my policy no. is 4034/chc/03554224/00/000
i had submitted my claim on /JULY/08 along with all the original documents as required by the policyafter which i have been continuously pursuing for the status & i get the same reply that the "claim is under process". i recieved a letter for shortfall of documents in SEPTEMBER dated 28/08/08 "which were not required as per the policy instructions regarding requirements for processing the policy" still we managed to get it from the hospital since more than a month had passed & submitted immediately in next week on 11/09/08. again on calling after a week i got the same reply of claim being under process. now when i called in NOVEMBER they are saying again there is shortfall for prior consultancy papers - THAT I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED.
as regards to their argument about no mention of back problem in those papers i said "THE REASON FOR PAIN COULD NOT BE DAIGNOSED THAT IS WHY I WAS ADMITTED & IT WAS FOUND FROM THE MRI THAT I HAD PROBLEM IN MY BACK"
i am tired of calling please... look into the matter & let me know i[censored] can process it or "I'LL TAKE BACK ALL POLICIES WITH YOUR COMPANY TAKEN FOR ALL THE MEMBERS."

    Hi,

    I, Yash Pal Gandhi, Holding ICICIBank Platinum Card # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-5005, have been contacted by Sumit (Agent of ICICI Lomard) from Telephone Number[protected] @ 10:30 am & 11:06 am in the morning today (04th Nov'08) to offer me the health Insurance policy. I wanted to buy one policy few days back for my younger brother and his family and wanted to get the know the premium charges of ICICI Lombard but the charges was too high for me, therefore, I had requested them that I will check with other insurance companies to compare the premium charges and will get back to you after a day or two.

    But somehow I kept receiving the messages from ICICILombard since morning stating that "Thank you for registering with ICICI Lombard 24x7 now you can buy insurance at www.icicilombard.com " but I never asked him to register. And finally I received a SMS @ 4:42 stating that " You have successfully bought family floater Health Insurance from ICICI Lombard. Policy No. 4034/FFH/W-395403/00/000." and immediately I called up ICICI Credit Card division to request them not to pay the payment and have the same reversed. As usual, Customer Care Service (Good for Nothing) kept transferring my call to ICICI Lombard. Simultaneously I kept calling ICICI Lombard also and spoken to Ms. Harsha @ 5:10 pm; Mr. Vijay @ 5:35 pm and Raj @ 6:15 pm. They kept assuring me that nothing to worry and the amount will be reversed with 3-4 working days and the policy is yet not updated on the system. and Finally I got an SMS from ICICI Credit Card division that an amount of Rs. 20, 044/- had been debited to my credit card without taking any approval from me.

    This is reduculious. Shame on ICICI Bank.

    I hereby declare that if the full amount of Rs. 20, 044/- is not reversed to my credit cards, I WILL NOT PAY SINGLE PENNY TO ICICIBANK WHATEVER THE OUTSTANDING IS.

    THERE IS LIMIT OF EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD BUT ICICIBANK HAD CROSSED ALL THE LIMIT OF MAKING FOOL OF OTHERS.

    ICICI Lombard - Health Insurance — Doesn't provide complete information, poor and inefficient service

    Company's website says pre-existing illness is covered after two years of contineous renewal. When I applied for health insurance cover, my application was rejected giving the reasons that I had Anjiana problem.

    Eventhough the policy was rejected, the company debited amount of premium to my credit card.

    The staff members, whoever you interact via phone, e-mail lack knowledge and mislead. Becore I applied for the policy I had already interacted with the staff members of the company and it was confirmed to me that the illness eventhough pre-existing would be covered.
    Foolish ICICI Lombard, NAGARJUNA CIRCLE, hYDERBAAD call centre guys have no knowledge of what exactly is the situation.I have been called for 17 times for telefonic voice recording and I deposited checque (I suggest everyone to follow this instead of credit card). and finally they ended up saying that they wanna record voice again..I just screwed them over fone and got my cheque back after one month.Useless service.

      i have taken car insurance from icici lombart but till date i have not recvd my policy paper's .Customer service no not responding i have tried so many times & sales executive purshottam [protected] is not attending my call .everytime he is making new pretends.I am facing very much problem just becoz without policy paper i can not drive my car .I request you to pls help on this .My details given below

        I am Saleem the Policy 4034/FFH/W-254930/00/000 I already paying my installment on time and I already taken the policy for my (Mother+ Younger Brother + Myself +My wife +My Son) now I am sorry to say that I am totally surprised by seeing your refusal letter by seeing the non sense excuse.

        I need any person in my life who have not got the fever in his life and sorry to say you that FEVER is not under the Diseases and second thing you said me Weakness and this is silly thing that Weakness is not coming under the diseases as my mother she works very hard from morning 7 Am to 7 Pm. And another thing you mentioned that she Fallen Down 2 years Back already I said you earlier that due to weakness she got DEHIDRATED and fallen down (As she is regularly traveling with Bus with full of Crowd) And this is also not the Diseases. And I need you to show proof showing that I have violated your company policy. And in Clause 3.1 it is called Pre-Existing Illness.

        My child also got fever in his life and myself I got fever and my wife also got fever in our lives and please we are going to withdrawal all our policies as because all o[censored]s got the fever once in our lives. My mother was not alcoholic of fever or Weakness. It is as normal as comes to everybody at normal intervals.

        Please submit the proof to Consumer Court or the Court of Law as I am soon approaching to them including Media. Please solve this issue on or before 15/11/2008 or else I will approach to Consumer Court + Court of Law +

        Note: I am having proof that she got 6 STRITCHES by falling down and it comes in accident criteria and even though ICICI Lombard is misguiding to public by your employee by giving FALSE PROMISES without full information. Then this is your mistake and due to your mistake why the public should suffer and I am not going to live ICICI like this I will take this matter to all Courts even though I am ready to pay 1 lakh as court fees but I need justice.
        I totally agreed with all the Complaints, as I am also the victim of Fraud of ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard.
        There should be some actions against ICICI Lombard department.
        I also totally agree with all the complaints against the ICICI Credit Card as I am also the victim of Fraud of ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard and definitely there should be some actions against ICICI Credit Card department which issues all those policies.

          All the ICICI Lombard Employees Guiding me with wrong information.Now i dont know what is correct information.Not able to belive even single person from ICICI LOMBARD.I am really dippressed because of this and this leads to mental torture.

