[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Customer Care — CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I REQUESTED FOR MY BILLING ADDRESS CHANGE ON NOV 2007, I CALLED UP AT CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED THEN TO CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS. FIRST PROBLEM IS THEY ARE ALWAYZ OVERLODED WITH THE REQUEST THAT NO ONE HAS TIME TO PICK UP MY PHONE. mY WAIT TIME WAS MORE THAN 4 MIN. AND I TRIED 5- 6 TIME. EVERY TIME SAME RESPONSE.
I STILL HAD SOME PATIENCES LEFT IN ME AND CHASED THEM FINALLY SOME ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND AFTER CONFIRMING ALL MY UPDATED ADDRESS THEY TOLD ME DUE TO ELECTRONIC PROBLEM OR CONNECTION PROBLEM THEY CANT DO IT RIGHT NOW. I HAVE CHASING THEM FROM LAST 6-7 MONTHS BUT EVERY TIME I GET THE SAME RESPONSE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.
MOREOVER I I CALLED UP ON 8TH OF JULY SOME WHERE AROUND 4:00 PM AND LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AFTER MY WAIT TIME WAS 3 MINZ. SHE AGAIN TOLD ME THE SAME ELECTRONIC PROBLEM AND THE TIME I TOLD HER TO DEACTIVATE MY CC SHE JUST CUT DOWN THE PHONE. THAT WAS SUCH A RUDE RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE PPL. IT WAS VERY SHOCKING AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME.

THIS IS NOT IT, I AM FACING MANY ISSUES THIS IS ONE OF THEM.

ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS WITH ICICI PRUDENTIAL. ITS VERY MUCH SAME ISSUE. BUT I AM OUT OF MY PATIENCES AND THATS WHY I LFET THAT ISUUE THEN AND THERE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Dear all,

What sought of responsibility do these banks are holding towards their customers, for a normal employed person its a huge loss if the transactions are being processed in this manner without the consent of employees, how can we trust these banks? Are we slaves ? Should we suffer all the way?

i have one Credit card of ICICI Bank, and before five day i have received massage about the cancelation of that card ie disactive .but after that i have received another massage about payment of ICICI Credit card, so i cant under stand this type of activity so please clear it as soon as possible

3126 related to disactive of card, then after i have received another massage regarding payment of card.thus why i cant understand what to do. so please give me clear information about that matter

I aam holder of Credit Card No.[protected] issued by your bank. A few days back I recieved a SMS on my mobile which read as"your transaction of INR 69.99 on credit card XXXX5006 is declined to security reasons". On 25.2.2009 I recieved a call from Mumbai Custemer Care and asked me if I have made some puchases against this card for INR 69.99 which I had never made. I was informed that the Credit Card has been BLOCKED for safty reasons and was asked to put an request for a credit card with a new number. So I request you to kindly send me a new Credit Card with New number for my use.

your customer care people are very rude and irresponsible, every month they are asking for the
minimum amount due and they are not willing to come for the settlement, after my frustation and yeilding point im sending this mail, i never expect such kind of poor and cheeting service from icici. pls bref your call center people and your franchesee about soft skills i think icici is lacking in this

I have been using the S/B Account for more than 3years but it is so disgusting and feeling uncomfortable that my salary was credited on 31st march 2009 . As i went to recieve my cash at my first transcation i tried to draw Rs.5000/- but i didn't get any cash instead my whole amount was debited and again i withdrawn Rs.5000/- i was able to withdraw but in my hand i have only Rs, 5000/-
So where is my remaining cash it it purely due to ATM Discrepancy i forwarded to the near by ICICI Bank
and approached the customer care executive told me that it will be credited within 24 hours or else it will take 7 working days from 31st march 2009.
I kindly request you to update my salary account properly otherwise i have to switch over any other bank

Cash withdrawn from your ATM attached to your Connaught Place, New Delhi, Branch, Card No. 0514 A/c No.[protected], slip No. TXN 356 on 25/03/09 - One of the Rs. 500/- note was found to be colour photocopy; immediately reported to Watchman outside ATM and your office Connaught Plkace, gave complaint along with Rs. 500/- Note in question to mthat office, acknowledged by Mr. Neeraj Verma.
Earlier, when I reported the matter to Mr. Gautam Mohapatra of your Connaught Place Branch, he persistently declined to admit the fraud committed on my saying 'it is not possible, not possible, ...' and came to the extent of humiliating me. I was shocked at the callous, irresponsible and heinous attitude of Mr. Mohapatra, which is a blur on the reputation of ICICI Bank.

I request (1) the amount of Rs. 500/- in question be credited to my account immediately, (2) appropriate action taken against the persons guilty of this fraud, and (3) suitable action taken against Mr. Gautam Mohapatra for his unbecoming attitude towards me, and advise me accordingly.
This is to inform that I had booked an ICICI Prudential Policy No.11134547 for Rs.15000/- through EMI which was cancelled in few days time and I have repaid the whole Amount of Rs.15000/- to ICICI through Cheque being received from ICICI Prudential peoples and was deposited back to ICICI to equal my Credit Card limit.

The amount of Rs. 1670.77 is under charged in my Statment towards forclosure charges. I do not understand why this amount is charged to me when I have cancelled the policy. I hereby request you to please wave off this amount immediatly and inform me the same at the earliest.

Your earliest action would be highly appreciated.

Icici Bank Credit Card Has Every Bill atteched Late Payment & Overlimit Charges So PLease See My Credit Card Statement And Reverese all charges Often time i told phone banking office to this matter and they promissise to me that all charges will be reverese to u next bill, but not revese monthly bill so please reverese my all charges if not possible than i closed my credit card & bank A/c

I was using your Icici credit card bearing no ( [protected]) but its physically dammaged and i have requested through phone for new issue of card 1 months before but till now i have not received . Another complaint Till date I am not receiving statement, very bad service from icici bank .
ICICI bank is worst bank everseen. They never handle calls properly. I am chasing them for address chnage for year. Atlast I gave up using thier credit card.

ICICIBANK — billing system

basing on my charge slips i have been remitting full amount so far. i never draw cash thru credit card i never opted for revolving credi i never paid part payment also.now bank claims excess amount in the form of service tax/ delayed payment charges stating that amount paid by me by way cheques were recredited to my card account in august2008 &october 2008.bank never responds properly on time .different persons convey different amounts over phone . why bank should recredit the amount paid by me twice? why mobile alerts were not given ? why should the card holder keeptrack of old bills after payment? bank has been causing unrest for their negligence.
