Sir, My policy no. is 4034/fpp/03724121/00/000, i was allotted the policy based on verbal proposal from icici lombard health insurance on 27 June 2008. No one approched for signature & confirmation.
They started the procedure and debited Rs.14713/- from my icici bank credit card. even they had all the details of my credit card, i didn't reveal anything.
Now, i have to pay Rs.695/- every month till 2011(3yrs monthly installment).
I want whole money returned and discontinue the policy.
It is an act of fraud by "ICICI". First they offer credit card, then act as third party and levy charges on innocent public.

Hi,

I have taken car insurance policy from ICICI Lombared, the IDV value agreed with them at the time of signing the insurance policy was totally different what I have received in my policy, now they are not correcting their miskate and if I cancel my policy they will deduct 50% of the policy amount.

ICICI Lombard & Credit card — Misuse of credit card by ICICI lombard

June 19, 2008.

Dear Sir,

My name is Thomas Varghese. I am a Chartered Accountant working abroad. ICICI credit card people are following up for some payments of dues according to them on account of nonpayment of an ICICI lombard policy. Now their Lawyer has sent me a Lawyer notice for the immediate payment of dues. I shall now tell you the story behind this.

One person, claimed himself as ICICI credit card employee, called my wife Beena Thomas, in my absence and checked up whether we hold an ICICI credit card. He then asked for our credit card no: and got the credit card no: from my wife. Later on he explained her about the Critical Care – Secure Mind Policy and compelled her to join in the Policy. She then explained to him that she could not take the policy as she has to get the consent from me. The person then misguided her by telling her that she has got 21 clear days for canceling the policy with out any loss of premium and she can get the consent from me during that period. He then told her that somebody will ring her from ICICI immediately and she has to say that she is mentally sound. He also told her not to inform the caller that she wants the consent from me for taking the policy since there is 21 days for her to cancel the policy in case of need to do so, without any loss of premium. She did exactly what she was instructed to do without knowing that she was being cheated by an inherent criminal.

She contacted me for my consent for taking the Policy within 3 days time and I told her not to take the Policy. She then tried the person (employee of ICICI Credit card division) several times in the mobile no: which he had given to her for contacting him, for the cancellation of the policy, but no one picked up the phone. To her surprise she got the policy within 5 days.

Within 2 days of receiving the policy she immediately went to ICICI Lombards office at Ernakulam and met a staff by name Arathi and gave a written application for cancellation of the Policy. Later we got a confirmation from ICICI that the Policy was cancelled.

Even after cancellation of the policy I used to get dues statement from ICICI credit card division. When I enquired about this with ICICI Lombard at Cochin they said that ICICI Lombard will let ICICI credit card division about the cancellation of the policy and reverse the Card dues. Now to my surprise I got a Layer notice for payment of ICICI credit card dues with interest.

When I enquired about the reason for this Legal notice I was told by ICICI Lombard that there is another Policy taken in my name (Thomas Varghese) in July 07 and cancelled after one month in August 07 and the dues are for the cancellation charge.
I have never contacted anybody in ICICI Lombard for taking a policy nor given any application signed by me nor given my credit card. I am working abroad during that period & even now. My serious doubt is that the person to whom I referred above, who got my credit card details from my wife, would have done this mischief. I have so many policies and investment with ICICI and I have no need to cheat anybody or have any intention for nonpayment of credit card dues. Also I have never taken a Policy at any time using my credit card. All the Policy which I have taken from ICICI & others are paid in cheque.I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant working abroad in a responsible position as General Manager -Finance in a multi national Company.

I have already made a telephonic complaint with ICICI bank (complaint no: SR[protected] & with ICICI Lombard (complaint no: icicilombard[protected]

I humbly request you to please follow up the matter and absolve me from this liability and advice the concerned to reverse the credit card dues. I would be very happy if you can find out through your system the details of the person (commisioned agent) who has cheated me & my wife misusing my credit card . I will be also very happy if you can let me know his whereabouts.

Sir, these type of happenings really harasses me & my family in addition to spoiling my reputation. Sir, I don’t know what mistake I have done in this respect. The mistake I have done is that I have taken a Credit Card facility from ICICI for which I am forced to suffer now.

I am also informing you to issue cancellation order to all my ICICI credit cards and supplementary card for my wife Beena Thomas with immediate effect. I am sorry to take such a drastic step as my card is being misused by ICICI itself.

So once again request you to initiate action immediately.

icici lombard general insurance company — not refunding my payment

i bought a policy called from icici lombard . in was told that each and every medical expense will be paid by company in each and every hospital of india, whether it is of indoor and outdoor medical expense, when i have made the payment to icici lombard i recievd my health card and policy documents on 22 nd of may 2008, i try to use it in mahraja agarsen hospital punjabi bagh delhi . they told me that this health card only to be used when u medically hospitalised for more than 24 hours. so i canceld the policy becoz i am aklready insured by the TATA AIG, i called icici lombard customer care at [protected]. from that day it is 8 th of july 2008 i am still struggling for my refund, but they r just giving me fake couriers p.o.d nos fake telephone nos, and just time passing, i am struggling for my rupees, help me .

ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Case of fraud

Hi,

I recieved a call, from ICICI Hydrabad, a lady shila (ph:[protected], [protected]), told me that the credit limit of my EMI credit card has been raised to 1Lac,
She also insisted me to take up a health insurance of some 3Lac Rs. to which I refused.
She told me that I will recieve a call from ICICI Chennai, confirming that I recieved my call, and he will ask me questions related to insurance policy, to which i have to reply yes for every questions.
She told me that it is just a confirmation call that I recieved my Credit Card, She told me that

She pestered me to say yes for every answer, which i did not for the first call(ph:[protected], which I recieved in some 2 mins. There she called me again, insisting that I need to say Yes that I know about the policy, she was annoyingly adamant on my saying yes to every question except for the 2 que that i do not have any doubt and i do not suffer for any disease
(ph:[protected]. She even told me that for formality she need to forward 2 names from my family.

within 10 mins i recieve 2 messages that Rs 5860.00 has been deducted from my credit card.
I do not recieve any papers requiring my approval.
This is a clear case of fraud. Your employees cheated me by providing me with wrong information.

I am not going to pay this bill of insurance, I do not want it, Do not push my name in CIBIL.
I called your [protected] toll free number and asked him that I do not need this policy, and he told me that the database is not yet updated, then how come I recieve the message this soon.

Do look into the matter, I will lodge a complain in consumer forum about this incident, and log a case if required.

This is a highly disappointing. I will not suggest any of my friends to have an account in ICICI bank any longer.

This is Rajasekhar I have complaint is there regarding Lombard (cashless healthcard) your one of the executive Rani is there did the blended mistake for me.

Actually I have apply for credit card. She calls to me and told that your credit card has some amount will be blocked some 20000 amount suppose this amount will be unblocked you must take the policies that amount. After that you have received documents you given a 15 days grace period for decide whether the policy is taken or not. My policy is activated on September 20. She told me after 1 month there is no deductions in the amount suppose you want to cancel the policies.

My policy details are one is 04007890/00/00 and 04007889/00/000 regarding this plz help no deduction of my amount.
I enquired that executive Rani is leave that company.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance — Credit Card

Hi, I was issued a credit card on Nov 2007.after a long follow up Icici bank failed to provide the PIN for the same card. Again in the month of february one person called from ICICI Lombard(kormangala Branch, Bangalore) his name was Naveen, he asked me to purchase a health card stating its advantages as...1) No investment(no need pay any premium) 2) Just like credit card, in case of hospitalisation treatment would be first and alike credit after some days we need to pay the amont of treatment.

