Respected Sir,
As per the above subject on dated 12/01/2013 i got the massage that ' Dear Customer thank you for downloading New games form Handygo you have been charged Rs. 5' but actually on that day I did not download any data, even on that day i did not sent any massage. so I call back to idea care also for this reason but they give unexpected answer. while i am asking for more detail they just say sorry and not give any detail about that deduction.
So request you to please do the needful.

Idea — cutting of balance

i had call from idea company.
the exeucative tell me about offer of IDEA talkis.
I heard that offer and doesnt reply yes or no .
after call ending i had a message that "you have charged RS 75/15 Days .
My balance Of 75 Rs is deducted.
I am confused that If i doent reply anything then how was my balance is deducted.
I m asure that i doesn't have refund balance but it can happen to others .
so i register a complaint to avoid that thing from others.
hope that attention will be given to the complaint.

    This is Anil Thomas my number is [protected], I have recharged for Rs. 98 for Idea GPRS 2G pack on 10.01.2013 and I have got the message of confirmation against this recharge.
    I started to using social sites like fb etc. but i have lost my main balance as unfortunately it is Rs 97 required for Idea 2G GPRS pack. I complained the customer care but they told it is Rs 97 recharge gives the 2G GPRS pack and my Rs 98 recharge has been credited as Rs 84 talk time but I have not received any talk time of Rs 84.

        I have a motorola Razr M handset, which is not able to access the Idea network with mobile number [protected].
        Repeated calls to the idea customer care have been o[censored]tter waste as they are clueless about the issue. I request idea to please update the IMEI number [protected] in their database.

          Idea — unsubscribe the

          Immediately I had sent SMS to UNSUBGBX to 55435 for not to renew but SMS remains pending. Since then I have been charged Rs. 5per day from 20/06/10 to till date while I never requested/utilized for any such service .

          You are requested to help me for refund of money charged, I had been charged by customer care during complaint but the customer also could not help out from this unwanted charge.Now I am not recharging my prepaid account due to un-satisfied service of the Idea Cellular service.
          It is the great disadvantage if the cellular services for un-wanted charges applied by them.

          I am trying to cxl the service but receiving msg as "oops you seems to have typed a wrong keyword" - kindly help and refund the amount.

            I am using Idea post paid connections from last 4 months but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the services. when I go to roaming area,service of my phone is being debarred within a fix hours of interval,when I call to Rajasthan Cust care for the same than they start my services by apologize with me and promise that this will not be repeated but after some hours again my service debarred
            Even every time network also down hence I have to call your cust care by my alternative no of other service provider.
            I never ever seen this type of worst services in my life. I am not able to understand why this is being happening with me. even right now my no.is not working.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I did an online recharge of Rs. 44 on the idea portal, on 7th January , 2013 on my number as per the details mentioned on their official website. www.ideacellular.com

              But I regret to inform you that instead of the 3000 sms only 600 sms has been credited to my account as per the message I received immediately after recharging. Also the validity is only 15 days as opposed to 30 days.

              On contacting thier customer care I was told that the offer was changed to the new benefits on 5th January 2013. But even on 8th January, this change was not reflected on Thier official website.

              Now why should me or any other customer suffer because of poor IT management of their website. They should not publicly offer one thing and deliver another. They should deliver as advertised and seek compensation from Thier IT providers if they have to.

              I have attached the relevant screenshots along with this mail.

              Please take corrective action immediately.

                  I am using idea connection for internet facility and i was a having a net pack with a validity uptil 9/1/13 and balance of Rs 66 on 9/1/13 uptil 8 pm when i have last checked the balance but the company has reduced my balanced to 18 paise on 10/1/13 and when i called the customer care the information regarding the deduction was not provided to me for the reason of system updates and i was asked to call after 4 hours. after 4hours all the executives were so busy that they didnot received my call for 3 hours when called from other number they said that the deductions were because of no net pack activated on your number. which was there with a validity upto 9th january.

                            but that was rejected without any cause. The sim was alloted to Mr kumar priya ranjan

                                i have recharged on 7th jan and on 8th jan for rs 50. . automatically my balance is
                                beocme zero. without even using or king even one single call

                                when i emailed my greviance to idea customer service they confimed that these are some VAS pack charges which i never applied for.

                                I am running a small business and need cell to call my customer. on 8th jan when recharged my balance for rs 50 and took the phone to call one of my client . I was shock to know that my balance is zero.

