I have submitted a claim 3 months back for risk covering policy of personal loan taken by ICICI bank.
My Claim is not yet processed even after submission of documents on 1st June 2008 and also got verified by ICICI Lombard team on 22nd June 2008. I have contacted to ICICI Lombard helpdesk by phone several times and got the answer that they are forwarding my concern to concerned department and they will contact me in 48 hour time, but I never got any call. They raised 2 service requests 4632194 and 10709973 for my concern.

Now more than 3 months have been since I initiated the claim and still my claim settlement is pending, although they claim that maximum of 45 days take for claim settlement. With this experience I am very much annoyed with ICICI bank. I never thought ICICI bank can be that much inhuman to a cancer patient and make him beg for the claim settlement.

Please help me out how I can find the justice?

    I was having an Health Policy which expired this month.

    I was chased by your people for renewal . Already, i have made up my mind to change the Policy since I had a very bad experience for one of the Hospitalisation claim . But, your sales people gave me an assurance that such incident will not repeat. Hence, I agreed to renewal with the policy amount debited on Equated Monthly Instalments.

    When I received my credit Card statement, I got shocked to see that the entire amount was debited in one go !

    If such an attitute ICICI is having in not keeping up the word, I am in loss of words to express my agony.

    I have already lodged the complaint ( against the person who spoke from your Hydrabad branch) for converting into EMI. The reference Number is[protected] .

    I am awaiting the response and will react based on the same.

    Through mail, I was informed that the revised policy Number is 4034i/HIR/04785735/00/000 and the documents will be forwarded to me. Till date, I have not received the same.

    icicilombard health care — wrong deduction by credit card

    i am a client of icici lombard mediclam compeny my mediclaim no is 4034 /i hir/05472545/01/000 which expierd on 24 augest 2011 so i renwe this police by phone through my icici bank credit card no by your bank officer so my above police is renew for more one year on dated 23/8/2011with rs11009=00 it is aggriable but same day your officer without my consent dabit rs 2054=00 and rs7586=00 dated 25/8/2011 and rs 26306=00 dated 3/9/2011 so i shocked withought my other policey how icici lombard dedect above amount in my icicibank credit card i am given to my credit card no to your officer mr sachin for enqviry but he is use my credit card without my consen and dabit above three entry so i call your officer and he told me you fil your complain though emil so i file my complin to you please very find this froud in my account and give me reply argently otherwise i file my creminal complaint in ahmedabad police station agenst your officer sachin who use my credit card no for wrong police no and make froud with with me

      I was contacted via phone by a sales person to buy ICICI Lombard health insurance.
      He called me since Iam holding ICICI Credit card. I have told 2-3 times that Iam not
      interested as the very name is ICICI. But he persistently called me and told so many
      benefits like Rs. 1000/- for every day hospitalized apart from all hospitalization benefits.
      Then I asked him to give me the link to go through the list. He told that the website is
      not having all details. Once I get the documents and if something is not there, I can
      immediately cancel the policy by calling him back and he will reimburse the full policy
      premium. Then there was a call from ICICI Lombard person directly to confirm the
      name/address/terms and conditions etc., The sales person asked me to say Yes for
      all of them (one that even says that on cancellation we have to pay some penalty).
      Somehow I agreed and recieved the policy documents. Then I did not find all these
      benefits in that and then called back this sales guy (Name: Shekar from chennai)
      and asked him to cancel. He agreed, but after repeated requests he did not try to
      cancel. He stopped picking my calls to his mobile number later.

      Then I called the landline number (from which he called me[protected].
      Some other person picked it called Mohammed Rehan Hussain. He then asked all
      details and offered to help me after talking to his manager. Then he told me that his
      manager mentioned that one policy cannot be cancelled. If I take a add-on policy on
      my mother/father's name, then they can cancel both together and refund the premium
      amount. Out of no way I agreed again and went through same procedure. After receiving the
      documents for my mother's policy I called this guy to cancel both. Again he did same
      stuff. After 2-3 calls, he himself started speaking as a different guy and mentioned
      Rehan is in hospital after accident. After repeated calls, one new guy picked it and
      he heard all the above and told me that they cannot cancel the policy without the
      penalty of some 25-50% of premium amount. He told me that the previous 2 guys
      told lies to me on the same and he is a new person joined and don't know Shekar
      or Rehan. All this appears like a detailed cheating plan employed by these guys.
      Iam paying around 24K for both the policies.

