[Resolved] ICICI Lombard — Ignoring my request
I have purchased a health insurance from a agent of ICICI Lombard.
But Now I want to cancel this but No responce from coustemer care. It's telling to me after 11 days it will be resolved. After deduction of Rs. 300 rest of amount will be sent to my address in form of cheque.
But Now till 12 days going on nothing to do for it.
So, pleas etake a action for it, if you can.
What I do next step please suggest.
