This is Srinivas, My Idea Mobile
No.[protected]. I am having SMS offer on my number, whenever that offer
expired, before one day I usually receive a sms (validity). But I
never received this time, and I used my main bal as sms bal. After
that I rang up to the call centre for this problem. I am not yet
satisfied with the CCE's response. So, I want to escalate the call to
Supervisor, whenever he taken my call, he started with bad
language(vulgar or it is not to be written form) towards me.
This is the Customer Care service? Is
this the way to treat the customers? please take action on those
people after that I want feedback from those people only. If this
problem will not solve with in calender 24hrs.(not your 24 hrs). If
you people not taken any action, definitely I will file a case on you
people at Consumer forum.(don't take it as lite..ok.. ).Now time is
12am, in this time I am sending mail to you means, how much I
dissatisfied with your service understand it.
