dear sir, i have recharged my idea prepaid with RS.54 for taiff cutter on[protected]:09:21 using online recharge facility from ideacellular site. and i got conformation that my recharge was succesful, but plan was not activated even i didn't got any sms from company, then i talked to customer care ( mr. govind) he replied me that there is no any update so wait for 4 hours. my transaction id is 17722961 and reference number is MSPD[protected]. but still i didn't got plan or any refund from company. plz help me. my email id is tanwani.[protected]@yahoo.com contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

my idea number ditels
My number is [protected]. I observed that continuous messages of cricket scores are coming to my mobile through IZ-55456 and money is getting deducted because of that. It is not without my information and request. So please take necessary action to stop it and refund the taken amount taken from my account. Please deactivate this immediately. several times i called up the customer care for deactivating this. still i am receiving the message and loosing money
