Sir/Mam I’m very old customer of Idea cellular u can verify cell no [protected] & [protected] in my name & was very happy with your pre paid cellular services with an average expense of Rs.150/ and odd at the max. One fine day your representative name Mr. Satish approached me& he offered ‘NEP’ plan for corporate user as I worked for corporate bank for Rs.199/- plus ser. Tax with so many offers like 850 mobile/local calls free,300 sms free & 2GB Internet usage free for a month & for NEP plan of Rs.99/- offered me 400 local/mobile call free plus 300 sms free & 1GB Internet free per month plus CUG talk is absolutely free. Considering this offer I changed my plan & switched from prepaid to post paid for both my cell phones and even I took one more connection under this plan for my daughter (new No. [protected]) with an assurance for above stated offers you won’t charge. My billing cycle is 23rd of each month.
I received a first message from idea that my total bill is Rs. 676/33 on 24th or 25th of Jan. 2013 on my Cell no [protected], Rs.167.08 for cell no [protected] & Rs.161.54 for cell no [protected] and pay before 7/02/2013 which is followed by your bill after 4-5 days. I got shocked to see the Internet chgs is being charged for Rs.451.46 in [protected], Rs.15.72 in [protected] & Rs.15.02 in [protected], when I enquired to your customer care, I came to know that Internet usage chgs are not activated on my numbers you have to activate them so I requested them to activate the said services & waive my net usage chgs. They told me to talk to billing section so I spoke to Billing section they refuse to activate Internet usage stating it is not under my plan on 31.01.2013.
On the basis of communication with billing section I lodged complaint no 25034354 on 31.01.2013 and requested to close my NEP plan & switch back to my original pre- paid plan even I offered to settle the bills (Except GPRS Chgs) for all the 3 phones to avoid late payment chgs, your representative has told me to wait, as 7 days are there by that time my complaint will be solved. I waited upto 5.02.2013 but there was no answer from your side again I offered them same to settle the dues (except GPRS chgs) but still they told me to wait for an answer and assured me for no late payment chgs will be charged to you for late payment as my complaint is in pipeline.
Today on 17.02.2013 till today I have not received any answer from your company & no communication on my phone stating for my complaint. I am really surprised when you have deactivated services of [protected] after 1st or 2nd of February 2013 & [protected] on 16th Feb.13 without any consent taken from us even repeatedly told not to disturb any of network as my daughter is in X th Std and she needed the cell desperately for her coaching classes schedules before her Board Exams within 10-15 days although I am ready to pay all the dues of all my cell phones (except GPRS Chgs & CUG calling Chgs if you have charged).
Sir I request you switch all my connection to Pre paid and close all your plan of post paid if you are not ready to keep your words for all the free services your representative offered while canvassing your card. Please tell me the exact my usage chgs till you switch my plan so I’ll make the payment immediately (except GPRS chgs). Please look into matter & reestablish the disturb services as it’s not my fault . Please settle the issue at the earliest & inform me accordingly.

This is the communication I have done with the company, on very next day one of the company customercare service spoke to me for the payment of the bill & with his instruction I have paid the 3 bills except Internet (GPRS) Chgs, then company assured me that the services will be resumed within 2-3 hours but after making payment after 48 hrs the services are not resumed.
Please note I do not have time to go to court & fight nor i have excess money to spendb but this are the facts which i'm facing you take care & if possible please help.
