Dear sir,
This cell no. is my postpaid connection in Rajasthan circle which I had ported from vodafone in Dec, 2012. At the time of taking this postpaid connection, I had given all the relevant documents to your agent Mr. Naresh at Jodhpur. After verification of address by your verifier, the services were initiated. Originally I had opted for plan 249. I had changed my plan from 249 to RJ199ghoomar on 30th March,2013. Again at the time of change of plan, I had given documents as address proof. The services on my cell no. mentioned above have been blocked w.e.f. 24th April, 2013 evening without any notice to me in any manner. On enquiry from customer care executive, I came to know that services have been blocked because of verification of documents and address as the bills sent by you are not being delivered. This is highly objectionable since all the bills generated by you have been paid by me always well in time and till today there is nothing outstanding against me. Instead there is a minus balance of Rs.75 or so. How it is possible that all the bills have been paid well within time without receiving them? Moreover, before blocking services, they should have brought it to my notice that because of address verification, we shall be blocking services. I feel that there is either no coordination between agents and customer care staff is quite negligent.
Kindly help me in this matter urgently.