      Now I have raised a online compliant directly with ICICI lombard, not sure what
      result I will get. Can somebody suggest some ways to handle this?

      Dear Sir,
      Many companies are selling Medical/Health Insurance policy to their credit card holders via telephonic talk.
      Like ICICI's sister concern company ICICI Lombard, they call to the customers, and try any how to sale the insurance police.
      As soon as the customers say yes, they start the policy without any document signed by the customer, without any medical checkup.
      Moreover, without any information bank blocks the amount (however the insurance amount to be paid on monthly basis) and paid to the insurance company, and debit certain amount to the credit card account.
      Such thing happened with my friend.
      The banker is ICICI bank and health insurance company is ICICI Lombard which is sister company of ICICI group.
      When we went to the office and raised the question regarding the policy, they executive/manage told us that the complete telephonic talk was recorded and on that call record, the policy was started.
      When we told them to cancel the policy, the person told us that the representative would call after 2 days.
      After 2 days, the representative of the company called us and told that to cancel the policy would charge around Rs. 15000/- as a cancellation charges.
      Surprisingly, the premium it’s self is not more than that cancelation charges.
      By doing such thing without giving any information to the customer, is it legal?
      Moreover, they are passing information to the other company by breaking rule of the RBI notification.

      My question is that;
      1) Does such police is valid or not?
      2) Is it under RBI norms to sell Insurance policy on telephonic talk.

        I had purchased the policy (Policy no. is 4034i/CHC/04811319/00/000) using the EMI option but the whole amount was debited at once. The payment was done using my HDFC BANk credit card.
        On first instance when i came to know that the payment is debited at one go i cntacted the ICICI Lombard consumer care & they told me that the request of converting the payment in EMI was rejected by the HDFC BANK. On checking with the HDFC Bank i got the reply as -:

        "Further on receipt of your e-mail, we made a detailed review and found that to avail merchant EMI towards the transaction incurred on your card account. The transaction needs to be swiped using an HDFC Bank's EDC machine. However, we observe from our records and confirm that the same was not swiped through HDFC Bank's EDC machine. Hence the transaction incurred at M/s. ICICI Lombard is not eligible for EMI option".

        So it was clear that the mistake was made by ICICI LOMBARD & when i contacted them back with the HDFC Bank's reply they told me to cancel the existing policy & issue me a fresh policy the payment for which they will charge in EMI's.

        As the earlier policy was purchased using my HDFC bank credit card payment due date for which has gone past so the HDFC BANK is going to charge the late payment fee & finance charges on the amount which was wrongly debited by ICICI Lomard which they are refusing to pay.

        So, I request you to please look into this complaint.

          thought ICICI Bank is the trusted bank few hours before. Now only I come to know that it is the fraud company I never saw. If you want to know the reason, please read the story which happened on my life.

          I received ICIC Bank Credit Card in 2009. My credit card credit limit is 30, 000. I planned to increase my credit limit. On June 18, 2009 Morning around 2.00 pm I received a call from chennai ICICI Lombard Insurance a man introduced herself as Vijay (I don’t know whether this is a original name or fake name)ICICI Customer service officer, handling the Preparation of Credit Card Statement for my credit card. He asked me that if you are interested for increasing the credit card cash limit. I told “Yes, but I don’t know what it the procedure to increase my credit card limit”. He replied me that one guy will call you and talk you regarding insurance. You have to say yes for everything. I asked why should I have to say “Yes”. He replied no need to worry about anything . I am the person going to prepare Credit Card Statement for you. You will receive the verification call “Accept the things from the guy and don’t interrupt in the middle”. After that you will receive the policy with in 2 days. I have Called to u on this number and I have canceled the policy which i have received, There is no cancellation charge for this policy. This is the easier way to increase your credit limit.

