i have idea prepad service since from a yera and i'm using sms national service by using 36 rs boucher for 200 local/national sms under a month. but, when my balace goes to below 25rs it sends me a kind of reminder that my balance is below 25rs after sending the sms. now i feel to have some problem in sending the sms means to say tha sms goes to outbox and not to receipiant.what is this notation( below 25rs) means, does it require to take this sms service or something else.

It was Corporate Postpaid Connection and I had given a request i am not interested to continue the same and to close the same. I had paid the entire outstanding bill amount last month. but now I had received the bill in which your executives charge Rs 999 for another three years charges + service charges and service tax totalling Rs 1045.30/-. Due to this I am facing lots of problems and I want to clear my entire amount. I dont understand why these people are not taking it in seriously. It gives the bad impression to the customer and affects the brand image of company. Infact I should say Idea gave the worst service.

Idea has not opened the eyes till now in my case for this three years old customer. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull as early as possible. Any way I had decided not to pay the bill for postpaid service till it is cleared.

I Rajesh Nayan purchased two IDEA NET SETTER from your sales executive ABDUL
Mobile no – [protected] one was purchased on 13.08.10 and second one was purchased on 17.08.10 after cash payment of Rs. 1500/- each and assured him to referred my five advocate colleagues for this. One of the prepaid Net Setter I am using and another one which I was purchased for my brother in law on 17.08.10, because on 13TH Aug the modem was not available with him. Second one Net Setter No. he has given[protected] and SIM no.[protected]. We have got good faith in him. On either 13-14.09.10 when we made a call to him that net setter is not working he replied to come to you next day. Next day he came and taken away the net setter with him. Stating that its recharged is over. Since you have not used one month free unlimited browsing and downloading I will recharge from myself. From 13-14.09.10 he is misguiding us . Sometime he said that I am busy with my clients and sometime he told that idea server is not working that why your recharge has not done.
On 22.09.10 when I contact him he told that I am coming to Saket Distt. Court to meet at 2 pm at 2pm he again rang me that I am busy with my client and will come to you at 4 pm. When I try to contact him he did not picked up his mobile. I contact him from another mobile he replied so roughly which neither I can write nor I can Say.
He is keeping my net setter with him and harassing and torturing us and using abusive languages. I also assured him to referred him to my colleagues for the same, but he did not take care
I would like to state that to look after this matter on urgent basis and short out as soon as possible.

Sometime he said that I am busy with my clients and sometime he told that idea server is not working that why your recharge has not done.
On 22.09.10 when I contact him he told that I am coming to Saket Distt. Court to meet at 2 pm at 2pm he again rang me that I am busy with my client and will come to you at 4 pm. When I try to contact him he did not picked up his mobile. I contact him from another mobile he replied so roughly which neither I can write nor I can Say.
He is keeping my net setter with him and harassing and torturing us and using abusive languages. I also assured him to referred him to my colleagues for the same, but he did not take care
I would like to state that to look after this matter on urgent basis and short out as soon as possible.

even after repeated reminders to customer care in rgrds to twp particular nos not receiving my sms , there have not resolved .The service and quality of agents is pathetic of a brand like IDEA ...my no is [protected] Sir, I am using ur idea cellular service last 4 or 5 yrs. and my No. is [protected], I activated my DND service when i start to use this No. but still I am getting a lots of advertisement SMS daily. I have call so many time in the C.C. they promissed me that we will resolve this problem within a week but still i am getting such kind o[censored]nwanted SMSs I am not satisfied with your service.
Please sir I am requesting you do something for it.

Sir i have an idea No.[protected] of corporate plan Rs.600 for 2 years which is about to expired. i submitted my request on 30/3 to convert it into Honda Plan (Rs.700/- for 2 years)for defence personnel. My name is Shine Kurian, I'm a business man from Kottayam, Kerala. I am idea customer for the last 8 years and facing a very important problem, which I have been complaining to your customer service from the last 3 years. I'm disappointed to say that, I haven't got any reasonable reply or solution for my problem. I live in Kottayam, just round about 1 kilometer from the city. I do not get proper range near my residence and its affecting my business severely. I'm also a customer of BSNL, which I don't have any problem with. My customers are complaining, they always get a message saying that" the customer you calling is out of range" or the phone is "switched off". If you value your customers and or would like to solve the customer issues please find a solution for my problem. Including me, my brother and about 25 of our friends, all are your Golden Card members and are disappointed and ready to cancel the service and join BSNL, if we do not get a proper solution to this problem. Please find a solution, I don't want you to call me at all for this. I'm tired of getting your unnecessary calls, which don't help me at all. Resolve or please let me know if you can thru e-mail.. Hope to have a positive attitude towads this and a solution within a month or we will think that you want us to cancel all our service. Thank you.
