dear sir, I had applied on 22/01/2013 for converting my idea pre paid number and my boding wife's bsnl post paid number under the corporate plan. my number is started after 12 days. but still my boding wife's number is holding on the idea cellur end and they are regularly assuring me that it will be on the service today evening. but it is not so. my boding wife is a professor and her number is blocked 8 days before. she is so much worried because her number is around 8 years old. please do the needful as soon as possible.

    I have purchased a new idea net setter on Saturday it has started on Thursday night so it has now started but now only 2g network is working also I had purchased this so that I can use it in my farm but there is not even 2g network not working as there is full range for idea so I am really sorry for complain

      My mobile no. is [protected], I had applied for MNP from Reliance to Idea on -Jan-2013 with all the required documents provided to the best of the accuracy to the idea executive (Idea office phone no :[protected], [protected]). Its been almost 35 days and still I have not received any status update from IDEA and I am continuing on Reliance network.

      I called Idea office so many times where I submitted the document but those people do not tell clearly what is the matter. Sometime they tell some orders from supreme court have come regarding MNP and sometimes they tell some problem is happening from Reliance side. Idea guy also charged for 500 rupees for MNP.

      My 01st MNP Port code(RD581685) expired on 14-Jan-2013 & 02nd MNP Port code expired on (RD615589) on 31-Jan-13. I fail to understand why still it has not been done yet. My new MNP Port CODE is RD642664 (Expiry date is 19-Feb-13)

      Idea Cellular — Portability

      My Name is PANKAJ VINAYAKRAO RAUT.

      I want to use the 'Mobile Number Portability' facility.
      For that I have given my IDEA phone no. ([protected]) to convert into AIRTEL
      on 27/02/2011 to the retailer.
      Officially this procedure takes 6-7 days.
      But now retailer is saying IDEA company is not releasing my documents
      necessary for the portability. Actually I have given all necessary documents
      and all are valid.
      I think company does not want to give such facility and they are
      postponing this procedure day by day.
      Please help me.

      I would like to inform you that I have applied for mob no portability and I have got the port id from idea. But before applying for portability in

      Vodafone office I have paid 100 rs extra bill after that, but I get the remark from Vodafone that there are subsisting contractual agreement pls

      Contact your current operator. When I called up idea cust care at 4999 they informed me there is no problem from our end.



      Hence if there is some problem for portability then why you have approved my no to be port to Vodafone.

      And still your people are not aware they told me you can do it.



      I request you to pls intervene and look into this matter. And educate your csa about the products.



      My humble request is can I know my no can be port into Vodafone pls share the information clear and correct.

      sir , i Capt.Anvesh have been using idea +91-[protected] from the past 3 years and a week ago i hav applied for the portability according to the procedure from idea to vodafone , i was told by vodafone people that the request has been rejected by your current operator due to porting code does not match the donor allocated code , when there is no difference in the porting number how can they reject the request . i hav got no response either from coustumer care nor idea office (stores ). what is the solution i can expect nw

      Idea Cellular Limited — Not approving No. Portability

      Hi,

      I m postpaid user of Idea Cellular Limited, using it from last one year. from last two months i am facing undue charges applied in my billing & after various complaints they are refunding the same. & Now due to poor services & wrong billing of Service provider, i tried to Port my no., but today as on 07-Apr-12, Idea have rejected my request of porting my no to another operator. on account of some outstanding pending for my account. & last date of bill submission is still far away.

      Kindly help me in porting my No from Idea to any other operator.

        My Name is Sri Raghava. I'm a idea customer and i'm a post paid user. My idea mobile number is +91-[protected].I'm Idea Andhra Pradesh Customer.

        My bill has been generated on 21-Jan 2013 and the due date is 5 feb 2013 and i didn't pay the bill. They barred my services on 19th feb 2013 after 10.00AM. I padi the bill on 19 feb 2013 at 2.00PM and they resumed the services from 19 feb 2013 after 6.00PM onwards. In my next bill which generated on 21-feb 2013 they charged me for the late payment.

