Hi,

This is Hitesh, working with MNC in EON SEZ kharadi. IDEA guys used to come to our company to provide corporate connections. Once I was told by the idea fellow that netesetter would be a good option to buy and will give you atleast 100 kb/sec. I was convinced with him and I purchased a new netsetter connection on 3rd week, May 2009.

When I login to the connection, my god what the hell is this?????????Really...

I had purchased from jodhpur an Idea net setter( [protected]) in march 26th 2009 for RS 2500 flat which had unlimited net usage and download for monthly recharge for Rs 400 per month.Just after two month they have stopped the recharge of Rs 400 and hiked the recharge price to Rs 699 per month.An increase of about 75% in just two month.This is clearly a case of cheating customers.I want to complaint about this irregular and unjustified behaviour...

I am Vijaykumar. I have converted my pepaid mobile connection to postpaid. I have given all required documentd reletd to that and amound too. It's a weak time they have consumed still my sim card for postpaid connection is not activated. The response from the agent(Itbl Telecom Pvt. ltd. Delhi) and idea costomercare people involved in this matter is very poor, no one is attending my problem.

I am Idea customer from last months.I am using corporate billing plan where sms charge is 30paise/sms. I am charged properly 30paise/sms in my first bill. In the next month I registered for 30 RS sms pakage in which I was told that i will have to pay 30 Rs monthly rental and i will get first 500 local/national sms free and thereafter I will be charged as per my bill plan. i.e 30paise/sms.

Mine cell no is [protected] which i bought new prepaid card from Idea but they are giving a daily 8 to 10 call for their scheme which i get disturbed every time & l had given complained in idea customer care but they told me it will take one & half month working day i am very unhappy with thier process time .

I did a webcharge with www.rechargeitnow.com for IDEA mobile no. [protected] with MRP Rs 245. Their website mentioned that the TT is Rs 222. But i got only Rs 112. I tried to register a complaint with IDEA CC and they did not register any complaint . Also the way the customer care executive spoke to me was very rude. I'm very hurt with their experience. So I appeal to the customers of IDEA mobile users, not to use the website...

I have left Idea cellular limited in March'08.Its more than 1 year now i have not received my PF amount.

After so much of follow up, i have only got Rs.9817/- in my account. Remaining amount of Rs.42691/- is not credited till date.

When i have escalated the matter to PF Office and my Ex.Employer..I have got this reply from my ex.employer HR deptt...

We are repaetedly hearing promotionl advertisement of idea till date about Rs. 149 plan wherein a subscriber can get Rs. 50 talk time, idea to idea free for one month and low tarrif rate .noticeable here that there is no such existing scheme of idea . then why do we consumer cause to bear such boring thing which consume our time .
2. I couldnot understand the concept of idea custommer carring section if they ignore calls of custommer...
