account.

                              I understood that we can not plan anything after money deposited to ICICI bank account.Because of this lean on my account, I lost opportunity cost of Rs.60000/-. I don't know how I can proceed consumer complaint on this.

                              Can any one help me on this?

                              ICICI Credit Card — MISUSED

                              I am holding ICICI credit card no.[protected], on 07.01.2009 somebody in Delhi has used my card through internet to pusrchase somthing from Bharti Cellular by Rs.25000/- ( My limit was Rs.24000/- ). I came to know when I got massage on my mobile at 5.44 p.m. on 07.01.2009. I immidetly went to ICICI Bank, Sayajigunj Branch, Vadodara ( As I am Staying in Vadodara) and launched the complain with ICICI customer care and they blocked my card through SR.No. 92280292. This procedure was comleted before 6.30 p.m. and as per their instrucion i wrote a complain and faxed on [protected] at 6.30 p.m. on the same day and also 2nd time on the next day.
                              After that I recived a massage on 13.02.2009 that " We received your dispute through SR96232765, Interim credit of Rs.25000/- given on 11.02.2009.". In the next statement it was showing credit.
                              On 26.02.2009 I recived a massage that " Dispute as per SR96232765 on your card no.8009 is not initiated due to non-receipt of documents. Interim credit of Rs.25000/- has been reversed on 24.02.2009" even as per their instruction I have faxed twice.

                              Now they are telling that I can do nothing for this and have to pay 40000+ which is showing in the statement even after I have not used the card. Their Person came to me personnaly and told that they also knows that after complain they have not made payment to Bharti Cellular, but U can come to office we will settle your account. But I dont want to pay any amount as I have not used the card. I am staying at vadodara (Gujarat) and doing job. at the time o[censored]se of card i was at my job. And the card has been used at delhi.

                              Please reply and advice me what can I do to avoid the problem

                                Hi,

                                i have applied for a loan and I am in IBM .

                                As I know we have a good relation in icici and IBM but I dont where things are stuck as I have applied for loan of just rs 1 lac but I am not getting any response .
                                I have given all of my details and cheques to your concern person Mr Manish [protected] is his mob num and I have mailed to Shyam as well who is in icici only and his mail id is shyam.[protected]@icicibank.com .
                                I have not idea wether I will get that money but i am sure that we are arround 100 employees will not get this service again from icici .If it is not sorted out .It is 15th days when I am stuck only in process.


                                But again it is not expected from icici bank whis is having a renound name in the market .

                                  i opened one fixed deposit account with icici bak at sector11 panchkula in the year 2002 and made one fd for 42000 rupees @8.5% interest yearly. i did not need this money so i didi not operate this account untill 2008. Now in january 2008 when i went to operate this account i was told that this has been closed and i can not renew my fdr.moreover i was asked to cancel the same and top of it bank did not pay any interes after 2003 i.e. interest for 5 years not paid inspite of keeping the money with them.they never informed in 2003 that this acount has been closed rather they never informed till i approached them in january 2008.how any bank can keep money without paying interest on the amount and the period for which it is kept.

                                  which the highest authority i should approach for getting the interest other then the consumer court which i certainly will have to approach.
                                  Sir, I am Delhi University Employee. I had my salary account in ICICI Bank Delhi University Branch but for more than last six months I have closed my account and retured all cards. Now salary account is in SBI Bank. Sir, I am surprised when I received a credit card without my applying for credit card. I don't know with what intension you have sent methis card without my demand. I request you to look into the matter. Because it is a serious matter.
                                  I wanting to open a saving account in your esteem banking organisation, but I dont have my own house and thats why I also dont having my own Electricity Bill but i have rationing card my mothers passport and Photo Identity card and she also having saving account in bombay mercantile co-operative bank.

                                    i appliled for a home loan to ICICI bank sometime in the last week of Nov.2007 and completed all formalities by 1st week of December, my application number being [protected]. I recd sanction letter on 17.12.07 and was assured that loan will be disbursed within a few days.Even a loan account bearing no.LBDEL [protected] was created. However,

                                    despite my follow-up, nothing happened upto 5th Jan. when I had to tell bank officers that if my loan is not disbursed by that evening, I will call back my proposal. I was assured that loan will be disbursed positively by 5th evening. Nothing happened. On 7th January Monday, I again contacted Sumit Gupta ([protected]), Roop Leasing Karuna ([protected]) and Saloni Bajaj ([protected]) and was assured that due to a technical mistake, loan could not be disbursed on 5th and same will be done either today i.e.7th or positively by Tuesday 8th instant. On Tuesday evening, suddenly I was told by Sumit Gupta that as against sanction of Rs.10 lakhs, he can disburse only Rs.4 lakhs without giving any reason. Thereafter it was difficult even to reach them by phone. I am a govt. officer having monthly income of Rs.30,000 and my son is a software engineer having monthly income of Rs.40 thousand. Valuation of my property is around Rs.80 lakhs. I have given a cheque of Rs.5000 to the bank of processing and have been waiting and chasing for more than six weeks. I demand an explanation from ICICI bank as to this is the efficient service you provide to their customers and that too at customer's cost and if there was any deficiency in my application, why it took the bank to tell me this after such long delay and after repeated assurances to disburse the loan many times. Is it because I did not please their concerned officers. I had come to the bank for a clean and prompt deal but what I am left with is a frustating experience and almost a crude joke. Since I had already started renovation work in my property on the assurences and anticipation that the process will be completed within 8-10 days their conduct has put me to a great inconvenience and financial trouble.
                                    I hoped atleast the bank will give an honest and prompt reply. My son as well me are holding salary accounts with the bank. - Ravinder Goyal

