i recharge my mobile for rs 100 on 08-10-12,at 1:23 pm,the amount was debited from the retailer mobile,and i revive the message stating that recharge was successfully done,but however the money was not credited in my account,i contact idea customer care for the issue,they are not responded properly and they replied that the recharge was not happened,and i contact the retailer shop,he also contact the retailer customer care,they replied they have the transaction number,but the recharge was not done,they also not responding properly, kindly take this issue and take necessary action,since if the recharge was filed,the customer should received the message like,recharge not successful,they not cheated my money,,kindly take action

Idea telecom — Erroneous deduction of money
Dear Sir/ Madam,An amount of Rs.70 was debited from my account towards Cricket updates for which I hadn't subscribed at all. It is purely an error from service providers end.
I have registered a complaint THRICE but in vain. Everytime they promise to rectify the problem within 24hrs but forget 24hrs even after 20 days nothing has been done about it. I requested them to deactivate the service immediately and although they told me that it has been deactivated, I continue to get cricket updates through sms.
Kindly make a note of the Idea complaint number 1-[protected] given on 16.04.2011.
