[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

ifb washing mahine senorita — not attended since one month

i have made service contract with rajkot service centre on 27.11.08 and compalin made on 27.01.09 to local service centre but due to unavailibility of parts till today my machine is not repaired and made working. do you wish I should refer the case to customer care or you are giving me assurance that my machine will be made working within 48 hours on mobile[protected]
Iam in full agreement with all the complaints mentioned above regarding services given by IFB centers.The standard of IFB washing has gone down considerably. Our ifb 6kg was bought barely 212 yrs ago .It started giving complaints 6months later.Moreover the complaints made at IFB centre in bangalore are not attended at all.Even during the Guarantee period there was never atimely response.The last complaint registered 3wks ago- at the main head office in Bangalore- complaint no 2704281, has not yet generated a response.
Yes I agree with you Shanmugadas. Did you finally get it fixed by them. Even I have enrolled for a AMC a year back, but no one turned up since 2 weeks. Am really fixed in catch 22 situation.

Attached herewith More. Mega store retail invoice copy alongwith Installation copy and customer copy which will give you history of machine.

I am very much disappointed with operational / functional working of above model.

I have approached to you thru your web site and launch my complaint, subsequently i got call from your bangalore office by Mr. Tausif.

Bangalore office has given me no. of Mr. Mandhar...then Mr. Mandhar has given me no. of Mr. Himanshu Bhavsar...then Mr. Himanshu has given me no. of Mr. Brijesh.

Then I got 2-3 calls from your Baroda office by Ms. Yogi then finally I got call from Ahmedabad office.

See everywhere I have explain the problem of machine i.e. Very high vibration.

Once your service engineer has changed the filter...evenafter the behaviour of machine is same.

Now, as a customer i could not accept above from PRESTEGIOUS MNC.

Kindly accept my humble request and replace this m/c from my home, then whatever you want to check or replace...please do it in your workshop.

Now, I have no faith on DIVA model, I am ready to pay some due payment for exchanging the model.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — fault machine not functioning

ticket no:2738846 of 18.02.09 service personell have come twice to look at the machine but have not done anything to remedy it. I have spoken to Mr Rambeer Singh service incharge on the phone twice, still no action.

My complaint has not been attended properly for the last 2 months. Service Engineer do visit us but are not able to remove the defect. Their approach is very very casual.

IFB Elena DX — washing machine is not working

I have purchase Washing machine of model Elena DX on 19-11-08 at Srinivasa Electronics in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The service person of the company has installed the product on 21-11-08. Today it was stopped in the middle of the washing with loud noise. he has given customer care no.[protected] but it is not working. I request you to kindly attend the complaint at the earliest please.

This is in reference to the washing machine that

I Mrs. Vandana Joshi residing at Dheeraj Diamond, D-704, chincholi bunder Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400 064 purchased on 08.09.06 of your reputed company, where in I was assured that both your machine as well as services are very good, but on contradictory even prior to warranty period which was till 07.09.08. during that period the mechanic had to be called 2 to 3 times as the machine was not working further when the warranty period was over in Dec-08 we had to call the technician again due to some problem, for this we paid cash and on 29/12/2008 we entered into an annual maintenance contract by paying Rs 2000/-, this contract is valid till 28/12/2009.

Again on the 4th Feb-09 we lodged complain on Help Line center bearing complain no. 2691748 at 18.00hrs . On 5th Feb 2009 a technician came to attend the complain from Antek Services in Mumbai, he said that some parts had to be replaced for which he came the next day and as per him changed it and informed us that machine was working .But as soon as he left, we put the clothes in the machine but unfortunately the machine could not work and just the timer was moving . Again on 6th Feb 2009 a fresh complain was made by me but the complain number was not given to me, but after waiting for a week, when no technician came up, I called up the Helpline again as to inquire why no one had attended the machine in past 1 week . I was told that there was no complaint made on 6th Feb 2009, So I had to make a fresh complaint again on 13thFeb 2009 bearing complain number 2721278 and I also spoke to a lady manager Miss Sonali of Antek Services, I requested her to consider my case and send somebody at the earliest to attend the fault as we waited patiently for one week, but she was very harsh & rude and said that for every one it is urgent and that no complaint was made on 6th Feb 2009.
Then 0n 14th Feb 2009 the same technician came to attend the machine and did some thing that the machine started to work at that time but no cloth were added to check at that time, the moment he left when we put the cloths in, the machine made loud noise but did not moved at all. Alas! I again lodged a complaint on 14th Feb 2009 at 19.34hrs, this time I was told that the complaint number was the same as the previous one that is 2721278 as the complaint has not yet been closed. since then I am still waiting for somebody from Antek Services to attended to my washing machine .It is already been more than a month since my machine is lying unserviceable and because of which we all are facing a lot of hardships and trouble due to no fault of ours and even after making complaints a number of times you have failed to provide the services as per the information given to us while purchasing the IFB washing machine.