          ICICI Lombard — WRONG INFORMATION FROM BANK

          I RECIVE A CALL FROM ICICILOMBARD THAT YOU HAVE RECIVE A ICICI CREDIT CARD, ON THIS CARD WE OFFER U A INSURANCE POLICY YOU PAY YOUR PREMIUM THRU CARD & U WILL PAY IN 12 MONTH EMI FREE OF INTREST& ANY EXTRA CHARGE.
          I PURCHASE HELTH POLICY( POLICY NO. 4063/HAP/W-116187/00/000 )ON 24 FEB 2008 & I PAY RS.15099.00 THRU MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD. AFTER FEW DAYS I CHECK MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, I FOUND IN MY CREDIT CARD BANK CHARGE FROM ME PROCESSING FE & INTRESTPER MONTH . I CALL TO ICICI LOMBARD THAT MY CREDIT CARD BANK CHARGE INTERST & PROCESSING FEE SO YOU CENCIL MY POLICY.
          THEY GIVE ME REQUIST NO 1403087 DT.14.03.2008. ON DATED 20.03.08 MY POLICY HAS CENCILED. THAN I TOLD ICICILOMBARD FOR MY AMOUNT REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEY TOLD ME YOUR AMOUNT TRANSFER TO YOUR CARD ON DT. 24.03.08. BUT THERE IS NO AMOUNT TRANSFER IN MY CARD . I CALL TO ICICI LOMBARD MANY TIME BUT THRER IS NO ACTION.

          Same thing happened with me while they were selling the policy they committed interest free emi but later charged interest to my card. When i got my policies cancelled they deducted amount as per some slab rate which says no refund is to be made if policy is more than six months old. Further they delayed cancellation by more than 1.5 months charged one more installment and did not refund even 25% as they made sure to cancell policy after 6 months despite giving cancellation no. during 5th month itself.

          I hd renewed my policy No.4034i/ HIR/ 04475906/ 00/ 000 Valid from 6th MARCH 2009 to 5th MARCH 2010 by making d payment through my ABN AMRO credit card n was assurred by your executives that they would arrange for making the payment in monthly instalments.once the pment was made i received a full bill from the bank & your customer care told me that it is not possible for them to arrange for making the payments in EMI's.then i again called the person who had renewed my policy who assuared me tht he wil get my statement collected & get it converted into EMI.im still waiting as after repeated reminders nothing has been done.My payment to the bank is overdue & now I wil also have to pay the late fee.I really feel cheated & hv advised all my friends n my collegues not to take a new policy or renew their existing ICICI LOMBARD POLICY.

            I bought insurance policy for my parents from ICICI Lombard on the 21st July 2008. They were supposed to call my parents for the medical check up before they issue the insurance policy. Its been 12 days no calls yet. The money i paid in full for the premium and in a blink of the eye the money was gone from my account. I was like wah wah what a super fast service. But thats all fake they dont bother once they get the money my parents are aged i just wanted some cover for them but ICICI Lombard is putting me through this uncertainty by not doing their job.

            Amount paid was Rs 39750. I have complained to different channels but yet to receive a call. Wondering how to get these guys to give me my money back or the insurance activated.

              ICICI, This is one of the serious problems that I faced with ICICI service so far in last 3 years

              Here are few details for your reference :
              My Name : Ansar CP
              ICICI Health Card Policy Number : 4034/FPP/03823386/00/000

              In July Mr, Ranjith from ICICI Credit Card department contacted me and advised that there is health card which has been generated on my above mentioned credit card and this card is something like a add on service that ICICI provide to the customers those who do good transactions. And also told me that this card already issued for me and the will be delivered in 7 working days and in the meantime I would receive a call from ICICI Lombard for the address verification and to explain other benefits of this card., Ranjith clearly convinced me that this card can be cancelled within 7 days after receiving it by calling him directly on ( 91-[protected]) and also told not contact Lomard for the same wince I will be charged . So I trusted Ranjith since I know him with ICICI since many months as he was the person who used to enquire about if any problems on my credit card and resolve tem . Within two working days after receiving the health card I called Ranjith and asked to cancel the card immediately. Subsequently I have been informed by Ranjith that my health card has been cancelled successfully without any charge. Later after a month / more I have noticed couple of transactions concerned to this health card on my credit card . I got scared a bit and called Ranjith once again to enquire if he has not cancelled my policy yet. To my surprise, another person from the same office attended my call and informed that Ranjith is no more working with ICICI…So immediately I asked that person to give contact of his Team leader and hence I got hold of one Mr.Gopal Krishna ( Team Leader, Employee : code : 7863, ICICI, Nonkampakam, Chennai) . I have been informed by Gopal that Mr.Ranjith has got terminated from the office already since he has been noticed as incorrectly providing service to the customers including me and the core key he used on last days was to make the customers avail Health card form ICICI somehow ( I have recorded this voice already on my phone with knowledge of Gopal and the same can be published to you any time upon request to confim the root cause of this problem ) …listening to this I got really shocked and there after Gopal advised me not to pay any dues related to the health card on my credit card and I would need to continue without paying for an year so that the policy will get cancelled by its own. As I was not very comfortable with this solution I have asked him provide a written statement for the same and he agreed that will be sending in two working days. Since I did not receive any e-mail from Gopal I called him once again to enquired about it and I have been told that he did send the email already but might be undelivered to me for some reason .on the same day he did recalled these two solutions to overcome this problem : 1) cancel my credit card calling customer care 2) or Do not pay health card premiums for one year .As I knew that both will trouble me in future and did not get any response from Gopal there after, I have registered d a complaint with ICICI #[protected] ..Customer care advised me to contact ICIC Lombard for the cancellation of the health policy and I did the same…Since I heard from Lombard that I would be liable for the cancellation charge in anyway and I really want to be liable for the same since it was not my mistake at all, I have approached ICICI, Koramangala, Bangalore branch and got the contact of Mr. Sajith Mahadevan, Assistant Manager, Bommanalli Branch, Bangalore …On first day Sajith explained the proper procedure to tackle this by contacting Lombard and he did tell me that he will be able cancel all my dues on Credit card once Lombard cancel the policy from their end .Hence I approached ICICI Lombard once again for the cancellation through SR#23100889.later I heard form from Lombard that I will liable for the cancellation charge and its will be nearly 14000 including last moths premiums and the same need to be paid by cash .I contacted Sajith again and explained him the situation …Later as was unsure on how to tackle this and help me, he provided a contact of Mr.Ranjit Raman, MG Road Office, Bangalore[protected] . I contacted Ranjith and explained the situation once again …Listening to it I have been asked by Ranjith to write an e-mail to [protected]@icicibank.com to get a proper resolution on this issue .Currently am working with them, , really do not know where will it reach ? I might require your help on this

                icicilombard health insurance — assured work not done ,wrong information given to their clients

