Worst idea service

I have done portability from docomo to idea…but which is worst than docomo. As i have already submitted by idea bill on 28 march on time.. Still it was not updated on idea office and my phone get disconnected. Later they have added 50/- late fee charges on my next bill.
Again this month, as i have already paid my docomo last bill on 12 april 2013, which is also not updated in idea office. And again my phone get disconnected.. When i complained about this to customer care, gave me 4 hours time.. But as usual it didn’t happened on time.. And again they gave me 8 hrs extra time to start the services.
Is this idea service or cheating

IDEA-CELLULAR — cheating in billing amount / customer complain

Dear sir,

I am using a idea post paid mobile phone since a long time.

In last month i came across a problem with isd calls so i registered more then 10-15 complaints in 2 months about these calls, but no solution to that, and even if there is any solution thats for only day or two... I am sick and tired of their promises of solution, and calling them in customer care every time, they are giving only one typical answer and keep me waiting for days and days,

The main problem happened when i received my january month bill.

Every time when the quarry is solved some technical person calls me and ask whether i can call (Isd) the person abroad or not, so just ti check i was making a miss call every time, and these people have counted all my miss calls in to made calls and charged 9 rs per pulse, so even for 00:05 mint or 1second miss call they have charged me hafty isd amount, and such way they have added 376 rs extra in my billilng amount...


I request you to solve this problem,

I want solution to my calling problem and my billing amount which is counted wrongly...

Pls tell me what should i do???

Repected sir i am using a postpaid mobile connection of idea recently i got a bill in which they charged me much more than my usage of data I had only used 25 MB of data for that they charged me more than Rs 600 I had even complained about this to idea but there is no response from them they even disconnected my connection. Please kindly take necessary action see that a common man like me is not exploited my these MNC's

i have Purchased Idea Net Setter Sim From Gallery ( Crofir Market) I want Prepaid Sim Card but they Suggest me prepaid is costly so buy postpaid sim . i bought postpaid sim rental 200/- per month ( Sim Nos-[protected]) .when i reached my i start my pc but net setter is not working/ after 2 day i went there and asked them what is the problem the reply not its activate go and use.. i come back n again when i connect it its not work again.. next day i went there i when i asked they reply sim is active but your net setter is not proper so change it.. after that i carry my friends Net setter but sim is not perform there.. so i complain again but they dose not listen to me.
i request them to cancel my sim they said its not possible u have to use it 3 month u have to pay 200/- per month for till minimum 3 month..
after that when the cal me for vitrification i told them my problem but they cut my phone.i had complain more that 6 time but now the send me bill of 580/- until i dose not used anything..
for my MBA online classes but i never attend my classes because this poor services & i suffer lot.
so please help me if possible..
i don't want to pay any money and also want legal action on them..
please help me if possible

I am using idea post paid connecting since 10 years, my mobile no is [protected] and I got bill of my usage of my mobile which is worth of RS.1851.87 In this bill they have charged RS 1100 for 3G usage, but i never used my 3g network much. Even though they have charged. I have call to customer care they are not responding properly. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Is there anyone to handle complaints in idea? I have raised my complaint two months back. But there wasn't any reasonable solution for that. When today I checked with the idea show room in Cochin, they are telling it has been resolved. My issue was with regards to my bill amount. I am dam sure that I haven't used much and my usual bill will be below Rs.400 usually. In between I have changed my plan to 'iPlan' and this caused huge difference in my bill. Very next month, I have changed the 'iPlan' again, but it wasn't reflected. So again I have been charged huge amount. I am really upset with this worst billing by Idea and there is no proper followup usually. This is the most poor customer care I have ever seen. I have attached the screenshot of my bill. I have contacted the customer care at Ravipuram three times now. My contact number is : [protected].

    I am having 2 post paid connections with idea cellular ltd. viz [protected] and [protected] since last 8-10 years. And this case is pertaining to mobile no. [protected] only.

    I have been using internet on mobile no. [protected] since around last 5 months. My internet data plan is of 99rs. / month with 1GB free data usage.
    My internet data usage has always been within 1GB. But as per my my last bill (invoice no.[protected] dated: 21st April 2013). internet data usage of around 2.62 GB ( 2620506.47 KB) has been shown. I would like to mention that I have not used so much of internet and charges of Rs 15725.38 + 12% service tax i.e total Rs. 17612.42 has been wrongly levied .
    However itemized bill details shows exorbitant data usage every day and even during night after 12.00 midnight till 7-8 am in the morning (every night). which I have never used.

