I have made Payment on 15th Feb 2012 and did not get any response for medical check up and submitted a complaint (No: [protected]) on 22nd Feb 2012 to fix the medical appointment.

I have been purchasing travel insurance regularly from Icici lombard for myself and for my entire family for the past 4 years. last year dec2011 I actually needed to use it. It was the worst and most embarrassing experience of my life. The company claims to tie up with UNITED HEALTHCARE in the US which is why i purchased this insurance. They even give you an ID card with your details and ID number with UH when you purchase your insurance....

On 1st Feb. 2012 I had received a call from Mr. Salil whose Manager's Name given to me was Mr. Ashok Naikode (Emp. Code No. 96456) from ICICI Lombard & had offered to increase the health insurance cover to Rs. 8.50 lacs on my existing Health Insurance Policy No.4034i/HIR/05056154/01/000. On my acceptance of terms & condition as explained by Mr. Salil, I had give go ahead for charging Rs. 3033/- to my SBI Credit Card No. xxxx...

We had taken a mediclaim for the full family & when my husband was hospitalized, we were denied the money. I have attached the letter send to them by my husband. Now, when the claim is due for renewal, they have started calling us for the same. We have been paying them for 2 consecutive years.

This is a totally useless courier service. Incompetent and no wonder the icici Insurance company is using this courier, because the people representing icici auto insurance are also incompetent and very rude who dare to slam the phone on your face !!