        My complaint is if they barred my out going calls they why they levied late payment charges on me. They can do any one barring my services or putting late payment charges but i'm suffered from both. They can do any one thing barring the services or putting late payment charges, then i'll be accepting it. They barred my services on 19 feb 2013 and they levied the late payment charges on my next bill which generated on 21 feb 2013.

        I'm attaching my bill copy(First two pages). In the second page they mentioned the late payment charges.

          SUBJECT: complain regarding my idea post-paid no. [protected] for charging Rental for Two Different Bill-Plan in a single bill, Invoice No.[protected]
          Sir,
          I am using IDEA Post-paid number, PLAN 199, since a long time .Recently I made a online request, in December-2012, for a change in my bill plan(ADVANCE RENTAL 998).Subsequently I also made a porting request for changing service provider(porting code: ID434128,expiry date:14/01/2013).
          An executive from idea called me and requested me not to port my number and suggested me to change my bill plan to LIFELONG 444 RENEWAL PLAN. She also confirmed me that my current plan Rental is Rs.199 which is being changed to 444.
          Now IDEA Cellular has charged me for both the request (i.e. Rs998 for advance rental for TWO year and Rs.444 for lifelong renewal plan), in January bill Dated 23-jan-2013, bill period: 23-dec-2013 to 22-jan-2013, invoice no.[protected].
          Now my point is,
          (1)At the time of request for lifelong plan 444 my current plan was ‘Rental 199,so instead of activating a single plan request company has activated both the Bill Plan in a single bill period.
          (2)How the company can charge me for two bill plan in a single bill period, as I have not even used the “advance rental plan 998”
          (3) at the time of accepting the request for Lifelong validity plan 444 the executive have told me that my current plan is ‘Rental 199’ and my plan will me changed from rental 199 to lifelong validity 444.
          So kindly resolve it as my outgoing services has been stopped for non-payment of bill.
          ALSO I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 25-JANUARY AT 11.40 pm.THE EXECUTIVE SIMPLY TOLD ME IN ROUGH MANNER THAT I WILL BE CHARGED FOR BOTH THE BILL PLAN.WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HIS POINT,HE TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE.I TOLD HIM TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO SOME SENIOR EXECUTIVE THAN HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND PUT MY CALL ON HOLD.I CUT MY CALL AFTER WAITING IN VAIN FOR 20 MINUTES.I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIME AGAIN BUT I GOT THE RESPONSE THAT ALL EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY.

          Ideacellular — multiple bill amount

          i have a postpaid connection with idea. the number is +91-[protected]. I believe that i am what they call as a silver customer.

          5 months before i activated a package of Rs 50 which reduces the call charges. the first bill showed double the amount. when i contacted their customer care they said its a mistake and said they will refund the money. well they did.

          but the second month the same thing happened. and again i had to go there and correct the issue. this time they promised that it wont repeat. i took their word and came back but again and again the same mistake is happening and i don't know what to do.

          i am thinking of disconnecting the connection and go for any other providers if i am not getting my problem solved. is there any suggestion that any one can give me on this. i have heard about TRAI but really don't know whwther it helps or how to approach them.

          can any one helpme on this !!!?????

          Idea — BILL PLAN NOT CHANGED.

