[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Policy Renewal | |||
Hello Sir/Madam Greetings !!!!!!! I have an insurance policy from ICICI Lombard ( Policy number 4034i/FFH/W-021631/03/000 ). I made a payment via cheque (ING Vysya Bank cheque no .156371 Rs 5920 dated 2 june 2011 ).Cheque amount is also deducted from my bank account. But till date ( 7th july) my policy is not renewed . Company people say it is expired. No body giving me proper answer. Please help me on this. I've renewed my policy no: 3001/W-6168994/00/000 on Feb 11th till date I have not received cover note. When I call ICICI customer care they made me wait for 40 mins on hold and still I dont get to speak to manager. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY!!!

Unable to renew my two wheeler policy
Received a letter from ICICI Lombard to renew the policy through only, when I put the policy number mentioned in the letter, it's saying "Invalid Policy Number"Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
a company is at responding and resolving complaints by granting from 1 to 5 stars for each
complaint and then ultimately combining them all for an overall score.
