ICICI lombard is not giving 3rd party insurance policy for 2 wheelers even though as per irda mandate they can not refuse. I approached to branch office as well as customer care department of icici lombard but was declined in both the occasions.

Once I got a call from one executive of Icici Lombard about one health insurance, he told me that i will get the benifits (means my expenses will be covered) even if i don't get admitted in a hospital for 24 hours. (many health policy rule is like you need to be admitted in one of the enlisted hospital for 24 hours minimum.) Their policy will cover normal check up even if I don't get admitted. Hearing this I took the policy, and after almost 2 years when I went to a doctor and tried to use the facility then their customer care executive told me that I need to get admitted for minimum 24 hours to get this amount back. They gave me totally wrong information while selling the policy, and my whole money in the policy is waste, because that kind of policy I already have .
i have made a payment of Rs. 5500.00 on January 2011, through online to a Florist in Kolkatta, West Bengal. But till date neither he has sent the Gift on the given address nor returned the money (Rs. 5500.00). I have been following up on Phone and Emails, but no positive reply has been made by him.
i would request you please file a complaint against such Florist immd. so that he could not fool or trap other people.

I have purchased Spark Model LS car in September and it was insured from ICICI Lombard and I have not received my policy till date due to this I could not go anywhere freely and two times I had to pay unnecessary money to cops. I do not understand a policy can take 7 months for deliver. Please take a legal action against them so that in future they will take care of that .

    I bought above policy for one year only and the person sold me the same on telephone and while agreeing I clearly and emphatically confirmed that I am taking the policy for one year only and the sales man of company informed me that the plan is for two years but it will be renewed fro second year only after taking your consent.
    My complaint is:
    1. I have not received the policy documents at all hence could not use the free check-up facilities (as informed by caller) and other benefits.
    2. Company has renewed my policy for second year without my consent.
    Company has not given any documents of policy etc. hence I have been deprived of my right to get the benefits provided in the policy. Company is charging monthly premium on my credit card statement hence I am compelled to pay. When I received another call from company's sales person to cover my family only then I got policy number until then I did not know the policy number etc. When I asked company for closure of the policy after 12 months they are asking 100% premium for remaining month ie. 9 months which sounds ridiculous. Even after my information on phone and registered letter they have still not send the policy.
    hence now I want full refund of the total premium paid to the company in last 17 months as they have failed to provide any policy documents depriving me of my policy benefits.

      Sir,

      Please find below the content of last email sent till now to ICICI lombard, but i still have not heard anything. This was my 3rd email apart from numerous phone calls.

      "This is bring urgent attention of your kindself and seek mercy on a middleclass salary class person with 4 dependents ,
      Reference to the policy no MAR[protected]
      Incidents|:

      Accident took place on 24th march 2011
      Claim : 25th March 2011

      Till date i am being just given assurances "ho jayega sir, fikar mat karois this the way such a reputed copmpany works?
      I am shocked , that this kind of attitude will bring "fame to your company" but with adverse effect.

      Mr. Shrijit from Your company calls me for the first time on 19th of April stating me that"as i was doing audit , i found out that the case is still pending and i would like to help you. I said ok and gave himthe required details over a phone call and he said he requires a statement "as how the accident happened? and so on and so forth. I said , i have given you a copy of police complaint which has all the details right from my car no.,policy no. the entire story of how accident happened and signatures and seal of polce statement along with the properly documented complaint no.

      Three days later i has sent a text message to Mr. Shreejit thjat i have to go to consumer forum and complain that it hjas been almiost 1 month that i have made my requests, and nothhing is happening , and while i was travelling out of station , i cannot give a hand written statement , still it was insisted upon me that " ye to karna hi padega, otherwise hum kuch nahi kar sakta, humara company ka rule hai".and i have no option but to wait and handover a writtenn statement of how accident happened.

      on 25th i receicve a letter from your company that i am not replyingg to thge calls and not fulfilling the requirment of statement required by them. I was terrified and shocked to see such written communication , which was not actual , but was with defensive intent as to reply my text message sentto them about going to consumer forum.


      At first , Kindly explain me why such statements are being asked ?,if being asked , y at the 11th hour?over and above
      that , why the insurance company is taking so long to respond. I have other responsibilites and work to fulfil.
      I unfortunnately feel harrased by the company , inspite of all telephonic reminders there were different people were involved , right from the first surveyer who met me at the garage.
      I am left with no option but to move legally as the garage is claiming partking charges of Rs. 1000/=- per day ? and i have to pay it because i have policy from ICICI lombard and Maruti Insurance.
      I am moving ahead legally , if i do not get reply and work started by End of the day."