                                Hence i have not got satisfactory resoulation , also to add up when i called ur idea phone call center pls check my number with the the time i had called that was 8th jan 2013 at around 3.00 p.m the customer service officer inspite of hearning my voice he said i m not able to here your voice" and then lauged and disconnected my call.

                                is this the way your customer service treat the customer.

                                I cancelled the wap service on my mobile 7th of april. i got a confirmation call from idea care that it has been cancelled. but till now they are charging me for that service daily rental of 25/day.so please help me in this regard.

                                I Mrs. Manorama Pokhriyal want to make a complaint against the Mobile Company Idea as i am using there number which is [protected] from quit sometime, but one day it was my mistake i except it i press the button and got the call tunes service activate after that i have send so many sms to deactivate the same but still its not happened and still today these people are deducting the money from my prepaid mobile phone .

                                Idea Cellular Service — Unable to reach customer care service

                                Am not able to reach the customer care operator through the customer care service. I need to deactivate few services which has been activated without my knowledge. Kindly revert back to my no.[protected].
                                Idea Cellular have charged the activation fee for a new post paid connection and they havent enabled the outgoing calls giving the reason that the verification has gone negative. Now they are not refunding the fee. They are cheaters .

                                I had Idea GSM service. No. is [protected]. i desire activate Diller tone service. For this service, i h'v contact to Customer Care and through customer care i got activate DT. However, i paid for this service approx. Rs.45 and after week they h'v deducted Rs.6 more and once more time Rs.6 was deducted. Against which, we have several time contact to Custom representitive and they behave like rude. Finally , they are not attend my call. So please do the needful and oblige.

                                Idea Cellular Service — Service on hold

                                Begining of the story- Two susequent Rs 10 charge each deducted from my account for a bollywood pack which I never ever opted for. I logged a complaint and after the call I got an SMS on 20/08/2010 in regard to re-submission documents forverification. I called and clarified with customer care, as I have my classes and exam on sunday, I cannot submit the document prior to 23/08/2010.I was said it was fine. On 23/08/2010 my services were put on hold. i called the customer care, they said I need to visit their office. I said if they are open on Sunday,they said no. I had to undergo huge mental stress. As they did not have an option how can they put the service on hold. Phone being such an emminent part of life at present, is being cut off without any option. I want to log a complaint against Idea and demand a compensation for the mental harrasament and disruption of public utility service.

                                This service is paid service customer care charges .50 Paisa per 3 miniutes
                                for its service but previously this service was absolutly free
                                but beyond its customer care charge there no body pick phone

                                I have a Idea connection.My no is [protected],i recharged with 98(GPRS pack).But i have facing a problem that my net connection automatically disconnect after 1hour or 1.30 hours for 2-3days.
                                With this prob when i called (probably in Bengal circle customer care) one of their representative named Mithun Das strongly told me that this prob will not be solved and he can't do anything for me for this prob.
                                I can give you details about the call,anyone can check it.

                                Hi,

                                I am using Idea mobile connection No. [protected]. The company has charging me Rs.30 since last two months saying it for my I- card plan.I am using this plan since last 3- 4 years. this charge of I-card plan is not known to me as it has started just few months back. Also deduction is not done every month.randomly in any month they deduct this amount. i request you to please look into matter and refund at least Rs. 60

                                idea cellular service — After payment of Rs. 300.00 phone not working

                                On 15/5/2011 at 11:24 am I paid Rs. 295. for re-charge of my mobie no. [protected] vide Trans ID No.[protected] on RC 27. This was confirmed by service provider by sms. Howver my phone do not work still after more than 22 days. In the mean time I visited their Anuj Communication shop & spolke to Madam Ashwin P Pawar. She asked me to show Identity proof, which I showed to her on 1/6/2011. She asked again to bring Telephon bill & also PAN card as my signature was not clear to her on my Driving licence.
                                Till now my telephone not working Idea company is cheating the customers by not clarifing the thing before accepting recharge money. I would have never paid it had they informed that I had to show Identity again. Request to pl. resolve my issue at the earlist.

                                Idea Cellular — Unnecessary Charges applied

                                Hi,

                                I am Amit Joshi. I am unfortunately customer of Idea Cellular number [protected]. This is second time when I am not happy with the billing amount. First time it was related to GPRS uses but that time I was not having any evidence and hence I paid 6500 Rs.