          I kept on calling on customer care but there was no response

          I finally was so fedup that got the phone disconnected on 13th Nov,09

          Idea Cellular — Wrong charge on bill

          I buy 4 sim card from Ideal company. Three sim card for mobile and one sim card for Donugal internet.I take advance rental plan for internet for 5 month. So I paid rent in advance for 5 month. When I got my first Idea bill they charge me rent for my internet connection. I paid my rent in adavance.Why they charge me rent again in first month. The sales rep Mr Bhavin Patel (mobil no[protected])told me that if you pay in advace rental schem you do not have to pay any rent since five month. I request to issue credit to my next bill. But they did not give me credit. The sales person of idea give us wrong information to me to sell his product. I contact to day to his Boss in Idea his name is Mr Vimal Jain(Mobil no[protected]).and I explian about mail practice of his sales person. I need my credit of RS 750.00 as soon as possible. Pl contact idea authority to stop mail practice and wrong sales practice to customer. I am NRI open buiness in surat. I give my a/c detail below and I need my justics asp.             Sir/Mam I’m very old customer of Idea cellular u can verify cell no [protected] & [protected] in my name & was very happy with your pre paid cellular services with an average expense of Rs.150/ and odd at the max. One fine day your representative name Mr. Satish approached me& he offered ‘NEP’ plan for corporate user as I worked for corporate bank for Rs.199/- plus ser. Tax with so many offers like 850 mobile/local calls free,300 sms free & 2GB Internet usage free for a month & for NEP plan of Rs.99/- offered me 400 local/mobile call free plus 300 sms free & 1GB Internet free per month plus CUG talk is absolutely free. Considering this offer I changed my plan & switched from prepaid to post paid for both my cell phones and even I took one more connection under this plan for my daughter (new No. [protected]) with an assurance for above stated offers you won’t charge. My billing cycle is 23rd of each month.

            I received a first message from idea that my total bill is Rs. 676/33 on 24th or 25th of Jan. 2013 on my Cell no [protected], Rs.167.08 for cell no [protected] & Rs.161.54 for cell no [protected] and pay before 7/02/2013 which is followed by your bill after 4-5 days. I got shocked to see the Internet chgs is being charged for Rs.451.46 in [protected], Rs.15.72 in [protected] & Rs.15.02 in [protected], when I enquired to your customer care, I came to know that Internet usage chgs are not activated on my numbers you have to activate them so I requested them to activate the said services & waive my net usage chgs. They told me to talk to billing section so I spoke to Billing section they refuse to activate Internet usage stating it is not under my plan on 31.01.2013.

            On the basis of communication with billing section I lodged complaint no 25034354 on 31.01.2013 and requested to close my NEP plan & switch back to my original pre- paid plan even I offered to settle the bills (Except GPRS Chgs) for all the 3 phones to avoid late payment chgs, your representative has told me to wait, as 7 days are there by that time my complaint will be solved. I waited upto 5.02.2013 but there was no answer from your side again I offered them same to settle the dues (except GPRS chgs) but still they told me to wait for an answer and assured me for no late payment chgs will be charged to you for late payment as my complaint is in pipeline.

            Today on 17.02.2013 till today I have not received any answer from your company & no communication on my phone stating for my complaint. I am really surprised when you have deactivated services of [protected] after 1st or 2nd of February 2013 & [protected] on 16th Feb.13 without any consent taken from us even repeatedly told not to disturb any of network as my daughter is in X th Std and she needed the cell desperately for her coaching classes schedules before her Board Exams within 10-15 days although I am ready to pay all the dues of all my cell phones (except GPRS Chgs & CUG calling Chgs if you have charged).

            Sir I request you switch all my connection to Pre paid and close all your plan of post paid if you are not ready to keep your words for all the free services your representative offered while canvassing your card. Please tell me the exact my usage chgs till you switch my plan so I’ll make the payment immediately (except GPRS chgs). Please look into matter & reestablish the disturb services as it’s not my fault . Please settle the issue at the earliest & inform me accordingly.

            This is the communication I have done with the company, on very next day one of the company customercare service spoke to me for the payment of the bill & with his instruction I have paid the 3 bills except Internet (GPRS) Chgs, then company assured me that the services will be resumed within 2-3 hours but after making payment after 48 hrs the services are not resumed.
            Please note I do not have time to go to court & fight nor i have excess money to spendb but this are the facts which i'm facing you take care & if possible please help.

            i have purchased prepaid sim card from Idea cellular ltd from Mumbai.For that i have submitted documents like licence, pancard, local address proof, photo etcTWICE at ideal retail shop.But due to which reason such document has not reached at their HO.So idea has alerted me and terminate the service.From first notice i have contacted their costumer grievience officer of mumbai region.They have verbaly assured me for non termination of simcard.I have proof of their emails.After so many request by email no one is helping me.Sir Is it my responsibility for follow up..?