                Dear Sir/madam,
                I had a health insurance policy with u, wen i met with an accident and there were few foreign parts planted in my body, i used your insurance and the coverage was not sufficient, so i walked in to one o[censored]r branch and requested to increase the sum insured, but the branch misguided me saying that, they will not be able to increase the sum insured and they told me to purchase a new policy with them, with higher sum assured and they also told me that as i already have a valid insurance with the same company all my personal details, dob and my case history will be transfered to the new policy where in i can use the new policy to implant the foreign parts out of my body. So the company gave me a new insurance policy with all the same details with a higher sum assured and the branch was aware of my accident and trauma, the branch misguided me stating that i can ignore on the old one and use the new one in future to use it to remove the foreign parts .But where in now TTK has rejected my pre authorization stating that this problem was there in me before i took the insurance .The branch did not transfer my details correctly when my 1st policy was also with them with the same name and details of my accident, when they gave me a new insurance wen the old one was valid.I am unable to use the 2nd insurance given by u to claim for removal of parts .I was misguided and the old insurance and the new insurance was not linked

                  Cancel the policy
                  Res. Sir,
                  I purchased a credit card from Barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 8290 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy .
                  And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory.Please help me in cancelling this policy

                  Credit Card — Cancellation of HealthInsurance

                  Respected Sir,
                  I am vanisree.J working in SATYAM .I got two credit cards and without specifying any details about health insurance they conform my helath Insurance scheme.
                  So now i want to cancel the health insurance. I made call to helpline several times but i didn't get proper information from them.So kindly accept my request and cancel my Health scheme.

                  Health Card — cancellation of my health card

                  I dont need any type of health card taken in my mothers name with her DOB 25,feb,1964 and the amount has been debited in my credit card card account . I just want cancelltion of that card and credit of that amount.Just this is harshing on me.Iam in such a position that I cant pay any amount towards this card.
                  Nu-bodi has stolen my debit card number and is charging me monthly. I hear from the BBB that they do not have a business license.

                  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — excess amount charged during cancellation

                  I got the policy no. 4034/FNP/02457900/00/001 cancelled on 24.12.2007 vide cancellation ref no. [protected] ie the same day I got other 3 policies cancelled.

                  Due to some mistake ICICI LOMBARD did not cancell this policy and charged my credit card another installment. When I received my Card Statement I called up ICICI LOMBARD in Febuary 2008 to complain & tell them the problem. They must have cancelled the policy after my Complaint call.

                  Therefore it is simply an internal matter of ICICI LOMBARD as to why the policy was not cancelled despite they issuing a cancellation reference to the customer. Therefore the refund must be calculated taking DECEMBER 2007 as the cancellation date and not febuary 2008.which as per them do not entitle me for any refund.

                  Hai, nearly 2 months back i get an health policy from icici lombord but after that i am not interested to continue a policy, . so i informed to the customer care to cancel the policy but that person told me to informed about the cancellation to the persons who are in the cancellation department and they informed me a toll free number to call. After that when i tried the cancellation departement they asked me a policy number but that person in the policy department didn't informed me any policy number so again i called to that icici lombord policy departement and i asked my policy number but they not responsed about that. They not informed me any policy number still now but they take approximately 250rs from my credit card, . Now what can i do. when i called to cancellation department they told me they couldn't get my details in the system. i have the credit card in icici more than 4 years but they informed me they dont have any details about me in their system. After that they accept my complaint and they gave me a cancellation request number and informed me that they will cancell the policy within 11 working days but toady its take more than 11 days but still they not canncelled the policy... that cancellation request number is 3100822. Now i want to cancel my policy.. no body can response me in the icici lombord department... Lets tell me how can i cancel the policy...

                  I purchased a credit card from icici bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 9700 rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy .
                  And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory.Please help me in cancelling this policy
                  you can send the file for processing and don't authorise the insurance during verification. If they insist, record the call and raise a formal complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman and the IRDA. Inform this misselling to ICICI lead branch and CC it to RBI.

                  This will take bring it to the attention of ICICI bank, RBI the banking regulator and IRDA the insurance regulator.

                  Despite this if the premium has been billed into your card, first approach the Ombudsman.

                  on 30 th oct-08 custmercare excutive called from bangolore office and told that reward programme of hsbc offerd you the free health insurence policy. premium 5726/-. for accounting purpose the premium amount will be debited from my credit card and subciquently it will be credited.this only for acconts convience.
                  this month i received the statement . in this amounted had been debited and no credit. i contacted the hsbc and clarified that ihave to pay premium from my pocket.

                  when the cus care excutive called up iwas very clearly asked him that already ihave other the other policy sum assured is 5lac.
                  i dont need new policy.
                  kindly look into matter and please cancel the policy is it is excuted.on 26 of nov i have spoken to MRS GUL of cus care bnglre and sent the statement copy of the credit card.

                  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — cancellation fee for health card

                  During the activation of my credit card, my health card also got activated. ICICI staff by name “Shiva” is responsible for both of my cards activation.

                  He misguided me, asking me to say yes for the activation of the health card as it would help him in activating the credit card at the earliest, else it would take some more days to activate the credit card. He also said that he would be sending the agreement and after that if I do not wish to keep the health card, I can place the cancellation request by calling him at his number. I did accordingly, thinking that he was one among the ICICI staff.

                  After that, I called him within 30 days of the card activation and asked him to cancel my health card for which he agreed and told that he would be canceling the health card.

                  But on November 13 I got the credit card statement saying that I have to pay towards the health card. I tried contacting Shiva but no response. Later I contacted the customer care twice, but I could not get any appropriate solution (they are asking me to pay for the cancellation fee) .Also one of your customer care executive agreed saying that I have been misguided/cheated (I have the recorded proof of the conversation that took place between us).

                  Since Shiva activated my credit card as well as my health card Kindly contact MR Shiva, as the contact details will be available in your data base.

                  I have placed a copy of my complaint in www.consumercomplaints.in/. I have lost all my faith towards ICICI and I am planning to close all my accounts in ICICI (credit card, debit card, health card, also the loan which I had planned to take for my higher education).