On the above two conditions i gave my consent to purchase the policy. Again for this transaction there was no proof of signature or in other words that was a oral comminucation. After one month of purchase of Healthcard, one statement came to my house stating so much of amount as the premium to pay.Since I Was out of station I could not cancell the card, but in the beganing of june 2008 i went to ICICI Lobard branch at richmond and cancelled the same. But ICICI bank withdrawn Rs 1735 from my saving account of ICICI bank which was not yet informed me.
Now also Iam getting every month Bank statements at my home, this has made my home unpeacefull. I am afraid that even after cancelling the policy again why the statements are coming.

also i tried to reach your customer service executives but they are not even picking the phones.

So i request you to chek the issue, and cancell the credit card immediately and stop sending the staements.

ICICI — regarding cancellation charges (misguided by icici ...

This is veerendra kumar reddy from bangalore.KINDLY GO THROUGH THE MAIL WITH PATIENCE .Recently i got a credit card (gold). card no. [protected]. After recieving the card i got a call from chennai[protected] satya) and telling that u have to take health insurance otherwise they will cancel the credit card and u need to pay some charges.then i
asked is it compulsory to take the card, and he told that first u say yes what ever they ask since everything will be recording later i will tell u the procedure how to cancel.so i agreed for that and took a health insurance policy( 2 yrs) 4034/fpp/04043178/00/000)on[protected].

On[protected] i called customer care ([protected]) for cancellation. but
again they misguided me. one person (male) told me that i[censored] cancel now u need to pay 35% cancellation charges, so instead of that u take one more small policy so that no need to pay cencellation charges for previous policy. so i took one more policy(1 yr) 4034/ffh/w'365872/00/000.

Then i got a call form cancellation departmet(hari[protected]on[protected] and telling that u cancel the policy with in a week then u wont get any cancellation charges so u continue with the 2 year policy and cancel the 1 year policy which i booked on[protected]. so again i called
customer care for cancellation of Second policy which i took on
[protected].finally they cancelled second policy 4034/ffh/w'365872/00/000.
but now when i see my credit card details in internet it is mentioned that Total amout due rs.883.why should i pay cancellation charges they totally misguided me .
but this is not fair.This is a bad remark for ICICI itself. So kindly go through the problem and do the needful.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance — Fraud and Bogus Insurance, Fraud by ICICI Credit card and insurance

I am Sharad, one among huge sufferer from ICICI credit card and Lombard general insurance departments.

I got a call from ICICI credit card CC 3 months back saying that they approved my Credit card for which I have not applied. They told about this ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance policy. I denied both of them. They kept on calling and said that they have already dispatched the Credit card to my residence address (donno from where they got the info)

After many calls, finally I told them that I will not pay any amout towards premiums of the policy and if it is free then they can send. The customer care executive said that only once the amount will be deducted from my CREDIT CARD intially and for that I will not get any statement and no need to pay that amount to CREDIT CARD Department.

Till then I have not recieved my card and executive has given my card details and said that if LOMBARD Insurance guys calls you please tell them these details. I told him I have not recieved card yet, but he said its courier delay, anyhow you get it. These are your card details just inform them and MY MISTAKE I did that.

Finally within two weeks they sent me the Insurance policy for my self and for my Mother (as free) and deducted app 15000 from credit card. To my surprise till now I have not recieved any credit card but getting STATEMENTS for the payment they made for insurance thru card which i am not suppose to pay as per CC Executive.

If this is one case, I am fortunate (unfortunate) happened to utilise the insurance which was for my mother (of 2 lakhs). I admitted my mother to a reputed hospital in Hyderabad, but was shocked when I got the denial for my TTK claim which I had from ICICI LOMBARD Insurance Policy. Our Doctor " a highly known MD DM Cardiologist" surprised when TTK denied stating some stupid reasons which is out of consideration in our case. Doctor personally wrote a letter to them stating the problem, procedure and treatment and cleared them that the denial they made are not correct. But event then, they denied again.

THIS ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE IS BIGGEST FRAUD. THE WHOLE ICICI IS FRAUD from CREDIT CARDS to all products.

FRIENS BE AWARE AND BE CAREFUL FROM SUCH THNGS. Dont suffer as me.

Sir, I have received call from Mr. Rajeev from ICICI Lombard, Hyderabad from this number [protected] at 11:43 am dated 12/1208. This guy told me that his company offering some health insurance policy. I replied that I am not interested in any health policy. He again told me that “Sir after read the document, please decide to take it “. I agreed and ask the procedure. He said that “one verification call will come after some time from ICICI LOMBARD verification department. You just agree to all condition and will reply only positively.” He disconnect the call.
At 4:40 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from ICICI Lombard Verification Department from number [protected]. He has started the process to verify all things like
“Sir Do you want to take our health policy. My Answer: -yes”
“Sir this is final verification call and the amount is debited at once after this verification call. My Answer: - No don’t debit it until I confirmed. Your agent told me that when I received the document then I can decide to avail and reject this policy”.
“Sir ok I think you have some doubt, we will call you after some time. My Answer: - ok”
He disconnected the call after above conversation.

At 5:14 pm dated 12/1208 I received call again from Mr. Rajeev from number [protected]. He told me that sir it is simply formality verification call. When my verify call will complete. He will call me again. I was agreed.

At around 5:20 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from [protected]. I completed call verification.

At 5:41 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from Mr. Rajeev from number [protected]. He told me, “Sir I got confirmation about your verification call, and money will not debit to your credit card until you do not confirmed that you want to get this policy.”

I got sms on 15/12/08 at 8:01 a.m. from ICICI Lombard for confirmation for issued health policy. I was shocked and see my credit card statement online. I found that my credit limit is decreased and Rs.5890 is debited to me.

When I am trying to call Mr. Rajeev on [protected], I got pre dubbing message that “ this number is does not exist”.

Now I got understand that I was cheated by someone. I am confirmed that he is the employee of ICICI Lombard insurance. Otherwise who is interested and get benefit from this type of fraud.

I called to ICICI Lombard customers care number. He told me that if I cancel this policy, Rs.890 will deduct as penalty. When I informed all the matter, he told me that it does not matter, and he has dubbed voice verification call. According to that I have to pay the amount which is applicable for cancellation the policy.

I told to cancel the policy. Now I don’t understand what should I do? I don’t have any voice recording of conversation between Mr. Rajeev and me, but ICICI Lombard Company has proof as voice recording for verification in which I agree for all terms and condition.

It is an act of fraud by "ICICI LOMBARD INSURANCE". First they offer credit card, then act as third party and levy charges on innocent public.
I am confirmed that he is the employee of ICICI Lombard insurance. Nobody is interested and get benefit from this type of fraud rather than ICICI Lombard Insurance.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance — REGARDING USAGE OF ABUSIVE WORDS FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE

HELLO SIR,
THIS IS NIKHIL SHINDE A CUSTOMER OF ICICI SINCE 5 YEARS. I HAVE HOUSING, CAR, PERSONAL LOANS TAKEN FROM UR BANK. I sujested my friends to take up loans from ICICI so that it is a good reputed trustworthy bank. but yesterday (24.11.08) i received a call from ([protected]) ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE (MALAD) regarding some policy. i was busy wit some work so i just said dont call me again. but the guy who was on other side started using abusive words on me. i just hanged off but the guy has started callin me since then n uses abusive words again. i am goin to lodge a police complaint regarding this and hence forth i am transferring all my loans to other banks and would not sujjest any1 from now ABUT UR BANK.