            I Suraj Sharma on behalf of Anil Kumar Sharma is bringing to ur notice that I(Anil kumar Sharma) using idea no.[protected], from last 15 mths. my mobile no. has a validity till 2012.so according to that my no. should not be terminated before 2012. but i was not using this no. since last 3mths, so in the meanwhile the idea company terminated my mobile no. I came to now about this day before yesterday when i inserted the sim in my mobile no. I contacted head office of idea cellular services, Himayatnagar. They said that this no. has been closed and the same no. has been re-issued in the market. They have taken this action without giving any notice to me. I have submitted the required documents to them at the time of the purchase. I didn't understand why they are troubling me like this . So, i request you to take necessary action against this company and help me in getting my mobile no. back.

            Idea Cellular — service terminated without any information

            Hello..
            before two month (unfortunately)i am switch to idea from airtel using MNP,
            after 21 days my service for mobile is terminated without any prior infrormation, i hvave asked to customer care and i have told to resubmit the document,i have resubmitted document and my service started again.
            but after 15 days again my service has been terminated without any prior information and still they are asking for resubmit the document.
            i have already send message for your comment ..still i havent get any responce

              Sir I Rajendra Ringh used postpaid idea mobile no [protected] .I take this connection under CUG plan o rental for two years in 799 Rs.from sep10 to sep 12. I used this no upto may 12 and stop using this no due to my transfer to jaisalmer as I am in defence. at that time I have a pending bill of rs 31. Itold to idea customer care many times. to send this amount online and stop my service. but they advice me to visit my idea soap for stop this service which was not possible for me due to remote posting. Then on 27 oct12 I mail to ICL to sent my correct bill and stop service as I was not using this no. In Dec 12 I got a call to pay an amount of 1090.otherwise they will defame me among my friends circle then also I told them to send my fare bill and I will pay it.after this they calls my friends also. and one day I got massage that ICL is going in court. as my aggrement was upto sep12 on o rental they are demanding me rental for Sep oct Nov and dec12 which is unfair. pl do the needful.

                I had IDEA 2G services 1 GB plan @125 and same has been activated on 31/01/2012 and on the same day I enquirer customer care regarding charges they informed I would charged for Rs 125 for 1 GB and there would be no other charges. On receipt of my bill there is 523.99 GPRS usage charges on 1 st Feb 2013. I was informed 2G is activated under 125 rs for 1 GB and there would not be any other charges. According bill also 2G services is activated on 31st JAN @125 plan and I have been charged for the same and why there is additional charges 523.99 on next day. kindly do the needful

                          Have recharged my mobile yesterday and again today but still I don't allow to call as well as receive any calls. If anyone calls the number it says "Please check the number you dialed" and while want to make call it says "Idea Cellular peh apki swagat hai" and disconnect.

                          After trying for more than 100 times their executive says you restart and it will start work which is not the case at all.

                          Just wanted to know which country are we living where company does not bother to provide services after taking money.

                          idea connection — extra amount deduction

                          i have taken an idea connection with num [protected](prepaid) i usually charging. rs 15 for 3 days or 200 mb plan. I have charged a voucher of 15 rs by 12th and i have balance of 88mb and expiry limit of this voucher is 15th . already 88mb free there the idea company has deducted 30 rs from my voice voucher and i have called to the customer care and they r not providing me adequate service to clear this. Today 15/8/11. I have called to customer care by 6:15 pm and the lasy who is responsible to gave me the reply is not answeing to me and keep me hold and then cut the line itself. so kindly take steps to clear this

                                    Hi This is Regarding an Executive From Vodafone By the Name Deepak his No. [protected] I met him 2 to 3 Years Back in a Vodafone Store in Cox Town When i was insisting i wanted to b put onto a Corporate Plan An Executive By the Name Harsha Working in that Vodafone branch that time introduced me to him he used to charge me a premimum upto 2000 to change my plan to ny corporate plan of my choice i paid him he got it done i contacted him again about 6 months back to get my schemes of another couple of numbers changed i paid him and that guy has just Vanished hes not answering my calls he has taken 6000 bucks and not changed my schemes as yet Please i need some help in getting this Frod.

