mere no. dnd activate hai lekin jab maine cll centre par call kia to waha se bataya gaya ki hamare no. par call rcv k dwara act hui hai lekin hamare pass company ka koi call nahi aayaaaaaaaaa to phir jab humne pucha ki jab hamare is no . dnd activate hai to phir call kaise unhone ki yeh jaankaari hamare pass available nahi hai aur call disconect kar dia gaya

    I have an Idea number from 10 year and using and a lots of call from this number.
    about 80-90 call in a day. my No: [protected]
    now customer care says that no statements of account is issue in case of prepaid connection.
    and pay 50/- rs, per month and give statement in mobile. but that is not in proper format and data.
    i want my statement for compensation from my working company.

      HI,
      I'm a idea cellular customer .Today i renewed my mobile balance at Rs.35 .after recharged , one message has came to me form IZ-IDEACMS ,it shows a text Dear customer ,thank you for downloading VIDEOS from VUCLIP.. you have been charged Rs. 30.
      after i check my balance it be of Rs.5 only in my main account.
      i already know that website that have contents with chargeable downloading. so i can't visit that website anymore,.... after deduction in my balance i called to idea customer service executive .they told we unable to process your refunding your deduction amount Rs.30.
      i remember that idea advertisement ,idea cellular does not take unfair balance from anyone,.... but what happened to me,,.....

      Idea Cellular — deduction of balance without any cause

      idea use deduct my balance whithout any cause, they deduct amount usually twice or even thrice a month, and when i complain them about this they usually have only one mugged up ans "its totally yours mistake, u either subscribed to any facilities on any other thing" ...but thats not the real at all...idea is totally cheating there costumer ...and i dont no what to do...

      i am just using idea connection from last 3years. But now they use to deduct money unfairly.
      they use do computrised call, when i desconnect it, they make any services activated. due whic balance is diducted. sir i am the student how can i mannage these sots o[censored]nfair deduction. i complain to coustmorecare but they have not given me positive reponce..

            Sir on 5-11-12 i bought a new SIM card of idea for internet use from a retailer in my area. The mobile no is [protected]. he did FRC of RS 28 and i got Rs 22 talktime. Then he said to send SMS ACT 3G to 12345 for 3 G activation. i did so. Then he recharged Rs 249 for 1 gb data pack i got a confirmation message of 1 gb data pack at 1225 pm. But AT 0300 pm when i used internet surfing my main balance of RS 22 got deducted and further internet service stopped. I callled up customer care at 12345 a lodged a complain about non receipt of benefit of 1 gb data plan vide complain no 1-[protected] and they said that the problem would be solved in 2 days. Today on 6-11-12 i got a call from customer care and operator said that my 1 gb data pack was lapsed because i sent some message at 12345. but when i asked what message i sent, she had no reply. she only said that your data plan is lapsed and get a fresh Rs 249 plan to get 1 gb data benefit. Kindly redress my problem.

            MY IDEA NET SETTER NUMBER, [protected] . MY NAME IS RAHUL S PATEL , RECENTLY I HAVE RECHARGED MY ABOBVE IDEA NET SETTER WITH 100 RS ON 30/11/2010 FOR (200MB 15 DAY) INTERNET PLAN BUT COMPONY STILLNOT GIVE ME 200MB BENIFIT,

            AGINST I HAVE BEEN RECHARGED MY ABOVE IDEA NET SETTER ON 09/12/2010 BY RS 100 FOR (200MB 15 DAYS) PLAN BUT COMPANY AGAINST STILL NOT GIVE ME THIS 200 MB BENIFIT,

              Dear sir,
              This is to inform you that i am using idea postpaid connection before 3-4 month. I submit the request at Indrprasth tower office to transfer in prepaid. But they tell me that it is not possible to make postpaid to prepaid. So if you want disconnect the number we will take your request. I said yes but after a long time i receive a call from jabalpur office and bill before 2 days. Your Employee call me and make misbehave with me and tell that you have to make the payment otherwise we will disconnect your 2 number which is prepaid and you have to pay because you are not able to do anything. If you are not able to pay them why your are taken the connection. And also tell me that i will send a person for make payment if you not done then see what we will do.

                i activate my idea 3g 950rs plan in idea website they can full discribe this plan is 3g but i used this plan and in this plan starting speed only good but after one day its got 1 kbps to 8 kbps so this plan is not unlimited i was call for help in 198 number but they cant help .........

                  I did FRC of 260 to my idea number and I got a message that 250 MB will be credited and the remaining 2 GB will be credited in 72 hrs... I had done the recharge on 30th Oct but and I utilized 250 MB but till today (4th November) I cannot access Internet because the remaining Data has not been credited yet...

                        as i bought idea sim card in the month of octomber. i recharged of rs 98 internet pack in this i got 1gb but till 22oct it got expired . than again at 23rd oct i recharged with 149 internet pack in this plan is 2gb for day and 2gb for night. but within 1week this pack got expired now again on 30th of octomber i recharged of 149 now within 2 days it show that my available mb is 500mb . even though i never downloaded any thing i only used it for surfing but than too i dont know why it is happenning . after complaining to customer care also they not responded me anything they only say that your complaint has been logged but i had not received any conplaint no . please help me what can ido now now one more thing i received amessage that your 2rs has been deducted and 2rs gprs plan has been activated why its got automatically got activated . please help me .

                            I have applied for new postpaid no. of , which I was offered by Idea agency, for Rs.300/= .on 16/10/12
                            Excutive came from Gurunanak CommunicationShop No 2 C7/240 Sector-8 Rohini, Opposite Swimming pool Delhi 110085
                            and gave me the sim ([protected])and took with him Rs.300/=
                            and filled application form[protected]. Till date my number is not activated nor this this agency is Npt returning my money.
                            I complained to the cuctumer care Complain No.[protected] Dated 23-10-12. I was advised to call [protected], but after calling till date I have not got any response. Please look into this matter

                                    This is Srinivas, My Idea Mobile
                                    No.[protected]. I am having SMS offer on my number, whenever that offer
                                    expired, before one day I usually receive a sms (validity). But I
                                    never received this time, and I used my main bal as sms bal. After
                                    that I rang up to the call centre for this problem. I am not yet
                                    satisfied with the CCE's response. So, I want to escalate the call to
                                    Supervisor, whenever he taken my call, he started with bad
                                    language(vulgar or it is not to be written form) towards me.

                                    This is the Customer Care service? Is
                                    this the way to treat the customers? please take action on those
                                    people after that I want feedback from those people only. If this
                                    problem will not solve with in calender 24hrs.(not your 24 hrs). If
                                    you people not taken any action, definitely I will file a case on you
                                    people at Consumer forum.(don't take it as lite..ok.. ).Now time is
                                    12am, in this time I am sending mail to you means, how much I
                                    dissatisfied with your service understand it.

                                      I ported my number from BSNL to IDEA on 12 oct 2012 ,sim get started with lots of problems first is I am unable to receive SMS from networks except IDEA but My SMS are sending successfully and I am unable to activate any kind of VAS. After complaining to customer care merely 20 times now they are not helping in sorting out the problem .I am requesting to company that please solve my problem as soon as possible my contact no. is [protected]
                                      I differ from your response and I want to tell that my problem is not solved yet, I checked message center number, it was correct. Then changed the phone, but unfortunately problem was still there.I want you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
