Dear Customer service Team, Name: Shashipal Reddy Paidi A/c Number: [protected] Request Number: SR70003290 Type of query: Request for Permanent Limit Enhancement Any way thanks for resolution As soon as Possible. (7 days) I am Using ICICI Bank services since 3 years (Savings account). This Credit Card since almost 8 Months. Up to now I paid all Bills promptly and also used card effectively. I hope there was no negative feedback against my usage. Just I requested you to Increase my Credit Card Limit and submitted all required documents. (2 times I faxed my salary slips to u). (I wasted money for Customer Care calls and fax). But you people rejected my request. I upset with your conclusion. I want to know why you rejected my service request. What’s wrong with me and my documents? Now I want feedback from your side. If I didn’t get correct response from your side I am going to cancel all my accounts with ICICI bank. I know for Large bank(ICICI) I’m not only single customer. But you are also not one bank in India for me. I’m going to start transaction with another Bank and going to give negative feedback about ICICI in our forums what you did to me. I hope ICICI Bank not going to loose his customers. My experiance with ICICI was not good. I filled a DDA application form lajpat Nagar Branch but after Draw I visited 4 times Lajpat Nagar Branch, 2 times Green park branch, 10 times calls bot no reply with ICICI. ICICI employees behiver was not responsible. they dont send DD to addrees . so they enjoy interest on it. and solve finance time being.
In short they are chor.,

I had an ICICI Titanium credit card for over five and a half years, and had the same limit from the begining, as I had requested not to increase the limit few years back. Last year's spend only on the ICICI card was around Rs. 2, 50, 000. I had never missed any payment during the entire time I had the card. I also work with a very big firm which maintains employee salary account with ICICI.
Now that my expenses are increasing, I had requested an increase in limit and the cateogorical answer was there is a policy of not increasing credit limits. I tried to reason with them, but all in vain. I got an HDFC card, used it for a couple of months liked their service enough to end my relation ship with ICICI completely, save for the salary account, for which I do not have a choice.
Suggestion to all other reading this, find another bank, preferably smaller one for your credit card. I am not endorsing HDFC in anyway.

ICICI Credit cards — declining the cards within validity period
I was given two cards by ICICI Bank and within the validity periodICICI declined the payment. I used the cards at different establishment and I faced lot of problem in coming out leaving the items purchased and asking the petrol man to take out the petrol filled in my car. How much I can claim as defamationb faced by me due to fault of ICICI ? I await your reply.
