Idea Cellular — without my permission amount down

my cell number is [protected].with out my permission my account balance is down.i call to coustemer care they tell my mobile is activate gprs connection.so i tell to them to dis connected the gprs connection .but iam not recieve any message to the idea coustemercare.

so please kindly solve my problem.and disconnet the gprs connection

I have a Mo.[protected].I never recharge any talk-up value voucher. But you have deducted our Rs.100/-today. I am said to know your policy. i.e. your person offered a gift talk-up value without any charges.Please return my deduct amount. I am not require any talk-up and message, phone from yourend.I am very upset to recd. your message. If you are not return our deducted amount I will go to Consumer court..

Idea Cellular — Regarding GPRS service

Dear Sir,
My Cell No. is [protected], City-Durg(Chhattisgarh), I have been using Idea Cellular from last one month, I requested for the activation of GPRS services in my mobile that is Nokia 6670, after that i availed the service only for about two or three days, but now service is not available to me. On that regard i have complained many times to the Idea Customer Care but didn't get proper respose so that i could get the services reactivated. Take proper action and give me proper response regarding this as soon as possible.

On that regard i have complained many times to the Idea Customer Care but didn't get proper respose so that i could get the services activated. Take proper action and give me proper response regarding this as soon as possible.

Idea — my gprs service is not working

i have activated gprs service in my phone. but after one week i cant acess to the internet through my mobile.my no is [protected]
