[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

I hvae a ICICI creditcard having no.[protected] with supporting two cars one is VISA another is TITANIUM. But with out any information how can blocked all the cards, where as i am paying regularly. When i calling to coustmer center I am not receiving proper reply.

i withdrew 10000 from atm . found 8500 what to do ?

ICICI Bank, Credit Card. — Unauthorised Debit of SB A/C towards Credit Card

My SB A/C No.[protected] with ICICI RANCHI Br. was debited for Rs.26600/ & Rs. 23850/ on 19.11.2008 . I was having two credit cards No.[protected] & [protected].I went to wood street, Kolkota office inquired about total dues. I cleared all my ddues on 16.02.2008 by paying Rs.26585/ Receipt No. 4681231, Rs. 6392/ Rec. No.4681229, Rs. 1096/ Rec. No. 4681230 all dt. 16.02.08. After that particular date I have not used any card of ICICI Bank.All of a sudden my SB A/C was debited unauthourisedly on 19.11.2008.Bank authourities have not responded to my numbers of written complaints. I was contacted over telephone, they tried to convince me that they have debited the a/c towards right of set off. When there is no dues right to set off cannot be exercised. I have not been provided with details of amount debited & statement of account.

Please take up the matter & redress my grievance by refund of amount.

ICICI Bank — Amount not credited on cell though bank account has been debited

i reacharged my airtel mobile twice on 22-03-08 on my number[protected] with rs 165 and rs 55. by icici net banking.i did nt receive any ammount on my cell and also no msg from provider, though my icici bank account has been debited.the reference code given by bank is[protected].please take proper action.

ICICI Bank — Reward points transferred with out notification

Dear Sir,

I have a ICICI credit card and i used to get reward points based on spending on this card. All of the sudden, without my knowledge they transferred 2500 points to some account (Saying imint when i call customer care). I want my points back.. Could you help me on the same ?

Previously i was used card no.[protected], but it was blocked and received a new card [protected]. But the last statement generated into the card no[protected] where as i was not used this card and also RS 1200 also balance for card no [protected]. When i was phoned to coustmer care they are not replying me any tning regarding this matter.

Please clarify the same.

ICICI Bank — not issue no due certificate

I M Harshraj vaghela from ahmedabad in past i have icici bank credtcard and credit card no is [protected] i allready pay all the dues of credit card and no outstanding in my credit card but after they was promise after payment they issue me no due certificate snt me on my residence adress but after payment about oneyear gone but they were not issue me the NO DUE CERTFICATE pls help me and issue me NO DUE CERTIFICATE as soon as possible. i made a prepaid mobile recharge using icici internet on 13 march 2009 at 11am, the amount is RS 50 but till my mobile not get recharged, regarding this isuue i contacted 100 times icici customer care, but not at all bothering about this issues, i dont know why this icici people are behaving like this
according to my point of view icici bank is the worst bank in india

I had an credit card of ICICI bank Card no [protected], I myelf was an employee of the bank, when i left the organisation i got in touch with the phone banking but i didnt had the pin for that reason my new contacts numbers and communication address was not updated.But i was told that the same can be done by dropping a request in the branch, this happened during june 2007.I dropped the same in the sector II saltlake branch in kolkata.After that i didnt recieve any communication regarding my card.Since i had squared off my outstanding i had in my mind that the balance of card is zero for this reason i am not getting any statment.

All of a sudden in Feb 2009 i receieved a letter stating Rs. 8821 outstanding, i got in touch and was told that a EMI which was on my card which was the last Emi got returned, the amount as some 300 Rs.for this outstanding the amount now is 8821.
Sir, my complaint is that they had my permanent address on which they send this letter dated 12.02.09 CMP/MLTI/30928/30, 928 then why they failed to send the same on time when the outstanding was low.Now they are telling that the prinicipal outstanding is Rs 3300 which i need to pay, when asked about the details they are unable to give any clarification as they are adding the charges in the prinicpal amount.I got a call from Mr satyajit ph no[protected] who didnt even accepted my request to look in my account and confirm the principal outstanding.

