I have already complaint about the same problem of dialer tone was activated with out my permission . Also I call customer care to deactivate it but it not happening anything. I have an Airtel post paid mobile connection with international roaming and GPRS facilities. Mobile number is [protected].

I did not receive the detailed billing for the month of March'2009, April 2009, May 2009 and June 2009. The bill I am receiving has just the total amount due and the breakdown for each category. Kindly arrange to send detailed billing (with each calls made / charges etc) for the past 4 months.

Idea Cellular co. — call Detail of My old post-paid connection

I had a post-paid connection [protected]. I demanded a outgoing and incoming call detail of my no. of dt.[protected].I went to Idea Cellular Company`s office at Sonipat. I told them my problem after that they give above call detail. After that i show the copy of call detail in court . Court said to me bring a hard/ certified copy of above detail. I request to company again for certified copy many times but Idea company told me that we have no record. So please solve my problem.

The customer care executives are answering very rudely..
in the last bill when i send an SMS the receiver is receiving the same SMS for twice, i thought of it is due to some technical/network problem and it will be charged only once. but when i checked my bill i shocked to know that each SMS is charged for twice. then i called to customer care they were very rudely saying that it was sent for twice and it will be charged for twice.

just think... is it my problem? when i sent an SMS of below 160 chars for only once how do receiver receives the same SMS for twice without some technical/netowrk issue?
if you have some technical/netowrk issue you have to check and regenerate the bill without doing that rude answering is not good...

I am Shyamal Kumar Mondal an Engineer in BHEL Harwdwar, I have post paid idea cannection since last 10 month number is[protected]. Idea — SMS Delivery costs

Hi !

I got my number [protected] from Bangalore in January 2009. It was IDEA prepaid sim. Now I get what they mean by IDEA- IDEA s to fool people ; these IDEA people have lots of them.

I just sent 1 or 2 sms (to a normal no, not a premium or Value added service no.)and then one morning in the first month of SIM subscription, I was going to the Bangalore International Airport and at 4 am in the morning, I get a message that I have been debited Rs 5 for SMS delivery.

Now I dont care about the 5 rs sum, but the question is have these companies got any ethics ? In my last 6 yrs of owning some sort of sim/mobile connection, I was never charged for SMS delivery reports. The main thing is these guys inform about such a thing with message and that too at 4 AM in the morning so that the consumer might not be able to notice, too. I was awake at that time and saw it otherwise most would have not read the message.

I immediately changed my number to BSNL, at least they are fair with better quality and good offers, no need to charge with some special 30 rs vouchers like IDEA to extend an offer. Shame on you IDEA, you only have ideas to loot customers not provide them better service. Come on there are better ways to use your brains you management people up there than sitting in your AC chambers and finding innovative ways to stealing pennies from consumer's pocket. I am never gonna get one again.

i got a idea sim free with the phone which i bought last month...the sim had the scheme which allowed me to call all STD at 50 paise and local at 40 paise...three days bck the scheme changed suddenly..i called up ur executive ... i was told tht i had changed the scheme.with 1 paise recharge..which i hadnt...yesterday i again recharged my cell with Rs 47 /- recharge...the scheme remained fo one day..but it has again reverted back to 1 rs STD per minute...This is the second time it has happened ..i would like to know why this kind of mistake is reoccuring from your side.

I have recharged my IDEA card on 9/02/2010 against the scheme 1 paise recharge & recharged my a/c for 50/- Rs. Full talktime & which was having no tax no rent. Idea Cellular — Not providing connection after receiving the payment

Hi,

I have paid for a new connection to IDEA agent after talking with their marketing executive who had called me for the new offers of the company.

I have paid the required amount on 20th oct. 2007 and they have confirmed me on 25 th oct. 2007 that your verification is done and we will be providing you new number in a few hours.

after next day I am calling them regularly but they are saying that ... it will take 24 hours more.

I am unable to understand that when will be complete their 24 hours. its already 31 oct. today.

Please Advise what should I do ??