          At that time I am not realized that she is cheating me to sell the product. I thought he is from ICICI Bank customer service. I received a call from Verification officer and I told “yes” for all the things. The same day I received a message from ICICI Bank at 4:00 PM, that I made a transaction of RS.5, 576.00/- from my credit card. I shocked. Next day he called me for that happen & he told me “Be Cool, nothing will happen, I am here to help you, without your permission nobody can take any single amount from your credit card. After receiving your policy number, I will cancel your Policy, Don’t worry”. I believed his words because I thought he is from ICICI Bank Customer Service. After that I received the Policy number on my mobile on 18th june 2009. In July 2009 Cradit cared statement added that policy amount. I immediately called to Lombard Customer service and informed the things which happened to me. Customer Service Officer replied that you can cancel the policy but you have to pay Rs.1800/- of your amount as cancellation charge”.

          My question is

          Why should I have to pay the cancellation charge?
          This is the way that ICICI encouraging their staff to cheat their customer?
          This is the way to develop your Business?
          If the Bank cheating its customer means what is the customer situation?


          Please don't belive anyone who calling you. Think twice before taking the decision. Be alert, because nobody will us after this kind of cheating. They are planned very well, how to cheat others.

            Respected Sir,
            I submitted the complaint of baggage loss on 23re December 08, and then after i have submitted the all the proof which is required for the claim except the boarding pass and original no compensation received letter from the air line(Duplicate i submitted). Till now i haven't received any check and they are telling that once you give me this two letter then after we will settle it, But how can it possible for me to give it because the boarding pass i throw out i thought it is not require in future and the No compensation letter is given by the british air line company by email, They are not ready for the hard copy to send me.
            Whenever i called to the customer care they told me that your check is in pending and it will take more 7 days to settle but it not settle yet.
            My name is Hitesh Patel and the insurance policy no is : 4049/0000088/02 and complaint number is : 3763455
            Please suggest me what to do with this situation?

              Hi All,

              Please be aware of ICICI Credit Cards / ICICI Lombard for froud insurance's

              First you will be getting the call from ICICI Credit Card department saying that you can increase your credit limit,
              and says that you should have minimum shopping points on your credit card.

              and they will suggest you to purchase a insurance plan from ICICI Lombard then you will receiving the points
              later you can increase you points.

              By this within 14 working days your credit card limit will be increased nearly to 1 lak.


              So, friends pass this information to all your wellwisers.

              My request with all you not to go any policy with ICICI Lombard.

                I had asked a policy through ICICI Lombard executive on phone and they had swaped 5796 rs amount which invoice no. is [protected] against that policy on 14th may 2009 but through some misguidence from that executive, that policy is not suited for me and new policy has issued to me which amount is 6301 rs on 22 May 2009 but Still i have not got my refund of 5796 rs amount from ICICI Lombard.

                I had called ICICI Lombard so many times but there is no any satisfactory solution by ICICI Lombard team.They had said to me for sending my ICICI bank statement and I have sent my icici bank statement for three times.

                Please resolve my query & refund my amount and refund late fee also against that amount ASAP.

                    I have taken a car insurance policy from ICICI Lombard on 25 Nov 2008. This policy was issued only after the verification of vehicle and all other documents viz. RC, previous insurance etc. by the surveyor of ICICI Lombard. They had issued the policy in my name even after they checked the RC which was on my sister's name. They did not tell me about any discrepancy on that policy. Now my car met with an accident and I have made a claim for the insurance. But, ICICI Lombard rejected my claim because of two different names in vehicle's RC and policy insured name. However, all other vehicle details and address are same. In fact, this was a mistake done by ICICI Lombard only as they should not have issued the policy in another person's name even after verifying the RC and other documents, and also they have taken the premium amount for the same policy. Now, when customer needs the claim, they are rejecting to process the same and hiding their mistake of issuing a wrong policy. Due to this, I wanted to cancel the policy and now they are saying that they will deduct some money from my premium as the said policy is with me since 25 Nov 2008. No matter whether it is Valid or Invalid or useless for the customer.

                    Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                      Have lost my job since March'09 ... According to My icici lombard ( home safe ) insurance policy, in a job loss I am eligible for a 3 month home loan waiver ...I hve submitted all the documents & forms duly filled together with my office letter stating that I had been asked to leave from my earlier office on account of lay off...

                      The documents though received by ICICI Lombard office on 16th May’09..( 50 days till date )i have had no positive response from them. Have called to confirm the status of my policy at least 6-7 times..but all in vain. Inspite of all this I have been paying my EMIs on regular basis B’coz I do not want to default from my side.