          Further discussion with you (ref no[protected] about the claim status and told me, will get payment cheque about 20th -march -2011, and they checked out all the docs along with police FIR & FR completed
          but still i don't have any conformation from your site about the claim status and payment.

          icicilombard insurance — delay in claim processing

          Our policy no. 4034/CHT/03381208/00/000
          Policy holder is Thota Praveena
          Patient name - T. Sukumar
          Patient admitted on 21.06.2008 evening at 8.00pm
          our hospital personnel (Swaroopa Multi Speciality Hospital, Hyderabad) all the necessary documents faxed to Chennai office.
          Then chennai branch informed documents to be faxed to Mumbai office, again we refaxed the same. Upto now we faxed our documents nearly 4 times to mumbai branch.
          From 22.06.2008 onwards we are contacting the mumbai branch with toll free number [protected] every day nearly 10 times.
          today we called nearly 20 times almost. Every executive is informing processing is going on with in 2 hours we will fax to your hospital. but till 9.00pm we didn't got any information. again we contacted mumbai office again they are saying now fax all the documents.
          Sir, this is the way of treating of a policy holder when she is in more risk of this father health condition.
          we are very demotivated by your services.
          so, kindly process our claim as early as possible.

          ICICI LUMBARD INSURANCE — CAR INSURANCE CLAIM

          I buy my sentro zing car last year and getting insurance from ICICI Lumbard, Gurgaon, Haryana.
          This year I renew my car insurance from the same company and also from the same office.
          Unfortunately few parts of my car are damaged in a minor accident. know the ICICI Lumbard is refused to reimburse my claim.
          they said they can't give this facility. I can't understand that why we do insurance . know i have bear all the expendature myself.
          Note:-
          1. First they gave me cover note of renewal of my policy. i continusaly mak demand for my policy. they always says we are giving. but till today i never got my policy.
          2. Then after two months they said, mam your check was bounced. But they couldn't inform me.
          3. At last my husband persanolly visit there office and then they said, we renew your policy on the basis of same cover note, you done the same amount of payment via DD.
          4. We ok with this, they issue again a fresh cover note against my policy.they also said that on the basis of new cover note you claim your insurance.
          5. when we make my claim they straight forward refuse my claim. And said to me we are not refund your money do whatever you want.

          Kindly help me out.

          ICICI MOTOR INSURANCE POLICY — DELAY IN PROCESSING OF MY THEFT CLAIM SINCE LONG

          Subject : regarding complain against my lodged theft claim vide ack no.MOTO1506073 in ICICI Lombard general insurance Co. Ltd on 1/2nd april,2010.

          Dear sir,

          With reference to the subject noted above , I vishal thakur s/o late amar kant thakur resident of h.no230, patliputra colony ,patna-13 would like to inform you that I have lodged a theft claim against my stolen mahindra bolero slx as mentioned above and after submittion of all necessary papers related to the claim on5th oct,2010(copy of the letter enclosed) ,the company is not processing my claim till now and giving unnecessary reasons for the delay. Further they are asking for un required and unofficial document like (income proof etc) which is not required in the document section in insurance website. Further they also sent me the email for the same and I have replied back to them that is it mandatory or officially required then no response is given back till date. Sir in the nut and shell I want to draw your attention that insurance company is trying to create all the unnecessary possibility to delay the release my claim payment.

          So in this matter I would humbly request you to kindly help me to get my genuine claim as soon as possible along with the losses caused to me in due courses as decided by your end .

          Myself V. Muthukumaran owning a motor policy from ICICIL:-3001/73165700/01/000 for my Chevrolet beat car R.No-HR-51-AS-5979 at faridabad-Haryana.

          On 27.08.2013 I lodge a claim on my policy due to car accident and I surrender my vehicle to M/s Regent Automobiles for further work as directed by ICICIL.
          one day after I received a call from Mr. Prafulla Banu/[protected] and informed me that you claim shall be processed as dual claim, one for Bumper & metal part and other one is for car front glass. Really I don't understand that all the parts were damaged in the same incident, then why it requires dual claim process.