ICICI Credit cards — Refunding of amount blocked towards ICICI Lombards policy

Hello,

I have ICICI Credit card ([protected]). From this card they blocked an amount of 24261/- for ICICI Lombard insurance policy in Aug 2008. I did a complain on this fraud then they returned a partial amount (13344/-). Please help me get the remaining amount as well as the amount which i paid as premium and interest of that premium.

I'm unable to understand which company are you talking about? I guess here you can only make complaints and make people aware of the service. You're not going to get service here. You've to talk to your respective company representative in order solve your queries.

Many people are facing the problem with ICICI Bank and the complaints about the bank is common. I totally agree that people are really getting cheated by the agents. Please do the needful. For ICICI bank amount premium that policy holder pay will not be a matter but for common man even a rupee matters a lot. Kindly do the needful to stop such frauds. To start a policy they make it easy, but to cancel a policy its customer's wish to continue it or not. The cacellation process should be made easy and refund should be done quickly.

Can I claim against Co.? What you did ? And then what happen ? My Mob No is [protected].call me please .
I saw many are cheated by ICICI Lombard health co I am going to mail all of them . If we all together fight with co. bank will be finished .All Indian should know how ICICI bank is cheater !

ICICI Lombard — Money refund for rejected health policy

I given the proposal for new Icici family floater health insurance for myself on 17.04.2009 through online(icicilombard.com ).sum of Rs.3046 was deducted from my icici account.The next day they rejected my policy because of pre-existing illness.But in document theuy mentioned pre-existing illness will cover after 2 years.

When i given the proposal i enquire all the details about this policy and refund procedure to customer care executive and they explain everything.They promised if your proposal was rejected you will get your amount in 2 days.But now almost 1 month was over.whenever i call they will give a timeline for 7 days.I called them for more than 5 times.

If i kept that money in bank atleast i will get some interest.

I too was a victim of ICICI Credit Card Division and ICICI Lombard Health Insurance fraud. They did the same thing with me as written in the complain. I too want to punish them and want my money refund deducted from my ICICI Credit card. Please tell me anyone how can I do complain against them.

ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD AND ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD. — ISSUANCE OF FRAUD HEALTH POLICIES

I was issued Credit Card No. [protected] by ICICI Bank. On the same day of my receipt of Credit Card, I received call from ICICI Lombard asking me about Health Policy. I informed them to issue me 1 Health Policy. But within 1 week of this call 3 Policies were issued and the amounts of the Premiums were debited to my Credit Card. Out of these 3 Policies, 2 Policies were not in my name but some unknown names.

I called ICICI Lombard and they suggested that, I should return the Policies with Cancellation letter to them. But I only received the Policy which was in my name. Still I returned that Policy with cancellation letter to them. They did not cancel the same Policy which was in my name, but cancelled the 1 of the 2 Policies which were not in my name. They kept debiting my Credit Card for the Policy in my name and 1 other policy which was issued in some unknown name.

To solve the issue, I visited ICICI Credit Card Branch in Andheri, but all in vain. Later, I spoke to ICICI Lombard representative who promised that, he will cancel all the policies issued through my Credit Card (copies of which I had never received) and settle the things with ICICI Credit Card. But as the result, ICICI officials issued me another Policy which I had cancelled earlier. I was surprised to receive policies with a request to renew the same.

Now ICICI Bank seized my Savings Account with them and withdrawn Rs. 5, 400/- balance in my account.

ICICI-Lombard general insurance — have not got any document or the health card for myself and my mother

This is abhijit bhattacharjee, an esteemed customer of ICICI-bank. I have applied for health cards for myself and my mother and is paying the monthly installments using my ICICIbank credit card.I had been told to get the respective documents and both the cards for the last two years.
I also have lodged the complaint regarding the same to ICICI-lombard customer care but have not got any kind of results from their side.I am willing to come across the reason why I have not been served properly.Seems they have cheated in a very fine manner.

I wish to lodge a complaint in consumer coart regarding the same.

Wish to get a positive and immediate revive from your side.

But in my case the ICICI credit card peoples filed a complaint on me in court, i got my st hearing too, but the situation is that i could not able to attend it. But i informed that i will attend the

Complaint against ICICI Lombard

Basically from Coimbatore I was residing in Chennai with my relative and employed in a private organization in a good designation upto the period from October 2007 till Feb 2009.

As a normal human being with all interest and dreams I applied for an ICICI credit card, the same I got within a short duration by the good service made by the ICICI credit card division.

It was a fine afternoon I got a call from a person that he is calling from ICICI Lombard requesting me to apply for a health card issued by them at a very good and best premium. My answer was no, also I said that my company will issue me a corporate health card. But he questioned me do your company offer your mother/dependents? My answer was no.

Immediately he asked me the total number of members in my family, I responded myself, mother and my younger brother. He immediately replied me that their company offers a good scheme that if I took the health card they will offer an add-on card for my mother and brother; also premium just cost only Rs.450.00 only per month. In my mind the osculation was about the benefit that iam going to get for my mother. I said that gentle man that let me take some time and get back to you to the same number you have called.

Next day it was around 11.00am I got a call from him about my acceptance, I said Okie go-ahead with the formalities, also I asked about the premium. He said yes sir, its just Rs.450.00 only per month, and that’s too if you are not fully satisfied, the amount blocked will be returned. I was asking about the formalities, he said that ICICI Lombard is offering this service based upon the ICICI credit card, also they will block the premium alone for the period of 1yr and respectively. But this will be done only after my confirmation of the application send to ICICI Lombard.

Before that he said that there will be a verification calls from their medical team, in that they will explain certain features. The same evening I got a call from their medical teams, they asked me to say yes loudly for the entire question asked by them, also this is only a formality with that they are not going to put me under trouble.

I agreed and proceeded the conversation. They said that their executive who contacted me will explain the rest in detail.

Immediate to the verification call, I got the call from that gentleman that all the formalities have been over; soon the application will be sent to me and I have to read those carefully and return the same as soon as possible. I too agreed.

After few days I received a cover from ICICI Lombard stating that I got a policy from their insurance company and the details are listed.
My policy number was: 4034/FPF/03075052/00/000.
This was my 1st shock after reading the details, the 2nd page gave me the next shock stating that my brother’s name also included along with my policy number.
The health card for me and my brother has been sent in this cover. Also it was mentioned that Rs.10619.00 is the total premium for two years.

I called up immediately the gentleman, his reply was Sir it is not an issue I will rectify you this. Few days later I got another cover from ICICI Lombard containing the details of insurance and premium for my mother, the total premium for two years is RS.13421.00.

Next morning I called that gentleman and said you put me under a big trouble, that I wasn’t expected this from your organization. As you said just cancel those blocks you made to my credit card. His answer was ok.

Few days later a big shock came once again that my credit card statement containing the details of premium that I have to pay for myself, brother and mother is Rs.1241.44 along with service tax and charges.

