I am getting daily cricket alerts on my Idea number [protected]. I have not subscribed to cricket alerts but everyday my mobile gets flooded with sms from number 55517. I called the Idea customer care, but they told me that there is no cricket subscription on my number. Idea, please deactivate these sms alerts.

      Sir,
      I was idea telecomunication customer last two year,But now due to some problem i port my postpaid number idea to airtel.On the time of closing my idea account some security deposite of 1000 INR & 250 INR balance on idea telecomunication.The above stated my deposite amount is not refund to me till now (19/11/2012).or Not get any update from idea after several reminder or complaints.
      Idea team commited to me two times to refund the same amount.
      First date:-26/10/2012.
      Second date:-19/11/2012
      Here below find attached copy of my final bill in photo formet at the time of account closed.
      Sir mobile no-[protected] of idea telecomunication have such problem.

          Hello my self sunil verma. i ported my number([protected]) into idea postpaid on 31/10/2012. and activate plan 98 Gprs/month in this plan 2gb included usage free. They generate my bill on 15th November Rs.11,580.34. in this 10,201.56 . my question has that when i activated plan 98 (2gb) then why add extra charge after complete 1gb data from 10 November. it's totally fraud & your mistake.

          My complain has related to most extra bill generate by idea my no. is [protected].
          in this my bill 49 rupees extra with 12% tax & show Wap download in Bill.But I don't downland any wap from internet.
          so pls solve my problem i can't pay extra bill.

            Using idea net setter no: [protected].... Bill for the previous month (October) was RS. 2395/-.... Paid the bill on time for the last three months even if their services were not at satisfactory... I am frustrated now paying and not gaining the speed on the net setter even 128 kbps instead of 7.2 mbps.... want to raise this issue at a severe.... Calling the customer care from my idea number [protected] and there is not a correct answer on this issue... do not know what the hell these customer care support people do without answering the calls.... Want to take a severe action on this... If these people are not at the capacity to provide the services as said better they close the services....

              I Have Ported My Number from reliance to idea,before porting i have submitted all related document to the retailer,then 2nd november 2012 my number is ported to IDEA service , after porting is activated to idea, My number is deactivated after 3 days then i call to customer care they said to me your proof of document is not submitted, that is the reason for deactivating your number.
              i have submitted my document before porting my number reliance to idea.when i ask to idea distributor they said me that the sending parcel is missing, you give me one more proof of document and passport size photo.i agree i give my proof one more time.i have submitted second proof on 12th november 2012 still my proof is not submitted to idea office,when i ask again to that distributor they are not responding me.....
              i have submitted my proof 2 times still i have facing the same deactivating problem to my number.
              If Some one is miss use my proof who is the responsible,because the distributor asking one more proof,if he asking so many proof of document how that proof is missing i dont know ......
              if tommorrow something is happen with my proof of document i am not responsible for that.please help me.

                      Dear IDEA,

                      On Nov 5 2012 7:20 PM I have submitted a porting request from @ Cell HUB Idea Store, Banjara hills Road No:1. The number i would like to PORT is 97050XXXXX (MTS Network) and would like to port to IDEA Network.

                      I got a SMS from MTS on Nov 10 2012 Saying porting will be done at NOV 11 2012 1:31 PM and I could able to use IDEA Services by 3:31 PM and with 2 hours of network disconnectivity. As Per MTS commitment they disconnected there service from NOV 11 2012 1:31 PM. I have inserted the new IDEA sim into HTC Desire C (GSM Mobile) at NOV 11 2012 4:30 pm. It could not connect to Idea network. I contacted MNP helpline for further assistance on[protected] and Your customer representative requested me to wait for 24 hours in order to connect to IDEA network. I have waited for 24 hours and contacted customer care again the next day night. They again requested me to wait for 48 hours more. Now its already 4 days I have been waiting and still the porting process from IDEA not yet done. It seems your customer representatives are unaware of MNP Rules.

                      I would like to inform you that you have not followed TRAI MNP Rules and you braked them which must be followed by every network provider.

                      3.1.3 Once the port is negotiated, network routing information will be passed to each
                      access and long distance Operator that provides service within the service area. Porting

                      once the port negotiation is completed, then the recipient will start serving the subscriber.
                      Efforts should be made that such break time does not exceed more than two(2) hours with
                      the possibility to reduce it further.

                      I am ashok bhardwaj..
                      On my 16th birthday my mamaji gift me a new post-paid sim card of idea cellular....
                      But after some month i have changed into pre-paid due to "not to good response" of that one.......
                      Then it works properly
                      But since two months ago i have faced a problem to network related....
                      Then i complained many & many more times in customer care but there is not so good response then i made a call to NODAL OFFICER, But there is no receiving......

                      Idea Mobile Network — Not accepting my cancellation request

                      Hi I am Saranyan.S.S, working in an MNC company,
                      Recently i have taken an IDEA postpaid connection from the IDEA agent who came to my office.I have taken the Postpaid since the traffic what they offered was attractive one.Before taking the service i asked the IDEA agent whether "If i am not satisfy with your service can i cancel my service at any time" ? for that he said "yes sir ! this is a corporate connection so you can cancel the service at any time".After taking the connection i came to see the network signal strength was so poor..people who tries to contact me couldn't able to reach me. Because of this i missed many important business calls.When i contacted their customer care service to cancel my service, they asked me to send a request email to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com.I forward any email request to cancel my service as soon as possible to them, but no use i couldn't get any response from them.Even when i called to their Applet Authority number [protected], they didn't response me properly saying that my mail didn't reach them, but i have send them several times.Later they asked me to go nearest IDEA outlet to submit my request.I went to an IDEA outlet which is near Marathalli Bridge,but to my surprise they are didn't response me properly, simply saying me that "you should have use to IDEA service for minimum period of 3 months".But there is no norms like that or they didn't tell me at the time of getting the connection. IDEA network is a fraud company !!!! really very poor services, once i[censored] get IDEA connection then they wont leave you.They have very poor network services.
                      Please some one take care of my request, because of this i am missing many important calls.I cant tolerate this, i want to leave the connection as soon as possible please help me.

