I have not yet recieved my Pan card and regarding which i have already sent you a mail. but nothing has been done till yet. so hereby i make a fresh request to for the same. Please find my Permanent address on which you can despatch my PAN CARD.

MOTHER DAIRY — Pan Card yet to be Recieved

I wanted to tell you that i had applied for PAN Card in the month of February 2008. And the Pan card was Dispatched by your Department on the 16th of Februray. My Pan Card number Is AYTPK5470H which is according your Department and is being displayedon your website.

I have not yet recieved my Pan card and regarding which i have already sent you a mail. but nothing has been done till yet. so hereby i make a fresh request to for the same. i had applied for an PAN card before one and half month .i have not yet recieved it, but my friend applied along with me had received it . i have given the proof (engineering mark sheet, family card) so please verify and send me information what is the pro blem in that proof...