                  I have bought a flat in Hyderabad in Dec2007 . I have taken the loan from ICICI Bank . At the time of approval I was told that I have to take ICICI Lombard Policy for insurance on housing loan . At that time I was told that I will get three EMI waiver if I loose my job . In Nov 2008 I lost my job due to recession . When I approached the ICICI Lomabard I was told that they will send the claim papers in 7 days which I got in 32 days that to be after calling them hundred times . When I submitted all the papers I was told that I have resigned from my job thats why I am not eligible for the claim .

                  My question to ICICI Lomabard officials is who nobody will resign and join on a lesser salary . This all drama these people are doing just to cheat me .

                  ICICI Lombard — Making false statement. Miscommunicate and charge huge amount for cancellation

                  I am using the ICICI Credit Card from 10 months. I got a call from a female executive of ICICCI Credit card division. She told me to take ICICI Lombard Health Insuarnce. She assure me that it can be cancelled without any cancellation charges. She promise me to increase the Credit Limit of my Credit Card after taking this ICICI Lombard Health Insurance. She told me that I can cancel the policy anytime without cancellation charges if I donot like the Policy. After 4-5 days when I got the printed documents of the Policy I contcted them to cancel the Policy. They told me that now the Policy is cancelled and I don't need to pay any policy premium and cancellation charges. But after one month my ICICI credit card is debited by the policy premium amount. When I contacted ICICI Lombard Customer Care they told me that they didn't get any request to cancel the policy earlier and now I have to pay a huge amount Rs.2500.00 towards cancellation charges. ICICI credit card customer care also refuses to any help regarding it because they are also induldge in this fraud. Both the company are a big cheater and making the people fool by their false statement.I want to lodge complain against them. Can any body help me how and whom I have to lodge complain? This information would be helpful to large no. of victims of ICICI credit card and ICCI Lombard Health Insurance Fraudism.

                  ICICI Bank — Accept Health premium for cancelling credit card

                  Hi... I have taken an ICICI future credit card. After 1 month when i used it at a retail store, it says "CARD INVALID".
                  I called up to customer care regarding this, and they suggested me to do a Balance Inquiry on any ATM machine so that they can verify their logs. I did nothing, but i got a Call after 1 week saying that "Sorry sir, your card is not activated; this is a mistake at our end. Can we activate it now". I was no more in the mood of continuing the credit card and asked them to cancel the card. This is what they said "Sir, we don’t have the authority to cancel this card, you need to accept a Health insurance premium first, once you accept this premium then we get the authority to cancel this card". i inquired if there were any charges and they replied there will be no charges. once i accept the premium card would be cancelled.

                  First they transferred the call to ICICI Lombard department (Chennai). Credit card Dept. prepared me with the questions that ICICI Lombard department will ask and i need to accept all the conditions. I simply said yes to all they said (This is the big mistake i did).After 10/15 min after the acceptance call, ICICI credit card department called me and said that the card would be cancelled and asked me to ignore any mobile/email alerts i receive. Next month i received a SMS saying dues on my credit card. i ignored it as suggested. I got a Call after 3 months from Credit card department asking me to clear dues. I explained the Whole story of cheating me. They are questioning me back how i trusted a fake call and said there are no details of any call made from Customer care to my mobile on the date i mentioned and told me to sort this with Lombard dept. I called Lombard dept. and they say that, "Sir, you accepted all the terms in the call". you should have asked us in the call that, "Is this a mandate to accept a Health premium for cancelling Credit card". i spent 2 to 3 days calling both ICICI Credit card and Lombard dept and finally ended with paying my dues (+ a mobile bill of 100/- plus)as cancelling the policy would charge 50% of total premium...(2700/-)

                  I purchased Health Insurance policy from ICICI LOMBARD, for my father, on phone. I already have policy on the name of my mother from same company. At the time of purchase of policy the Sales Executive of Company told that its same policy which you purchased for your mother. But today when I received policy document, some difference found regarding renewal of policy.
                  As per new clause if you make claim during insured period then premium increase by up to 75%. As its too harsh for customer, I request for cancellation but they said for that 25% of premium amount deducted by way of cancellation charges if we cancel during first 30days of insured period.                   A couple of weeks ago, we had called in ICICI bank for getting the Medical Insurance from your company and had also ordered for my Bike Insurance. One of your reps named Sudhakar had come down to collect all the documents for Mediclaim and Bike insurance.

                  Its been almost 3 weeks now and he is still yet to get the Bike insurance for me. I have tried calling him many a times but there is no response from his side.

                  Its a humble request to ICICI to ensure that they have a keen watch on the people that are working for them as if the same trend continues, I am sure that people like me and many more may take their business from ICICI bank to some one else. Currently i hold all my bank accounts in ICICI bank and now looking at the service, I am planning to move my service off ICICI and go to some other more reliable bank.

                    I purchased a motor insurance policy online. the policy no. is 3001/51197925/01/000.
                    As per the policy the policy total own damage premium(A) is Rs.4722.00 after No claim bonus and total liability premium(B) Rs.2875.00. Total package premium(A +B) is stated as 9116 which is Rs.1519 more than the actual 4722 + 2875 = 7597 to be charged after this the taxes for 9116 (which is wrong ) 1127 is charged making a total os 10243 was charged. I have tried every option available to show the mistake and get the refund. But they give me on answer to other to refuse refund. They say age loading has been added. i dont understand this...since it is not shown in the policy. I asked for a new policy stating age loading which they refuse to give.

                    Please help me getting refund from this cheats.

                        ICICI Lombard Insurance Co Ltd — Icici Cr card deducted money from mysavings a/c rs 13750

                        Sub:- Un authorized deduction of Rs 13750/- from saving account .

                        Dear Sir,


                        I am holding savings bank account with ICICI bank since eight years. Bank has
                        issued me a cr card and debit card for lifetime free of cost. Since issue of Cr
                        card I am using the same regularly and I am also settling the outstanding amount
                        from time to time. Once upon a time I have also paid excess amount to Cr Card
                        account and it was also informed to Icici Bank in writing.