                      ICICI Lombard — Claim on Loss of job

                      I have taken a flat in Hyderabad in 2007 and at that time I at that time I taken the insurance on my loan by ICICI Lomabard which covers the claim on loosing the job . In Nov 2008 I lost my job because of recession & when I tried to claim I am not getting proper responce & its almost a month that I am trying but of no use .
                      You should escalate it to higher management in lombard.From where u got this insurance.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I received a phone call from icici lombard stating that there is a medical policy for self and the premium for two years will be 6616/-

                        and this will be paid by your icici credit card as the have tie up with Lombard

                        The monthly EMI was 311 /-

                        I asked them on phone whether there will be any interest charged for the Amount,

                        They denied the fact that no interest will be charged.

                        Now i received an sms from ICICI Bank that the interest will be charged on your total premium of Rs 6616 /-

                        I called lomabrd to cancel the policy as they had told wrong information

                        Now they are telling that i[censored] cancel the policy u wull be charged cancellation charges of Rs 952 /- as it is just one day before the policy been made

                        I have email it to the customer service of Lombard and i have copied it and send it below

                        But till now i had not got there reply


                        So iam writing it to u

                        This seems to be a very common fraud that ICICI Lombard is resorting to. One just receives a call and is bombarded with a lot o[censored]nnecessary information. The next thing you realize is that your credit card is being charged. There is no written consent for this deduction and I am sure the credit card division is part of the fraud. If they cannot make money in an honest fashion, they cannot start cheating people and more so their existing customers! This is not but cheating...!

                          I didnt wanted Health insurance policy then also they are deducting money from my account as EMI.
                          They just told about policy on telephone convincing and i agreed to send documents only.
                          I told i will confirm only after satisfying.
                          After reading i decided not to take and didnt gave any response.
                          I tried to contact them but they didnt response.
                          Lastly i went to their Andheri(E), Mumbai Branch.But they kept misguiding me.
                          I visited 5-6 times.
                          There is no any written communication regarding policy.
                          I had lost nearly 10000 RS and i suferred lot of problems.
                          This seems to be a very common fraud that ICICI Lombard is resorting to. One just receives a call and is bombarded with a lot o[censored]nnecessary information. The next thing you realize is that your credit card is being charged. There is no written consent for this deduction and I am sure the credit card division is part of the fraud. If they cannot make money in an honest fashion, they cannot start cheating people and more so their existing customers! This is not but cheating...!

                          They sold me the policy wrongly. I had lot of problems after
                          calling sales team and customer support. But this email process
                          is much better. They responded and I gave them all details. Now
                          they have cancelled my policy and refunded charges.

                            Dear sir/mam

                            I am have purchase Health policy from ICICI Lombard at 08/06/2009 with the policy no
                            4034i/FFH/W-910579/00/000 & Name Ravi Shishodia, Mrs Nidhi Shishodia Sum Insured 3Lac
                            & Premium Paid Rs 4570 INR. As per icici Bank Executive said me that if I make payment through My ICICI credit card they will make interest free 12 Equal EMI & every month charge 380.83 Rupees for next 12 Month.

                            Now I’m Surprise to see my credit card statement whole premium amount I have to pay in my next statement. I made call to icici Lombard customer care dated 23/06/2009 regarding this their executive “Madhu” give complaint no[protected] and emi will be converted within five working days, to check status of my complaint no 23609984 I again call to icici Lombard cust care no[protected] dated 30/06/2009 1:15 PM this time executive Sarita attend call ref no 4708980 when I ask the my complaint status she said that I have to cancel my current policy & apply for new one . when ask for cancelation charge she reply that bank will take cancellation charge also And refuse to take emi conversion request.

                            When I have not make any mistake there not my fault anywhere so why I pay cancellation charge to bank and why cancel my Health Policy . I am feel cheated by ICICI Lombard
                            This is very ridicules when they do fraud in selling their policy in this term how can any buddy trust for medical Claim

                            Kindly do resolve the case either back my premium money or convert interest free Emi as commitment

                            I have all details & Conversation I status no resolved by bank Till Evening I am going to registered a
                            Case in Consumer court or any other civil court as per Lawyer

                            And for NCDRC ( National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ) Kindly Registered a case behalf of me
                            I’ lot more mentally Harassed By ICICI Lombard Because I’m not able to pay whole amount of premium as My wife is pregnant and her delivery expenses month

                            Kindly reg a case against ICICI Lombard so that any other innocent person like cheated & fraud committed by these type of insurance calls

                            ICICI Lombard and ICICI bank — Fraudulent activities for medical policy

                            I’m writing this letter to you after a high dissatisfaction with the customer care service at ICICI.