                                    Ideacellular — Paid for the Charge but not receive I am wait for a long time

                                    I have recharge my prepaid mobile through internet. and I have paid them by e-transfer from my account.
                                    My account got deducted but I have not receive any recharge till.
                                    and the most important thing is that there customer care peoples are not listening to my complain.
                                    According to 888 (the vodafone delight), if I recharge with the amount of Rs 245, then I should get talktime of Rs 245.I also took from your customer care executive, and they also said that I will get full talktime on recharging with Rs 245 on 13th feb 2009.So after recharging with Rs 245, I got only Rs 108.05 instead of Rs 245 promised by your vodafone customer care and vodafone delight.Still now I havenot got the remaining BALANCE.I talked to the customer care but they said that they can not do any thing for it and they were not able to satisfy me.

                                    Idea Cellular — Recharged Idea card but balance not yet transferred

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    On 18 Jun 2009 I got a message as below
                                    "Validity on your prepaid card will expire on 03/07/2009. For 1 year validity recharge with Rs.110 and get talktime of Rs98. For more information dial 12131"

                                    On 01 Jul 2009, I recharged the card by Rs.110 from a retailor in Ambernath but unfortunately i didn't receive any balance.

                                    Next day, I visited retailor from whom i recharged the same. He told me that recharge process was successful and moreover, I received a message of recharge processing. He asked me to call up the customer service 4444 number. Customer Service checked my transaction log and told me to wait for 48 hours as sometimes it will take time to show the balance.

                                    When I visited the idea office in Golmaidan, Ulhasnagar on 25/july/09 I am being told that the scheme was only for a day and I have to recharge on that day itself. The recharge done by us activated a std flat rate Rs1 facility on 01/07/09.

                                    I need to know some anwser to my questions
                                    Why the message didn't specify validity period of the scheme?
                                    How come the retailor don't know about this things? He should be aware of such schemes?
                                    The hard earned money of the consumer will be nullified by just anwsering that "you should have enquired with the customer care about the scheme before recharging "?

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had a mobile no [protected] with idea cellular company i had lost this sim in february since then i had discontinued using this no since i lost my i had pending two querries regarding bills they had wrongly charges rediff health tips charges which i had not activated nor i had any confirmation from company side that u have activated this service you will be charged 25 per month another despite of making timely payment for the month december they had charged me late payment charges when i said this charges be removed they took 14 day to resolve this complain after resolving this complain i had made payment of my dues but very next month they again charged wt late payment charges and rediff health tip charges payment being made late becoz of their late response to my querry again i said to them untill and unless they resolve my complain stop my service i m ready to make payment but they didnt responded very next day i lost my sim in february I went to their franchisee at udhana road where the lady told me that since you have lost your sim you have to pay five hundred additionally i said mem this is wrong

                                    i tried to be there three times they responded same thing

                                    now after in august they gave me notice that you have to pay due amount plus 1500 rupees since you have not responded to our contacts efforts made by them if i dont pay this amount within 7 days if i dont they will register a complain against me in police

                                    I think they are doing tooo much they are not ready to listen me not ready to solve my querry they say my intention are wrong if i had to default i would have utilise my full limit not just odd 240 rupees

                                    On 15.09.2009 I Received An Sms from Idea Cellular that i have free internet browsing on my Idea number [protected] till 26.09.2009. I was enjoying the service free of cost untill on 25.09.2009 at 10.30 am 70 Rs were deducted from my account, for which I have been complaining everyday. Yet my complaint has not been resolved. The only answer I get from Their customer care executives is it will be resolved within 24 hours, which has'nt happened till date.