                        In one of the Cr card Statement of Jan 07 EMI amount reflected immediately I
                        Enquired with Cr card and Icici Bank and I was informed that this amount is
                        pertaining to ICICI Lombard Inse policy . Then I have informed Icici bank and
                        Cr card that I have never signed or never opted for any type of insu policy
                        then why this amount is shown in my Cr card statement and also written letter
                        to ICICI bank and explain to them the amount again ICICI lombard inse policy
                        amount will be deducted and balance amount will be paid .But since then further
                        statement also reflected the Emi amount . after few months I have received a
                        letter from ICICI bank that the amount has been withdrawn and will not reflect
                        in next statement . I had visited the Bank and Cr card section many a times
                        personally and also submitted the documents to concerned staff.

                        Please note that I was ask to contact Cr card section and ICICI Lombard and visa
                        versa .I had send many E mail to both the banks but no one was replying my E
                        mail properly and they were not solving my problem and giving silly reasons for
                        not refunding the amount ( I am enclosing all the correspondence made with them
                        and Cr card statement copies for your reference and further action and advice to
                        me in this matter )

                        I am also enclosing the copy of letter send to higher authorities of the Bank,
                        which is self-explanatory.

                        Sir, I am really fed with ICICI Bank and ICICI LOMBARD doing the
                        correspondence. Icici Lombard are not giving me anything in writing and not
                        ready to solve my problem and they have deducted my money amounting Rs 13750
                        with out intimation to me and for no fault of mine. Till date I am in problem
                        and no proper reply is given to me.

                        This is my small history in nut shall If you read my mails you will know how
                        much correspondence I have done with both banks and personally meet them to
                        solve my problem

                        I would request you to pl take up my case and solve my long pending matter.

                          Sir,

                          This is to bring to your kind notice, an alarming case of “Dishonouring of the Terms & Conditions, ” cited in the contract signed between the insurance company (ICICI Lombard) and the client (Mr. Binod K. Jain). While insuring a vehicle, the said insurance company assures to cover all risks the vehicle is insured for, vide the terms & conditions clearly stated and under the regulatory jurisdiction of your organization.

                          But, when it comes to the payment of insurance claims, the same company drags it’s feet by delaying the settlement by the non confirmatory attitude of it’s officers, the devious play of agents (out sourced) assigned by them to verify the authenticity of the claim, which exceeds the limits of obnoxious, high handed and condescending manner in which the agents of the company question, threaten and behave during the said process.

                          Please find given below the sequential flow of events leading to the harassed state that I am in at the moment and which has led me to knock for justice at your door.

                          On July 05, 2009 I left Delhi on a day return excursion to Haridwar along with my friend (Sumeet Bali) and another gentleman (Dr. Goel from Meerut). My car (Make: Skoda Octavia) bearing registration number DL 6CJ 5913 was being driven by my friend Mr. Sumeet Bali. On the return leg of the journey on the same day, the aforesaid vehicle met with an accident on a culvert between Deval & Ganga Barrage on Bijnor – Meerut road.

                          Near the culvert, a cyclist suddenly came on the road in front of our car and in order to avoid hitting the cyclist my friend who was driving the car swerved the car to the left and lost control of the car. As a result the car fell off the culvert to a depth of approximately 25 feet and landed sideways on a bed of rocks and overturned, finally to land on the wheels. The car was badly smashed but thankfully all 3 o[censored]s miraculously escaped unhurt.

                          The police came immediately and called for a crane and hoisted the car out and then we got the car loaded on a truck, which ferried it across to M/s. Giriraj Motors Pvt. Ltd. In Gurgaon, who are the dealers and authorized workshop for Skoda Auto.

                          We, through Giriraj Motors, duly intimated ICICI Insurance Company, with whom my car is insured and the company sent a surveyor (Mr. Shubhanshu Jain) to survey my accidental vehicle, whose insured value is Rs.9.69 Lakhs. M/s. Giriraj Motors submitted an estimate of Rs.11.5 Lakhs for the repairs/parts, the value exceeding the insured value, making this case fit for being a “Total Loss.”

                          Please note the attitude of the persons mentioned below, which speaks volumes about the dishonest intent of ICICI Lombard as an organization.

                          • Claim Form
                          • Original report of the accident duly received & stamped by Police Station Ramraj.
                          • Photo-copy of the Driver’s License valid until 2015.
                          • Photo-copy of the registration of the vehicle.
                          • The estimate of repair prepared by M/s. Giriraj Motors (Authorized dealers of Skoda)

                          I repeatedly called Mr. Subhanshu Jain to enquire about the progress and the status of the report being prepared by him. Mr. Jain kept on delaying a confirmatory response citing official pretexts and said that he will tell me about the details pertaining to the settlement of the issue. Finally, Mr. Jain went back on his assurance and told me that he cannot divulge anything with regard to his report or the settlement of the claim and that I should now contact the “Verification Department” of ICICI Lombard and speak to one Mr. Nitesh / Nitin (Mobile:[protected], as the file had been put up there for verification.

                          Many amongst the list of the persons named above claimed to be calling from ICICI Lombard to verify the authenticity of the reported car accident. My friend (Mr. Sumeet Bali) who was driving the car at the time of the accident, Dr. Sanjeev Goel, who was the 3rd person sitting behind on the rear seat at the time of the accident and myself, who was sitting in the front passenger seat at the time of the accident, were repeatedly called by all the persons above (except Mr. Charandeep Singh) to give our version/description of the incident. This became highly irritating in nature, as they kept suggesting that the other persons questioned have said something other-than what the person being spoken to had said. The versions given by the 3 persons in the car at the time of the accident were same, as that is what had actually happened.

                          I called Mr. Nitin to check the status (as suggested by Mr. Subhanshu Jain – surveyor) of the case and the reason for delay cited by him is as follows:
                          “Our verification officers have already been sent to the spot of the accident to verify the accident, but since this is the season for Kanwarias pilgrimage to Haridwar, so verification will take 3 – 4 days.”

                          After 3 days, I once again called Mr. Nitin and he said that the case has been found to be genuine and that the report has been sent to the next level. He asked me to call Mr. Subhanshu Jain again to check the status. I called Mr. Jain and he referred me to Mr. Bhupesh Sharma, who said that the report has not been received as yet by him and that it will take some time. Sometime later I called Mr. Bhupesh Sharma again and this time he handed over his mobile to one Mr. Ashwini Sharma, who he said is the person in-charge of your case. Mr. Ashwini Sharma told me that my car’s accident case has been sent to the legal department of ICICI Lombard in Mumbai for their opinion.