          This person Prafulla Banu has taken decision unilaterally and said that I can do like this only if you want you can proceed with dual claims else you can avail the claim only bumper & metal part and he did the second option with out considering my concerns.

          Still I am fighting with ICICL but there is no response.

          SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ICICIL INSURANCE FOR ANYTHING, YOU WILL DIE IF YOU TAKE ICICIL.

          Sir, A bike honda hunk UP 53 AL 4752 accidented to Mr Ramakrishna Sharma on 4/8/2011 at pipiganj sonauli road. That time this person had drunk. And accident had been in mid of road, he was highly injured and he got died at 14/8/2011. Mr. Shriprakash Sharma had admitted to him in BRD medical college.But her family demanded 16, 45, 520 rs with 7% interst from 4/8/2011 to your company and they got it by court in absense of any avidece that he had drunk or he had wrong. How's it possible that nobody intersted in the opinion of Mr.Shriprakash Sharma whose knew that Mr Ramakrishna had drunk that time and nobody with him at accident time. He was alone. It's fault in your knowledge or rally it's fault.

            I owned “active”scooter bearing r.c.no. GJ-2-A-L4542 and the same was insured with icici Lombard gic ltd.,vide certificate cum insurance policy no.3005/[protected]/[protected] dt.1807.2008 and the said scooter thieved by some one on 07.06.2009 at baloj complex-unjha and at that time my residing address was unjha, a police complaint was made but the vehicle was not found.as an insurer pls help me to pay and settle the full value of the vehicle.The claim made by me no.moto1172500 is still pending unspite of providing you all the required evidences & document and my husband mr ramesh kumar has been visiting icici Lombard gic office but nothing is being done till date and hence this I request me to help to recover full amount as soon as possible from that to I can purchase new one.

              Dear Management

              I am Bethanasamy M from Bangalore. I had renewed my Two Wheeler Policy today at 10.30 am and still i did'nt get any policy documents (paid through Online). I had called customer care[protected] and other toll free number which is not remember), they told system fault and transfer to accounts department they also told same things even they unable to give an compliant number too. Now i am facing problem, Today afternoon @ 4pm, paid penalty of 300/- Rs without Insurance, but i had paid insurance online at morning mentioned above.

              No other company is doing like this. Even my relation is working in Bharthi AXA. Its poor service from ICICI Lombard. I havent expect this from you guys. Without any proof you people had deducted from my account. You face big problem in this issue.

              And evening also i had call to CCare, same responds from your agent. They cant able to provide compliant number also. If its not resolve today, i will go for other insurance company please return my money back. Or i will go for consumer court.

              ICICI Lombard Two Wheeler Policy — No Policy received, even after paid online for policy renewal

              Hi, I made an online payment using my Credit Card on ICICI Lombard site on 6th november 2009 in order to renew my 2 wheeler policy # 3005/52709301/01/B00. I made the online payment and my account got debited with the amount 1263/- (bank transaction auth code is 081496), However even after repetative requests made to the ICICI lombard customer care for the same, i did not receive any policy.

              They say that they have not received any payment, where as my bank cofirmed that the payment with the auth code. I don't know where did my payment go? I need help, please tell me is there any way out of this issue? The ICICI service is the worst and i don't want to do any future business with them, even i would recomend my friends to avoid ICICI Lombard.

              I just need my policy or else refund of my money.

                ICICI Lombard cheated me for giving the Health check-up appointment and not given the proper Free Health Check-up coupon. Policy no-4034i/FPP/03574910/01/000


                They are very fraud and given me two time appointment for health check-up, but both of the time hospital administration told me that they are not having any appointment and refused for doing the health check-up. I called so many times ICICI office at Chennai, Hyderabad and customer care all the times but no body given me any solutions.
                Due to that i last of leave and money........
                Even though i have informed ICICI Hyd office at[protected] but till date nobody called me but these ba.....d call hunderd times at the time of policy reneual and new offers...

                  The crooks say that my car insurance policy number is not there. What for they had taken the money then 11 months back. Other idot at the call centere says they have system problems. The third idot says within 48 hrs you can renew the policy.
                  God bless law less country like our in absence of regulators in every walk of ,life where such crooks are minting money.