                                    This is to inform you that mobile number [protected] is taken purely for emergency calls and is registered on my mothers name. Yesterday suddenly I receive a message mentioning that an amount of Rs.23/- has been deducted towards Women Service. I have already made a complaint to idea cellular customer care on 28 June at around 11.30pm and today 29 June also I did call upon idea cellular customer care office and informed on the same issue and I was told that this service was activated by us in the Month of March. OK, I agree. First of all my mother was using the phone till March and after that this phone was used very rarely as my mother is now out of town. Even If we had activated we have not used this service since the day it was activated and off late the service was inactivate from idea cellular side due to some technical problems. Yesterday I receive a service message mentioning that this service has been successfully reactivated and after this again a message follows immediately mentioning about the deduction of Rs.23/-. When we have not been using the service and since the service was not active for quite sometime, then why was the deduction done? Once this money was deducted my balance on the phone was zero and I was not able to make calls to idea cellular customer care. I do not know where on earth customer care calls are charged? This is the first company I am coming into contact. I am aware of the services rendered by the telecom companies outside India as I am using them regularly. Keeping in the instances we are requesting idea cellular limited to kindly credit back the amount of Rs.23/- deducted towards this women service and I have already asked their customer care personnel to deactivate the same for which I have received the service message already.

                                    As per your customer care executive spoken to last night says within 24 hrs you will be credited and today when I speak your executive says once deducted we cannot do anything. Sir, kindly look into the matter and do the needful justice at the earliest.

                                    Idea has been deducting balance from my account for some reasons(they say it is because of a pack activated on my number).
                                    I have been asking from a week now to remove that pack from my number and they are not removing it and whenever I call them ,they give me complaint numbers.I am getting irritated with this.And they are least bothered about my balance getting deducted every day for no reasons.Please Help !

                                    On 23/04/11 I have received a mesage from idea that "Thank you for activating CRICCHAT Pack for Rs 20 Shahid Afridi_____" After that I have checked that Rs 20 has been deducted from my balance. But from my point of view I have not activated any kind of service on that day. So I have lodge a complaint(Complaint no. 1-[protected]) on 24/04/11. After that I have called to customer care for many times. But every time they kept me under a time period to give a feedback. After a long period on 30/05/11 a msg came as "Dear customer,your concern for incorrect deduction could not be resolved.Kindly contact customer care.Thank you." Also my amount has not been returned. So again I called to customer care and they told me that it was not their mistake and the amount can not be returned.

                                    I had brought to you notice that my bills are increasing without any usage. My Mobile number is [protected]. My regular usage comes between Rs.1500 to Rs.2000. But Previously when similar Problem and was charged Rs.4500+ you team had requested to sort out the issue once i pay the amount and after paying the amount no one has turnedup and after a lot of followup they blamed the Cell Phone.

                                    Now again the amounts showing is Fake and amounts to Rs.11000+ and this is the second time i am being harrased with wrong usage billings. I had already complained but no one reverted with a solution.

                                    Your Support Number 198 is waste as it discconects every time after a lot a waiting. Unfortunately Your Company is using unethical practices to get high amounts collected. Which is a shame. When i approach your Yousufguda branch about logging a complaint today they had not taken my complaint and they were saying its a regular problem and wanted me not to use Idea GPRS and Laughing.

                                    My number ported to idea [[protected]] became active on 29th. Since then i have not been able to recharge my number because of which i am not able to make calls. It says number does not exist.

                                    ANother peculiar problem is that I am receiving calls from all networks except from Idea numbers.

                                    I have contacted the Customer care dozen times, but nobody knows what the problem is. One says there is no issue and should be sorted by a day. Others say your documentation has issues bcoz of which it is not showing your details on the system or i am told the SIM itself does not belong to Karnataka.

                                    I visited the nearby Idea outlet and enquired about my documentation. He checked the systems and told me that documentation is fine as all my details are available on their systems.

                                    Nobody knows what the problem is and not sure who will sort out my problem!!! Recommend people not to take up IDEA coz even before i got into their n/w i am facing so many issues.

                                    I have been a prepaid idea cellular customer since last year,and wanted to bring to your notice that the company is deducting my account balance wrongly and I have to suffer from the losses as there is no refund of the deducted money from the company.
                                    I am subscibing the MyGang plan of the provider,which costs me 1 rupee for 1st SMS and call of the day and i get 100 SMS free for the day after that.but today my SMS and call cost me 1.50 rupees.Moreover they have started deducting 1 rupee each for my SMS,though my daily limit of 100 SMSs is not over yet.
                                    Its really improper,since I am clueless if they have changed my plan,as no prior information regarding the same has been sent to me.
                                    Posting this complaint so that the sufferes like me would atleast get a chance to shout for the unfair treatment to the customers by the bigshots in telecom service providers.