                          This passing the buck attitude frustrated me very much and I asked him to provide me the name of the person dealing with my case in Mumbai and his contact number. To this, he responded that I cannot give you either the name or the phone number of the person concerned. This angered me no limit and I asked him how come he did not have this information, when he was dealing and working with a person from the same organization. Mr. Ashwini Sharma now said that he was not an official from ICICI Lombard but from a call center under contract from ICICI Lombard. This event was most frustrating, as no one really responsible or in authority was available. Mr. Ashwini Sharma sensed my anger and asked me to contact one gentleman, who was dealing with my case in Mumbai. The number he gave me was[protected], which I called immediately, the gentleman answered but he disconnected immediately and sent me a sms dated 22 July 2009 saying the following:
                          “I’m sorry can v talk after half an hr. into a mid of a meeting. Rgds”

                          Much to my chagrin, I discovered that this number & sms message belonged to the same Mr. Nitin who I had spoken to many times earlier and that this number was not a Mumbai number but a verification department number from Delhi. Sir, this is the kind of fraud that ICICI Lombard indulges in to frustrate the genuine attempts of the affected party to know of the progress and settlement of his case.


                          Mr. Dhiraj Dhigan – Verification Staff
                          Now, what I am about to state is the most pathetic display of rude and goonda like behavior of the ICICI Lombard’s staff. One Mr. Dhiraj Dhigan visited my residence to verify the incident and asked me to give a written statement of the accident. I told the gentleman that I had submitted 2 documents detailing the accident, namely “The Original report of the accident duly received & stamped by Police Station Ramraj” and “Claim Form has the complete detail in writing.” Also I stated that since the vehicle belonged to me and that my friend Mr. Sumeet Bali was driving the vehicle, both o[censored]s had jointly signed the afore-stated documents. To this, Mr. Dhiraj said that he had not received any of the 2 documents and that it was necessary for me to give him copies of both of them. I asked him how he did not have the said papers, when he works for ICICI Lombard’s verification department. I asked him for his identity proof, which he said he was not carrying at that moment but he was definitely an ICICI Lombard official. I believed him and gave him copies of the entire set of the documents.

                          Mr. Dhigan called Dr. Sanjeev Goel and told him that he was calling from ICICI Lombard and that he had certain information that it was Mr. Binod K Jain who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident and that now he had sold his accidental car to Mr. Sumeet Bali. Dr. Goel told him that all of this was incorrect and he presented him the right version of the event.

                          Following the aforesaid games played by Mr. Dhigan, he called my friend Mr. Sumeet Bali and told him that he was calling from ICICI Lombard asked him if he could come for verification. Mr. Bali said it was fine for him to come over and ask whatever he wanted. Mr. Dhigan reached the residence of Mr. Bali and repeated the same story that he had given to Dr. Goel and when Mr. Bali told him that his was the incorrect version, he asked him for a written statement. When Mr. Bali said that he has given a joint statement both in the report to the police and then in the claim form, he said in a very rude manner that he (Mr. Dhiraj) did not consider the report to the police and the statement in the claim form to be valid. Then he asked Mr. Bali to get a photo-copy of his license, which he did and then he told him that his (Mr. Bali’) license was not fine and that he had not seen such a license ever before. He then asked Mr. Bali to call me (Mr. Binod Jain) to come over and bring his driver’s license and all papers related to the incident along with. This frustrated Mr. Bali, who asked him for his I.D. proof. Mr. Dhigan told him very rudely, that he was from ICICI Lombard but was not carrying any I.D., as it is not necessary. Also, if you all want a speedy disposal of the case, then you should consider giving me (Mr. Dhiraj) something. Mr. Bali held him and called the police and reported the entire incident. The police report is being attached herewith for your kind reference.
                          One Mr. Charandeep Singh & Mr. Malhotra appeared on the scene when Mr. Dhiraj called them and on being questioned by the police, it became evident that all the persons stated above do not belong to ICICI Lombard but to one “Suraksha Enterprises, ” which is out sourced by ICICI Lombard.

                          After all the above frustrations, I once again called Mr. Subhanshu Jain (surveyor) and this time he gave me the phone number of another gentleman, who he claimed is the man in-charge and working directly for ICICI Lombard. He, he said had the final authority to take decisions in your case. I’ve called Mr. Harendra Prasad more than 10 times till date and he has responded in the following manner:

                          • I do not know of this case, please call me tomorrow.
                          • I have heard about this case but the papers have not reached me.
                          • Please give me some more time, as things take time to move in our verification department
                          • By tomorrow your case will be finalized. You will hear from me.
                          • He never called, so I called him and this time he said that the 3 o[censored]s (Binod Jain, Sumeet Bali & Dr. Goel ) will have to go the Pitampura office and meet one Mr. Ashwini Sharma, who will verify your case. I immediately told him that I had spoken Mr. Ashwini Sharma and that Mr. Sharma works for a call center and not for ICICI Lombard. Mr. Prasad asked me how did I know this fact, to which I responded that Mr. Sharma had himself told me so. Mr. Prasad kept quiet thereafter and I told him that I want to meet someone from ICICI Lombard and not with some out sourced persons claiming to be ICICI Lombard staff in authority. Mr. Prasad finally sent me a sms dated July 23, 2009, wherein he states that I should go and meet Mr. Bhupesh Sharma.

                          Sir, this is how ICICI Lombard and their agents play with their client and this is a clear case of harassment, where despite the fact that I pay heavy premiums for insurance, when it comes to payment for a genuine accident claim the company drags its feet and starts to brow beat and frustrate the client and then may be agree to an amount, which is loaded in the company’s favour.

                          I request your kind intervention in the above matter, so that the above matter may be settled in a just manner without me having to bear a massive loss due to the insurance company’s dishonest ways which is a clear indication of its business malpractice.

                            Last Month (5 SEP 08) I had called up ICICI Lombard on the Toll Free number and got instant reply after pressing a few buttons. I required CAR Insurance as the present one was expiring in OCT 08. The gentleman immediately made me an account in the icicilombard site and took down the details and instantly prepared everything in the blink of an eye and after my payment online even the policy was available for me to view. As good as that seemed, on checking I found one
                            major flaw in the Certificate cum policy Schedule. The registration was wrong. I called and they said it won't matter if I was making the claim from ICICI.
                            My CAR REGN is MH 01 AE 775. The policy shows MH 01 AE 1775.
                            This is obviously unacceptable in case of any accident/incident or a routine traffic check. The same
                            gentleman informed me that the changes will be done and e-mailed to me and also the hard copy will be forwarded soon. Till date I have neither received the ORIGINAL copy or an e-mail with the changes. The policy on site still shows the wrong CAR REGISTRATION.

