Apology letter dated 27/12/07 regarding sr49488509 recived from mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai keluskar borivli east branch, icici in response of compaint recorded on 10.12.07 first at borivli east

I had called helpline of icici around 90 times till date and visited branch 30 times for getting compensation and apology but they are teasing me and saying u will not get even single rupee from us and neither apology letter

Culprit: mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai branch manager borivli east branch

Mr kiran rane coustomer care manger toll free chennai who is hiding from me from last 2 months to escape me.

Police fir lodged against above branch dated:19/12/07 at 11 pm ist

Severe misbehavoiur with gold-titanuim debit card holder of icici bank, thane west, sb/a/c[protected] and having gold amex card no

Insult of gold account holder mr vishal kewal jain who is having gold saving account, gold debit card and gold credit card account given by icici bank, thane west

Below are few highlighted calls (Name date and time mentioned) of officers) needed to be played to understand why i seek compensation and apology from icici: —

• dhrama rav at 6.05 pm on 27/12/07 — ms george is denying who is bom of borivli branch. He had cut the phone. Mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai had bring security guard at 6.13 pm to leave me out.

• mr ravinder guar today on 27/12/07 at 6.46 pm had failed to transfer to any executive ebven after so many requests

• on 29/12/07 at borivli east branch at 3.30 pm — ms harshsista subadha emp id ni-122580 borivli east branch talked with zahir saikh regarding compensation of one lacks. Ms shraddha branch mgr locked the door and didn’t reply me as she ahd told all wrong information in last meeting

• gahana acharya on 15/12/07 of thane branch told all wrong answers ie
• she told titanium debit /plat debit card not exist at all which is wrong info while while hni a/c require 1 laksh for opening which all is wrong
• on 15/12/07 mr sandeep csm time 5.15 pm talked ragina george emp id no-31550 date-10/12/07 and told all wrong info like
• titanium debit card not exist which is again wrong
• also she told that hni a/c reuiqre 5 lakh which is again wrong
• subodh mohan on 27/12 at 1.20 pm told me to visit branch at 5 pm to take compensation and letter but when i attend borivli east branch mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai did not entertain me and threw me out with security guards
• ratan prabha of andheri at 5 41 pm on 27/12/07 talk with mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai mgr of borivli east, she tried to become ignorant of all issue of compensation and she had failed to transfer line to mr kiran rane mam

Mr sabir saikh at 5 49 pm on 27/12/07 had failed to transfer denied to transfer line to subodh madam/kiran rane and he is ignorant of all issue talked with george and cut phone without my pemission she had cut phone on last ocassion when i visited branch
Mr deep on 14/01/08 at 5 41 pm talked with mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai who told dd is free for gold coustomers and that was again wrong information he cut the phone 3 times and threw me out with security guard, mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai is extremely afraid o f me now since i am 100 times more intelligent than him he had understand totally and accepted on this day. Respected Madam,

Myself Devender Singh using ICICI credit card more then 10
years. I pay my all bill payments on time. But this time when I pay Manipal
University fee in March of Rs.60157/= with choosing the 12 EMI option. It was
paid without showing any problem. Before this payment I had also paid for
mobile purchases and other purchases with choosing the same EMI option and it
was converted without any problems. But in this 60157/= payment it was not
converted in to EMI.

I talk many times to customer care to resolve the issue to
converting it in 12 EMI and take the interest and service charges back. Now one
customer care executive told that it cannot be resolved and I have to pay it at
once.

I request you to please look in to the matter to resolve the
issue. You please check my previous payment records. Also please check option
of 12 EMI for Manipal University fee. It passed almost one and half month I'm
talking your customer care for the same issue.

I request again you to please help me out so that I pay the
payment on time easily.

I will be very thankful to you.

Rupees 500 was withdrawn from my account saying "Dr. Tran for funding account". Somebody please tell me what is this. This is the worst bank i have seen. I think i have to close my account over here. They have done it many times to me.

