Sir I Rajendra Ringh used postpaid idea mobile no [protected] .I take this connection under CUG plan o rental for two years in 799 Rs.from sep10 to sep 12. I used this no upto may 12 and stop using this no due to my transfer to jaisalmer as I am in defence. at that time I have a pending bill of rs 31. Itold to idea customer care many times. to send this amount online and stop my service. but they advice me to visit my idea soap for stop this...

I had IDEA 2G services 1 GB plan @125 and same has been activated on 31/01/2012 and on the same day I enquirer customer care regarding charges they informed I would charged for Rs 125 for 1 GB and there would be no other charges. On receipt of my bill there is 523.99 GPRS usage charges on 1 st Feb 2013. I was informed 2G is activated under 125 rs for 1 GB and there would not be any other charges. According...

Plz refund my Rs.30 against unsoliciated advertizment call at 1409 hrs on 20 Feb 13 .Without any concensus, idea company has deducted Rs.30 even though i have not subscribed the idea music station service.Plz refund my amount within 24 hrs otherwise i will take legal action against the company. Refer my unsub sms at 1448 hrs on date & can varify the data used during that period.

There has been an unauthorized balance deduction of INR 293.07 from my prepaid sim account last night.
Despite of many attempts to call customer care, the Idea Cellular Ltd is not concerned about the issue and has been ignoring my call attempts made at number 198.
I sent email to idea cellular ltd but have not received any reply....

I am using IDEA service with no [protected]. They activated pre-tones service without my request also they charge 10 Rs. When I had call to CC they replied why you’re not using that service till 10 days because already you have been charged by us.

I got a call from idea customer care regarding portability at their network and get the benefit of calls and good rental and all kind of other benefits to choose their plan. But after using their network the rental plan was discussed and got the plan is totally different. and they are not listening. My contact no.is [protected] and [protected]. my self jitendra .i have idea network mobile .i recharge with rs 15 which gives full talktime for 2 day on 15 feb .i used 6.60 rs for calling on 15 feb .on feb 16 when i call i see that the left amount of rs 9.40 on feb 15 but not in my account on feb 16.the extra charge from my account deduct .when i talk to customer care they cut rs 1 without any talk.it is a serious frod with me .pls help me...

I am a doctor and my Mobile was lost on 15th Feb 2013 evening 6.30 pm, we tried to trace it but all efforts in vain. since 9.00 pm till 11.15 pm we tried to contact Idea cellular company to block the outgoing from Sim but all time answer was "slow Server", they didn't even note our complain.

next day (16th Feb 2013) again we called and they verified the name, address, DOB & last...

Please De-active unsubscribe wap store

Mobile operator is charging RS 5 per day for wap store subscription
while I have subscribed to it.

All efforts on unsubscribe via mobile it have failed.

However, I hope this complaint shall not start a series of calls from customer care
because that will be still worst.

i am used idea simcard 11 february2013 my acct amount cut with out subscripson in idea cellular service please action sir...

My balance has been deducted to a considerable amount of Rs. 160.
I was been misguided by the customer care executive of Idea Cellular Ltd. & my balance was deducted under WAP usage condition.
Even after speaking to the customer care executive my complaint and issue was not solved.
This is one of the worst operators in telecommunication Industry....

I had taken idea connection.then due to irritation of high charges ,i chosen portability service n moved to Vodafone.
At the time of portability I was clearly told to pay full & final amount to idea to get services transferred to Vodafone, unless you pay,your services from idea can not be released.I followed the same.Regarding full & final payment,I used to get calls from idea for a week but...
