Hi Sir,

On 25 the july,I have made online prepaid recharge of RC 77 from Idea's official website,but recharge was not successful and Amount 77 was deducted from my Bank account.

Could you please help me to refund the amount which is deducted.

I am also attaching the Bank statement for proof's.Please let me know if you need any more details.

Respected Sir, On 23-Jul-13 at 9.50 PM i made a recharge of 126 for 1 GB data recharge to the idea operator through the net banking. the amount deducted from the bank account and credited to the idea cellular but i did not get benefit for 1GB internet plan to my number what i do sir, What should i do. please resolve this sir thanks and regards....

I am not receiving the Ebill to my mail id from the last 5 months. i called the customer care regarding the same. They registered the complaint more than 6 times but no use. The interesting facts about complaint registration are..

1. I didn't receive the Communication ids all the time.
2. i didn't receive the feedback message after the call as they said before starting the conversation.br...

Off goes my patience now. You guys have done this sixth time. And this is final now. Once agaain while browsing net, without even clicking on any idea service, they activated a service and deducted rs. 49. I recieved this message-