    I raised this issue at call centre no. [protected] once on 18th April 2013 at around 17.45 to 18.00 hrs, as I received mb usage updates on sms, but they didn't register my complaint stating , it can only be registered after bill is generated.

    I raised the issue second time on 22nd april 2013 at around 9.15 to 9.30 am (talked with executive Krupa Patel) after receiving bill. But did not register my complaint stating, complaint of this nature cannot be registered.

    I also went to idea outlet at landmark, race course, Baroda on 22nd april 2013.
    and asked about details of websites or IP addresses accessed against the internet usage, but they denied of having such information and also said that it is not possible to extract such details.

    I have also complained at the appellate officer's mail, but they have replied to hear the case within 39 days. Till then my connections will also be cut.

    Now I am planning to lodge complaint at Consumer Disputes Reddressal Commission. Lets see what they hay can do in this matter.

    I feel that this is a systematic plan duping customers money to cover their losses of penalty against 2G spectrum scams.

    If any one has experienced similar issues and / or have some how resolved it , please let me know either of the above mentioned mobile no.s

    Idea Cellular Limited — Gprs

    There is gprs daily unlimited plan of 30rs. But after deactivation of service 30rs are deducted.my mob.no.is [protected]

    I have taken a postpaid no [protected].I paid the first bill for the oct- nov period.In december I got 2nd bill for the period nov-dec.In this second bill company has wronglly mention advance charges for web access mail.They are giving me resolution that they charged if they charged then why they didn't charged in first bill,If they have any thing to charge they will tell us in advance. but they didn't tell.This seems a clear fraud intention by Idea.This way they can make lots of money.Pls take a serious action to stop these kinds of fraud and protect customer from these kind of cheating.

    Idea cell.ltd — GPRS

    Last two Month Idea "s GPRS heavy charges in my Bill, But I am not use this type of facility.I want to show my fully detailed GPRS data which I Use like, when ? Which ? Timeing ? etc. (Full detaqils) . I contact the consumer camplain ph. [protected]. But they say we have not able to show this type of deta.

    When I got the postpaid connection from Idea office, Official didnt make me aware about active GPRS in postpaid connection. when I start using my smarphone it downloaded and used intenet at backend.

    which I was not aware of. and finally I got bill of 481 for only 4 days.

    Even customer care is not bother to response about unbilled amount, carelessly says we cant give you detail about your unbilled amount.So Initial I dont knonow what charges are these for.

    In greivience call- no body is picking up call.
    This is transperancy they are maintaining.

    Dear sir/ Madam

    I have stooped down my services from IDEA Cellular mobile services of mobile. I have allready paid all the dues, and unbilled amount at the time of stopping this services... I have the bill copy for my payment... though the company troubling me by calling and asking for bill payment of Rs 1128.96. after discontinuation of services.

    Today at date of 25/05/11. They send a Notice from there laywer. i didnt understand what to do???

    on 20/10/2011 at 1.17PM i have recharged idea gprs with 15 Rs,200 mb free for 3 days.at around 2 o.clock i started idea internet and balance of rs 45 deducted from my talktime balance.I contacted Idea customer care office .they given ascuse that my gprs service was not activated at the time o[censored]sing gprs so gprs charges deducted.Now i dont know how can i explain them ,I shown them sms of recharge,but they are not agree.
    Idea has committed this cheating with me for second time.

    Since last month I'm taking follow up for wap charges billed to me is not correct and i not used any wap services on my mobile no. [protected]. after long follow up and discussion the same answer from idea is

    Further to your below e-mail , we wish to inform you that WAP downloading have been originated from your mobile number, hence you have been charged correctly according to your usage. Therefore we would not be able to process the request of reversal.

    which is not accepted and ask customer representative to give details o[censored]sage of the same but they neither providing details nor ready to reverse the charges

    I visited consumer court at Baroda but they said that cases related over billing or other bills are not heard in consumer court since last two years as per Supreme courts orders. They said I will have to go to Tribunal (civil court).

      I purchased Nokia Lumia 720 yesterday on 23april 2012 which has an offer of 2GB of 3G data free internet per month for 2 months.