Again I called that gentleman and said I got the statement and it shows the amount as such, but it was not mentioned by you. He said Okie sir, I will rectify the problem but you just pay this EMI alone. In next statement this will get appeared. I made payment for the 1st EMI.

The situation was worse I got the next month statement in that too the EMI amount was appeared. When I enquired about this to the gentleman he said that has applied for canceling the policy and you just pay this month EMI also, but it will be returned in you next month statement. I agreed upon this and did the same.

After this situation when I called him for a clarification he was not lifting his mobile for a whole day. I tried from few other numbers, but the answer was from his parents that he left the mobile at home also he will come from office only at night 11.00pm. a fine day I called him at 11.00pm. Unfortunately he attended the call, and I told him that way you’re behaving and approach is not good for you and me. He said the policy cancellation will get over within a day or two.

As it continued I got EMI in next statement too. I was decided not to use the ICICI credit card anymore for my fuel and other consumptions. I paid the total amount due as on day deducting the EMI which I paid as policy for 2 months. Also in informed the customer care ICICI credit card and ICICI Lombard that iam facing such a big problem, also informed them to block further transaction from ICICI Lombard and other. They said yes.

But the result was not good, in each any every statement till this date the EMI amount was appearing and the total payable amount was getting increased. Each and every month I will get a call from ICICI collection agent that I have to pay the sum that appeared in my statement. I said “NO”.

Later I approached the customer care of ICICI credit cards and ICICI Lombard, but the results were negative to me.


In continuation of the increased amount in my payables month wise ICICI credit card department officials called me and asked me the balance due. To each and every person I explained the full history. The respond from them is that they will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

The same situation was continued till May 2009. Finally I got a call from recovery department, I explained them too the same history but no use of it.

Next to recovery department then issue passed on to legal department of ICICI. I got a call from recovery department that an advocate was asking me that when iam going to pay the full settlement. I explained her too about the situation; also I said that iam presently relocated to Coimbatore. She told Okie and cut the call.

Few days later I got a call from my watch man he said that there was a letter from court and I have to appear tomorrow. I called the advocate immediately and asked about the hearing date. She told tomorrow, I said her that it is not feasible for me to attend the hearing because iam in Coimbatore. She told if you are paying the settlement you no need to come. I told her that it is a serious problem faced by me in my lifetime and also in this regard I have talked to many ICICI executives and top peoples. Now I will appear in court and say my problem in front of the judge.

Also I said her that I will appear for the next hearing but please keep me informed me the date. She too told Okie.

But after a month I got a call from a gentleman Mr.Senthilkumar from ICICI credit cards asking me the settlement.
My history was again repeated to him, he agreed my situation. Also he said if you want to cheat the company it is easy for you to change your mobile number and also you are relocated to Coimbatore. I agreed and said cheating is not my motive, it was not alone the problem faced by me, many are there like me in this crucial situation.

Also I said him that ICICI has lost a valuable customer, I said him you can see my records from HDFC credit card that there is no late payments or fine or default on my transaction. Also he is the gentleman who put his ears for my words, I request him to come for my next hearing when the court calls that it would help me more.

In an easy way it can be said that “the patient was admitted in a hospital due to fever because of the negligence and improper care made my Doctors and corresponding peoples, the situation now is SURGERY”. To earn money, an organization has plenty of ways, but this is not a right way.

Now iam waiting for next hearing……….

ICICI lombard health ins. — medical payment

my bill no. 1381 payment Rs.17433 bill , date-19/07/2009
my bill is not been payed by the company.

General insurance policy (Medical Claim) — Not Refunding Premium Rs 13K (Policy cancelled)

Case is simple.

Lombard General Insurance is suppose to refund my amount of 13K.
No issues in refund, Lombard has agreed to pay. BUT since July 2009 they are processing refund. I dont know when they are going to complete and refund.Moreover no Lombard representative communicate nor respond. What to do?

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Attachment of insurance

My credit card no is [protected]. In the month of december ICICI Bank attached an insurance policy for credit car cover without my consent. When i complained they cancelled the policy but returned only 50% of the premium. I want rest of the amount to be credited in my account.. I was very satisfied with the services of the bank prior to this incident...

I say that ICICI LOMBARD are real cheaters, ICICI Would have known if RBI had left them at the time of
the recession crisis. Then they would have a real understanding of what the pain could be.

ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Did not receive the claim even after four months.

Good Evening,

I am writing this complaint about ICICI Lombard expecting that this will be looked into and I will receive a resolution which is being pending for last four to five months.

I bought an ICICI Lombard health insurance for my parents. As my parents don't stay with me and since they are old I bought this policy for them. But the problems started when it was time for us to use the policy. The claim amount got rejected twice and both times their reasons were illogical. My mom was admitted with wrist pain and later with fever and the claim was rejected saying she is diabetic but in both cases her illness was not related to diabetes, Which they agreed to when explained and ICICI also mentioned that the second claim was rejected because of ICICI's and ttk's mistake. For more than one month I kept calling them and they kept promising me that things will be taken care, I also escalated my concern to ICICI superiors from their website and I did not get any reply even from them till now. I sent all the papers which they asked me for but no resolution till now. My parents had to pay from their pocket. I am tired of calling these guys and listening to their promises. Agents at the ICICI are very rude and bad with their knowledge and even the supervisors on the floor are liars and most of the time they don't answer the call or they are not on the floor as told by the agents to me.

Kindly help me to get a resolution.

ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — No progress on the proposals

As a fellow concerned and extremely disappointed Indian, I would like to warn others that ICICI Lombard is a scam. Please dont be affected by the website, false proposals or the their selling tactics as that will pleasant only till the time you have bought the insurance policy. Once the money has left your bank account, you are treated like a stranger.Worser they disconnect the phone when customer service puts you on hold or the customer support (Ragesh)on LIVE chat on the website will respond like a robot that please call this number and then disconnect.

I bought 2 health insurance policies (Rishtey) for my parents almost a month back in April 2011. I paid the full money to ICICI Lombard. Till date there has been no progress on the policies which are still proposals rather than policies as they have not been approved by ICICI Lombard.
Incidentally after repeated requests the customer service has informed me that extra cash Rs. 1200 will be charged ICICI for medical test for my parents. This will not be refunded if the medical test doesnt reach ICICI Lombard standards.
I feel cheated because I was never informed about this medical test payment when I was sold the policy.
My parents are still awaiting the medical tests initially claimed to be completed within 7days of payment.

I would suggest to rather donate the payment to a charity rather than pay it to ICICI Lombard, because atleast then that doesnt create any false hope that the insurance will safeguard you and your loved ones.

In the 2nd week of March 2011 one tellicaller his named said RAJU
called from Parkstreet Apeejay Branch to my uncle for approaching
a Health Insurance Policy of ICICI Lombard.
My uncle was interested for his approached policy and request him to call later.

But no phone has come from company end . My uncle personally investigate his
approached policy, but no such type of policy is exists in ICICI Lombard.
Then my uncle go to another INSURANCE company and take his required policy.

It is my request, please don't belive such type of tellicaller's call
those who will provide false information. Take this matter seriously.