                    ICICI Lombard — rejection of claim

                    sir i have purchased a endeavour car with icici car loans. on[protected]
                    agent who has passed my loan requested me to make the insurace of icici lombard from him only
                    i agreed, he said he ill try to get some discounts for me.on the end of the day he made premium amt.
                    of rs.35014 and when i asked for discounts he old me to issue a chq.of rs.34000 on the name of icici lombard. i issued the chq. and he issued me a policy against it .car got under some accident and
                    claim was launched of rs.250000 . when claim was launched company told that they havenot recived
                    payment against this policy. when bank statements was presented they asked us to them time of 2 days
                    to solve out matter . after two days they told us that we have issued chq of rs 1014 which was bounced
                    on the end we came to know that the agent of icici lombard have issued chq from his own bank
                    because he was going to receive a big comision from policy in the mean time a problem may be created
                    in company and agent. so chq issued by agent was bounced. but company did not gave us any information regarding this matter and our payment of 34000 was not refunded and our claimhas been rejected

                      I have purchased ICICI Lombard Health Insurance policy online for my Mother. Policy details are as: 063i/HAP/W-2488845/00/000. With initial discussion with customer care executive, I have been informed that proposer name will be default the person's name from whose account the money has been deducted. Since first premium has been paid through online with my account, I was expecting my name as proposer so that I can utilize tax exemption. But unfortunately the request (Service request No.[protected] made to ICICI lombard which initially confirmed that policy will be revised, now turned down the request saying this is not possible. Please help me in changing policy proposer name as Vikrant V Dalal.

                        I am holder of ICICI Lombard Health Care Policy. No. 4034i/HIR/05040348/00/000. I am holding this policy for more than 3 years, and the coverage is 3 Lahs with a premium of 16,000/- Rs. recently, I was hospitalized and the bill of Rs. 7900/-was submitted to their Hyderabad Office. Fore two months time, they where holding the bill and asking me to submit some proof of DOB and hospital observation reports etc. though my claim was complete with all required documents in original. Later they deducted some amount from the claim amount and sent me a cheque. reason for deduction they are indicating cost of IV fluids and injections. On the observation report, the prescription of the doctor for IV Fluid and injection is already recommended and pharmacy bill attached. Second deduction as there was no blood sugar report. On the prescription, doctor didn't ask for blood sugar test. When the doctor didn't ask for a test, why should I go for it and submit a report to the mediclaim? Such silly things are written on my payment voucher. This company's staff don't have enough knowledge in medical field and they are ignorant of the procedures. This information is for peoples not to fall under their trap. Promises are never fulfilled.

                        I was contacted on my cell phone on 23rd jan.2009 fater noon about the health Insurance policy. I was brifed about the terms and conditions then the same was magain got verified. I was asked about my Credit card no and i gave it to the lady asking that. Since was shopping so did not saw my Card account. I was told that the policy will be sent to me at my mail Id. [protected]@yahoo.com but i did not receive any mail. On cheking my Card account i found that Rs 20000/= has been debited from my account in thye name of ICICI Lombard mum. on 23/01/09.

                          My name is Sourav Mitra and I have started an Health Insurance policy with ICICI Lombard Policy No:4034i/FPP/04432964/00/000. on 14/02/2009.

                          Now I don't want to renew it as I am not interested with this policy any more. But daily I use to receive 02 / 03 calls from the call centre to renew the policy.

                          I allready told them that I am not interested and do not call me as I don't want to renew the policy. Still I am getting calls at my mobile and home land line at least 03 times a day.

                          How long this type of disturbance will continue.

                            I buy Overseas travel insurance from ICICI Lombard.As all knows it can not provide for year you have to issue for six months and then you can extend. When I try to extend website fail. They have some software error. Input string invalid. I am software developer and Know on what situation such error come.

                            Now I am policy less in foreign land. I believe on ICICI product now nothing for me. By rules I can not
                            issue new policty because I am not in india. I did complaints but no one respond me yet just autogenerated mail.

                            Be aware of such product while they advertise show you flexibility fo renewal..

                              One day I got a call from ICICI Lombard Insurance, one of the guy spoke to me regarding my bike Insurance renewal and he told me that we are sending a guy with a Insurance certificate and make a cash payment or cheque payment, and I do the same, I trust him and didnt check my document, i just checked my name only on certificate, after one week one RTO officer caught me and ask me for document i hadover all the document after a few minute he told me that your bike number which is mention in the email is wrong hence i called to help line number i got that answer like policy is not on your name, I personally met at Interface building no.11 at goregaon west link road near Mindspace, and i got same answer from there also, after that one lady told me to visit at Andheri branch teligali, and i met few person over there, after a hour i got to know that the document is false.
                              Hence my request is to you all people please please dont give cash payment to any one specially when person comming to your place ask for proper ID card name contact no. receipt no. and make a payment on barach office personally.