      After I got my handset and inserted micro sim , I dialed Idea Customer Care today on 24 april 2013 to get my free 3G activated. The customer care executive told me that he is not aware about this offer with the Lumia handsets and ask the dealer from whom i purchased the phone.

      on asking dealer,he told again to call the customer care.

      Both Nokia and Idea are duping the customers by giving insufficient information about the offer.

      but nobody is helping me out.
      plz giv me a solution of the above problem.

      the problem was rectified was by the company, and free internet was given for two months. the company acted responsibly.

      Idea Cellular — nobody is helping

      my idea mobile is [protected]
      i m using this number since 2 years. i got it as prepaid connection.At the starting of September i made it convert in postpaid and desk persons promised me that whenever you feel like you can again convert your connection in postpaid to prepaid .my maximum limit is 750 rupees.whenever my limit comes near about 95% i used to get the call from CC that make suitable payments otherwise your services will be bared in next day. i made the payments same day and same day they bared my services. it happened continuously FOUR times. i made again and again complaints but nothing happened so i decided to make it convert in prepaid but when i went HEAD office nobody helped me even they are not talking well. they said we dont offer this facility so i said let me talk the head persons but they said nobody is head and nobody will help you. so i made a application to disconnect the connection on 20th december 2009.I made a complaint in written but 18 days have gone passed nobody did reply. I work in company i facing many problems coz my no is no more. HOW CAN I GET MY OLD NO. GET THAT IDEA CHEATED ME.

      Idea Cellular — Automatically Activating Schemes

      Schemes automatically getting activated. And deducting my balance.
      I am not able to deactivate service manually. There is no valid customer care number available.

      IDEA MOBILE — IDEA mobile Cheats its customers

      My idea number was barred on 20st September 2011 saying that address proof was not submitted with no intimation. But when I called up customer service and and confirmed that my document was already submitted couple of times, the customer care executive asked me to re-submit.
      Exhausted by these people, I again went to the Idea service center in bomnahalli on 21st sept 2011 and those people assured that the number will be released in two working days. However that didn't happen. I again called up Customer care on 21st sept 2011. Talking to the floor manager named Basavaraj said the complaint has been registered and the number would be released by 5PM same day. Even after 24 hours from the time said it didn't get released. I again called up to customer care and executive named Ramesh said it would take another 48 "working" hours for the number to get released. On asking repetitively to spell out the complaint number taken by Basavaraj, he said the complaint number is registered and the number cannot be disclosed to the customer. See how atrocious are these people. After so much of argument he transferred the call to speak to floor manager who revealed no complaint has been registered. where-in the executive said the complaint was registered and the number cannot be disclosed. Again this floor manager said he is taking an complaint and it would take another 3 days to get the number released. How good these people are in cheating the customers like us. These cheaters keeping playing with customers and cheat the customers. Kindly refrain from going to IDEA mobile service.

      ki tumara bap bhi kuch nhi bigad sakta

      ye jo postpaid ka kam jo dekta hai usne kha tha usne nam nhi bataya

      Even I bought this phone on 20th April 2013 and made my first call the moment i bought the phone. I checked with Idea customer care and they said they are not aware of this offer. then i called the nokia customer care and they said it usually take 48-72hours to activate this offer after you make your first call. they said in case it doesnt get activated, simply take the complaint/query no. from idea customer care and provide them this number and they will help me with this issue.
      I have waited for more than 4 days now and i have called Idea customer care and taken the query no.

      I had taken a new Idea sim ([protected]) on 19th-April-2013 and it got activated on 20th-April-2013. That was the first sim put on my new Lumia 720 and I made my first call on 2oth itself. But my 3g data offer has not credited yet !
      I've called the customer care many times and they say that thew know nothing about this is offer.

      The offer made by idea on new Nokia Lumia 720 handset either seems to be fake altogether or its such a secretive offer that the employees of Idea too don't knw about it.the promotional 2GB data of 3G per month for two months was to be activated withing 72hr was not activated in first place.secondly on calling the customer care was of no help either because they had no idea that such offer exists I called up two times and spent 15 to 20 mins but it was of no help.its better that either the company doesn't promote such offers or if it does then it should ensure that staff is well informed and the consumer doesn't have to face such problems.I hope the Idea company resolves my solution in a positive way.