                                    i was using two no. first is [protected] and [protected] which was activated i the month of august and they charged me as Rs 994 and Rs 552.i just paid the bill amount of rs.994 but no.[protected] was not charged as per the usage and when i asked them they were not ready to explain me the whole bill and just warned i just have to pay the whole bill otherwise they will send me the notice i again visited them but they were still not ready to negotiate and they send me a bill of Rs 778.
                                    i hope u will look into the matter seriously and take an appropriate action.

                                    I refilled my mobile account by rs 50/- And that amount got deducted within a few hours. I asked them about it and they told me 2 different reasons on 2 diff calls to customer care that are

                                    1.I have registered in their ideawap mall downloaded some content but the truth is that I have not downloaded any content.

                                    2.I received a double recharge for which they deducted my Rs 50 for their cash recovery.But I never had got any extra recharge.They are unable to give me the date and time of the invalid recharge they did.

                                    It has been a big problem and the deduct the money every month after recharge.

                                    I have raised one request for incorrect deduction on 22nd Feb, 2013. They told me my request will resolve with in 24 hours. Yet did not recieve any solution related to this. They deducted 210Rs from my Account. Its 26th Feb now. How much I have to wait now?                                     Senior Agent: as I can check you consumed data at 8:57 PM that is why charges are deducted. Still I will register your complain your query will get resolved in next 72 hours.
                                    After 2 days received call you have been charged for data usage.
                                    I was in a meeting this could not talk much.

                                      I am a doctor and my Mobile was lost on 15th Feb 2013 evening 6.30 pm, we tried to trace it but all efforts in vain. since 9.00 pm till 11.15 pm we tried to contact Idea cellular company to block the outgoing from Sim but all time answer was "slow Server", they didn't even note our complain.

                                      next day (16th Feb 2013) again we called and they verified the name, address, DOB & last recharge details and after verification they deactivated the number.

                                      after that we went to local idea outlet to issue new Sim card for the lost one, they asked for the documents, which we provided to them.

                                      "On verification they informed us that the identity does not match the records. on further request and long conversation they revealed that the old document was a copy of license, the number of license was matched with our document but the name was of any other male (please note the original license number is of Female) and the address is also mentioned in license which again was not matched with the records of IDEA. on further asking they were not ready to reveal the name of the person on which the mobile is registered. they just informed me that the address and photo of the person is residing in Surat city. We again asked them to provide us the new Sim card, but they replied that they need the documents of the person who was mentioned in their records. We don't know who the person is in their records and they are not providing any details of the person, "In this case how can we provide other persons proof".
                                      To settle this matter, the retails outlet person told us to contact Customer care as it was not their job to settle this matter, we even contacted the customer care and their answer was this is the problem created by outlet persons while entering the customer details, so we cannot help in this matter only the retails outlet people can resolve it."

                                      Now i am in real confusion and in trouble. one the mobile is lost and secondly all my contacts and patients contact media was through my number only and i am not provided with Sim card with my old number.

                                      please help me in this matter urgently as the service provider says that you need to wait for 3 long months to get this number again. My major question is how does this people enter wrong information in their system without verifying the name and address of the customer.

                                      Is there any way to recover my old number as soon as possible.

                                      i think you have not read the complains properly. i have visited 3 times to Your Idea outlet, they dont have any answer. the only answer which i got is we cannot do anything, just forget your old number or wait for 3 months to get it back.

                                      i just wanted to know that " can you give me my number back or not ?"

                                      and how can you enter wrong details of the customer, it is surprising that you never even verified the details since last so many years, as you must be aware that the details in your records are of no one in world. It is purely a mistake of Idea company and customer is not getting back own number.

                                      Kindly reply if you have any concrete outcome of the matter rather than just playing around by answering that contact customer care and Idea outlets.
