Respected Sir,
After a lot of harassment by executives at Idea Network, I am contacting you regarding an issue which they are not resolving (stating that their system is correct).
My Idea No. is [protected] and my mother's Airtel no. is [protected]. Both these numbers are from Delhi but whenever I send an SMS to this airtel number, the deductions made to my balance are international charges but call charges are local. I have raised complaints in IDEA regarding the same, the SR Nos. for which are 1-[protected] and 1-[protected] but the resolution they gave me was that the no. "[protected]" (which is a local airtel no.) is an international number. Moreover, they are asking me to put +91 to it, which I did, but still International charges were deducted.
I am not able to understand instead of resolving this issue and admitting that there is a flaw in their system, they are constantly arguing that the local airtel number is an international number. The executives I had a word with are Surya Prakash, Snehal and their team. Either they are not properly trained or educated to resolve such critical complaints or they do not understand the system which they have been using.
Sir, I request you to take appropriate action against them because as a consumer I have faced a lot of harassment from their executives. Also, I would want all the money to be refunded which was deducted from my account incorrectly.
