[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Customer Care — CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I REQUESTED FOR MY BILLING ADDRESS CHANGE ON NOV 2007, I CALLED UP AT CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED THEN TO CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS. FIRST PROBLEM IS THEY ARE ALWAYZ OVERLODED WITH THE REQUEST THAT NO ONE HAS TIME TO PICK UP MY PHONE. mY WAIT TIME WAS MORE THAN 4 MIN. AND I TRIED 5- 6 TIME. EVERY TIME SAME RESPONSE.
I STILL HAD SOME PATIENCES LEFT IN ME AND CHASED THEM FINALLY SOME ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND AFTER CONFIRMING ALL MY UPDATED ADDRESS THEY TOLD ME DUE TO ELECTRONIC PROBLEM OR CONNECTION PROBLEM THEY CANT DO IT RIGHT NOW. I HAVE CHASING THEM FROM LAST 6-7 MONTHS BUT EVERY TIME I GET THE SAME RESPONSE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.
MOREOVER I I CALLED UP ON 8TH OF JULY SOME WHERE AROUND 4:00 PM AND LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AFTER MY WAIT TIME WAS 3 MINZ. SHE AGAIN TOLD ME THE SAME ELECTRONIC PROBLEM AND THE TIME I TOLD HER TO DEACTIVATE MY CC SHE JUST CUT DOWN THE PHONE. THAT WAS SUCH A RUDE RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE PPL. IT WAS VERY SHOCKING AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME.

THIS IS NOT IT, I AM FACING MANY ISSUES THIS IS ONE OF THEM.

ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS WITH ICICI PRUDENTIAL. ITS VERY MUCH SAME ISSUE. BUT I AM OUT OF MY PATIENCES AND THATS WHY I LFET THAT ISUUE THEN AND THERE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Credit Card — payment of cc bill

i hsve received yuour bill for the month of aug payment due on 07 sept 09. as per bill total amount due is rs 373.72. Last month i have paid bill via chque rs.1,0000. . on 06/07 due to bank strike cleareance is delayed. the same is informed to cc officials on 27 aug 09 and they told that your penality will be round off and donot pay. but yestarday one sms rreceived for payment reminder. so i request you to please inform me payment due or not.
i have paid my aug bill for Rs.1000/- through cheque. but sept bill i have received late payment charges. due to bank strike in the month of aug 09 you received one day late. the same is informed to your customer care official on 27th aug and they tole my late payment charges roud off.
So i request you to either the payment is round off or not. because i have recieved a SMS for paymemnt due.

This is to inform you that there is amount due on my credit card **0004.

I have already paid the mini. due amounts on regular basis. But still my principle amount is same.

There is no deduction. I have already paid around 260000/=. Today I have received a call from ICICI Bank Kolkata, from TULIKA[protected]/[protected]. She told me that your amount will be converted to EMI from next onwards. Pls. pay the mini amount . I said I have already been asked for the same for 3/4 months back. But still there is no process for the EMI conversion. I asked can u send me an E Mail for the same on my email id.

She become rude to me by saying that "bank to paisa nikal hi lega, aap kyon credit kharab karte ho."

I asked this is not the way to talk anybody.

Kindly send my credit card statement upto date (till 20/09/2009) towards my card no: [protected] at the earliest.
I am holdng a ICICI bank master card no. [protected] which is valid till 02/13. A few days back a courier representative came to me at my office (contact address) and said that you have sent a credit card for me. As I did not receive any prior information in this regard from you, I did not take delivery of the card & returned it back to the sender.
Kindly let me know why another credit card was sent to me & on receipt of info I will decide whether to take it or not.