                                This message is for your awareness , and for your information.
                                I had quite a good number of policies from ICICI General Insurance , since the policies were available online , and it appeared to be cheap , but it had become literally a stamped document worth nothing, and you will have to never get any reimbursements unless you go for a court case / ombudsman.

                                Let me explain 2 incidences …

                                One of the policies , 4034I/FFH/W-053939/03/000, taken on behalf of my sister in the year 2007, and there are absolutely zero claims till 2010 december. She had a backpain and had visited a network hospital of ICICI Lombard, Soundarypandian Bone and Joint Speciality Hospital.

                                The events with the timelines are listed below with time lines

                                25/10/2010: Informed ICICI Lombard on 25/10/2010 regarding Treatment , and we were advised to take claims after paying by cash , so that the treatment can be availed faster

                                29/10/2010: Date of discharge: 29/10/2010 Bill amount 24,000/INR approx

                                30/10/2010: Informed ICICI Lombard callcenter about patient discharge and requested claimforms, NO claimforms arrived for a week.

                                07/11/2010: Patient sought the help of internet and downloaded a claim form, and claimforms submitted through courier since no direct delivery address available, no receipt received. Claim Number :[protected]

                                18/11/2010: Documents received by ICICI Lombard, Hyderabad center , Inward receipt Number CL[protected]

                                08/12/2010: ( 21st days , As per policy all claims to be settled within 21 days ) A query was raised , asking for ORGINAL CONSULTATION PAPERS AND ORGINAL INVESTGATION REPORTS. In reality all document were submitted

                                27/12/2010: Collected the orginal Handwritten Consultatation from the doctors secetary , and submiited to ICICI-Lombard .

                                04/01/2011: ICICI lomard received the queried content alongwith reply vide Inward Claim CL[protected]

                                15/01/2011: Called ICICI Lomard and asked for details : Answer Still Under Process.

                                17/01/2011: Case escalated by self to next higher level internally. Agreed to provide a resolution within 10 days and settlement within 21 days.

                                19/02/2011: No resolution Yet, UNDER PROCESS: Approached Ombudsman with details.

                                Do you want to be left in the dark when in need ………. Please stay away from ICICI Lombard ……

                                Again for motor claims , ICICI will exclude Un-named passenger in the first year to show the premium less, but once you are with them they will load you with additional premiums which are not required …......... Customer , Friends …. Stay away ICICI ………..

                                    I got call from one of executive from ICICI Lombard and even though I said EMI. The whole amount for 2 financial year is deducted from my credit card. Also not provided my premium certificate as per my actual payment.

                                    When I asked to cancel my policy the response i got is they will charge 30% cancellation charges which was not mentioned in my policy document.

                                    I communicated this within 6 days of purchasing the policy.

Mushtaq, is the owner of Maruti Alto Veh.- No-UK-07V-2331 ,This veh. was insured by icici lombard, my car meet to an accident on 23/12/2010, and brought to workshop( CORAL MARUTI) on dated-23/12/2010,after intimation of claim i came to know that MR. Amit Shrivastava has appointed as surveyour, but he is showing no intrest to settle the claim till date he do not told me what must i should do?, infact that guy is not picking my phone, for a long time. i request you to help me .

                                        I recieved a call from ICICI lombard for medical insurance. They explained me the policy and i was interested and finally i agreed to take policy for mysel-NITA KAPOOR and my brother AJIT Kapoor. After 2 days i afain recieved call and ICICI people said that they cannot offer mediclaim policy to my brother as the limit in credit card is less. I told them that i am look ing for a group policy and want policy for both o[censored]s. They said that is not poosible. INstatly on the same pcall i gave them confirmation that i will not be interested in taking policy and hence told them not to go forward with it.

                                        Too my shock when i recieved my credit card ststement premium for my policy was charged.Despite of telling them not to go for the policy they activated my policy. when we called the call centre they told that now policy is active and 30% of he policy fee while deducted on cancel. I made it very clear that when i have not gone for ploicy why should i cancel it.It was made clear either provide policy for both or none. This was made clear still this fraud was done by them.They are saying that now nothing can be done and were very rude on phone. Why should i pay whaen i never gave confirmatiuon.

