IDEA 3G NETSETTER NO.- [protected].Hi! This Grievance is against Idea Cellular for harassing my wife dreadfully! Actually, 3 months ago, We did a horrific mistake by buying idea's Dongle 3g Netsetter (Prepaid) from idea store ,Yamunanagar, Haryana. But from the very first day we plucked out loads of problems, which we didn't find any solutions from company, besides making sooo many complaints!!! First Problem was terrible speed... It was like a 3rd class 2G internet, which could die or disconnect at any time. We complained about this matter but nothing happened!!! Instead of resolving the matter, Idea customer care aggravated this matter horribly as we became unable to connect to the web!!! And its been happening for last 45 days!!! In between, I had made many complaints, Everytime we made complaint, Company representative called us and said, "You just need to recharge again." And when we asked about past 3g recharges and speed issues, then she became answerless by saying, " We are sorry for the past losses and it won't be repeated again. Please recharge again!" But she was as bad as the idea's network!! Earlier, company took Rs. 450 but we couldn't even use a single byte from the 2GB data, that just because of company's terrible network N customer care!!! And just a week back, I again made a recharge of Rs. 205 for 2GB data, but again I am unable to use it...! I contacted the company thru facebook, twitter, their customer care e-mail, helpline but no body took responsibility to handle this matter. They have been harassing us for last 2 months without any regret. Due to NON-CONNECTIVITY, We had to face many problem in our business and personal life!!! Due to that, I had to pay the penalty worth INR 3000 to my airline as I couldn't cancel the ticket on time, that too because of idea cellular. Now, We don't want to continue with the company as company has no care for their customers. I want justice by getting my hard-earned money back!!! INR 450+205=655. This is just totally unprofessional, purely abominable and wicked behavior from idea! Idea does nothing but lures the consumers by catchy advertisements!!! Their customer care team is bloody unprofessional and hellaciously awful as they obey no ethics but loot, loot and loot!!! Idea is a dacoit, who is looting and harassing us like hell!!! Please help us to avail justice!!!

Dear sir,It is to bring to your notice that my father Raj kumar saraf and mother Gaytri devi are having joint F.D at uco bank main branch gaya, Bihar.the detail of F.D are given below
1.Date of issue 25/6/97 amount 48, 506, Date of maturity 25/4/2000 amount 72, 363.S.no AF/16 369528/3999798
2.Date of issue 13/3/1993 amount 42, 848, Date of maturity 3/09/2001 amount 64, 361.S.no 535782 /1427/9697
3.Date of issue 25/06/01 amount 60306, Date of maturity 24/10/01 amount 68, 918.S.no 971817/426/01.
The officials there are not responding anything about the F.D, my father actually wanted to renew them once again but they are not teeling anything.
The senior branch manager and accountant Mr. saran have misbehaved with my father several times during his visit to gaya uco bank main branch office in last 2 months.My father had also sent letter to uco branch, calcutta, but havnt got any reply yet.please look into the issue seriously as the gaya branch officials are harrassing the senior citizen, also hitting the goodwill o[censored]co branch gaya.Please revert as soon as possible.