I contacted the Idea customer care for requesting to activate the plan after purchasing Lumia 720 but the customer care exec. told that he has no idea about it and asked me to follow the instruction given on sticker on the box but its only written to visit ideacellular.com..thats it..quick reply would be appreciated.

      Don't worry friends, wishing your problem will be solved as mine has been solved on 15/6/2013. Now I am enjoying the offer of the 3G data by Idea. I think the problem is occurred due to the communication gap between the Management offering the scheme and Customer care staff. As per my experience the Customer care staff of Idea is required more training to guide and help their customers, because I have been suffered very much as like as you before solving my problem, due to the lack of knowledge of the staff and information showing on their system. Please wait for a SMS coming from Idea for the confirmation of your offered 3G data has been started.

      I have purchased a nokia lumia 720 phone on 3/8/2013 on online service of filpkart, i got it on my hands on 8/8/2013, on the back of the box on nokia lumia 720 a label of idea cellular showing that you will get a internet promotional pack of 2gb data of 3g per month for two months, for that i have to do the first call from my new phone with idea sim, then it will be get activated to the package, i have inserted my sim on the nokia lumia 720 on 8:30pm of 8/8/2013 and made my first call to [protected], but till now the pack is not activated, for that i have contacted the idea customer care, they are simply saying that the pack is not applicable for you, i have asked for the reason, they are not even saying the reason for that,
      even tho i am legally eligible for that internet pack i cannot use that pack. So please help me by resolving this problem for me by making the idea cellular by activating this pack for me on mobile number +91-[protected] which i have used first in my new nokia lumia 720 mobile.

      It completed more than 72 hours by inserting my sim in my new mobile.

      I had taken a new Idea sim ([protected]) on 19th-August-2013 and it got activated on 24th-August-2013. That was the first sim put on my new Lumia 720(purchased on 17th August 2013 from flipkart) and I made my first call on 20th itself. But my 3g data offer has not credited yet !

          Idea — Excessive Call Charges

          I have a primary mobile number and an add-on card. As per plan call charges between them is to be 0.10 INR. But the same is charged at 1 INR. Each time I get the itemised list after paying Rs 100, and raise this issue. Neither they reimburse the Rs 100, nor learn from their mistake.

          My cell no. is [protected] and I am customer of IDEA since 2002.At present I am getting 1 second plan and it is valid upto feb 2011.Today I received a message from idea that my plan is changed to 50 ps?min plan.As i HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR i ASKEd at cust.care(chargeable Service) and asked why my plan is changed? The ans was v.rough .He said the co had asked by message to you in past(when he is not ans'ng)and you have confirmation and so we have activated the Plan.In past I have never asked for nor given any confirmation by pressing yes button to them but by this cheating process they have changed our plan for one month.When I told him to cancell the same and put me to old 1 sec plan ,he said no you HAVE TO use this plan for 1 month.

          By this complaint platform I am comlaining that without my permission co.has changed my plan and this should be canceeled immidiately.

            Harassment by Idea Cellular Limited.
            Dear Sir,
            On 26/2/2013 we have handed over full & final payment of above mentioned Idea Mobile numbers by cheque to official of Mobile Company Mr.Mahindra under official receipt No. 362670 dated 26/2/2013 & also in writing requesting for disconnection of mobile numbers immedietly. Mr.Mahindra confirmed us that mobile numbers will be disconnected immidietly and company will not raise any bills in future as we have made full & final payment at the time of surrender of our mobile numbers.
            We were shocked when when we recived new fresh bills , we immedielty lodged complaint at Idea Cellular Gallery at Dombivli East & also sent emails .Instead of cancelling raised bills which are even generated after the surrender of mobile numbers , recovery agents of cellular company frequently started telephone calls , which are abusive , insulting causing undue harassment, mental & emotional tensions, inconvenience , agony , waste of time , discormfort & also defamation.
            I add that cellular company is indulging in unfair trade practice, illegal means and extortive approach. It has grossly violated and continue to breach customer rights.
            Even after number of emails to Nodal officer & customer care , company forcing me for payments of bills which are generated even after the surrender of our mobile numbers.
            I here by request you to please raise our complaint with cellular phone company & do the needful in the matter.