                                        Now that money is reflection in my credit card statement. Request you to kindly get the policy cancelled get my full amount credited in credit catd statement.Details are as follows-

                                        Today morning i am notified by my car washer that there has been a theft of my deck and that my car window has been broken into.
                                        I rush to the site, call up ICICI and below are the flow of events

                                        1) Call To ICICI to Buy Policy - 01 July 2015, Call time: 05:03 PM
                                        As part of purchase of policy, i had a call with ICICI Lombard. The call was recorded to resolve disputes or queries arriving in the future.
                                        First Lie: I was informed for filing claim - ICICI charges Rs 1000/-. This is a standard charge which is paid to government and is applicable to all insurance companies.
                                        Issue: The government does not require this charges. Bharti AXA does not charge anything for filing claims.

                                        2) Call to ICICI for Intimation 9th July, Call time : 08:13 AM
                                        My car stereo was stolen. My car window has been broken into. I intimate ICICI Lombard.
                                        Second Lie: I was told that ICICI would be putting in 2 claims -
                                        1 for own damage for breaking of window and 1 for theft of my car stereo. For own damage i would have to put pay Rs 1000/-.
                                        OWN DAMAGE for breaking of window which was part of theft.
                                        After screaming and shouting they agreed to put both of the issues together in a single claim of theft for which there is no charges.
                                        Issue: ICICI is looking out to make profits out of cheating

                                        Third Issue: During Filing of complaint i was told to provide a time.
                                        I clearly mentioned that i can give a timeline between 10 PM to 8 AM.
                                        They said we need a single time to put in the document.
                                        How can a person know what time has the theft occured. There are no eye witnesses . Completely illogical. After heated debate and escalation, they agreed to take that into account

                                        I was promised a surveillance in 24 hours.

                                        I had mentioned that i would be doing repairs at a garage of my choice. They told that should not be a problem

                                        3) Call from ICICI : 10:54
                                        To Notify the choice of garage and stating that car has to be at the workshop.
                                        After stating that i had clearly mentioned in the morning that I would do it at a garage of my choice. They finally give in and say ok.
                                        Fourth Lie: Why lie stating that i need to have my car at a workshop of their choice

                                        4) Call To ICICI : 06:38 PM
                                        To confirm time of survey person coming to visit the site. They said please take contact number and contact yourself.
                                        ICICI is the service provider and is responsible to have the contact person allocated and notify the consumer accordingly.
                                        I give in and call the survey contact person at 07:00, the guy said he cannot come and another guy looks at my locality.
                                        The second contact person says, i am not responsible i will provide you with a number. And he says that he expected the car to be at the workshop prior to even evaluating the theft.
                                        I said i would only give it to workshop after the theft claim is properly honored and then claim for reimbursement. i ask him, when can i expect him to survey and he was like maybe tommorrow.


                                        5) Call to ICICI : 07:21 PM
                                        Fed up, i call icici and ask them to ensure that the survey happens in 24 hours asthey promised. they state that i need to contact the survey person.
                                        I inform them that i would be making a complaint to ombudsman if i do not get a reponse back in 5 min. No response.

                                        This is a pathetic case of a consumer taken in for a ride and inconvenience to the core.
                                        Staying in a heritage area of matunga, we do not have parking slots and live in 3 floor building.
                                        We have to park the cars on road, and in a scenario like today, we cannot keep our cars open whole night with rains flooding in and damaging the car further.
                                        The site needs to be examined at the moment, when the issue happened and the claim acceptance of survey shhould have been completed.

                                        After request to the building owners, i have moved in the car to my own building under shed with glass all within the car.
                                        The organization has not stood up to their words of Nibhayein waada but have kept on lying over and over again and giving false promises.

                                        I have not yet filed a claim, moved the car to a workshop still awaiting the survey visit.
                                        We as customers are begging for service, calling up survey agents setup by icici instead of icici making sure to their promises,
                                        We are lied about the claims, stating that the claim money is given to government and is a standard.
                                        We are forced to claim under own damage for a clear incident of theft for their personal gain.
                                        There is a limit to lying and cheating.

                                        All of the calls to ICICI has been recorded by ICICI. Please take the needful action against icici for fraudalent, unlawful activities and charge a heavy penalty for the inconvenience caused to consumers by organizations like ICICI.