    Subject: Claim No. - BLC-08-08-CN-L26117 for Health Insurance Policy
    Reference: Policy Number 4034/ RIS/ W-182637/ 00/ 000

    I sent my claim papers on August 19, 2008 and since then I have been struggling to get response from TTK. I have never seen such unprofessional and careless Customer Service. I am fed up with dealing with TTK.
    I wish I would have drained my money in sewer, rather than buying policy from ICICI Lombard. I trusted ICICI’s and Lombard’s name/ reputation and was deceived. I was robbed and cheated.

    Is there any hope left at all that the case will be closed and I will get re-imbursement?

    Below are the events in chronological order:

    August 19, 2008: Claim papers sent to TTK.

    September 02, 2008: TTK sends an email to my mobile saying “Your claim no. BLC-08-08-CN-L26117 is pending due to shortfall of documents. Detailed letter dated 2 September, 2008 has been sent ……. “ . The letter was never received. I followed up with an email on September 11, 2008 and with a letter on September 14, 2008 – No response. As of today, I have never received the letter.

    October 03, 2008: I remind TTK again by email.

    October 07, 2008: I receive an email from TTK asking for more documents.

    October 10, 2008: One of the documents – indoor case paper, comes from hospital, which require a letter directly from the insurance company. I asked TTK to send a letter to hospital directly. Obviously they never received the letter, despite me reminding TTK through registered letter on October 18, 2008 and email on October 19, 2008.

    The reply containing documents required was sent by email with attachments and registered post on October 19, 2008. No response from TTK.

    October 28, 2008: I email TTK asking grievance reporting procedure – No reply.

    October 29, 2008: I revive an SMS from TTK saying a letter will follow. As of today, I have never received the letter.

    November 06, 2008: I reminded TTK that I received no such letter.

    November 11, 2008: TTK replies with some other person’s details wrong policy number in the email. I ask them to refer to the correct policy number.

    November 15, 2008: TTK replies with the same email as of October 07, 2008. I reply saying that the documents have already been sent and scan the acknowledge receipt of October 07, 2008 delivery.

    November 19, 2008: TTK replies saying it will forward the email to the concerned department.

    November 19, 2008: I email TTK asking grievance reporting procedure – No reply

    November 26, 2008: I complain to ICICI Lombard, Get a Complaint ID: [protected]

    November 28, 2008: ICICI replies – same old TTK reply copy and pasted. I reply back explaining that the documents they are asking have already been mailed to them by registered post on October 19, 2008, along with an email to TTK with the scanned images of the documents

    November 28, 2008: Since I am totally hopeless from both ICICI and TTK, I again mail the letter and send an email with the documents.

    November 29, 2008: ICICI’s email: I get a Complaint ID: [protected] and ‘am told a decision will be made within 7 days.

    December 04, 2008: Another automated email from ICICI, saying that the request has been forwarded to the concerned department (were they sleeping uptill now?) and will revert back shortly.

    December 08, 2008: No response from ICICI or TTK, seven days promise has passed. I had better put fire to my money rathen than buying a policy from ICICI Lombard.

    I was looking to buy a motor insurance, hence checking with various vendors available. Similarly I checked with ICICI Lombard too. Initially I liked the service as they were very prompt to call and give me the details, they even followed up the case as expected by any customer.

    The surprise came to me today when the guy called and I told that may be I will opt for someone else instead of ICICI Lombard as I feel as a customer is good for me. He started first pushing me and then started talking all nonsense. He even said that I am a TIMEPASS customer.

    I come from a service industry, how on earth can they talk like that to any customer pre or post sales. ICICI is one of the best brands in INDIA, but incidents like these will do no good to it. I personally will never ever opt for anything from ICICI Lombard, I will even make sure that I spread this news to all my friends, my coleuges and every one I know. If not major I still want to make a dent in their reputation for their behaviour.

    I have insured my car from Icici Lombard delhi & my policy number is Poilicy No.6727233.My Car met with an accident and the is at Safdarjang Service Station but the Surveyor Amit ([protected]) is asking for claim charges of rs. 1000 other than the bumper charges of Rs.550. When discussed this at Customer care they said there are no such claim charges in my case. I am doubtful that the Service station supervisor will not let me take my car without paying this amount. My claim no. is MOTOO962967. Request you to kindly guide me on this.

      my name is lokender chaturvedi, i am having one ICICI credit card, one executive of i dont know weather from which ICICI had called me and tod me regarding mediclaim policy offered by ICICI lombard, and on telphone i like the policy and said yes to the policy on verification call. but after i realise that they are simply deducting money from my account bcouse no official documents have been recived by me till date it is almost 7-8 installments have been deduted. as i dont have any details i am not able to contact them also

      please help me

      These are professionals who cheat and are akin to criminals and no better than burglars.

      India beware.

      If there is any Indian citizen to raise this and put the respective person behind bars then only they will understand.

        I have always been apprehensive with ICICI lombard due to a horrid experience that my friend had to go dealing with them.
        Everything seems to be great before signing up for any insurance, but from the moment you have signed up and money paid up, trust me you will hate the customer service for any query or follow up.

        I recieved a call on 22nd Nov and over phone they convinced me to sign up for Family Protect Premier policy wherein they mentioned that they would allocate Rs. 6732 from my credit card and deduct this on a monthly EMI for 24 months. I gave my approval. Subsequently i realised that, they had not allocated, but debited Rs.6732 from my account which was supposed to be payable by me immediately.
        Subsequently i called up the same number that i recieved the call from, wherein the customer care guy had a tough time understanding anything in English first of all, later he just kept on saying that you have to check with the credit card bank.
        Now when ICICI lombard has undertaken the commitment of converting it to EMI's, why should i call up the credit card company pleading to convert it to EMI's (wasnt that already commited).
        Subsequently i mailed the customer care and interactin with one Ms.Shanaz, who first replied saying that the amount would be converted to EMI's (will be done) .Subsequently when i realized that it was not done and mailed he back. She replies that i need to contact the credit card bank. The same stuff which the lesser intelligent customer care guy mentioned. In the process, I have lost of my man hours and mental peace.
        I have finally got my policy cancelled and now muct wait and see when they would reverse the amount or if at all they would.
        I am planning to take this up legally, since I have recorded the telecon as well as the emails.

          Today in my credit card bill I found two fraud entries generated by ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD 24. I never gave my concern by telephone or by written to purchase these insurances. On talking to ICICI LOMBARD phone banking officer on 11:20 pm, she informed that there are two policies, one on the name of Haresh Modi and Suresh Modi.And second policy is on the name of Rita Modi, Shyam Modi, Vikalp Modi and some other unknown names. Suresh Modi, Shyam Modi, Vikalp Modi and other names are not known to me and none of them are any of my family members. This is one type of cyber crime and this incident has mentally disturbed me for the whole day and this is one type of harassment on ICICI credit card customer. Today I talked to ICICI and ICICI LOMBARD phone banking officers several times but got no satisfactory reply from any of them.And finally at 11:20 pm I talked to one of the Lombard phone banking officer named Durga and she gave me two request number as follows:[protected][protected]. This is my appeal to resolve this matter as soon as possible. This is my humble request to you to inform me about the action taken against the fraud that took place with me.

          The top managements of these companies are working behind the seven walls and their show is being run only by the computer clerks [call center callers].

          This is for the RBI to see, that the common man is not taken for a ride by these unscrupulous players, whose only religion is to earn profits by hook or by crook.

          It seems that the Indian Government has thrown Indian consumers in front of hungry jackals with a freedom to hunt them mercilessly.