            Idea Cellular Ltd; — Unfair Trade Practice

            Idea Cellular Ltd; is showing on advertisement that Idea is always providing better network coverage than any other mobile service operator but as per our personal experiences we had already faced more than 70% call drop & 10% cross connections on Idea Cellular’s Connection (post paid), even for the same all authorities of Company Confirmed (written confirmation through mail from Sep 2009 onwards) that this issue is genuinely there but can’t commit specific time to resolve the same & whatever charges Idea is charging that have to pay by consumer. Within last 8 months we had already surrendered more than three connections of Idea. Our government & community felt that service providers must be more aware to sort out consumer’s problems as Mobile Portability is already launched in the market but just the reverse had been shown by the service providers, like now they are being more crucial to the consumers & the interesting thing is that government departments made for consumers help are just use to say if any consumer is lodging complaint to them, that we only could ask service provider about the issue, couldn’t punish them and, one great thing is like service providers are submitting the different statements to government authority & consumer both for one particular issue, how regrettable all this is going on in our country.

              for 15 years and 10% of Rs. 40,000/- will increase. (5) Wheather the land is not fit for the job, then the money
              will return back hand to hand by their survey team.
              Said Company told me to send Rs.3,500/- . I deposited that amount at S.B.I.on their A/C No.[protected]

              of money was increased step by step.Fixation of tower job is not progressing yet. Only there is one say
              deposit, deposit, and so on.Now they says that the original documents that they despatched me , was return back to them. Is it possible or not?

                My Outgoing Call Services have been closed by the company. Even after registering complaints for several time no response for the online customer executive. I have also visited IDEA Outlet at Agresen Chowk Bilaspur He did't even listen to my problem. I have paid my bill 2 days before at the same outlet. I have tried hard to at least i could get something about the problem. but the only response for was that your complain is forwarded and your services will be resume in 4 hrs but their 4 hrs haven't completed in 50 hrs

                Idea Cellular — Stoppage of outgoing facility

                I am using Idea group account mobile no [protected]
                On 22nd Jan 2011, suddenly outgoing facility was stopped. Whenever call was made, I got the message “temporary services of the dialed no. are on hold.” Next day that is 23rd Jan 2011, when inquired about this problem to Idea customer care services we got the reply ‘In their Audit they found my concerned documents were not available with them, hence they have stop outgoing services.
                When I enquired why service was stopped without any intimation they informed they had such SMS to me. However to the waste of my knowledge, I have never received such SMS from Idea.
                Idea has requested me to submit the documents as precondition to restore outgoing facility.
                Resubmitting documents is not problem for me. However principle I have objection for it resubmission with the following question to idea
                i) Whether idea gives there services to customers without documents?
                ii) If not so when they initiated services for me they must have taken the documents from me?
                iii) Once I have submitted the documents to them it is their duty to restore them properly.
                iv) If they have lost my documents it’s their fault & for their fault why I should suffer for the activation of outgoing services. When I am paying all the bills
                v) If at all idea is providing services to customers without documents is it not great offence?
                vi) I am idea Customer for several years alongwith my group.
                In this situation I request TRAI authority
                a) To enquire this matter immediately.
                b) To direct Idea services provider immediately reinstate my outgoing services unconditionally.
                c) Idea should formally Apologies me in this matter.
                d) Idea should compensate me suitably for the period of the disturbed services.
                e) If they have lost my documents they should formally request me to resubmit the documents with accepting they have lost my documents.
                I am accepting justices at the earliest for TRAI Authority.

                      I AM HAVING A POSTPAID CONNECTION OF AIRTEL FROMLAST 6 MONTHS.

I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMBER OF TIMES TO AIRTEL CUSTOMERCARE FOR SAME.

HE TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE HAVING A VIP NO. & YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY ATLEAST 20000 INDIAN RUPEES FOR CONVERSION OF SAME MOBILE NO POSTPAID TO PREPAID. AFTER HEARING THIS I HAVE GIVEN A APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF CONNECTION TO THEM ON 21/05/2008. BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT CANCELLED MY CONNECTION . UNNECESSERELY I AM PAYING THE HEAVY BILLS RATHER I AM NOT USING THE GPRS AND OTHES FACILITES.

