In the Nashik city, Maharashtra - Retailers of Idea voucher's are selling all the voucher's by adding extra price on MRP when I ask them then they replied that, "to sell at MRP price can't afford us because it has less margin to retailer.
I think they are doing non ethical business....

i m using idea connection [protected] from last 3 months. but every month there is some fake calls has been entered in my bill. as my usage of mobile is very high but last month i caught up their fault in my bill.
my last month billing cycle was 14 march2009 to 13 april 2009. but when i see my bill detail there is some roaming calls has been entered dated 11 or 12 march...so it is very bad arrangement o[censored]r...

In Feb month I have recived many calls from [protected] named Ajay, he is working an Idea costumer care and he is offered me a very attractive plan. i am agreed with that and I call him to send his authorized person to my home . He meets personally to me in my home and I gave him Rs. 650 cash and fill a form, he said to me that tody evening or tommorw morning this tarif was activate to your phone but till i am waiting to update my tarif plan....

i m having idea prepaid connection and i recharged with message offer ... coz i love to chat with friends...last 15days i m unable send sms to reliance network not only a perticular number ...some times messages will be delivered but regularly i m unable to send sms...i get irritated with the services...customer care people not at all giving proper response...today afternoon i ve given complaint to customer care...

I have been using GPRS facility on my mob. no. : [protected] . I want to deactivate the GPRS facility for which I have made a SMS NOGP1 to 4444 many times but the GPRS facility has not been deactivated yet. The same be deactivated immediately....

yesterday i call ti idea helpline i hane some problem in my gprs settings thats i call customer care no. but at night ur employee that is working in idea cal center so many times and ieretated me so thats is like ur staff .his name is sukhwinder singh from bathinda...

I am using idea gang card. The old scheme. My land land line call charge is Rs 1.20. I called Idea customer care for change of plan to general plan. But that fellow told he has no idea about plan change. And ask your friends. Very poor customer care. So i threw away idea sim and took Cellone connection....

2 months back, i had purchased an IDEA PREPAID SIM CARD, from SION IDEAL GALLERY, mumbai. I had submitted my documents photocopy self attested, it was a driving license (valid) of my name and i had submitted a passport size photo with duly filled form .
for the first one month the card was working without any problems, but then the calls were barred, when i went to a gallery they told it was a temporory disorder,...