                        i have 3g service on my mob. no [protected] .i receive a message from idea company to download international model photos i have not downloaded these photos but after same time i received a message from idea that i have been charged 49 rs .kindly give my balance from idea & in future it should be avoid to fool the customer or i will change this company

                          Sub-Idea communication id is :[protected].

                          This month bill received is not correct..As plan reflecting in bill and on idea account is wrong. I am using Post paid RS 599 3G Plan with 2 GB free & Rs 100 as discount. The connection taken dt 11/03/2012 and till dt i have paid bill on time but bill received(10.12.2012 to 09.01.2013 of Rs 1717 is not correct. As this month I have not at all used my plan also. As per customer care executive plan has diverted to other plan of 2G..


                          When i take this service that time i was told that my net will be very fast but by this month it is not working at all, even idea page is not opening, the bill produce is also not correct the plan has also changed.I complained by mails & also informed nos of times telephonically, I have not been given the right answer.

                          hence by looking all above reasons I want to deactvated my no, thus you are requested to get deactivate my post paid connection

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am Srichandra Narayana Rao, using [protected][Karnataka]-Idea/Spice pre-paid number since last 6 years. It is so happened that I had travel to USA as deputation from my Infosys in the month of Jun 2012 and I brought the sim along with me here. Recently I have couriered my sim to my Brother to monitor some financial alerts from Banks. As I was not using the number since 5 months, the number got de-activated/recycled.

                                Upon contacting customer care and Idea offices, the staff is unable to help us get the number back. Please note that I did not get any email/postal communication while recycling the card though I had some amount left in that account and had no validity issue.

                                I need the number desperately as all my Bank related/Security messages are directed to the number.

                                I believe, I hold all the right to ask for the justification if I was notified of this policy before recycling my card as it also had some amount in it. Also, wanted to check if I had signed any terms and condition on the same lines before/during my tenure with this number/account.

                                As I am a customer of IDEA since 6 years, I would request you to grant the number back as soon as possible which I think I will be using rest of my life if possible.

                                Considering the severity of the situation, please do the needful ASAP.

                                  Idea Sales executive come to me to sale Idea Net Setter, He initially told plan Rs 750/- unlimited, So I took that connection, while giving information to him he took sign on form and taken written information on another xerox form. First month I recd bill of Rs 750/- + service Tax, Next month I recd bill of Rs 950/- + service Tax, when I inquired for the same, they said that plan is closed, now new plan is activated ?, I surprised. In third month after some days Speed of Internet was terribly slow down, and for continuous 7-8 days and I made complaints regarding speed through email and their answers were coming that we are doing our best and so on ...So I go for plan change with min monthly rental of Rs 250/- and unfortunately some downloading done for 1 day so they charged me the proportionate bill which was more than Rs 950/- + service tax it was nearly around Rs 2000/- and after some day I sent them request to disconnect the connection through email on Oct 22, 2012. After that their email came that you have to pay Rs 50/- p.m. for custody charges, I said I am ready .. Now Today I recd the bill from Oct 9, 2012 to Nov 8, 2012 which was Rs 950/- + service Tax, I surprised on bill
                                  since I requested to disconnect on Oct 22, 2012 so bill should be from Oct 9, 2012 to Oct 23, 2012 proportionate to Rs 950/- . Now once again today I sent email for disconnection again their reply will come on tomorrow. In mean while speed problems are there or there was no connection I supposed that the connection is disconnected hence I did not used the net setter for a long time. This is the all story of my Idea experience and I think it may be similar to various users, Talking on phone regarding complaints is very very time consuming and their menus their options are very very boring, So I prefer all the time email .

                                  Idea Netsetter — unusual bills

                                  Because of faulty net setter, it was unused. but still its billing is going on. After lots of complaints Idea has not taken any decision & the bills are continued month by month. Idea Customer care has no manners to spoke with customer regarding to complaint.

                                    My self Biswajit Jena and My idea mobile number is [protected]. I really harassed with such bad service of idea. On 9th November 2012, i have received a message that your dialertone is activated and you have been charged rs 8 towards dt and rs 5 as song download. I was sucked when i check balance,alreday rs 13 dedaucted. How idea automatic activated such services without my knowledge. When i call customer care,they told that you have subscribed DT by yourself.when i said that i have not activated such services and asked for refund. He refused me with rude language. therfore i request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and refund my balance otherwise i will switch to another operator of my choice.

                                    Idea Cellular — automated service activation

                                    my idea number [protected] gets automated hello tune service every month with new song and 45rs deduction. i never ask for that but customer care says i sent them a message. i called vodafone to get my number portable but i got a message that idea rejected your request of portability. every time i recharge my cell i always get a new service activated and the balance is off again. after frustration i distroyed that sim and bought new airtel. but i want this complaint to effect idea so that others will not face the same problem.

                                      Its been 20 days and my Idea Sim card is not working, in spite of having submitted the form twice to the retailer. He still have my second form and claims that he has submitted it. Also blames on the change of distributor service, which of course cannot be a reason for a delay of 20 days.
                                      I have missed a lot of my schedule under his trap and I feel severe actions must be taken against such frauds.