                              i m subumtting this representation /complaintoon on the above subject as i did not get proper response from customer support icici lombard and coutomer care icici bank ltd . as concern is sent from customer support /customer care, vise versa .
                              in this context, i sent my representation to grievance redressal officer banjara hills, hyderabad 500034 on 14.08.2008 by speed post .but no information regarding action taken on the concern .
                              (1) that on my objection to block a sum of RS 8774 / (debit) on the card and requested to cancel the policy . and release the amount so blocked, the needful was done on 7th april 2008

                              (7) that i have sent email of this concern to pehredar of money control cnbc to hight light the issue for carelessness negligence and rigid /non co-operative attitude of the bank to give solution to the problem

                                few days back icici lombard health insurances executive have called me and told about some health insurance policy and told that you can cancell it if you donot like but he had not told me about the cancellation charges, and when i have called them for cancellation they said you will have to pay 25% of the annual premium for cancellation of the policy, but the executive had not told about this term other wise i will not accept the policy in any case.

                                does we have to pay the cancellation charges if we have summited the policy within 30 days of time period?

                                i am manish patel 11 months ago i had recived a call from icici lombard & i took 1 policy for my mother that time he didnt explained me everything he told me if i dont wish to continue i can cancel it & i was asked to pay my premium as a part payment from my icici credit card i continued it till 10 months but i didnt recieved any documents or policy papers, health card till now, last month my mother was sick she was suffering from some geynic problem &she needed an operation and i called icici lombard after strugling 3 weeks they sended me a soft copies of my document but they didnt posted me original documents i took that documents to a doctor he faxed that to icici lombard in reply they said that i cant claim this operation till 2 years.after getting dissapointed i called my icici bank credit card to not to pay any further payments to icici lombard they says first i will have to visit icici lombard office personaly & give a written application or mail to customer support icici lombard & i will be charged a cancelation charge, for what not to give me a claim. i want to know whose fault it is & i want all my money back because i was not informed earlier while buying a policy still i didnt have recieved a policy documents
                                ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Lombard are a big cheater. They also make me fool like you. I want to complain against them in IRDA and Ministry of Finance. Can any one can help me? I also warn the people not accept any proposal of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance.
                                I have faced a similar problem with ICICI Lombard Health insurance. I had agreed to some telemarkeeter's call for health insurance 1 year ago. After a couple of verification calls, I was sent my policy. After a few days I got one more policy. I mistook it to be a duplicate sent to me by mistake and did not bother.
                                But I realised now that I had been given two policies and deduction is happeninig from two of my ICICI credit cards. On enquiry I found out that during the 2 verification calls, I had given two different card nos. unknowingly and hence deduction is happening from both my cards for the past one year. ICICI lombard has taken this as an agreement for 2 different policies and have been deducting money from both my credit cards.
                                On realising my mistake, I called up ICICI Lombard for cancellation of 1 policy, and they now tell me that I have to agree to the cancellation charges without which the cancellation request cannot be accepted. Since I have not agreed to cancellation cgarges, they are continuing to deduct the policy emi. This is really fraud by ICICI Lombard in the name of health policy and is unacceptable.
                                I am ready to forgo the amount already paid since it was my mistake in realising that I had two policies, but even then having to bear cancellation charges is unacceptable. Can I get help in this matter, please?

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I got a call from Miss. Rani from ICICI LOMBARD on 8th september 2008, regarding health policy. She asked me to take a health policy, because ICICI BANK is providing health policy to ICICI credit card holders. But I told her that I am already retaining a health policy which covers my parents and me, that's why I am totally not interested for the policy.She told me that " you are not taking the policy right now, documents will be sent to you with in 14 days, then you decide wheather to go with the policy or not to go. After going through the documents, if you will not be interested with the policy, then make a call to me and cancel the policy without any charges". I got the policy documents and got shocked because it was showing in the documents that policy is started from 9th september 2008.Then immediately I called her to cancel the policies, she asked me the policy number and told that the policies will be cancelled and I will get the message of cancellation with in 48 ours as well as total money will be refunded to my credit card with in 30 days. I waited for 2 days, but I did not get any message, then again I called her, but she is not picking up the call. I called ICICI LOMBARD customer care and told them all the happenings to me, they registered the request for the cancellation of policies on 29th of september and told me that I will have to pay the cancellation charges for the same. I was shocked there. I told them whole thing, yet they are not listening to me.

                                  Therefore, I request you kindly to consider my case and do not put any cancellation charges for the cancellation of policies.

                                  Sir, I have received call from Mr. Rajeev from ICICI Lombard, Hyderabad from this number [protected] at 11:43 am dated 12/1208. This guy told me that his company offering some health insurance policy. I replied that I am not interested in any health policy. He again told me that “Sir after read the document, please decide to take it “. I agreed and ask the procedure. He said that “one verification call will come after some time from ICICI LOMBARD verification department. You just agree to all condition and will reply only positively.” He disconnect the call.
                                  At 4:40 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from ICICI Lombard Verification Department from number [protected]. He has started the process to verify all things like
                                  “Sir Do you want to take our health policy. My Answer: -yes”
                                  “Sir this is final verification call and the amount is debited at once after this verification call. My Answer: - No don’t debit it until I confirmed. Your agent told me that when I received the document then I can decide to avail and reject this policy”.
                                  “Sir ok I think you have some doubt, we will call you after some time. My Answer: - ok”
                                  He disconnected the call after above conversation.

                                  At 5:14 pm dated 12/1208 I received call again from Mr. Rajeev from number [protected]. He told me that sir it is simply formality verification call. When my verify call will complete. He will call me again. I was agreed.

                                  At around 5:20 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from [protected]. I completed call verification.

                                  At 5:41 pm dated 12/1208 I received call from Mr. Rajeev from number [protected]. He told me, “Sir I got confirmation about your verification call, and money will not debit to your credit card until you do not confirmed that you want to get this policy.”

                                  I got sms on 15/12/08 at 8:01 a.m. from ICICI Lombard for confirmation for issued health policy. I was shocked and see my credit card statement online. I found that my credit limit is decreased and Rs.5890 is debited to me.

                                  When I am trying to call Mr. Rajeev on [protected], I got pre dubbing message that “ this number is does not exist”.