          Shame on them for harassing public like that ...
          Please don buy ICICI lombard car insurance for that matterdon get vehicle insurance form the stupid icici lombard.there customer service is poor, fraud.he insured vehicle shall be treated as a
          CTL if the aggregate cost of retrieval and / or repair of the vehicle,
          subject to terms and conditions of the policy, exceeds 75% of the IDV
          of the vehicle.
          my car was totally smashed in an accident, to repair the car the estimate given by authorized dealer was 5.73lacs and the ID value quoted was 5.35 but they are not ready to claim as full loss.Not only that they have private agents who do the wrong estimation and change the scenario favorable to ICIC Lombard.My private agent who did this wrong estimation was Arya.He is a big fraud he does estimation for almost all the private banks in Chennai.

            I had purchased one health advantage policy on 08-Sep-2008 but it was canceled the very next day due to some medical reason. i made payment through netbanking facility. when i first called up customer care, they told me that within 7 working days, amount will be credited back to my account. that didn't happen within 7 working days. i checked with my bank regarding this, they told me that no such amount has been credited to my account.

            then again i called to customer care, they told me that a cheque had been dispatched to my mailing address through blue dot POD: [protected]. when i phoned to blue dot, they told me that they could not find my address ( what a silly excuse!!- my house is on main road and its very easy to find out), i said them that my house is very easy to find out, , then they said that icici lombard didn't provide any contact number, so they could not contact me ( Why icici lombard didn't provide my contact number to blue dot??????????????? at the time of purchasing my police i had given my mobile number and land line also.. )

            truth behind all this blue dot's story is that, they actually didn't come to my address to deliver my cheque... i was there at my house all time and my neighbors were also there...

            they returned my cheque to icici lombard. after that i have been calling to customer care and all the time i here same words that " Sir, we are taking your complain on a high priority basis and our senior executives will look after your complain and you will get your cheque within 7 working days"
            I am fed up with these words as nothing happens. and when i called back to find out status of my refund. i get to here same words.

            i had sent one email regarding this to [protected]@icicilombard.com .. but i didn't received any feedback.they promise me all the time a call back from senior executives within 24 hours but that too never happened.

            I had given my resident address for my cheque to be delivered. but after a month of waiting and call backs, i didn't received my cheque.

            One of their customer care executive told me that if you can go to our branch then you will receive your cheque so much fast, when i called a month back.so i said them to send my cheque to that branch and i will collect it from them.

            after this new address i have called to customer care 50-60times .. all the time they told me the same highlighted magical line above mentioned.


            Now its been more than 2 months and still i have not received my refund amount for the policy that was canceled by them.

            MY ISSUE IS PENDING SNCE 4 MONTHS.
            YOU PEOPLE MISSUED MY CREDIT CARD BY DEDUCTING POLICY AMOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE.
            I TOLD I WILL PAY IN CASH BUT YOU DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT CARD.
            SO I DID NOT PAY ANY THING TO THE BANK SO THE CARD GOT DEACTIVATED, BUT I WANT THE CARD TO GET ACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY.

              I got a call from your office saying that I will get only 60% of the money. Let me warn you once again, that I will not pay a single penny of ICICI Lomabard cashless health insurance.

              I am repeating again that I was cheated by your officials who said that Hinduja hospital accepts the cashless card and when I went there to admit my mother they denied the same. Her policy no. 4034/FPP/04029547/00/000 as well as other policies of my sister, wife and myself should be stopped with immidiate effect. This has happened because of the intention of cheating the public on the part of your xecutives and to sell more health insurance policies.

              I will also have to charge the bill of 5 Lacks incured by me towards the hospitalisation of my mother from your company. But if you forcefully deduct even a single rupee from my credit card account and do not refund my 100% money I will have to take stern legal as well as criminal action against your company.

              The executive who sold me the policy was Mr.Ali and his cell no. is +[protected] who is now not ready to pick up my cell and answer me properly as now the policy has been sold. This is the kind of customer relations and support you guys maintain with your prime customers (I have the ICICI paltinum card).

              I hope you will take this e-mail positively and dont throw out Mr. Ali from his job. That is not my intention. My intention here is to bring to your notice what all frauds are happeneing and that your customers should get justice.

              Also a suggestion here is to kindly publish the ceo's and directors email id's in public communication tools like news papers, magazine, etc. so that we can directly contact you guys and that you are aware of what all rubbish is happeneing in your company.

              Kindly reply me with my total refund and apaology letter ASAP.

                Sir, I have a Spark LS of August 2007 Model and for 2008-09 I took comprehensive Insurance from ICICI Lombard. My car developed small dents on both sides due to a minor accident in Outer ringroad. I took my car to Metro Motors, Vasant Kunj on 15th November, 2008 and my car was surveyed by ICICI Lombard on 18th November, 2008. They said that they are convinced with the claim and on 19th November, 2008 I received a call that only dents on two left side doors of the car has been sanctioned for repair and other dents are not approved as they are OLD ones. When I insured in August, 2008, the ICICI Lombard people took pictures of my car and they very well have the details of dents, if any, at that time. Now they say that the dents on the left and the right side which they refuse to approve, are old ones. I got the dent removed only for the approved sides and do not know where to go. I enquired the Metro GM Motors about the cost for repairing the other dents and was shocked to know that it would cost me around Rs. 20, 000/-. I am totally at loss as to whom to approach and where to lodge a complaint as the top boss of ICICI lombard also did not take my plea in true earnest?
                Surveyor denying for accidental parts replacment in car - I got a major accident & car sent to DD motors garrage at Peera Garhi but when surveyor made a survey report there are many things left by him which were caused damaged in accident. After many discussuion there is no support by him... CAN ANYONE HELP IN MATTER !!!
                Please refer my claim no.MOT[protected]It is very bad even after 2 1/2 months I didn't receive the claim amount.About 15 days back some body telephoned and informed that claim was finalized for Rs.8200/-(app) which is not at all a reasonable settlement.But I have not received cheque till today.Pl send the amount immediately, failing, I will approach appropriate authority .

                  I worked with ICICI LOMBARD GIC on the payroll of Teamlease from 17 aug'06 to sep'07 .I received one amount to transffered in my account .I have submitted my application of PF to teamlease in Jan'08.I want to say that, i have not received second cheque of my PF.My PF Number is KN/35224/096579.My employee No. is 119381 in Teamlease.I just want to know the total amount of PF as i got some information from one courier that he has the cheque in my name from Insurance Company.I am not able to trace .Please help me out in this regard as i dnt know where to complain and how to complain.

                  Your pension form is submitted with RPFC on 29 july 08, As per information received from PF office, claims submitted prior to April 2008 are cleared and rest are under process, since your claim is submitted after April 2008 it may take some time for them to settle the same.

                    I received a call on NOV 19th from an agent of ICICI Lombard, and furnished the details of insurance plan, in which i was not interested. I was asked to say "YES" to an atomated call,
                    i was not clear enough in doing that so i said yes.I am yet to receive my credit card, even before that a sum of 10694 is dedected for this insurance plan, also i received the documents required for joing the plan on 2nd of this month.Its is really frustrating that even before i get my card its been activated and used without my concern.

                    I request you to cancel the insurance plan and credit card which i am yet to receive.kindly do the needfull..

                    I too faced the same problem, to the extent they have blocked that amount in my account. No one is ready to solve this.

