712401, State-West Bengal Requesting that , an advertisement was broadcusted on dated 16.01.2013 in
"Ananda Bazar Patrika', for fixation of 3G Tower by Idea Telecom Company Pvt Ltd.Unit of All Over India Tower
Fixation in Telecom Industries(Regd.), 15/9,7th Floor t,b. Kadam Marg Chinchpokale, MUMBAI-400033
Their conditions was as given:- (1) They will give me 65 (sixty-five) laks of Rs. at a time for the land.
(2) They will give me monthly Rs.50-55,000/- for hire. (3) A Service Job of my son.(4) Agreement will be made
for 15 years and 10% of Rs. 40,000/- will increase. (5) Wheather the land is not fit for the job, then the money
will return back hand to hand by their survey team.
Said Company told me to send Rs.3,500/- . I deposited that amount at S.B.I.on their A/C No.[protected]
A/C holder`s name- RACHIT SAXENA.After then they asked me to deposit Rs.36,000/- (thirty-six) for
fixing the tower.I also deposit the money second time . After then they said again to deposit the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty)as government tax.I was not deposited the third time. It was doubtful to me. Their demand
of money was increased step by step.Fixation of tower job is not progressing yet. Only there is one say
deposit, deposit, and so on.Now they says that the original documents that they despatched me , was return back to them. Is it possible or not?
How I will return back the money of Rs. 40,000/-( Forty Thousand). Please help me , and solve my
problem. I will wait for your kind information.

IDEA-CELLULAR — cheating in billing amount / customer complain
Dear sir,I am using a idea post paid mobile phone since a long time.
In last month i came across a problem with isd calls so i registered more then 10-15 complaints in 2 months about these calls, but no solution to that, and even if there is any solution thats for only day or two... I am sick and tired of their promises of solution, and calling them in customer care every time, they are giving only one typical answer and keep me waiting for days and days,
The main problem happened when i received my january month bill.
Every time when the quarry is solved some technical person calls me and ask whether i can call (Isd) the person abroad or not, so just ti check i was making a miss call every time, and these people have counted all my miss calls in to made calls and charged 9 rs per pulse, so even for 00:05 mint or 1second miss call they have charged me hafty isd amount, and such way they have added 376 rs extra in my billilng amount...
I request you to solve this problem,
I want solution to my calling problem and my billing amount which is counted wrongly...
Pls tell me what should i do???