                      Idea Cellular — discontinuation of service

                      I am a Idea customer with my mobile no [protected] (mumbai circle)
                      The outgoing calls has been barred by the service provider without prior information. The message repeatedly requests me to contact the customer service centre. however the idea customer care was not reacheable from the same idea no. because of the barred service. so how they can expect me to call back to them. after many failed attempts i called idea customer care through alternate no. and got a reply that the services are deactivated because the documents submitted to them (almost three years before) were invalid. Was the company sleeping for the last three years that suddenly they have wakened from their sleep. I requested the executive to connect me to their senior but was in vain even after holding the call for more than five minutes. Maybe no senior was available becasue of sunday (must be busy with their family) as always family or other assignments come first and not the customers.

                      My questions raised in the complaint are:
                      Is Idea responsible for any loss to me (profesional or personal or financial) due to the poor service and communication as i am presently government employee employed as a consultant.
                      what is the relaibility of the service as whenever they can discontinue the service without any intimation
                      how secured is their service if their validation process take palce after three years.

                      Hi My name is jaspal. Recently I visited at your Idea Customer care (Janak puri branch) to port my number from Airtel to Idea on 2nd of Nov. I have submitted my all documents & photograph but still my services were not started with Idea till 9th of Nov. When I called the customer care. She said to me that my documents are not submitted yet. so I asked about the solution & she said if we go ahead & find out what happened to your last document it will be a long process so that will be better if you deposit your documents once again.                       Hello there,

                      I'm, Pranav Shende residing in Pune ; customer of idea for last 7 yrs or more and having a post paid connection, i ve various complaints about Idea services,some of them are follows.

                      For past 25 days my connection is discontinued because of 200 INR outstanding that was also by fault , actually bill for Nov 2011 was 1333 INR i paid by internet banking 1034INR , for short of Rs 300 they barred my service without intimation.

                      After paying outstanding amount plus current bill that is Rs 1170 in dec ,Still SERVICE is NOT RESUMED ,after more than 25 days,

                      My issue is that if you can bar the service for me-agree outstanding amount of 200 INR , then what the purpose of credit limit 1700 INR which you show to custome , you people have our deposit with you, then why are you barring service .?????????

                      Again my concern is that if outstanding payment made immediately then why you are not resuming services as early as possible.While barring service you dnt take that much time ?
                      You must intimate the customer before discontinuing service .....

                      It causes huge losses to customer, when such thing happens suddenly .....WHO WILL COMPENSATE THOSE LOSSES.

                      Some other complaints are as follows ......

                      1) There is no coverage in Aundh, Sanghvi Pimpri, pune Unive , area in Pune ; call get broke after every 5 seconds.
                      2) No proper guidance from the call center guys.
                      3) They cant solve the query on real time .
                      4) My Idea people are pathetic in response and service .

                      I want to file a legal suite for the same .I need compensation for the losses occurred.

                        I have been using Idea Cellular for last 6 month. My plan was Rs 249+950(3G unlimited). Since last 3 months, I've been over charged on my phone bill, they were barred my outgoing service even now I couldn't receive any call from relatives. I have paid Rs 1500, then Rs 2500 for No SERVICES I HAVE USED so far. Someone contacted me through phone told be to pay Rs 1500 to unbarred my outgoing services, I have paid Rs 1500 and then contacted again next month told me (I'm calling from Tishajari Court, you are required to pay Rs 2500 to unbarred my service, gave me Rs 900 as a waiver) then, I paid Rs 2500 and they unbarred my service just for one day. After one day it was again same as before and barred my incoming and outgoing services when I talked to the company people, they told me to pay amount Rs 1300 more to get unbarred my services again. They agree that this is not correct. Still no action is being taken. Still they are charging even they have barred my services. I request please unbarred my services as soon as possible or I need to take legal action against this company.

                            I was using [protected] postpaid connection before several months and i had paid all the bills on time and then i have left the idea company and do portability to another service provider after finishing my all bill as well, and once my bill is completed then they have allowed me to port my mobile number.

                            After portability of my mobile number to some another provider after duration of 4 month they still calling me that my bill is pending.
                            I have taken actions to customer care and also gone to idea office as well, they have told me that there is system issue and it will be updated soon,
                            but they have not taken any action and i am getting calls for filling up my bill.

                            I have also talked with branch manager over my location Bapunagar and he has told me to confirm and finish this issue,
                            But nothing happen for that as well.
                            And now i have received notice from government that i have to pay the bill,
                            BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE KEEP ASKING ME BILL EVEN IT IS FILLED UP AND ALSO I AM TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND IT IS ALREADY 4 MONTHS OLD TOO.

