Sir, My policy nos. is 4034i/CHC/04561184/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561183/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561182/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561181/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561180/00/000 i was allotted the policy based on verbal proposal from icici lombard health insurance on 25 march 2009. No one approched for signature & confirmation.
They started the procedure and debited Rs.29000/- from my icici bank...

Fake Policies imposed on me and money debited illegally from my saving account

An amount of Rs. 10, 510.35 has been deducted from my saving bank account through credit card ([protected]) link towards the ICICI Lombard policies which I never opted/accepted.

When I came to know about this I conveyed my denial to accept any such policy/policies but with no action taken from ICICI Lombard.

I have filed the claim of the car Hyundai i10 from ICICI Lombard bank on 20/02/2009. I have claimed total loss of my vehicle (UP 32, CR-2601)

Policy docket not yet received

I have two health policies with ICICI bank, namely -
1) In a joint name (myself and husband) which has been paid for on December 19, 2008.

2) In the name of my mother (Mrs. Achla Butalia) paid for in December 2008.

However, I have not received the policy documents in original or cashless cards inspite of several calls and reminders to ICICI Lombard.

I received calls from one called Kumar from[protected] a month back on my cell phone and he informed me about no-checkup health insurance from ICICI Lombard Company. Since I am 50+ now, I thought it would be a good chance to get myself equipped with another medical insurance when they are providing it without any pre-medical tests. Initially, i rejected his offer. But, he kept calling me again and again and I thought I of investing in it....