You have not only failed to provide a good and a workable washing machine but you have also failed to provide good service to me thus causing a lot of mental harassment and torture to me. Further your Antek Services also are very rude and maliciously and deliberately mishandling my case and has also provided deficient services to me though we are in the contract period till date nobody has repaired the washing machine since the period of 4th of February 2009 nor have also attended after lodging time in and again complaints. Thus as a last resort I am sending this e-mail to you and request you to kindly look into our case and send an efficient technician who not only repairs our machine but also provides timely service to me but further if your reputed company fails to look into our grievances’ within seven days and should you fail to comply with the above condition then my client shall be constrained to file appropriate legal proceedings against you at your risk, cost & consequences there of which you please take a serious note of .
I agree to what is mentioned above. Its been 10 days since I had been trying to lodge a complaint regarding my IFB machine, still I havnet on accont of non-availability of any customer care executive both in main and branch office. Especially the Chennai guys, make you to run from pillar to post, but still the run is not worth it, as that has not given any fruit ful result.

IFB may be No.1 brand but with regard to customer care, my rating is ZERO.

Its not only the Chennai officials, Even if you call the all India service manager you will get the same . I have wasted three months of time in Chennai calling from the service centers to the all India service managers and all I got is a Exact same answer " sir, we apologize for the inconvenience and you will be attended by a technician tomorrow, " God alone knows when that day comes????????????????????????????????????????????????/

IFB WASHING MACHINE — person is not attending for complaint

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in PATIALA . Im complating from one year person come 2 attend the complaint but cant understand the fault, water is fllowing out through detergent bin when machine is running. when ever person come 2 attend the complaint, he advise us 2 change the detergent, from last 1 year i have changed near bout 10-15 detergent powders. plz help me
i bought a IFB senator washing machine on 21/12/2008 and after the delivery the demo person came after 3 days of delivery and next day after he gave the demo and went when i saw surprisingly the machine was full of water when the machine was switched off when we complained imidiately the service guy came after 2 days and said there is a fault in the machine and some part has to be replaced then i told to replace the machine as we have still not used it and the machine is by delivery having a problem then the machine was replaced on 27/1/2009 and after 2 days of the replacement a service guy came and installed the machine and went the next day when we tried to use the machine the functions of the machine were not working then once again we complained and the next day a service guy came checked the machine and told that the programme board has gone and it has to be replaced i told him that this is the second time were are receiving a damaged piece so please take it back and give me a good working piece i don't want the new machine to be fiddled with on 29/1/ 2009 from then the IFB people are dodging and saying toget it repared how ever it is now today a service head Ponnuswamy told me he cant give a replacement of it so i can do what ever i want to do further

I had made a complaint regarding the IFB washing machine not working. The guy also came to attend it, but made a statement to come tomorrow and repair it, but till now he has not turned back. Also the complaint is closed.

I have taken AMC for IFB Washing Machine and it is down for last 4 months, I have complained about the IFB and the service request is closed without even attending the call. The service is pathetic.

I have Purchased One Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine - Model" Elena", on 18/08/2008 from Vasundhara Electronics, Sec 13, Vasundhara.
Since its inception, the machine is not working smoothly.
Several complaints were lodged with the customer care for replacement of the Machine but all are in vain.
The problem with machine is, it vibrates heavily and it about to jump from its stand. This problem occured very frequently.
Today also I have lodged a complaint (No. 2853682 dt 24/03/2009).
I have requested the dealer "Vasundhara Electronics" to take necessary action but nothing has turned up.
I have a great expectation from IFB, but the attitude your Engineers and Executives shown is totally negative and does not go with the reputation of IFB.
You are hereby requested to please take the necessary action and let me feel that the heard earned money I have invested for purchase of IFB Product had not gone waste.