Due to a big problem I was unable to join the office for some days, I was not down my paper but I informed my Manager that I'm in a problem, But he marked the resign in the system. As per company rule every employee get an insentive after six months, but I'm working by nine months and I'm not get the Incentive and salary also.

                      I had purchased a Credit Cad from ICICI Bank. Before getting the Card, the ICICI Lombard people came to know of my Credit Card Number. The Call centre executives of ICICI Credit Card had given my Credit Card Number to ICICI Lombard. Later on after calls after calls the executives lured me to take the policy but I rejected their appeals. It all happened in minutes. Finally someone said it was verification call. I clearly told them not to take any amount from the Credit Card during verification Call and now they have cut that part of the call and saying I have purchased the policy. Earlier the ICICI Lombard call centre ignorant girls told me that there would be no cancellation charges. The cancellation executive was very rude and told me that I have to pay Rs. 2, 500 as Cancellation charges.

                      Even the ICICI Credit Card Division is not co-operating with customers, but that with ICICI Lombard.. I think there is a racket between ICICI Bank and Lombard.

                      Can anyone advise me how to come out of this. What legal action can be taken against both Credit Card and Lombard so that they will not take everything for granted and CHEAT peope.

                      Even I am facing the same issue. Dnt know what to do?And those pepole seems least bothered to take any action against their agent...Where the hell should we go for our complaints?
                      I even tried mailing them but till yet didnt received single response from them?
                      and they are deducting the emi of the policy from my credit card.
                      I am not going to pay that money.
                      Both ICICi credit card dept and Lomabrd department are working together to rob comman man.

                        He told me that his name is Azhar and your credit card limit can be raise to Rs 1 lac. I asked him How it is possible.
                        Then he answered, after some time you will receive a call from ICICI executive for verification & in that call you have to say yes against every question and please dont tell them that i was call you.
                        He also told me, the issuing of health policy is in his own hands, so dont take tension if they will assign you a policy because coming call will be only for verification and after some time i will call back to you and that time i will refuse your policy and raise your credit card limit to Rs 1 lac.
                        He gave me his no.[protected] for any query.
                        I replied him OK.

                        After some time call had come from no.[protected].
                        I forget the name of person who called.
                        He said firsty that it is only a verification call. Later on he has started to give information about health policy.
                        Then he started for asking question like 'Are you ready to take it', 'Wat's your's mobile no, address etc.
                        Caller told me that, this call is now recording for proof.
                        You have to give Rs 276 per month till years.
                        But according to Azhar, i replied yes for every question

                        Then after finishing of call, i received a sms on my mobile :-
                        'Dear Praveen, you made a transaction of 5860 on 19-nov-08 on card XXXXXXXXXXX at ICICI LOMBARD.
                        Available credit limit is 34, 817.31'

                        After this i was shocked, and tried to call on Azhar's no., but the no. was wrong.

                        I am ready to pay my every credit card transaction's money but for this fraud i will not pay any single money.

                        This is a highly disappointing. I will not suggest any of my friends to have an account in ICICI bank any longer.

                          department on the 29/07/2008.


                          Once the PF form is submitted we do not have any control over (any company for that matter) the PF tracking and status. We ensure before the forms are submitted that they are checked thoroughly to ensure that there is no rejection at a later stage. With the PF office it is impossible to track the status of the PF amount disbursement, once the same is submitted to them. The PF department communicates directly with the associates and not with the company (TL).

                            Since dated[protected] to[protected] i was the customer of ICICI Lombard against policy No. or Cover Note # 3005/50695241/00/B00, Policy Issued on[protected]. As my policy was supposed to Expire on[protected] I approached the Corporate office at Alkankar Plaza, 2nd floor, Commercial complex, Plot No. 10, M.P. Nagar, Zone 2, Bhopal Shiksha Mandal, Bhopal-462011, Madhya Pradesh, on[protected] for Renewal of the policy to one of the representative in the corporate office at the above said address.

                            I paid 900 Rs as cash payment & got renewed my policy from the representative & received the customer copy from him The Cover Note No. of the Customer Copy is 6018619, I was assured that the Original Printed format policy copy shall be delivered or couriered to me at my residential address at 76, Ashoka Vihar, Nagar Nigam Colony, Ashoka Garden, Bhopal (M.P.) Due to Personal reasons I was abroad for the next 2 Months after the renewal of the policy.

                            Now today on[protected] when again i approached ICICI Lombard for the renewal of my policy which is suppose to expire on[protected], I came to Know that there was no such policy registered against my name with ICICI Lombard.

                            Sir, This is a case of Sheer Negligence & Mal functioning of ICICI Lombard. If in case any accidents or Mishaps may have occured with me i would have landed in great trouble & jeopardy. I was in a mis conception that my vehicle is Insured for the year against Insurance Norms.

                            Sir, I would like to file a case against this Multinational Giant Group, a renowned company with NO principles & NO sort of Customer Care.

                            I was mentally harassed & Misbehaved by the ICICI staff today when i approached the ICICI Lombard office

                            Pls advice me in this matter & arrange to file a Consumer Forum Case against ICICI Lombard.

                            Dear All, Please note that the all pvt insu. companies are not providing insurance for 2 wheelers after 5 years. I don't know this is a rule or not. I was running behind Lombard ppl for almost 2 months and they were playing game at me saying that they are having database issues and will get resolved within 2 days. I waited for almost 2 months and took insurance with Oriental Insu company. So my advice to all is that never go with pvt company insurance.

                              i had submitted my claim on /JULY/08 along with all the original documents as required by the policyafter which i have been continuously pursuing for the status & i get the same reply that the "claim is under process". i recieved a letter for shortfall of documents in SEPTEMBER dated 28/08/08 "which were not required as per the policy instructions regarding requirements for processing the policy" still we managed to get it from the hospital since more than a month had passed & submitted immediately in next week on 11/09/08. again on calling after a week i got the same reply of claim being under process. now when i called in NOVEMBER they are saying again there is shortfall for prior consultancy papers - THAT I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED.
                              as regards to their argument about no mention of back problem in those papers i said "THE REASON FOR PAIN COULD NOT BE DAIGNOSED THAT IS WHY I WAS ADMITTED & IT WAS FOUND FROM THE MRI THAT I HAD PROBLEM IN MY BACK"

                                Hi,

                                I, Yash Pal Gandhi, Holding ICICIBank Platinum Card # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-5005, have been contacted by Sumit (Agent of ICICI Lomard) from Telephone Number[protected] @ 10:30 am & 11:06 am in the morning today (04th Nov'08) to offer me the health Insurance policy. I wanted to buy one policy few days back for my younger brother and his family and wanted to get the know the premium charges of ICICI Lombard but the charges was too high for me, therefore, I had requested them that I will check with other insurance companies to compare the premium charges and will get back to you after a day or two.

                                But somehow I kept receiving the messages from ICICILombard since morning stating that "Thank you for registering with ICICI Lombard 24x7 now you can buy insurance at www.icicilombard.com " but I never asked him to register. And finally I received a SMS @ 4:42 stating that " You have successfully bought family floater Health Insurance from ICICI Lombard. Policy No. 4034/FFH/W-395403/00/000." and immediately I called up ICICI Credit Card division to request them not to pay the payment and have the same reversed. As usual, Customer Care Service (Good for Nothing) kept transferring my call to ICICI Lombard. Simultaneously I kept calling ICICI Lombard also and spoken to Ms. Harsha @ 5:10 pm; Mr. Vijay @ 5:35 pm and Raj @ 6:15 pm. They kept assuring me that nothing to worry and the amount will be reversed with 3-4 working days and the policy is yet not updated on the system. and Finally I got an SMS from ICICI Credit Card division that an amount of Rs. 20, 044/- had been debited to my credit card without taking any approval from me.

