HI,
i recharge my mobile for rs 100 on 08-10-12,at 1:23 pm,the amount was debited from the retailer mobile,and i revive the message stating that recharge was successfully done,but however the money was not credited in my account,i contact idea customer care for the issue,they are not responded properly and they replied that the recharge was not happened,and i contact the retailer shop,he also contact the retailer customer care,they replied they have the transaction number,but the recharge was not done,they also not responding properly, kindly take this issue and take necessary action,since if the recharge was filed,the customer should received the message like,recharge not successful,they not cheated my money,,kindly take action

Idea — retrieval of sim number
my name is vijay from dehradun.i am facing a very rigid prob of my sim number mentioned at the back of the sim card.which has somehow got erased off it..moreover am getting frequent messages regarding sumbission of my documents at the nearest idea office..bt the retailer is asking for the sim number.I thereby request you to kindly provide me with my sim number of this particular number [protected].