I have made FDRs with ICICI Greater Kailash-II branch on 04.01.07 in the name of my two daughters Ms.Mansi Bhatnagar & Srishti Bhatnagar for Rs.54418/-each with the maturity date of 03.09.09 and value of Rs.62601/-. On 14.08.09 my first FDR of Ms.Mansi Bhatnagar was due and encashed and the bank had issued me a payorder of Rs. 62601/- and up till that I had no serious complaint against the branch. but on 4.09.09 when I approached for my second FDR of Srishti Bhatnagar, it was imformed that the said account was freezeed because of some date of birth certificate problem in that account. The massage was mailed by the branch for ratification was sent on 20.09.09 and till date my amount is uncleared by the branch.
My request to the concerned authorities that to please intervain in the matter and instruct the ICICI Greater Kailash-II branch to make me the payment with uptodate interest.However the problem they are describing to me is totally fell in their court and they have to face the responcibities.Neither the barnch head Mr.Mathur nor the Manager operations Ms. Shweta is taking the pain in the matter.
As I have to pay the fees of my daughters for BBA course and needs the money very badly.

ICICI — Shocking Bank statement

I Recently Recieved Bank Statement from ICICI Bank which shows that 5000 Rs Cash was withdrawn on 14 Sep from ATM which is wrong because i did not used ATM and my ATM CARD was with me inside locker nobody knows the password,i dont know how it is possible to Debit 5000 Rs amount from my account through ATM/CASH without i using it.
I Complained to ICICI and they say to register FIR but how did simply 5000 Rs was withdrawn when my ATM was safely with me i cannot understand and i have not used ATM for so many months . Could there be mistake on the part of ICICI.

I am a regular customer to ICICI credit Card service,

after getting my address changed I never received any account statement and thereafter my card expired.

the so called CUSTOMER CARE is so good that it keeps the customer in the call menus and never let them reach to the operators so that is good for people not attending problems and so no complaints hence excellent service.

I personaly felt that I must transfer my account to AXIS bank in order to get proper services as ICICI customer care first take its own care customer ka kya hai woh to aata hai aur jaata hai, uski to majboori hai, ha ha ha ha.

AND I AM UNABLE TO GET MY HOME LOAN RENEWED BECAUSE MY NAME IS

I was given a chehque one month older to customer credit card to submit the cheque after date 2 Sept. in spite of he is summitted before. My cheque (no. 453167) was bounced on date 2 Sept. while on the same date, my salary had tranfar to ICICI Bank then why are taken rs 386 from my account for charging. I am asking that why is not informed to me on that day while I am customer of this bank from last five years and takes salary from this bank.

May i request plaese revert the deducted ammount on my salary account.

Dear Sir,
i, Lt Col rameshwar gupta am holding an ICICI Bank Credit Card with No [protected]. i had deposited a cheque of Rs 2679.50, cheque No 010961 dated 27 Aug 2009 at ICICI Bank sadar Bazar, Agra.however, in your statement it is shown as cash payment thereby forceing an extra charge of Rs 110.00 without any fault of mine.

when i went to deposit my next payment of Rs 1495.00, i was told to deposit the amount with out the extra charges, as it would be refunded later by Ms Kavita Gupta of sanjay place Br, Agra.

When i got my next statement i was shocked to see that i had to pay interest charges summing up to Rs 317.81.

i kindly request you to reverse the Extra charges as there is no fault at my end. may i request you to kindly intimate the same to me on my mobile No [protected] or mail me at [protected]@yahoo.in
Dear Sir,

1. I am bearing Credit Card No. [protected] under this i have received current statement in which the late payment fee & service tax ;interest charges ( i.e. 600;61.80;162.87;16.78 ) total comes approx 841.45. In last month i called to customer care that they promissed to reverse all amount in comming statement. I surprised that icici bank as reputed bank & not full filling his promises.

In this situation, i am not interested to continue the loan instalment & is going to taken loan from SBI & settle whole amount (principal).

2. Another credit No. [protected], the same problem in this statement, you are showing late fee ;service tax;interest ( 474;48.82;132.31;13.63 ) total amount Rs. 668.76. the case happening as above.

You are requested to reverse both as promissed by customer care ( 841.45+668.76 ) under intmation by our mail.

I am haveing both card since long time & had not faced such problem. If not settled i am going to consumer court to settle this.

Awaiting your positive reply by mail as early as possible.