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that i got a credit card registered with this mail id and its credit limit given to me is very low. I got this card two months back approx and I was told from your executive that i will be getting the credit limit double of my salary or 1.5 is for sure as 1.5 is your banks policy. I got the card and got credit limit of 25000 which is not double nor *1.5 of my salary. My in hand salary is Rs 21700 so where is my committed credit limit?
I was upset about it but one of my friend told me that i can get it increased after two months. I called your customer care today they said it can be increased only after 6 months and there is no other alternate i can try to increase it. What kind of reply is it! ? You are giving fake commitments to your customers and not helping them? Is this icici known for? I contacted that agent who told me about this limit he says he can't do anything either. He said if I have not got *1.5 limit of my salary that's bad on banks part as it is the policy. I'm planning a one month trip on 28th and i require this limit to be increased atleast 10000 more. Please get it DONE on priority. Please don't only revert but RESOLVE the issue other wise i will be forced to mail the same concern to your CEO and write on social media. One more proof of your partiality my brother Aryan Chopra got 30000 LIMIT and our salary is same. I want my limit to be increased Rs 10000 more before 25th.July.2015.
I want a prompt resolution if you do not want me to escalate the issue to social sites or to your ceo. And please stop this black and fake marketing to sell your products if i would have applied for hdfc credit card I would get more then 70000 limit they commit 50k and give 70k and you cannot even live up to your commitments? Please resolve asap.

Dear Mam,

I, Binay Barman, a loan account holder having Personal Loan no.-LPCAL[protected], would like to inform you that before taking the loan, I had already spoken with Sumita Chakraborty Mam (Mob:-[protected]) that I would repay the loan within 6-7 months. But I wont pay the additional 5% charges as pre-payment penalty. And I would take the loan from you only on confirmation from your end regarding the matter unless which I am going to take the loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. She then confirmed me that she would arrange for payment of 2% below as pre-payment penalty. But the Branch Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank warned me that they give these type of verbal assurance at ease, but hardly do the work. But now when I went to your Salt Lake Branch (As Suggeted Sumita Mam) to pay back the loan amount, I was informed that I would have to pay additional 5.725% as penalty. But when I rang up Sumita Mam, she turned 180 degree and told me to request them to lessen the penalty rate. When I informed her that they are not ready to lessen the amount to 2% below, then she told me to allow her atleast 2 days time to do the work for me . Then the officer at your Salt Lake Branch and me tried several times to ring her but she didn't show the minimum level of decency to receive our call. But several days have passed (now 3 months over also she block my mobile no), yet she did not give any feedback to make the necessary adjustment in my loan account. Under the circumstances, having no other option I decided to pray before you with expectation that you would tell Sumita Chakraborty Mam to keep her promise. Tragedy is that, on the other hand, my company"s branch is going under tough times, and under the circumstances, if my job is at stake, I wont be able to repay the residual loan amount. Please do not blame me for the same at that time.
Kind for your information if I am Contracting from another mobile no she is receiving which is not the professional and I do not expect this kind of approach from Bank also she is refusing to provide her official mail contact id for proper communication I would like to inform you that all the telephonic conversation which she promised earlier when I applied for the loan is recorded in my mobile. If required I will forward the recorded conversation.

Kindly help me to close this issue as promised.

The above A/c was debited by Bank as under:
on 26.03.2014 with Rs. 1799 SR/[protected]
on 28.03.2015 with Rs. 1799 SR/40539529
on 28.03.2016 with Rs. 1799 SR/40539529
everytime unauthorisedly/inadvertantly by Bank,
when the matter came to our knowledge in April 2016, We raised objections following which 2 entries of Rs. 1799 each was reversed on 27.04.16 & 12.05.2016.
Now, one more E/o Rs. 1799 still remains to be reversed.
We, therefore request to arrange reversal of the amount in question atonce.
Also, pl. pay interest at market rate of 18% for intervening periods of all illegal 3 entries of Rs. 1799 each from its related date of debits to date of credits.

We never asked for any product of any co. such debits by bank at the behest or with connivance of any co. are illegal, unethical & immoral. This way the Bank has acted in utter negligence and has not acted in good faith.
How the Bank can debit our A/c without our consent, request or permission?
Earlier also we lodged our complaints in writing/phone but you have not removed our difficulties.
Now, we are compelled to refer this matter to higher authorities in Bank and Govt.
Please not that we can proceed legally also if we do not get full & complete justice by the Bank.

Today i open an RD through imobile app but did not receive any confirmation mail and massage from your side and not even receive RD number. The amount of 6000 is debited from my account and on statement it ia showing "Dr tran for funding A/c" why? Let me know soon because the amount has deducted and did not get anything.
Is this the kind of fraud happen on your own app? Service is already down under seriously fed up with your service.

From my account more than 5 transaction held "Dr. Tran for funding A/c" and deducted amount 165000 INR can any buddy tell me what is "Dr. Tran for funding A/c ". it was happening since 3 years last transaction is happened 14/3/2017 amount is 5000.