I had lodged a request for settlement in 25.02.09 number 98026311 which was answered on 26.03.09.

Sir i am annoyed and i understand the implications of this outstanding on my financial credibilty.I request your kind attention for the same as i am not getting proper response from ICICI Bank.The contact numbers provided of Ms Nisha Chakraborty kolkata office[protected] is always engage.

Sir i admit it was my fault of not keeping a track record of my card but in the notion that the outstading is nill i didnt tracked it and no correspondence or call from the bank added more to my notion

Sir want to pay the principal and want to get out of this mess. I have been in lot of mental tension due to the amount of outstanding, as i am a salaried person thinking about paying that i have not done had made me suffered a lot.

I dont need any compensation but as a token they should be penalised for understanding the sensitivity of financial credibilty being a bank.Due to this i would have been denied a loan in any emergency without even knowing the reason.

Please help.

I have filled examination form of my son Mr Saurabh porwal on 15/01/2009at 11.30 pm for K.J.SOMAIYA INSTITUTE MUMBAI vide my credit card no.[protected] TRY two times but amount was not transfered from credit cards and show server fail than i contact on phone no.[protected] and they advice that server is failure and try after some time than how amount debit in my credit card . I again try to fill up the form through my wife credit card no. [protected] & result found OK.
This amoutn Rs.1550 deposited vide cheque no.886025 in time.
Hence you are requested to kindly check-up the matter personally& arrange to credit the due amount Rs.3367.23 in credit card no. [protected] at the earliest . This amount is due to Server failure .
Kindly do the needful .

Since last one year from your bombay branch some one call from various nos.one of them is [protected] to me for collection of money that actualy borrow Mr Shiv Kumar Pappu from pune.I can't under stand that why your bank harrash me from such a long time inspite of my several time refuse that i m not concern coustome for the concern problem
plz check the matter and stop this type of harrshing in future
and its our suggestionto u that to whom u allot loan search propertly in puna not in kolkata

Fd Deposit Scheame Of ICICI Bank — FD DEPOSIT SCHEME OF ICICI BANK

Sir,
On Icici bank's, Angul main branch's ATM it is displaying that you can get 10.5 % intrest P.A on 390, 590 & 890 days FD, but in branch the officials are saying that they can give 8.75% P.A .

It is a very much dissatisfied matter, that when we collect money from various sources by seeing the display and after going the branch thay will say that we can offer upto 8.75% P.A. Is so much mental dissatisfied.

I Call servel times in ICICI customer care for settelment of credit card (from dec2009).
After so many calls I got reply from them & recived call for settelment but no one come.
On phone they take my address & told me give seven hyndred ruppes cheque.
I will wait till yesterday no one come today i visit there andheri office they not provide me same..

So please tell me hoe to get settelment letter...

I am constraint to write this letter on behalf of my daughter, Ms.Priscilla David who was the said ICICI credit card holder since she is not in station and she is very busy that she has requested me to lodge this complaint on her behalf.
On the 16th of September 2008 my daughter Ms.Priscilla David after paying the entire balance decided to cancel ICICI credit card no [protected]and informed Customer Service Dept.on 16th Sep.2008 which was also acknowledged in your acceptance letter no 09258 / 318635C Dt.30th September 2008 sent by your Customer Service Executive, one Ms.Shilpa Ganapa.Being satisfied of the receipt of your acknowledged letter she left the station pursuing her career.
When we informed her that we received a credit card statement saying that she has a balance of Rs.1.85(Rupees one and paise eighty five only) simply without indicating what the balance for, she retorted saying that she has received an acknowledgement letter from the ICICI Bank already.Hence, at first we thought there must be some small error somewhere and it will be alright eventually when ICICI bank finds the error.It was not to be.But when it kept accruing to Rs.2400.19 in your Credit Card Statement Cust.ID 4849130 which was sent during March 2009 it was shocking to say the least.
Hence I request you to pl.check this out and rectify and the same and inform me pl.
