[Resolved] IDBI Bank — ATM Withdrawal Transaction Failed of Rs.10,000.00 | |
I have withdrawal Rs. 10,000.00 at around 2:00 PM of 19th–Nov-2009 from ICICI Bank ATM in Mayur Vihar Phase-III, New Delhi:-110096, But we did not received any slip & any cash amount from ATM Machine so I again withdrawal Rs. 10,000.00 form Same ATM but another machine and ATM ID is S1CW2434 at 2:06 PM of 19th-Nov-2009 and this transaction was successful I received both slip & cash Amount Rs. 10,000.00, But on behalf of first transaction Rs. 10,000.00 has been credit form my account, but that transaction has been failed, So I logged call in IDBI Customer Care at Date 20th-Nov-2009 and my call Ticket No: is PA/ATM Dispute 20/11/2009 but now customer care is saying that we received cash amount Rs. 10,000.00 in first transaction, while that transaction was failed and we did not received any cash amount even slip.
