We had taken 10 cug connection from idea ,at the time when we
Had taken it the idea representative told us that we will get 700 mins local
And std call free and 300 sms also but now when we paid the bill and queries
For it the customers care person are saying that 700mins free is only for roaming
we had paid 3000/- forms it ,why they lied to us only for the sake of selling products

The idea offer of free 2gb 3g internet for 2 months each on purchase of nokia lumia 720 has not been activated yet. When called customer care to avail the offer, they rudely declined and dropped my call saying they have no idea of any such offer. Why do they promote on the basis of such offers when they are not willing to provide them. This is sheer shame on part of nokia and idea both.

Idea, as i had been studying is topping the chart of indecency and worthless customer support. their customer support executives are not only arrogant but ABUSIVE.

Ill mannered females call and abuse even we are not the customer. Does sitting in call center, gives them indecency certificate. Are they rightful to abuse anyone and still shamelessly say that we will continue to do it further.

I have taken a new sim of IDEA for browsing the internet from my laptop using my universal dongle. I have recharged it with Rs.651 for 3g internet. But when i connected with it the speed of the internet is dead slow which is showing 40kbps. Atleast it is not having the speed of 2g also. my idea number is [protected].