                            I am an ICICI credit card holder. I received a call from ICICI marketing department. The guy who spoke with me introduced himself as a junior manager. He was like enquiring about the delivery of credit card bills. From when the problem started, as I didn’t even requested for a hospital care policy but when they called for the final card delivery confirmation, ICICI executive told me that a pre approved medical policy has been activated in my credit card. But I claimed him that I do not need a policy as I’ve the one already.

                            But between this conversation in a week I got a message to my mobile as already Rs.15000.00 /- was been deducted for a insurance policy no: 4063/HAP/04112973/00/000. So I called up ICICI Lombard care to cancel the request for Insurance policy. I raised a cancellation request. My cancellation request no is[protected]. They told me like they would be charging me with Rs 3000 for cancellation of policy as per norms. I told them that this was due to fraudulent activity with a person from ICICI, they told me to speak directly with ICICI care. I called up ICICI care and raised a complaint against this and they redirected me to ICICI Lombard customer support.

                            Then onwards whenever I called up service executives they are transferring the calls to here and there and they don’t really have a plan to act on my request, they are simply hopeless, useless and no light shown to my request. Hence, they are purely playing a fraudulent role and trying to get me into the trap.

                            As I’ve already heard about the malfunctioning of ICICI executives but this is my first ever bitter experience with ICICI.

                            Here, I ask you to take immediate remedy action on this and credit my money back to the card and suggest you to take legal action on the executive.

                            2. I have deposited a sum of Rs 49000/- in ICICI Infrastructure (Mutual Fund). After more than one month statement has not been received so far. Hence I contacted Mr Rajneesh Dwivedi of Agra branch as he was present in Jhansi branch at the time of my investment and he himself filled my form. After repeated requestes for more than 5 times a photocopy of the statement has ben received through one Mr Asheesh Tiwari, a broker. On checking the same it is found that all details including my name, account No, mailing address, residential tele No, Name of nominee are wrong. I approached Jhansi branch for rectification. Since no positive action from there, I again contacted Mr Rajneesh and he informed to handover the statement alongwith a copy of PAN Card and correct details to Miss Lalita Singh of Jhansi branch. Accordingly I handed over the said details on 19 Nov 08 (1100 h) and she informed me that a fresh statement will be delivered to me in the evening. I again visited Jhansi branch on 20 Nov 08 (1700 h) and I surprised to see that my request is laying on her table. On my interaction she introduced me to Mr Asheesh Tiwari. He initially rejected the request as the deposit is not made through him, finally he accepted and infomed me to wait for 10-15 days. Please do needful to rectify the faults and issue a corrected statement of accounts. My correct details are as under: IT WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED IF YOU CAN GIVE A FEEDBACK.

                              I have a loan care insurance policy from ICIC (4043/0000002/ICICI/HL/0019108). I got it along with my home loan (LBBNG[protected]). I got my home loan transferred to another bank, so I called customer care and asked them to cancel the policy. (SR[protected] on April 9. When I asked for the cancellation (i called 2-3 times to confirm before final cancellation) and everyone from customer care assured me that i will be getting refund about 12000 by cheque which will be send to my address. After confirming the fact that i will get refund i asked for cancellation. I got 3-4 calls for the cancellation and the executive forced me not to cancel it. But i refused and again confirmed in each call about the refund and everyone informed me that i will get the money. Finally the policy was canceled. After 2 weeks when i enquired about my refund, i got the shock that there is no refund. Since then i called icici multiple times and explained that why i would cancel my policy if there is no refund. I still have one and half years left. Since last 3 weeks i am calling and no results. SOmeone called Ms Parveen on 5 june assured me that she will check and get back to me but nothing happened.

