I got sms from 57886 & then deducted by balance by Rs. 3/-, I want to stop this facility now. Please help me how to stop this sms from 57886...

I am using Idea post paid connections from last 4 months but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the services. when I go to roaming area,service of my phone is being debarred within a fix hours of interval,when I call to Rajasthan Cust care for the same than they start my services by apologize with me and promise that this will not be repeated but after some hours again my service debarred

I had taken idea postpaid number in the month of august, but the number did not activate since august to october 2012
and then after waiting morethen 2 months i left my sim,
and now idea is calling me for the bill of 2500/- but i did not use the number....