                                      hi my name is Archana i have been trying to get a personal loan however not been successfull in the same however in the mean time i had applied with ICICI Bank some months ago however I never got the Loan but i do have people from collections agencies calling me coming to my house asking me to make repayment on a loan which i have not taken at all.I am helpless and dont know what to do i have tried to talk them out nicely however it has just been nearly impossible cos i have not been able to get any resolution except for the fact that they stop for about 2 months and then start off after some time this has been happening for the last 7 to 8 months or more i have lost count and there is only my mother and me in the house and sometimes its a little scary as i have heard how collections people can be at times now what best can be done what i have done is stopped answering the door bell or just act as if i am not the person they are looking for and just ask my mother to say that they have the wrong house as women we are really helpless and it had stopped for sometime now they are back this morning i had another one come to my house and start all over again...I tell them i will file a police complaint however they say why dont you come along we will go together, today this guy even tried to get physical i am feeling helpless and really miserable and dont know what to do in this situation. Is some one out there to tell me what to do... i have tried talking to them nicely infact going to the collection agency and have the issue resolved so they stopped for 2 months, i have tried to be harsh and rude and then it stopped for about 1 and half month and then behaved and proved that they were at the wrong address which was the best option cos that kept them away for 3 or more months and today morning again i guess i will have to be at a friends place for a few days and prove to them that there is no one in that name and then they will stop coming. is there any more options for me to avoid these guys??? Someone please Help me

                                      I have takne personal loan from icici bank in jun 2006 and in mar 2008 i have paid my all instalments but yet they are demaning from me Rs 5000/- and sending me sms and mail and getting me frastrated i have send them many time mail and phone to bank employee but they are not paying any attention

                                      Please do not avail personal loan from ICICI Bank. The bank is cheat. Even if loan is availed from any other source, please do not avail loan from this bank.
                                      I am a salaried customer of ICICI Bank for more than 10 years. I was sanctioned a Personal Loan of Rs 100000 on 2/1/07. I was regularly paying the instalments from my salary account with ICICI Bank. Monthly instalment is Rs 3516. Surprisingly, now it is observed that the total available balance is always less by Rs 3516. The actual balance displayed is less by Rs 3516, which is not deducted towards the loan. Every month, cheque return charges and other charges are deducted every month without my knowledge from my account without my permission. I have complained about it to the customer care, but the customer care harassed me by saying that once the loan is availed, I will be liable to pay whatever hidden charges levied by the bank.
                                      Dear friends, please stay away from ICICI Bank personal loan.

                                      I had a very shocking experience with ICICI Bank Today and while trying to find a place online to lodge my complaint i landed in this page.

                                      I took a loan in ICICI and unable to make repayment as i lost job, however i m in process to clear / make a full final settlement. In the process an ICICI, Bangalore employee has been harrassing me to repay, when i told him that i would need time, he started threatening to call parents and they will get heart attack, accordingly he called my parents who were shocked with his comments and threats. He used very vulgar language against women in my house and asked to send lady in lieu of loan payment.

                                      Though, i have defaulted payment, i had a very strong objection to such nasty behavior and me and family are now going through stressful time. Please let me know a best action to be taken in such situation as it all happened today.

                                        I live in Madurai and I have a credit card of ICICI Bank( card no[protected] 6002) ... Few days back I received phone calls from icici bank(phone no [protected]) on 03.01.2008. & they told bank ready to give Platinum card with free health insurance. Next day I enquired about this to nearby ICICI BANK in madurai. They told its wrong information & that phone call is totally fraud. Immediately I enquired my card balance amount , at that time money not transferred to any account. Then I requested to block my credit card transaction, they also agreed & they told card transaction blocked. I conformed 2 times. But after some time I got mobile alert that from my credit card Rs 5998 transferred to ROYAL SUNDARAM. Afterthat only I come to know I was cheated by both ICICI BANK & Some insurance company. Simply by using ICICI bank name somebody cheated. I Registered complaint no SR51344851 from madurai by phone.

                                        I am not authorized this transaction from my card. I expect good result as your customer. Otherwise I will surely go to consumer court & media With evidence.