                            This information i already know before 2 months and i have already told them and they have to check and confirm that too, but still this i am having this kind of issue so what should i do for this?

                            You have said that my account is already suspended but as i have said that i have already ported to another service provider, and i have talked with branch offices so much time there, but they are not taking action on my request, and nothing happen, just getting notices and calls to fill the bill, you have to understand that if i have not paid bill then i will not allowed to port another mobile provider.

                              with the port system i came into idea.at the time of porting they have told me to pay a refundable security amt rs.300 ,which will to be refund in 1st and 2nd bill.
                              But when my first bill comes rs 622( get to know from customer care) and i will said him for refund they are saying refund should be made in 4th, 5th ,and in 6th bill.now i decided to not to pay that amount
                              now when my printed bill comes to me I am wholly ''SHOKED" with my bill amount it was of rs. 1039.5 even when i inquiry about my bill at rs 622 . My mobile number's outgoings are totaly closed by co. so how could that bill comes for me .

                                a. I registered my number on Do Not Call list on 12th March,2010 with the Idea prepaid customer service. I was given a time of 45 days for it to be activated and my number taken off the list. However it has not been done yet and I called up the complaints help desk for the same but they wanted me to call back with all the details of the calls and sms received. Which is very annoying. Who un this world would have time to take the details when the reason of putting the number on do not call list is the disturbance at work and busy hours. Spoke to Sunny Sachdeva, the floor supervisor. This problem hasn't been resolved yet. Lets see how quick is this.

                                    On 16-Apr-2013 at 13:30:16, I got an SMS from Idea stating "Special recharge activated, Debited Rs. -49." and Rs. 49 were deducted from my balance. I didn't raise any request for any special activation of any service. On querying Idea Customer care, the executive as well as Team leader replied that this amount is deduction for activation of special SMS package. When I asked them how they could activate any package without getting any request from my side, they replied that I must have asked for the activation.

                                    Earlier also I faced such harrasments and had to lose my money. After recommendation from one of my friend, I am writing to you hoping that you will help me to get back my money (Rs. 49/-) and warn them to refrain from such malpractices.

Mobile no-[protected]) many times so many facility activated like ring tone, special car offer, and some other kind of offer they activated automatically and when by asking at idea customer care that why these facility are activated they blame us that you requested for that, what a non sense! And many time they deducted money from idea balance and while asking they reply that you use GPRS, but we not used GPRS, by getting tired of this kind of misbehavior/fraud I deactivated the GPRS facility. And again today (30/09/2011) money was deducted by the name of ring tone facility that we never requested. It’s my sincere request to you that look into matter and stop this kind of fraud/cheating otherwise I have to stop use of idea SIM and it’s not about only stopping the facility but I will take other measure for this cheating if not resolved. i already sent main to the idea customer care but still i have not get any response till now.

                                      I am really surprised by idea, when they deduct my account balance 9.96 rupees after activation of net pack of 28 rupee(which was active with recharged by 28)...
                                      After the confirmation of activation, i use the internet for some time, i found that my account balance is reduce due to the internet usage...

                                      Idea always shows your data balance higher then actual balance....
                                      And sometime we use internet without any worry.

                                      I am a MBA student as i have lack of time and money in search of jobs and i have to maintain the proper balance in the mobile phone.BUT a huge amount is being deducted not one,two but more than this.
                                      1.Date 20/10/09 Rs.15 deducted from my account on the name of voice chat but no any action taken by me

                                      2.Date 24/10/09 Rs.15 deducted from account by same cause

                                      3. daily Rs 1 is deducted from my account on the name of fandoo masti

                                      without any demand.


                                      MYLORD I am being disturb badly by the particular idea company

                                      please take a particular action against the company.

                                      I shall be obliged u for this forever
                                      i have complained many times but not particular action being taken by the company.
                                      I m always extorted by the company as always balance deduction and the customer care of the idea not take sny action...

Sir mere mobile ka balace 02 oct. 2011 ko diduct kiya gaya or menay customor cara bat kari to wo bhe glat no dekar bolte hai ki is number per bat karo 421121 par ye uber galat tha fir mene dobara phone lagaya fir batae hai ki jo charge kata gaya hai wo GPRS charge hai parntu mane GPRS ke liye 98 ka balance recharge kiya tha fir bhi main account se balance kata gaya.
                                      mere par 98 ka gprs activation messege bhi hai.

