I search this mobile number on internet and this numbers belong to UP west and Uttarakhand so pls provide me the detail about this number so that i can do something otherwise pls help me by blocking this numbers pls help me i m in trouble thank you....

we had got a call from +401 then he said that he is from mumbai an d we won the 25 lakh lottery and for details contact [protected] .then we call this no. from reliance sim then i talk to aperson then i understood he was a froad.so how they dare to call us who gave them our no.

I recently bought a new phone i.e. Nokia Lumia 720 on 20th April,2013. It comes with a Promo offer with Idea Celluar giving 2gb of 3G data free per month for 2 months.

I checked with the Nokia care and they said this offer will be activated within 48-72 hours after making the first call from the new phone.

I made the call moment i bought the phone i.e. on 20th April,2013 nad its been 6...

Our call charges to any number is 1.2 paise/sec.


We had called the local mobile number on 25-April-2013 at 06:48 PM for which the call charge is 0.864 RS for 72

seconds.


But we have been wrongly charged 1.284 RS for this call.


Please resolve the issue and refund the amount immediately....

Do not switch to idea, even in your wild imagination you will never have an !dea of troubles you have to go through.

My bad times started the moment I decided to move to idea netwok from BSNL Cellone. I do not have any complaint on taking 7 days to switch network, misplaced application forms or absense of printer or xerox machine in idea store in bangalore.

its been more than two months i'm trying to get my mobile number which is currently postpaid with ideacellular to perpaid ideacellular, i have submitted my documents 3 time, paid my bill 3 time each time Rs500 which they say is my new bill which they keep generating every month, when i go to customer care office they say from their end they can't do anything ask they have sent the request but its been 2 months...

I have done portability from docomo to idea…but which is worst than docomo. As i have already submitted by idea bill on 28 march on time.. Still it was not updated on idea office and my phone get disconnected. Later they have added 50/- late fee charges on my next bill.
Again this month, as i have already paid my docomo last bill on 12 april 2013, which is also not updated in idea office....

I am having 2 post paid connections with idea cellular ltd. viz [protected] and [protected] since last 8-10 years. And this case is pertaining to mobile no. [protected] only.

I have been using internet on mobile no. [protected] since around last 5 months. My internet data plan is of 99rs. / month with 1GB free data usage.
My internet data usage has always been within 1GB. But as per my my last bill (invoice no.[protected]...

I purchased Nokia Lumia 720 yesterday on 23april 2012 which has an offer of 2GB of 3G data free internet per month for 2 months.

After I got my handset and inserted micro sim , I dialed Idea Customer Care today on 24 april 2013 to get my free 3G activated. The customer care executive told me that he is not aware about this offer with the Lumia handsets and ask the dealer from whom i purchased the phone.
