[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — Charged extra in bill

Dear sir,

They have given me unsatisfied service, i have done last two or three times complains about my bill.
But they people are really smart , They are just try to make fool customer. this time i m giving them last warning.

Undoubted they all are thief in my way.

Please send the notice as soon as possible.

M Dheeraj Bhardwaj from Rudrapur (U. S. Nagar) using no. [protected] frm last 3 - 4 years, but from last three months i received extra bill charges . i am already requested to your branch office to provide the bill detail but till we have not receive the detail and without providing any detail by your system/responcible person, i requested many times to provide the detail but...?

My credit limit is rs.3600/month, but nos is disconnected at rs. 2200

Request you to please do the needful URGENTLY or I want to close it and use another no (VODA PHONE OR AIRTEL)

Maine 31st of Dec ko apna number postpaid se prepaid ke liye aap ki Franchisee Branch :- "Cell Comm Communication, UG 1, Golden Jublee Complex, Old Delhi, DELHI" mein request ki thi or form fill kr diya tha & apni required ID bhi submit kr di thi then I asked him ki next time mera bill to gernerate to hoker nhi aayega at that time they were told me ki next time aap ke pass bill gernate hoker nhi ayega & then i asked him ki ager koi additional plan like ringtone etc ho to pls use disconnect kr dijiye but they were not doing and after past all this - today they told me, ki he did't promised me about this matter. Then so pls tell me what should I do...
Pls see solved my problem.

Dear Sir / Madam, Hi I am Manoj Yadav, Mob No [protected]

Recently I switched my above no from TATAINDICOM to IDEA, now my problem is Idea demand me to pay 208.72 ( extra, apart from my actual bill ) for the period of 14.02.11 to 13.03.11 even I was switch my no on 08.03.2011

first of all I had been paid full Idea payment for the period of 08.03.2011 to 13.03.11 but they demand me to pay other charges ( I don't understand how my no is refecting in their system from 13.02.11 to 08.03.11) whereas for same duration I had paid bill to TATA INDICOM

U r requested to cancelled this demand and remove these charges from my bill

An early action will be highly appreciated.