                                        Recently I have migrated my mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. After migration i was unable to use the GPRS serrings on my handset. when contacted customer care they first said that you need to install gprs settings as the sim provided was new and then i was provided with GPRS settings. I was asked to wait for 48 hours as per the idea standard process.
                                        But even after 48 hours, I was unable to connect to GPRS, when again I contacted customer care they were unable to locate the problem and my call was ATLEAST TRANSFERRED TO 6 -7 members of customer care, where u had to explain my problem to each and every one from the begining. my patience was tested to the core by these guys, these guys even dont know to speak in english and was speaking in totally buttler english.
                                        After 45 mins of my call i was told that my number still has GPRS settings activated on the prepaid sim and hence i was unable to connect the the GPRS on the migrated postpaid sim. I was asked to call the CUSTOMER CARE OF prepaid dept and request them to cancell the services on the prepaid sim, as untill that happens i cannot use GPRS services on the migrate postpaid sim.
                                        I called up pre-paid dept made them under stand the whole story, where indeed i was MADE TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM TO atleast 4 -5 tele calling executive, I dont know why they did so, but they every executive after listening to the whole problem transferred my call to the some other new tele caller.
                                        After a long struggle, prepaid dept understood my problem and asked me to wait for 48 hours to let the services get deactivated on the prepaid sim.
                                        I waited for 48 long hours, but the query was still not completed. Postpaid dept simply said that the services are still active on the prepaid sim and cannot activate the settings. Post paid dept again asked me to call the prepaid customer care.. and the worst thing was the prepaid and the post paid dept were not communicating internally, i was like a postman between prepaid & postpaid customer care executives.
                                        My patience was tested to the core and i couldnt continue to bare any more patience... so i begged and requested the customer care to cancell the GPRS SETTINGS ON BOTH PREPAID AND THE POST PAID SIM as this would be end of all the conversations.
                                        WHICH INDEED THIS REQUEST WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY BY THE CUSTOMER CARE.. and they deactivated my GPRS settings completed with in hours(1 - 2 hours)

                                        After 15 days, i was forced to call back the customer care to activate the settings back, as i use this number for business pupose and need the gprs all the day.
                                        where at the customer care one MR.GUNDLA MAHESH answered my call on 14.04.2013 at 15.29 hours and said that the services would be activated by 12.00 hours on 15.04.2013.
                                        But as expected even on 15.04.2013 the services were not activated and i was forced to make call to customer care.. where one Ms.Kameshwari Usha answered my call at 17.29 hours on 15.04.2013 and simply said that the services are not activated and the suprising part was that... she didnt know the reason why... I requested here to transfer my call to senior executive where after 15 mins on hold.. my call was still not answered.
                                        even this lady was unable to speak properly in english and hindi.
                                        I again called up where one MR.KRANTI KUMAR answered my call and as expected even this guy was unable to communicate properly and kept my call on hold for 24 mins..
                                        but no one answered.

                                        now finally i have the following questions to IDEA.

                                        will IDEA BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE GPRS SETTINGS ON MY NUMBER.
                                        WHY IS IDEA HIRING IN EFFICIENT PEOPLE WHO ARE SPOILING IMAGE OF IDEA AND MAKING CUSTOMERS ANGRY.
                                        WHY DID THE GUYS AT THE CUSTOMER CARE WHERE NOT SPEAKING INTERNALLY BETWEEN POSTPAID AND PREPAID DEPT TO SOLVE MY ISSUE.
                                        WHY WAS I MADE TO DO SO.
                                        WHY WAS I MADE TO WAIT FOR THIS LONG DAYS.

                                        I need answer from idea or i shall go for MNP.
                                        my company also holds about 18 CUG connections of IDEA and I will also MNP all the numbers at the earliest.

                                        You guys have made a limit for calling to customer care :-):-). And if your gprs softwares have some problem then better see to that there will be no more problems regarding that :-):-) if you are not confident about that better increase the limit or the best thing is you people can follow the spice people where they used to had unlimited number of times for calling customer care :-):-):-). So i think that you will oblige my request :-):-):-)

                                        Idea cellular customer care — Not able contact customer care executive

                                        Many time I want to contact costomer care.but most of time call was disconnected and iam not able to customer care.
