[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Ignoring my request

Hi,

I have purchased a health insurance from a agent of ICICI Lombard.

But Now I want to cancel this but No responce from coustemer care. It's telling to me after 11 days it will be resolved. After deduction of Rs. 300 rest of amount will be sent to my address in form of cheque.

But Now till 12 days going on nothing to do for it.

So, pleas etake a action for it, if you can.

What I do next step please suggest.

i have taken credit card at that time i received a call from you office that "you need not to pay any premiums for the icici lombard health insurence "at that i said okay.but in my card onthly statement it was charged as 682/- . so iam not interested to pay the premiums so pl cancil the icici lombard helth insurence

Hi, I got a health policy through online from ICICI Lombard. Policy name is Family Protect Premium. Policy no is: Policy no: 4034/FPP/02995222/00/000.
This policy is Rs. 3 Lakh for 2 years. Its amount is Rs. 6732. But in ICICI Lombard website for this policy is Rs. 5500. The amount difference is Rs. 1200 approx. I got cheated from ICICI Lombard RS. 1200. Regarding this issue i have forwarded various complain but I couldn't get response.
Also you can see health policy price chart in Lombard website http://www.icicilombard.com/app/ilom-en/Personalproducts/Health.aspx . No one can help about this policy. Also this policy doenot mention in Lombard website. I can give you various details of costumer, who cheated with ICICI Lombard

Another one serious query that when i got regarding purchase of health policy. She gave me all wrong information like: 1) your policy will be Rs. 6 lakhs for 2years 2) when you will be in hospital you will get extra Rs. 1000 per day. 3) You will tax benefit Rs. 3 lakh. Etc...
Please give me suggestion regarding above complain. I will take hardly action to ICICI Lombard Company. I have all clues to lost market value of ICICI Lombard.

ICICI Lombard — Cheated by ICICI Lombard Executive

Dear friends,
This is Rajesh Nelavelli. I'm workin for Satyam. In August i was applied for ICICI CREDIT card. In Oct. One of the ICICI exicutive called me for verification.After that he asked me to take Lombard,it will helps in "TAX Decleration". I said "NO". Even though he sent two Lombard cards to my parent's address. They sent to me after a week. I immediately called that person(Raja Reddy,Chennai,no:[protected]) and asked him to cancel those cards. He said that "Sir, I'm sorry for that. Unfortunately It was activaed,Please pay 1047/- for jan. , after that i will cancel the cards." Now those customer care people said to me "YOU HAVE TO PAY 5,500/- rs. as CANCELLATION FEES".

Please tell me,"Is this is the correct way for ICICI bank to develop their business, and please tell me"What to do now"?

ICICI Lombard — ACCIDENT CLAIM REFUSES

i MET AN ACCIDENT BEFORE ONE MONTH AND IT WAS A NEW CAR ONLY. I WAS HAVING AN INSURANCE OF ICICI LOMBARD.
IT WAS TAXI PASSING AND I CLEARLY MENTIONED EVERY TIME THAT I NEED A TAXI INSURANCE BUT ICICI AGENT GAVE ME A PRIVATE INSURANCE AND THAT I CAME TO KNOW WHEN MY FILE WAS REFUSED. I GOT A LOSS OF 1,75,000 .
i AM NOT ABLE TO BARE THIS LOSS.
ITS A CHEATING DONE BY ICICI LOMBARD.

ICICI Lombard — cheated by the executives

i was offered the policy by icici lomard on my cridetcard i was said that u will be charged 276 rs monthly the policy didnt reached me and the policy got cancelled but the amount was debited from my card again call was there from icicilombard that my was not recorded properly so u have to again attained the verfication call and when i said i dont want this new policy they said its the old one only i said i want to cancel that also i was said that policy was already cancelled since u have not received the policy papers i said i want to cancel this also the executive said that once u receive the policy paper it will be cancelled with the help of customer care today i received the papers and the what they say u will be charged 55% for the cancellation policy i think this company is cheating the clients its froud

We have taken a policy no 4077/0000020 on date 1/12/2007 from your company. One of our mares namely Kushboo tab no 5716 died on 19/3/2008 having an insurance of Rs 200000 we have informed to you at jaipur office about this in written and submitted post marten report and other documents to your office.
But after passing two months we did not received any claim, several times we have contact to agent Mr. Manish Garg but not satisfactory reply receive from him then after we had gone to your office at gopalpurafrom there we didn’t get any answer and help.

Can somebody guide me what i should be going next????

I have received a call from an agent of ICICI Lombard, and furnished the details of insurance plan, in which I was not interested. I was asked to say "YES" to an automated call,
I was not clear enough in doing that so I said yes. Sum of 10, 000 is detected for this insurance plan; it is really frustrating that they have detected money from credit card without my concern.

On the other hand the executive told me very clearly like "You can pay the amount whenever you want i.e. after 6 or 12 months down the line. But now I am getting my credit card statement with ICICI Lombard on EMI basis.
I spoke to concern executives regarding this kind of misguidance. “ICICI Lombard and ICICI Credit Card division executives gave me false information and sold the product to achieve their target”. When I tried to convey my problems regarding this issue to the executives they said very coolly "yes the agent would have given wrong information for that we can not take action against him". They said if you want you can file a complaint. I really surprised to see how this kind of big banking sector making fool the customers.
I wondered how they are thinking about the customer... Are all the customers fool? And also the executive saying that he knows how to collect the money from the customer...

Please help / guide me what I suppose to do now ?
