Giving Wrong Information

All the ICICI Lombard Employees Guiding me with wrong information.Now i dont know what is correct information.Not able to belive even single person from ICICI LOMBARD.I am really dippressed because of this and this leads to mental torture....

Insurance medical check up not done yet

I bought insurance policy for my parents from ICICI Lombard on the 21st July 2008. They were supposed to call my parents for the medical check up before they issue the insurance policy. Its been 12 days no calls yet. The money i paid in full for the premium and in a blink of the eye the money was gone from my account. I was like wah wah what a super fast service. I purchased a credit card from Barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 8290 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy .
And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory.Please help me in cancelling this policy...

Wrong premium amount collected

I purchased a motor insurance policy online. the policy no. is 3001/51197925/01/000.
As per the policy the policy total own damage premium(A) is Rs.4722.00 after No claim bonus and total liability premium(B) Rs.2875.00. Total package premium(A +B) is stated as 9116 which is Rs.1519 more than the actual 4722 + 2875 = 7597 to be charged after this the taxes for 9116 (which is wrong ) 1127 is charged making a total os 10243 was charged....

give me lombard policy in my credit card

I am not intrested in policy but without any information give this policy in my credit card statement which total amount of plicy is -14, 980 in 24th EMI.and no any record in lombard to my name, any dacuments send me and no any policy no.i have already paid four emi upto 6th sep, 2008.fifth emi in statement also come soon due date is 6th nov.but after 6th time i have reguler complaint to lombard they give me refund of rs.8539 in 14, 980....

Last Month (5 SEP 08) I had called up ICICI Lombard on the Toll Free number and got instant reply after pressing a few buttons. I required CAR Insurance as the present one was expiring in OCT 08. unnecessary cancellation charges

few days back icici lombard health insurances executive have called me and told about some health insurance policy and told that you can cancell it if you donot like but he had not told me about the cancellation charges, and when i have called them for cancellation they said you will have to pay 25% of the annual premium for cancellation of the policy, but the executive had not told about this term other wise i will not accept the policy...