                                  Now I got understand that I was cheated by someone. I am confirmed that he is the employee of ICICI Lombard insurance. Otherwise who is interested and get benefit from this type of fraud.

                                  I called to ICICI Lombard customers care number. He told me that if I cancel this policy, Rs.890 will deduct as penalty. When I informed all the matter, he told me that it does not matter, and he has dubbed voice verification call. According to that I have to pay the amount which is applicable for cancellation the policy.

                                  I told to cancel the policy. Now I don’t understand what should I do? I don’t have any voice recording of conversation between Mr. Rajeev and me, but ICICI Lombard Company has proof as voice recording for verification in which I agree for all terms and condition.

                                  It is an act of fraud by "ICICI LOMBARD INSURANCE". First they offer credit card, then act as third party and levy charges on innocent public.
                                  I am confirmed that he is the employee of ICICI Lombard insurance. Nobody is interested and get benefit from this type of fraud rather than ICICI Lombard Insurance.

                                    I have purchase a icici lombard genereal insurance product helath insurance but send a policy only accidental death cover policy.I call on 20/11/2007, executive and talk please cancelled my policy as soon as possible.and apply cancellation application my id no is:[protected].but every month amount debited in my (Rs10633/-every months Rs945/-)icici credit card no:[protected].I call every month icici customer care department and they give me every month id no.20/11/2007 ([protected]), 14/12/2007([protected]), 9/1/[protected], 22/1/2008([protected]), 5/2/[protected], 10/5/[protected]...then i call on 15/3/2008, and talking with Mr.Imran, he give me complain no : 2570905, and he say me send us credit card statement of copy and refund my money but icici lombard refund only 4430/ on april 2008, I apply for the complain please refund my RS.6203/- as soon as possible.my detail is given below.

                                    ICICI Lombard — Money refund

                                    I booked my car insurance online on Jan 13th 2012. As part of online booking, my credit/debit card was charged twice. In spite of complaining, my money is not being refunded. MY refund money should be Rs,14989.00.

                                      I had received a letter from ICICI Lombard in the month of Jan/Feb 08 which stated that my policy has been canceled and that I would be refunded the balance amount shortly. I had spoken to Mr. Rajesh Kumar (Senior of Mr. Rajeev Kalra, the field inspector/officer) at that time and was assured that he would look into the matter personally as there were some ambiguous issues which led to my policy being canceled and they needed his immediate attention.
                                      The issue which led to my policy being canceled is as follows:

                                      "Excessive claims taken by me for my car in the year 07/08 led to the policy being canceled."

                                      I wish to bring it to notice that there were incidents where their staff (Mr. Rajeev Kalra ) had given approval for work to the Bodyshop at Southcity Ford, Noida through multiple claims for a single accident without discussing the matter with me. I became aware of this issue, only when I was provided a copy of the bills at the time of picking up my car from the service center/bodyshop. The same matter was informed to Mr. Rajesh and he had promised to sort it out for me.


                                      Further to my discussions with Mr. Rajesh I did not receive any refund cheque till date which led me to believe that the matter has been resolved at his end and that my policy has not been canceled.


                                      My car suffered some damages recently and due to this fact I got in touch with Mr. Rajesh to understand how to proceed with the insurance claims keeping in mind the previous incidents. He informed me that somebody from his staff would call me to understand my problems and would help me sort them out asap. Mr. Rajeev called me as promised and understood the issues from me in detail and informed me that he would get back to me shortly.

                                      Almost two weeks passed by and I tried getting in touch with Mr. Rajesh but he did not attend my calls and ignored my text messages as well. I called him from my office land line number and incidentally he attended the call. He told me that he has been on a vacation for the past two weeks and therefore he couldn't attend to me. I requested him to provide me his senior's contact details so that I could take this matter with them. He refused completely and took Mr. Rajeev on the call in conference mode. Rajiv clarified that he had not reverted to me as was expected of him and therefore my dissatisfaction with Mr.Rajesh was appropriate. Even then I was not provided the contact details of Mr. Rajesh's senior officer.

                                      Now, I am being rudely told that my policy stands canceled and that I am not a customer of ICICI Lombard anymore so Mr. Rajesh does not have any moral or professional duties towards me or my concern. I found out Mr. Udayan Joshi's (senior of Mr. Rajesh Kumar) contact details some how and narrated the whole incident to him as well. As expected I did not get any help from him and my case has become a series of reminder mails to these gentlemen working with ICICI Lombard.

                                      My Issues that I seek justice for, are as follows:

                                      1. Why were multiple claims provided for a single case of accident? (I can provide the mails from the month of November last year till today which clearly show the issue in entirety !!)

                                      2. Even if providing multiple claims was the only solution possible, why was I not informed by the ICICI Lombard employee responsible for providing the approval when he must clearly be aware that it would lead to my policy being canceled ? Are there no rules and regulations which protect the interest of the customer ?

                                      3. Even if the policy was canceled, Why have i not received the refund cheque till date?

                                      4. How does the government govern the private companies dealing in public sector where their emplyees
                                      are neglecting their duties like the case here - Mr. Rajesh Kumar & Mr. Udayan Joshi of ICICI Lombard ignoring phone calls and Text Messages from customers continuously for two weeks when they are supposed to revert on priority?

                                      5. Please let me know whether the employees of ICICI Lombard are allowed to refuse the contact details of their superiors when requested by the customer?

                                      6. Why did I have to go through all this to understand the prevalent situation? Who is responsible for the "Agony" and "Frustration" that I have been though over getting a simple response from your staff ?

                                      7. Lastly, why do individuals like me have to undergo so much stress and agony to fight for basic services like insurance and how will these private institutions learn to respect and appreciate the customers.


                                      Looking forward to an early reply and a possible solution from you.

                                      well i totally disagree to whatever the gentleman has said, i had once taken a claim from ICICI lombard..which was dealt by Mr. Rajeev kalra (Area Manager ICICI Lombard, Noida)only & my experience was excellent.All my genuine claims were given & as some of my damages were old so they were refused, they all are experienced guys and my case was judged vey accurately...

                                      i strongly disagree the views expressed by you. i have been a loyal customer of ICICI lombord for last 4 years. i stay at noida & have taken 3 claims till date. service of icici lombard is really fast as compred to other insurance companies. i specially want to thank Rajesh kumar & Udyan Joshi (rajeshs superior) for a great service. Mr Ashutosh, stop making false statements & misguide others.