                                This time I am having evidence and not happy because I subscribe for Astrology service plan i.e. 2.99/min for 7 days but Idea fails to enable this service and applied normal charges i.e. Rs 9.00/min.

                                I have activated this service two time 26 & 30 Aug 2011 and both times I received SMS from IZ-Idea that ‘DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE FAILED TO ACTIVATE YOUR REQUEST’.

                                I have spoken to Idea customer care but they not answered me properly. I have also sent three e-mails on below IDs but yet not found any response from Idea:

                                2. 'ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com'

                                Requesting you to please look into this metter. I can happily pay for whatever I requested.
                                idea is in the habit of harassing its customers by generating false & excessive bills & don't even bother to clarify or satisfy the customer

                                Idea — unnecessary call charges deducted

                                Dissapointed with Vodafone services!!

                                at the end of last year 2011 i.e inbetween from 15th dec to 31st dec 2011 unnecessary deduction of almost Rs 180 from my ideaphone prepaid account. Firstly they deduct Rs 30 and provide me the caller tune for 7 days. then when i recharge my account again with Rs 100/- again deduction of Rs 30 towards news subscriber and again provide me some other services with out any request for that.
                                I asked to customer care , no feedback from there end, then I have deactivate that service from customer care executive .

                                NO ANY HELP THEY PROVIDE ON CUSTOMER CARE IS THIS A WAY IDEA SERVICE IS TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

                                this is second time, without my acknowledge, unwanted service has been activated and money has been deducted.
                                this is not always possible to check the balance or check the money deducted. on 28 july 12 Rs 30/- had been deducted without giving any acknowledge and sms alerts. when contacted customer care, she could not connect to executive or even clarify my problem and told to dial again. I want to know, how many times I have to contact c/care. because frequently it is disconnected while transfering to executive. kindly resolve my problem for refunding of Rs 30/-. my idea no. [protected]. also it is to be ensured that no unwanted service to be activated. thank you.

I am facing call drops, very slow internet outdoor and totally no coverage indoores, this is the condition of total idea users in this village. there is a idea tower in the village Kinhi naik 3 K Ms far from our village Wadali, the employees who are work for the company dont care about all these problems,I complained many time to company but there is no use.

                                    I am a service consumer of IDEA Cellular Ltd., since last many years with mobile no. [protected] of Ghaziabad - NCR region. During the month of December, 2012 they have raised my monthly bill of Rs. 323.49 with a due date of Ist January, 2013. I have paid the same vide cheque no. 299225 dated 31st December, 2012 of Bank of India, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi - 110 002 through drop box fixed at Shakarpur, Delhi 110092. In this context I would like to bring in your kind notice that the same cheque has been cleared on 4th January, 2013 from my bank account. I regret to inform you that today service provider has blocked by outgoing calls. When I contacted to 12345 of Idea Customer Care they have lodged the complaint and issue a reference number i.e.[protected] and said that the outgoing calls will be activated by 10th January, 2013, if you have paid the bill.

                                    This was very shocking sir as I have already paid the due bill within stipulated time, how Idea Cellular Limited has barred my outgoing calls, and why I should suffer on account of negligence/mistake of service provide.

                                    Therefore, you are humbly requested to please register my complaint and do the needful as this incident has harassed me a lot mentally

                                      Our complaint regarding 3G Activation is not yet resolved.

                                      Service request was raised by Idea regarding 3G ACTIVATION and closed it without resolving the complaint.

                                      This is a very dirty trick and doesn't suite a company like IDEA

                                      IDEA 3G prepaid — IDEA 3G No SERVICE

                                      Documents submitted before two -three months back and internet service was activated by IDEA.Then IDEA 3G service was activated by company after paying Rs 450/- and Then also Recharged 3G by paying Rs 450/- in last week and service was activated and after 2-3 days deactivated. Then inquiry was done with Idea care and they replied that your balance is available so you contact at customer care personally. As per instructions when on dated 26/08/2011 contacted to customer care personally at Bhandarkar road pune branch with ID documents.Branch office Madam had told to me that,this IDEA No.[protected] was allotted to someone,so you apply for new one or wait for decesion.Then I was shocked, How they can do like that,with my balance of 3G and without information to me.And there is also probability of misuse of my card no. so please do needful.contact no.[protected]

                                      we get the error message as there is no internet connection on 3G network (Data Roaming).