                              I raised the issue on ICICI site with interaction id [protected]. I got one mail stating "With reference to your mail and as per confirmation given by our concern department, we would like to inform you that the policy( 4043/0000002/ICICI-HL/0019108 ) has been cancelled as per refund grid. "
                              I dont know and really do not want to know anymore what is this refund grid. Please understand the simple english what is my point and resolve it accordingly. What i know is that ICICI promised me a refund during cancellation and now ICICI is only refusing it. Whether you are writing mails or working in call centre you represent ICICI. The worst part is that no one bothered to give me a call. However for credit cards / invetment planning i still get spam calls from ICICI but to resolve an issue, no one calls!
                              Now the question is not about Rs 1000 refund but about the trust and faith in ICICI. The way i have been treated in last 2 months, makes me really angry and frustrated.

                                Hello friends, I found a strange thing about ICICI Lombard insurance company. Few days back, I tried to insure my car with this company online. After taking payment from me, they told me that they will send an authorized agent for surveying my car. The agent turned up after 4 days and then he tried to extort money from me, saying that if you want me to pass your car, I will need Rs. 500 for this otherwise I will reject your car. The car is in excellent condition; but I need the money. I refused and then he literally gave a wrong report of my car. I told this to the customer care of ICICI Lombard call center in mumbai, where there are only 3 or 4 people, who do not even know how to speak in proper and polite english with proficient grammar. They kept giving me the answer that the system is not yet updated. After constant follow up and headache, I got the money back into my credit card after one month. Never use this insurance.

                                Mu friend has one more experience. The company says that they do lightning fast claims; but its all wrong, my friend got only 7% of the claim amount. The only thing, which was "lightning fast" there was the bribe officials wanted. I am posting this to make all the friends cautious here.

                                  my policy expire on dt- 28-6-09, p0licy no-4034/fhr/03958637/00/000. your call centrer is refusing to renue on line, and says that you contect at your nearest branch. my current policy is rural, branch says that this rural policy is closed by compny and offering other policy on verry high primium i.s. rs 300000. instedd of old premiun of rs. 7300. call center is says that rural policy is runnig at present.what is true ?

                                  in rural policy there are certain cmmitments, what is about this commitment ? this is the problem of faith with icici compny------.

                                    ICICI LOMBARD & TTK are jointly bombarding the people with thier insurance schemas, they are the biggest shameless looters in the market...In my case they just called me and imposed a Medical policy on my credit card for Rs.12, 000/- which i am paying everymonth in EMI's till now...But i got hospatilised on Dec 11th 2008 and discharged on 16th dec 2008 & submitted all the documents for the claims by 23rd Dec 2008. But for my claim of Rs 19, 000/- they are till date repeating " ITS ON PROCESS" PLS GIVE US 2 DAYS TIME"...from TTK when called to customer care..[protected].

                                    Please remember to blast them when they call to sell you a mediclaim policy especially from ICICI LOMBARD & TTK..

                                    This seems to be a very common fraud that ICICI Lombard is resorting to. One just receives a call and is bombarded with a lot o[censored]nnecessary information. The next thing you realize is that your credit card is being charged. There is no written consent for this deduction and I am sure the credit card division is part of the fraud. If they cannot make money in an honest fashion, they cannot start cheating people and more so their existing customers! This is not but cheating...

For past one year I HAVE MADE MORE THAN 2 DOZEN CALLS, I have been receiving update from call center that my claim has been reopened but status is not changing. I am not receiving any useful information or escalation contact from call center folks.

                                        ICICI Lombard has recovered a huge amount of Rs.15000/- from my SB Bank A/c without my written consent in the interest of ICICI Lombard. I am stating since begining that though i have naver approched / proposed for any insurance to ICICI Lombard, thay have recovered Rs.15000/- towards Health Insurance Premium under the so called telephonic confirmation which i have denied since begining and also submited the proof in the matter.

                                        In my case i have categorically stated in all my mails that i have naver approched / proposed for the insurance from ICICI Lombard. But ICICI Lombard has febricated the so called telephonic confirmation recording in my name wrongly and adopted UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. I have also asked for any document, singed by me in the matter frquently which is naver supplied to me till date. This it self speaks about the Unfair Trade Practices adopted by ICICI Lombard.

                                        You are therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount as stated above without further delay in the matter.

                                        It is needless to state that if the amount of Rs.15000/- towards Health Insurance Premium under the so called telephonic confirmation is not refunded to me within TEN Days after receipt of this mail, i will have to approch Consumer Forum, Vadodara for the UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE adopted by ICICI Lombard in the interest of justice.