                                This is reduculious. Shame on ICICI Bank.

                                I hereby declare that if the full amount of Rs. 20, 044/- is not reversed to my credit cards, I WILL NOT PAY SINGLE PENNY TO ICICIBANK WHATEVER THE OUTSTANDING IS.

                                THERE IS LIMIT OF EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD BUT ICICIBANK HAD CROSSED ALL THE LIMIT OF MAKING FOOL OF OTHERS.

                                ICICI Lombard - Health Insurance — Doesn't provide complete information, poor and inefficient service

                                Company's website says pre-existing illness is covered after two years of contineous renewal. When I applied for health insurance cover, my application was rejected giving the reasons that I had Anjiana problem.

                                Eventhough the policy was rejected, the company debited amount of premium to my credit card.

                                The staff members, whoever you interact via phone, e-mail lack knowledge and mislead. Becore I applied for the policy I had already interacted with the staff members of the company and it was confirmed to me that the illness eventhough pre-existing would be covered.
                                Foolish ICICI Lombard, NAGARJUNA CIRCLE, hYDERBAAD call centre guys have no knowledge of what exactly is the situation.I have been called for 17 times for telefonic voice recording and I deposited checque (I suggest everyone to follow this instead of credit card). and finally they ended up saying that they wanna record voice again..I just screwed them over fone and got my cheque back after one month.Useless service.

                                  i have taken car insurance from icici lombart but till date i have not recvd my policy paper's .Customer service no not responding i have tried so many times & sales executive purshottam [protected] is not attending my call .everytime he is making new pretends.I am facing very much problem just becoz without policy paper i can not drive my car .I request you to pls help on this .My details given below

                                    I am Saleem the Policy 4034/FFH/W-254930/00/000 I already paying my installment on time and I already taken the policy for my (Mother+ Younger Brother + Myself +My wife +My Son) now I am sorry to say that I am totally surprised by seeing your refusal letter by seeing the non sense excuse.

                                    I need any person in my life who have not got the fever in his life and sorry to say you that FEVER is not under the Diseases and second thing you said me Weakness and this is silly thing that Weakness is not coming under the diseases as my mother she works very hard from morning 7 Am to 7 Pm. And another thing you mentioned that she Fallen Down 2 years Back already I said you earlier that due to weakness she got DEHIDRATED and fallen down (As she is regularly traveling with Bus with full of Crowd) And this is also not the Diseases. And I need you to show proof showing that I have violated your company policy. And in Clause 3.1 it is called Pre-Existing Illness.

                                    My child also got fever in his life and myself I got fever and my wife also got fever in our lives and please we are going to withdrawal all our policies as because all o[censored]s got the fever once in our lives. My mother was not alcoholic of fever or Weakness. It is as normal as comes to everybody at normal intervals.

                                    Please submit the proof to Consumer Court or the Court of Law as I am soon approaching to them including Media. Please solve this issue on or before 15/11/2008 or else I will approach to Consumer Court + Court of Law +

                                    Note: I am having proof that she got 6 STRITCHES by falling down and it comes in accident criteria and even though ICICI Lombard is misguiding to public by your employee by giving FALSE PROMISES without full information. Then this is your mistake and due to your mistake why the public should suffer and I am not going to live ICICI like this I will take this matter to all Courts even though I am ready to pay 1 lakh as court fees but I need justice.
                                    I totally agreed with all the Complaints, as I am also the victim of Fraud of ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard.
                                    There should be some actions against ICICI Lombard department.
                                    I also totally agree with all the complaints against the ICICI Credit Card as I am also the victim of Fraud of ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard and definitely there should be some actions against ICICI Credit Card department which issues all those policies.

                                      All the ICICI Lombard Employees Guiding me with wrong information.Now i dont know what is correct information.Not able to belive even single person from ICICI LOMBARD.I am really dippressed because of this and this leads to mental torture.

                                      I RECIVE A CALL FROM ICICILOMBARD THAT YOU HAVE RECIVE A ICICI CREDIT CARD, ON THIS CARD WE OFFER U A INSURANCE POLICY YOU PAY YOUR PREMIUM THRU CARD & U WILL PAY IN 12 MONTH EMI FREE OF INTREST& ANY EXTRA CHARGE.
                                      I PURCHASE HELTH POLICY( POLICY NO. 4063/HAP/W-116187/00/000 )ON 24 FEB 2008 & I PAY RS.15099.00 THRU MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD. AFTER FEW DAYS I CHECK MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, I FOUND IN MY CREDIT CARD BANK CHARGE FROM ME PROCESSING FE & INTRESTPER MONTH . I CALL TO ICICI LOMBARD THAT MY CREDIT CARD BANK CHARGE INTERST & PROCESSING FEE SO YOU CENCIL MY POLICY.
                                      THEY GIVE ME REQUIST NO 1403087 DT.14.03.2008. ON DATED 20.03.08 MY POLICY HAS CENCILED. THAN I TOLD ICICILOMBARD FOR MY AMOUNT REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEY TOLD ME YOUR AMOUNT TRANSFER TO YOUR CARD ON DT. 24.03.08. BUT THERE IS NO AMOUNT TRANSFER IN MY CARD . I CALL TO ICICI LOMBARD MANY TIME BUT THRER IS NO ACTION.

                                      Same thing happened with me while they were selling the policy they committed interest free emi but later charged interest to my card. When i got my policies cancelled they deducted amount as per some slab rate which says no refund is to be made if policy is more than six months old. Further they delayed cancellation by more than 1.5 months charged one more installment and did not refund even 25% as they made sure to cancell policy after 6 months despite giving cancellation no. during 5th month itself.

                                      I hd renewed my policy No.4034i/ HIR/ 04475906/ 00/ 000 Valid from 6th MARCH 2009 to 5th MARCH 2010 by making d payment through my ABN AMRO credit card n was assurred by your executives that they would arrange for making the payment in monthly instalments.once the pment was made i received a full bill from the bank & your customer care told me that it is not possible for them to arrange for making the payments in EMI's.then i again called the person who had renewed my policy who assuared me tht he wil get my statement collected & get it converted into EMI.im still waiting as after repeated reminders nothing has been done.My payment to the bank is overdue & now I wil also have to pay the late fee.I really feel cheated & hv advised all my friends n my collegues not to take a new policy or renew their existing ICICI LOMBARD POLICY.

                                        I bought insurance policy for my parents from ICICI Lombard on the 21st July 2008. They were supposed to call my parents for the medical check up before they issue the insurance policy. Its been 12 days no calls yet. The money i paid in full for the premium and in a blink of the eye the money was gone from my account. I was like wah wah what a super fast service. But thats all fake they dont bother once they get the money my parents are aged i just wanted some cover for them but ICICI Lombard is putting me through this uncertainty by not doing their job.

                                        Amount paid was Rs 39750. I have complained to different channels but yet to receive a call. Wondering how to get these guys to give me my money back or the insurance activated.
